During the recent servicing of my Activa 4G by Honda service centre, Deoria. My mirror damaged by the servicing person and when I complain to the manager, he was responding carelessly. I request to replace it as it was damaged by you service person but he said that he said that during servicing it was done by mistake and if you want to replace it you have to bear the cost. I told him why should I bear the cost as it was damaged by you then manager n other servicing people start arguing and said "ye hota h servicing mai, kuch component kharab ho jate h open krne mai. This attitude by manager was not acceptable. I want to get it replace or to be repair free of cost as it was not my fault. Vehicle no - MH01CW7194

    my bike honda Bs6 model shine drum Byke Reg no AP39GC2359
    Three services completed service center sai Dithya Nandyal and Vasavi showroom at Kurnool.

    I already informed engine sound getting when I crossed 60 to 65 km speed fist service onwards I am giving complaint to my byke Engine sound problem .But no one responding .
    Please Take action to both service centers .

    Ie why I am giving complaint to online
    Please slove my bike problem
    As early as possible .

      Sir, I am Akhil working at (Pvt.Bank Sector) Kollam Kerala here to inform you a serious service complaint of your Vahini Honda Showroom Kollam, yesterday (08/10/2021) I visited your service centre for my bike service KL61B8941, Service supervisor Mr.Jishnu attent (Rcpt.No.12409) and we agreed to replace of dicspad and rectify other minor complaints. and after that i just gave my bike to him for service at Kollam Vahini Honda Showroom but the same evening he informed me that the parts were not available and he returned my bike without doing any service. Due to surrendering my bike to the showroom I have lost my one day salary, and it's your service advisor's fault if parts are not available then why take the bike in showroom custody for service purpose? 1.According to the Right Provision Act 2005 I want to know the pure reason and compensation for my loss of pay.
      2.Attachment of your showroom service taken token and other details along this mail.
      3.I want a solution to my problem according to your customer service policy, otherwise may I be liable to file a petition against this issue.

        I took my brand new 2 wheeler activa 6g to my nearest service centre to get it serviced. Since then only I encountered self start problem in it. I complaint for it also but still no satisfying results would be shown. Neither they change the battery nor they detect any problem. I have taken 4 rounds thus week but I'm at the same situation. Worst experience with Honda servicing ever.

