    Hello, I bought Honda Dio, after the first service a noise coming inside the silencer
    But their is no damage in silencer but noise in silencer and I informed to show room manager he said its manufacturing defect .

    And now they are not responding properly,
    Within 2month this much problem coming
    In that scooter, what is the solution for this?

    I need a answer for this form ur side🤷‍♂️...

        Had an active 3g scooter. When I'm given the servicing, I come back within one week to the showroom. Servicing was very poor. They are doing just oil change and water wash. Bike condition, not checking. Not inform to us Which part is mandate for change.

          Hi team,

          This is my complain number 1-[protected]

          i purchase activa last year and sicce last year i am facing problem and everytime i go through vendor/service centre they said no issue all ok

          i told him that i have facing issue of vibration but they said no issue (hawa jyda hai) like they said but after free servicing they found fault in my activa that you have clutch katora issue
          and they said you will have to pay for this

          but my question is already i talk about this problem but at that time there is no issue

          time to time i go through service centre

          and the blunder comes they have no record of my activa

          they said you purchase activa in june 2020 when whole country is in lockdown

          and i told him i purchase this in march 2020

          and one more thing they have no record of my first servicing also

          and i complaint to customer care they also not anesering me they said vendor told ur that you purchase activa in june

          i attached the recording of vendor who called me and said you purchase activa in june and she is very bad behavior

          is there any solution for me for customer kindly provide resolution for this or else i will take an action that vendor and provide my full reimbursement

          and still i am facing that issue kindly its a request you to provide me a solution and get a call from your senior or compliance officer

              I am living in Ratnagiri (Maharashtra). I had purchased Honda Activa 6G in the month of April 2021 from Jagrut Honda (Salvi stop, Ratnagiri).
              I had an accident on 19 Sept, 2021. So I raised the claim (ICICI Lombard) from showroom on 21 Sept, 2021. But till today there is no any survey done by showroom management. They also not responding properly. My 2-wheeler is still in showroom without any progress in repairing. The service from showroom is not satisfied. My friend also had same experience.
              So plz look into matter. Hope you will positively reply.

                I own an Honda Hornet 160R and the mileage promised was 50KMPL but am getting 31 and if i ask the dealer / service manager they say its that much only.

                In today's petrol price of around INR 105/-, if an 160CC bike gives a mileage of 31KMPL, how can an middle class guys like me can afford to ride a bike.

                Honda 2 Wheelers India is not maintaining there promise to their customers.

                      I purchased a Honda Activa from your dealership (N.S Honda Customer TIN No.[protected] GST NO.). Brought two-wheeler on 16/04/2021 from Math Chowmuhani, jail road, Agartala-799001. I paid all dues related to vehicle passing, after that I did not receive my one-time Registration tax copy & vehicle number from showroom and for Smart Card when discussed they are not telling exact date, instead of good suggestion. Please provide my all the required documents along with smart card and take strict action against this Dealer. They have kept my number in black list. Why can I not talk with N.S Honda. I will post this email on social media as well.

                      I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue in a few days.

                      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved in few days, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

                            Dear Team, Its just 6 months that i have bought Honda shine 125cc black bike.
                            The silencer pipe side color faded(became black to brown). My speed of bike is 50km to 70km max.
                            When shown to AdeeShakti dealer(Showroom), he said mud it is.even after he washed several time still there. Then they said its not an issue and its common for all HONDA bikes( said By Manager Pankaj Sirsi)

                            I would like to inform u that its new bike, not even a year completed. May be it hapenned few months back but i could not notice as was busy in my office work.
                            Then when I washed and saw the marks, immediate visited showroom. There were no manager on 19th Sep. Then some shopkeeper said to come on Wednesday (22nd Sep).
                            I took leave to meet him about this concern but he just spoke on call and said this is common problem, dont know why even talking about this and we cant discuss on it.
                            He also said, if i raise any complaint then again it will come to his end and then no issues will share he said.

                            Kindly look into it, unable to attach the video/photo as its showing uploaded but not coming.
                            If anyone reading this, i have mentioned my mail id below please mail me so i can send the video/pic attachment.
                            Please do clear is issue/problem.

                                I have purchased activa 125cc in the month of April this year from Divine Honda, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam. I noticed sounds while crossing rumble strips slowly and on 2nd free servicing I had informed about the sounds. They wrote in the form but didn't solve my problem while riding through rumble strips I had noticed the same sounds before giving for servicing. What's the use of your service centre? I can make it alright through local scooty repair Shop. If they would have charged for the solution I would have given...but...
                                My mobile no is registered with you as well as with Divine Honda Guwahati. I know you will not do anything...but people are there to knock at "Consumer Court".

                                  On 20/9/2021 .I gave my honda activa 125 for general service .my trip meter button has been damaged.so I additional told them to replace the trip meter glass.when they were replacing the glass .they completely destred the display unit.and they told me to pay additional 2000 from display they damaged or claim insurance.i gave my bike with complete working condition.now they refuse to change the display

                                    I have purchased cb350 rs on 11 april.After that somany proble I have faced.But apart from 1& 2 issues rest are remain same.My services center away from my house around 26 km.I have reached in the service center more the 10 times after purchased.
                                    Problem are below.
                                    1.Bike color faded.
                                    2.Speed not stable above 100.
                                    3.A still side stand was sold to me and now it coming rust.
                                    4.Vibration on both mirror.
                                    Most wart thing is I have Chase the customer care but they don't call back once.
