Illegal charges charged at dealers end.

On 27 November 2021 when I went to purchase of Honda Activa sales manager Mr. Sameer has forced me to pay logistics/handling charges which is illegal as per law.
When I asked him to remove it from final price he refuse to do so.
When they caught red handed they refuse to sell their vehicle to me as well.

मी रोज किमान 50ते 60 km चा प्रवास होतो, माझ्या जुन्या गाडीमुळे कंबरेचा त्रास होऊ लागला, मला अशी गाडी पाहिजे होती की कंबरेचा त्रास होणार आणि प्रवास ही सुखरूप होईल मी खूप विचार केला आणि मग मी
Shaie sp 125 घ्यायचा ठरवलं आणि घेतली ही
त्रास पण हळूहळू कमी झाला
पण...? संस्पेसन मध्ये काही अडचणी आल्याने परत त्रास जाणवू लागला
म्हणून मी आज दिनांक 27/11/2021 रोजी शोरूम ला भेट दिली
त्यांनी शोकाप्सर चे उंची वाढून font 29 back 32 अशी हवा ठेऊन ट्रायल घेण्यास सांगितले
पण फारसा फरक पडला नाही की जशी पहिला रिस्पॉन्स मिळाला होता
मी त्यांना सांगितले असता त्यांनी 8 दिवस ट्रायल घ्या आणि परत या असे सांगण्यात आले
म्हणजे स्वतः पैसे देऊन गाडी घायची आणि फेरा मारत बसायचे
ग्राहकांचा एक विस्वास असतो तो तिगवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला पाहिजे

    Already booked a paid maintanace contract on 3 Rd nov 2012 revived 16 th nov as service date and on 16 no work was done
    On 17 received a call regarding some parts need to change
    Request him to change an said approx cost 6000 will be required
    On delivery on 18th no information was provided what was done and no one was there to tell the details of work done
    Though ask the Prasant prasad about it
    He told to put it in feed back form
    Again fresh complain generated and action was taken care

        I sm very disappointed with the service which honda is giving to the customer. I have purchased activa 6g on 5th march 2021 and i am facing issue regarding start of my activa i visited two times to the service centre that is on pahadiya commerical limited . I told her as girl its not possible to me to double stand thé scooty anywhere and then kick the scooty manger told to callback as that time the demo battery is not available and still am waiting for the call . Is this the service is given by the honda company to their customer very disappointed with your service and i will suggest other not to take any two wheeler with honda as they are not giving any good response and service to their customer

          I have purchased Activa 6GBSVI 110 cc model in Vadodara, Gujarat from dealer name Achieve Honda.They charged me more & there was no transparency in deal.They did not provided me service book, bill, receipts, breakup of total payment, helmet etc. at the time of delivery.They charged me for Coating, extended warranty without my permission.There is difference of amount in bill and payment taken.

              I have purches Honda activa BS6 in july2005. After 2000 km running my battery creat issue and my vehical didinot take self startup.During visit in service center he found battery was showing leaked and terminal damage due to eccess heat. Service center staff may be not be change due to damage. It is this type of battery provided by honda.I am very disappointed.
              Please change my battery.

                Hy sir i beg to say that i had purschased activa 4g scoty from regency honda showroom rehari, jammu. They did not alot my rc. Even i purchased with totally cash payment they transfer my rc no to other person. I went to honda showroom so many tymes but dey not solve my problem n not issue my registration no. Without rc my scotty does nt have any value.. Plz see the matter and solvr my problem.. It dis ur company's reputation...

                  27 July I registered complaint on honda customers care number and same 2 mail . 4 month pass still problem not solve, many times I call customer care number but every time repeat words your complaint on process, communication w.r.t ticket no. 1-[protected] complaint number . If Any misshapen done with me than Honda team will be responsible . Because 4 month before I registered complaint no response by honda customers care team.

                    I have booked my honda sp shie 125 BS-IV(BR06BP7983) for service at Prashanthonda muzaffarpur bihar.on November 15, Whose sleep is attached, First I was given estimate of 15000.When it was found that there is extended warranty, it was reduced to 6000 which is mentione on the slip.After that it was told that the extended warrantywill not be available, then i said okay. When he want to receive the byke, those people lost the key and are not changing the lockset of the byke and are calling morning and evening since 6 days. My mother is not kepng well at home and I always need a byke .Tell me that your service center was open in covid -19.Yor service manager is saying that youdid'not come the service center was open and you have not got the extended warranty for the same, you have lost 1 service.Now if you clear that the service center is open at the time when it was closed by the GOVERNMENTOF INDIA AND GOVERNMENT OF BIHAR (COVID 19 ) .If you are nat solve my problem then i will question in CMBIHAT.GOV.IN & JAGO GRAHAK JAO AND MANYTYPE OF COMPLAIN LIKE wRITE TO PM(PG PORTAL)

                          I have been told that same will be provided later, but till date i have not received the same.

                              Dear Sir/Mam i had purchase my scooter on 4th November but on 6th November it's accident and I informed to showroom and they told it ready under claim during one week after one week again I called showroom again they told one week more some times they are not recived my call either they ignor me I'm realy frdup from honda employ today again I call to showroom and they told it will not ready under claim, you paid hole amont of damage.
                              I'm asking if it's not ready under calim why they make fool.

                                Bought a Honda highness and on its 1 at service with Purackal Honda-Kottayam, Kerala, they have charged 440 rs as labour charges. In my understanding free service won’t charge labour cost for any company. I had earlier registered a complaint on site and one person from the dealer contacted and argued that Honda is allowing charging labour charges for chain lubricating etc. My bike had a reading of below 150 km at first service. To be frank I was not expecting a harsh behaviour from Honda people and disappointed a bit. Pls advice what to do.

                                    I have purchased a vehicle (Honda Activa 6G) from my local dealer - ARP Motors (Address-Near Aman talkies, Ulhasnagar-3) on 2nd Nov, 2021 but still i am not getting my registration number of the vehicle since 16 days even after continuously following up with the dealer
                                    Please take a stern action against that dealer and debard them from selling Honda Activa as it is degrading your brand value too as he is saying Honda vehicles do takes time for registration of vehicle.

                                      I was purchased my active battery on 20.02.2020 at Advent Honda service, jaipur. Now, it is not working properly and also in warranty period. When, I visited in Advent Honda service, jaipur for change my active battery against warranty period. They told that they need warranty card of battery but when I purchase this battery they don't give any card, they give only bill which was I shown them but they denied.
                                      Therefore, it is requested your kindly look into the matter and resolve it.