          I have purchased an Honda Activa 5g from V.J.Honda which is an authorized dealer and service center of Honda 2 wheelers in Dombivli on 06/05/2019, After purchasing the vehicle when we visited for the mandatory free services to the service center, they convinced me to purchase an AMC, Extended Warranty and other offers and asked me to pay an exorbitant amount, since I wanted the vehicle to be in good condition I paid for the same and have copies of the same. As per them the contract for AMC and Free Washes and Polishes and what not was supposed to start after the Free Services, I have done the same regularly, Post that due to Lockdown the service center was closed in the period due to government regulations, Later post ease down on the lock down, I called V.J. Honda Dombivli multiple times, but they said that they have not started operations yet and the services and my AMC and other packages will be extended later, Also I have been informed that the said packages are applicable to that service center only and cannot be used in any other service center, for which i was shocked as how can such a big organization allow such type of fraudulent dealers to run a parallel scheme which is not a part of the Company, Still I assumed that they would provide service later.
          I had recently visited V.J. Honda Dombivli service center on 5th October 2021 and requested them to check the vehicle and do the necessary repairs, the lady at the reception coldly told me that no AMC would be entertained and I will have to pay the charges or I can go elsewhere in a rude manner, Later I requested to speak with the Service Centre in charge and was introduced to a lady by the name of MS Rakhi, who said that the AMC was expired and have to pay full, when i explained her the situation of the lockdown, she has made a clear statement that since the inception of Covid lockdown and strict regulations by the Central, State and Municipal Authorities, the service center V.J. Honda Dombivli was only closed for a period of 1 month and has been operational ever since. Still when i persisted she said that she will provide only 1 service under AMC and rest all facilities are not applicable and asked me to wait. Post waiting for a long duration, one service advisor by the name of Gaurav came and checked the vehicle and asked the issues, since the vehicle was not used for a long time, there was problem about the vehicle shutting down in between the rides without any problem, to which we assumed that the battery would be drained and causing the issues, also the oil and other changes along with cleaning as promised by them to be done. I was ready to pay the amount which he asked for and he asked us to keep the vehicle at the service center for the day and would inform me later, In the evening In the evening i got a call from Mr.Gaurav and he told me that the Fork and Consent( I am not aware about the meaning or spelling exactly) are totally damaged and have to be replaced and the cost of 4000 rupees has to be borne by me, I asked him how it happens to which he replied that it is majorly due to an accident or damage, but since there is not a single scratch on the vehicle, the issue of damage was not understandable to me, he warned that if we don’t change the same, accidents are bound to happen and it would be risky to drive the vehicle, apart from that the Rubber button on the top of the meter glass was also worn out, hence i asked him to replace the same, to which he replied that Honda does not manufacture buttons individually and i have to change the entire meter which would cost me another 4000 additionally.
          I refused to pay the amounts and asked him to resolve the primary issues of vehicle not starting or ignition switching off during the ride, to which he said ok, immediately next day morning he again called and said to replace the parts, so when i told him that since there is no issue in the vehicle and is working fine, so apart from the necessary oil change and other consumable changes i don’t want any other part to be touched.
          Immediately after one hour I got a call from V.J. Honda Dombivli saying that my vehicle has been serviced and I have to reach immediately and collect the same after paying the amount.
          I found the incidence to be fishy and reached V.J. Honda Dombivli immediately to collect the vehicle, Wherein I was asked to pay the amount first and then all questions would be answered, Post paying I asked for the vehicle, the person in charge of the delivery was clueless about the vehicle, later they found the same in workshop and gave me the delivery, The vehicle was in total mess and not even washed, I clicked the picture and asked the person delivering the vehicle to accompany me for a test drive, he reluctantly agreed and to my utter surprise, the vehicle started swaying very badly to the left side and was vibrating while driving, later after 800 meters it stopped again and the engine was off and we couldn’t start, hence we later kick started the vehicle and came back to the service center and wished to meet the senior person MS Rakhi for a complaint, she was busy and asked me to wait, while waiting I walked to the Parts manager and asked him about the Rubber button on the glass top of meter, to which he said that the button is not sold individually but the glass can be changed with the button new and would cost only 160 rupees, which was a shocking revelation as the nature of fraud committed against me was of immense seriousness, I then realized that they have replaced my new Fork and other parts for a faulty and accidental ones and wanted to extort money from me, since the vehicle has hardly run for 2000 kms and there is not a single scratch or dent on the body of the vehicle nor there was any accident. Later when I insisted on meeting Ms. Rakhi of V.J. Honda Dombivli, she met me with 3-4 men from her workshop and said that the part was available and the service advisor does not have knowledge about the availability of the glass and she will have to check with Mr.Gaurav to access the same, I requested her to please check immediately, to which she started shouting and abusing me calling a liar in a very high pitched voice in front of her staff and customers, Since I have my dignity and didn’t want to speak loudly with her, I requested her to speak calmly, to which she grossly shouted again and asked me to leave the premises and complaint to whomsoever i want, She said that the washing had been done and dust and grease settles on the vehicle in 5 minutes.
          I have never been embarrassed and insulted by anyone so much even after paying, She again started shouting when I wrote that work incomplete and no repair done on the receipt of payments.
          I have the taken the vehicle to my residence by pushing till the main road and then lifting and carrying the same till me residence, Since 7th morning I have been trying to call the customer service and the designated authorities at V.J. Honda Dombivli, but they refuse to entertain my calls and have damaged my newly purchased vehicle by replacing a damaged fork with my new causing the vehicle to be in unsafe conditions intentionally since i refused the repairs.

          I have been duped and harassed mentally by Ms. Rakhi and V.J. Honda Dombivli intentionally and they are taking the advantage of customers who are loyal to the brand of Honda.
          Request your intervention to ensure that I am being given justice and V.J. Honda Dombivli being punished and penalized.

            I have purchased a bike SP125 DISC from GANESH HONDA VADODARA. It has stopped starting from 30Sep2021 and I have complained the same. I came to know that there is lock defect. After getting several assurance to repair, the vehicle is lying useless at my door.

                Hi . I am anant vitthal more at post sangmeshwar dist Ratnagiri. We buy new honda scooter in month of jun our nearest showroom in devrukh. This scooter have starting problem from beginning now almost 3 months finished we say to showroom owner please replace the scooter i[censored] can't please give our money back. He say he can't replace. I[censored] want u talk to the dealership. Why should I talk to dealer?he has to solve the problem. We are not satisfied o[censored]r products please replace the scooter. Because we pay more than 90000 rs for new scooter and u give me this product. I don't want .so please inform me what should I do wher I have talk or wher I have to go.

                        This message came through 'HONDAM '

                        I live in Pune, then how they can send me a SMS for service?

