Bought ne one in february and 1st service got over a sper schedul, its taken from main branch alwaye (north paravoor kerala) told in the service centre by morning nobody is came

    I'am complaining about ansh honda muzaffarnagar. They are not following any rules and regulations like no covid-19 protocol, not working according to number as first come first serve, they are treating in different way to every customer. They took my 3 hrs to complete my activa service. No one including manager is wearing mask, No proper validation and cooling in customer waiting lodge. Service is not done in right manner my worker.

      Maine honda Activa 6G scooty shanti honda motors bagdogra silliguri se 26-02-21 ko kharida . Aur maine gadi ka registration MAU UP se 22 mar 21 ko karaya. Registered number UP54AN3705 Hai.Lekin meri problem ye hai ki mujhe abhi tak number plate nahi mila hai .mai number plate ke liye many times shanti honda manager ke pas gaya aur Register number slip dikhaya phir bhi abhi tak mera number plate nahi mila. Manager sahab ne bola jab number plate ayegi to aap ko call karenge . Lekin char mahine pure ho gaye aur name plate nahi mila. Document are attched bellow

          Sir I am given service on 24.07.2021 It is paid service sir
          I told some complete in my bike
          1] their is sounds in the bottom side
          2] the back side tyre air problem
          3] please change the oil
          4] etc
          He call to take the bike on 25.07.2021 he told no problem in the bike all problems are rectified but no one problem solved one water service do
          The water service in bottom side the mud is there not neet
          Onely polish don
          I am told to him i am tide with thred in bottom side knob please fixed it he hot fixed the thred also ther
          I am have proper of photo enclosing onely one photo, etc
          Please take the action sir

              Dear,
              I'm writing with utmost disappointment regarding my recent purchase from you i.e Honda CB 350, I've bought CB 350 trusting the brand 'Honda' as it provides higher quality and reliability as well, soon I realised this bike is not what I expected.
              I'm mentioning few of the issues I've gone through, I was reluctant to share this with you but almost all the buyers are having similar or other issues with the honda CB 350. Infact Mumbai cb350 riding group has became the complaint group also the service assistance is not what is honda known for.

              1. Premature rusting of all parts.
              2. Bike not starting in 1st gear
              3. Chain rusting & Engine noise
              4. Handle bar grips are poor quality, easily removed, accident prone.
              5. Stuck power & horn buttons.
              6. Short mudguards as useless as not as it makes bike dirty, both front and rear.
              7. No accessories available anywhere.
              8. Low mileage.
              9. Bike paint is of cheaper quality and got removed within 3 months of purchase.

              With the last hope I'm writing you to resolve the issues, I would also like to request you to consider taking a survey of cb350 buyers regarding their complaints and satisfaction, you'll definitely get negative reviews.

                I have purchased Activa from sandeep honda patiala in January 2021 and its been almost 7 months they haven’t provided me RC for the same. Activa Number is PB 13 BL 5026. I have called them hundereds of time, but they came up with new excuse every time. Kindly resolve my issue.

                  We have purchased Hornet 2.0 Repsol (KA 05 LC 7848 ) on 12/02/2021in Nelamangala Banglore rural Dealer Code KA320001. Unfortunately, the Sensor cable has been destroyed by rat biting. As it was required on behalf of you, the sensor cable should have been protected by metal wrapping. The safety measure has not been taken and the showroom workers are telling us that it would cost 5000rs, more than that asking us to wait for 2months for the sensor cable delivery as it is not available anywhere in Banglore. We are expecting a free new sensor cable and service on this issue as early as possible.

                    I have recently bought activa 6g on 13 June 2021.
                    On Wednesday 22, 2021 I ride activa. There wasn't any problem on that time. After that I have kept my activa at my garage. Now today on Friday 23, 2021 I am starting my activa. But it is not getting started. No lights are working, self start is not working neither starting from kick. Activa got completely stop.
                    I got stuck. I need support.

                            My bike have not start after servicing from DAS HONDA & now same as aging hand over to service center on 16.07.21 but they are unable to resolve this till the time & also unable to find out the problem, I can't understand this is authorise sevice center or local garage.

                            Please help me for resolve my bike issue which is in warranty period.

                              Hello Honda Team,

                              Hope you are doing well..

                              This is in regarding to the issue i am facing with my bike, I bought a unicorn bike 9 months ago. I have been trying to fix the bike for 5 months but I am not satisfied & not getting proper resolution .
                              Yesterday battery and sticker issues has been fixed but engine overheating and gear shifting issue is still pending and not yet resolved .

                              Engine overheating issue checked with DTC tool, after checking, Honda executive are saying that the error has been removed, now there will be no problem. but i am still facing same overheating issue and bike-pickup issue.

                              I have no interest in repairing the bike now. I have already wasted five months repairing the bike but I with no success. I'm really frustrated about this & thinking why i have purchased this new bike.
                              Seems to be i have done mistake buying trusted brand bike .

                              The following problems have been faced since the purchase of the bike.

