I, Sharmistha Bhattacharyya, I brought my scooty (Honda Grazia Disc BS6) to the workshop for servicing on dated 02/03/2021. I bought the scooty from Rajkumar Automobiles (R K Honda) in Midnapore on dated 08/07/2020. Registration number WB34BR9651 and Chasis Number ME4JF992FLW000100. But unfortunately I haven't received my scooty Delivery yet. Kindly tell me the actual reason about delayed. Kindly do the process as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal action against the dealer. The scooty parts are not in stock, so why did your company executive ask me to take this scooty? Your company executives (Customer Care) Mrs Jhuma and Mrs Hena told me I would get the scooty delivered in 7 days, 30 days already over. If it will be delayed, Kindly arrange for me a new scooty. Why are you harassing me like this? Bike(Scooty) parts are not in stock, so why are you selling the bikes(Scooty)? I mailed again and to R K Honda customer service but problem not solved till now. Kindly take these words seriously. I can't afford it anymore.