                        Assuming the SMS is from my dealer, Kamthe bikes, pune, I called Saraf Honda to confirm the service and asked "Is this Kamthe bikes? "
                        The person on phone said yes and confirmed about the service.
                        He should make it clear that it's Saraf Honda and not kamthe bikes.
                        I drove to kamthe bikes, which is 25 Km. from my house, just to know that they have not been offering any such service.

                        Very irresponsible behavior from Saraf Honda,

                        Please take action against this. It has wasted my almost half day.
                        This should not happen again.

                          After many complaint I have not resolved my issue and Roshan Honda Service Muzaffarnagar forced to me for charges for light 3000 Rs and For self 2500 RS.

                            My vehicle number is KA01HX3261(HONDA HORNET 160R Green). I have registered this vehicle in Nov 2017. I received a notice from RTO for without helmet, Triple Riding and Defective number plate fines around 2500 rupees and When I crossed check the image from website I found different other vehicle with same number plate. (HONDA DIO WHITE). Can same number be allotted to 2 different vehicles? I have my vehicle documents with me. I am Request you to please check attached snapshots of other vehicle and kindly take immediate action on it.

                              Dear Team Honda,

                              I had purchased a Honda CD 110 from your registered dealer of Narsinghpur district named Amisha Honda (Amisha Automobiles) situated at Civil Line, Opposite M.L.B. School near Govt. Hospital Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh - 487 001.

                              Same had been purchased on 30/08/2021 vide sales invoice no MP29000121V00447 dated 30/08/2020.

                              Motorcycle have frame/Chassis no. ME4JC892HMG084471 and engine no JC89EC0158558.

                              They received full amount Rs. 80, 000/- in cash but Helmets not provided by him, even they changed leg guard as well. They fitted Honda Shine Leg Guard instead of Honda CD110, which is very small. After long discussions had with sales team, they said that, if customer require then provided otherwise, it's not mandatory for us, but according to Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 mandates two-wheeler manufacturers to supply helmet at the time of purchase.

                              So, now I would appreciate if you will resolve the issues with in appropriate time. I look forward to setting this matter amicably, if however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved in few days, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through department of commerce or RTO.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                My Honda highness 350 cc front chrome mudguard was found damaged during 1st service at MIDC Service centre, Andheri East, Mumbai.
                                I was told it will be replaced but it has been over 1 month and i only hear tht company has not sent the part.

                                The rusted mudguard is such an eye sore and shows the poor quality of the mud guards. Will anyone buy 2.4 lakhs bike after seeing my bike?

                                Very dissatisfied and dissappointed.
                                No response received after writing to honda customer service.

                                I hope issue is resolved soon.

                                After logging complaint on this site, i received email and sms notification with complaint reference number. And after a day i received notification from company that complaint has been routed to midc service centre in Andheri east, mumbai. Same day i received cll from service centre person named Yash asking me to meet for bike inspection. Today 7th oct when i reached the service centre, coincidentally even company people from Delhi had arrived. The damaged condition of the chrome mud guard and rust was shown to company reps. They told to replace under warranty. Im so happy that finally i got replacement for the damaged mud guard... Im grateful to this website and to Yash from service centre for helping me get replacement free of cost.

                                    After sale service is very very poor. The person named KULWINDER who do billing things in service area, his behaviour towards the customers incuding me is very bad.
                                    There was a problem in my Activa 6G and i went there for fixing it. After visiting 6-7 times in 3 months time period, there was no proper solution for the issue.

                                    When i said to change the faulty part, he started to misbehave with me and started telling the rubish and meaningless reasons for the problem, instead of solving my problem he was almost fighting with me and he was literary shouting on me.

                                    His behaviour toward the customer is not acceptable at all.
                                    Even in front of me,
                                    Instead of solving other customers issues, He was again telling them meaningless reasons for their problems.

                                      Today I went to the workshop of honda present in our area, there I asked the solution for my problem occuring to my Activa 5g, Whenever I face problem taking to the default in the parts I go there because in our area that Is the only workshop present but it is so far from our home, that's not the problem, the problem is the bad service given to us (Customer). Whenever I ask for a part they deny that they don't have that particular part, Once when I have to service my scooty I went there they repaired it and checked it but when I asked for washing it once they said the current is not available, another time when I went there they said the washing pipe has been burst, where as they were washing a vehicle at that time, I am so disgusted from there behaviour, they say lie on my face, So I suggest you to take a survey and take action against it otherwise you will loose your precious customers your god .Thank you

                                        I have to serve in my Honda Shine for two days now. They are treated me badly. And the service has also deteriorated. Gasoline has also been removed from my car. Hope to take appropriate action.