                              1. Battery issue. Battery replaced 20- July 2021
                              2. Sticker damaged issue (Damaged while washing the bike at the service center.) Replaced 3 July 2021.
                              3. Bike engine overheating issue. Still same issue.
                              4. Oil leaking issue - Observations.
                              5. Gear shifting issue in first gear, the bike gets stuck and the sound comes. (Issue facing sometimes) Still same issue.
                              6. Since the change of the sticker panel, the sound has started coming from the back.
                              7. The headlight bulb has been damaged in just eight months. Even if the light is not used.
                              8. There is a hole in the chassis of the chain cover due to rubbing, it its color painted. How can you sell a new bike like this?
                              I’ve been reminding Honda executives since I bought the bike but they’re ignoring it.
                              9. Pickup issue.

                              Kindly refund money or replace my bike.

                                Dear Honda,
                                I am Durchandran from Elavur village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, TamilNadu. I am purchased the HONDA CB Unicorn 150 cc bike in last year from the authorized HONDA show room at Gummidipoondi. And the bike has registered on 03.02.2020, Registration number TN18 AW 4531, Chase No.ME4KC315JKA137338 and Engine No.KC31EA1137363 at Gummidipoondi RTO office.I also maintained the bike in properly and service the bike at authorized Honda show room. But the bike engine came into re-bore conditioning very soon of with in 18 months and also over noice, consuming the over engine oil and also more expense of the maintenance . In the above remarks shows that CB Unicorn Engine is worst quality and making of the engine. In this regaring I request to replace my engine and rectify engine default problems.

                                  I am Rupesh Raghuvanshi working as Customer Support Engineer in acer warranty project under Sysnet Global Technology pvt LTD in that I travel 200 - 300 km alternate days so that service and inspection of my bike is too much important but I have to tell them about parts need to inspect and change they didn't inspect or change any parts by themselves even after 1000 km I am having some sound from front panel of bike body but they are not repairing it completely after telling them that sound coming they repair and after just 200 to 300 km that sound coming again and again they are not providing me any satisfactory solution for that even for just oil change I have to wait for an hour or 2 hours it's just a 15 minute work even they've contacted me for feedback I've told all things then that team given phone to service manager and he said I will check and call back it's 4 days I've not received any call back this complaint is for sahil honda 4th bridge Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh India

                                    I purchased honda cb unicorn 150 bike on February 12, 2019 at AUTOFIN honda show room Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad. As of now, i.e, July 21, 2021 bike driven for only 24600 km only. I have done regular free services on time in respective showroom. I observed bit of noise from engine and complained to service person. He said that that is normal sound which comes from all the bikes and they just changed engine oil and returned.After that, corona pandemic has arrived. Due to this unconditional situation. I couldn't serviced my bike on time, but bit of late. I have given it to paid services in other authorised honda showrooms. RecentIy, I came to know that by honda service mechanic that engine delivering more noise and white smoke means it is severely damaged. I asked them to repair within the extended warranty, but they said that you have crossed 4000 km without service so it is not possible to claim warranty. I noticed in honda website that the gap between two services should not cross 6000km for cb unicorn bike. But showroom employees are saying that it is 4000 km only for cb unicorn 150 bikes. I asked them to put a mail to HMSI authorities for claim extended warranty. They took almost 4 days to give reply and said that you have not done regular services and simply they are escaping. I also red in news paper that HMSI is extended warranty and free service facility those who have to be done by April 2021 for 2 months I. e, upto July 31, 2021 due to pandemic. But coming to claim of extended warranty o[censored]nicorn bike engine warranty, they are not considering this pandemic effect on the customer to service their bike regularly on time. My bike completed only below 25000 km in the span of 2 and 1/2 years but the engine got damaged. In this regard I am requesting HMSI to provide bike extended warranty to repair my bike engine with considering the effect of corona pandemic in availing service on time.

                                      My name Jayshri Sugandh Waydande, I saw ad on instagram story there was bike activa 4g for selling, I contacted him he said he is army person name Ajay Magar nd he wants to sell his bike by transferring the bike on our name through army transport service.
                                      First he said to transfer 5000rs on his account and next day he said bike has arrived by army post delivery boy then he said to transfer 14000rs for the delivery of bike to our location after that again he asked for 11000rs as security deposit.
                                      I have already transferred 19000rs to him he is refusing to refund that back.
                                      I need the help and required action for this fraud they are faking taking the name of Indian Army.
                                      How can we now trust army also ???

                                        I am chetram Sanodiya, I am from Bhopal Madhyapradesh, I have activa 5g 2018 from june i get all services done from honda service center only and till january i didn't face any problem, but when i gave bike at power honda for servicing, then i have to face many problem in bike again or again every time, I have to give the bike for servicing more often, they leaves some problems in bike or they do not know how to repair the bike properly, I am very disappointed, right now my bike is totally going to very badly, bike have alignment, indicater, milage, speed and race issues, I have attached all the gate passes or bills in this mail, as many times I have given in bike service, right now the milage of my bike is giving 8-10 km/L milage, I have also given 2 se 3 complaint by calling the toll free number-[protected], but till now no solution has been received, i have also logged in complaints through calls and mails, ,
                                        i tried to call mr. kamlesh from power honda but he didnt pickup my call.
                                        Kindly have a look and do the needful.
