Jai Hind sir,
I purchased an Activa 6G (DLX) scooty 110 CC of Honda Agency on 26 Oct 2020 with Chasis number ME4JF914KLG208262, Engine No. JF91EG1207731, Gray color from M/S G. P. Motors Pvt. Ltd., Prayagraj (U. P.). I was allotted with Temporary Registration No. UP2020-T/R-3266V on 31 Oct 2020. I had registered at RTO, Sikar(Rajasthan) as I wish to take my home town RTO No. (RJ23) and allotted with registration No. RJ23QS6649 on 18 Dec 2020. I requested telephonically at Dhoot Honda & Thar Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Sikar (Rajasthan) to place an order of my scooty number plate but both agencies denied and suggested that we can't order your number plate as we are not authorised to order number plates other than Rajasthan. Then I contact to GP Honda (Mr. Akash) from where l purchased and he replied that your number plate will be ordered by the agency of Sikar, Rajasthan. Till now GP Honda agency is not giving satisfactory reply regarding my number plate. Till now l am driving my Activa without number plate and without RC that is also a lawful offence. I am totally unsatisfied with Honda services as l called more than 20 times as well as visited 5-6 times at GP Honda but every time they are telling that we will talk with area manager/l will talk to our manager /l will talk to Sikar Honda agency /our manager is going to Banaras in a meeting then he will talk there with area manager etc, so I don't want to be a regular customer of Honda services
In view of the above now l want to deposit back my Activa to GP Honda, Prayagraj and my amount may please be refunded, so l can purchase a new bike from any other responsible agency who can provide better services to me not like GP HONDA.

I registered a complaint on www.honda2wheelersindia.com on 10 March 21 and allotted with complaint no 1-[protected].
But it was closed after two days without any solution and Honda services messaged me tha your complaint has been resolved.
Then I reopened the same on 14 March 21. But till now I have not received any message or solution from Honda and blocked my mail I'd without any reason. Then lastly I telephonically consulted with Honda toll free no on 1st April 21 and he convinced me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but till now I have not received any solution from any Honda agency or GP Honda.
My friend have purchased a scooty from
TVS Vrindavan Motors Allahabad in same channel and registered in Rajasthan but the Vrindavan agency had ordered his number plate within one week then I felt that TVS have a skilled and responsible workers strong team and can provide a better service to the customers. And Honda customers care is not capable to solve my same problem more than one month as well as GP Honda also. Now what is the solution of my complaint.

    मैंने आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर अपनी गाड़ी को 07/04/21 के लिए दिया था, आज 5 दिन हो गया, मेरी गाड़ी अभी तक बन कर नहीं मिली। अपने एम्प्लॉय के कार्य कुशलता पर ध्यान दे। मुझे पिछले दो दिन से सर्विस सेंटर के चकर लगाना पड़ रहा है जिससे मेरे अपने काम में व्यवधान हो रहा है।
    कृपया आप अपने सर्विस में सुधार लाए। मैं आप की सर्विस से असंतुष्ट हूं।
    कृपया इसका समाधान करे।

      स्कूटी होंडा ग्रैजिया लेने के दौरान मुझे बताया गया था कि एक्सेसरीज मैंने लिए थे वह सब मिलेंगे किंतु बाद में बताया गया कि होंडा कंपनी आगे के फ्रंट के ग्रिल नहीं बनाती इसलिए हम आपको फ्रंट के ग्रिल नहीं दे रहे हैं क्या यह कंपनी की पॉलिसी है कि फ्रंट ग्रिल नहीं देती है
      क्या यह कस्टमर के के साथ धोखा नहीं तो क्या है कि आधे में ग्रिल लगाएंगे और आधे में नहीं
      कृपया मुझे सही जानकारी देने का कष्ट करें

        I have purchase a new scooty activa 125 on 19/03/2021 at masha auto bulandshahr. A very small time I have facing some problem with oil and seat switch. I have not opening my seat as well as oil cover. Please change this switch for smooth functioning of this

          We are from Srikakulam we have been Given our bike for repair in Srikakulam Trisha Honda on dated[protected] Name: Lakshman till now bike have been not yet repaired and saying to us that we are not getting spare parts you only buy the spare parts and come then we will make your complaint clear then what is the need for keeping our bike in your company outlet your Manager Dhanunjaya, MD are also not responding correctly with the customer then what's the need to keep in your company complaint then keep all spares parts in your outlet companies for servicing it's not correct to answer to customer to bring spare parts please take action immediately

                I have given the service before 6 days and got my vehicle after 3 days after that my vehicle clutch got damaged heavy noise is coming . Again I have visited the showroom to check they have said that for general servicing they removed for greasing that time they have damaged this . Not informed about this with out safety I have riding my vehicle for 2 days . Now I have talked to service centre they are again asking me wait for 3 days and to pay 2000 for changing new one . Very hardly cheated by this service already I have paid 11000 for total service again y should I pay damaged by them .

                        Today, I went to the Rudra Shakti Honda Motorcycle Service Center in Kishangarh to service my motorcycle at 9 am and there I was asked to return the motorcycle after serving at 4 pm When I reached at 4 pm, my motorcycle was standing in the same position as in Left in the morning, after I left, he started servicing the motorcycle and only after washing it and giving him oil change. He said that this is how the service and he started to misbehave with me and took a total of 627 rupees from me, after that, my motorcycle was given to me.

                              I, Sharmistha Bhattacharyya, I brought my scooty (Honda Grazia Disc BS6) to the workshop for servicing on dated 02/03/2021. I bought the scooty from Rajkumar Automobiles (R K Honda) in Midnapore on dated 08/07/2020. Registration number WB34BR9651 and Chasis Number ME4JF992FLW000100. But unfortunately I haven't received my scooty Delivery yet. Kindly tell me the actual reason about delayed. Kindly do the process as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal action against the dealer. The scooty parts are not in stock, so why did your company executive ask me to take this scooty? Your company executives (Customer Care) Mrs Jhuma and Mrs Hena told me I would get the scooty delivered in 7 days, 30 days already over. If it will be delayed, Kindly arrange for me a new scooty. Why are you harassing me like this? Bike(Scooty) parts are not in stock, so why are you selling the bikes(Scooty)? I mailed again and to R K Honda customer service but problem not solved till now. Kindly take these words seriously. I can't afford it anymore.

                                They are offering very poor service. I recently got my boring done after few days it started leaking engine oil from engine itself I tried contacting them they said it is leaking from interior parts of engine and it will take some time to fix it they kept my bike for a day. After the service the same problem repeated. And also I asked them to fix my light issues but they never fixed it I am asking them from my past 4 services they never fixed it.

                                      Most respectfully I, Anup Shaw, beg to inform you that I purchased a new Unicorn 160 bike, Engine no KC40EA0171815 on 28/01/2021 from Baba Honda, Kharagpur in West Bengal and registration number is not available till now. I called Baba Honda many times for registration status but they informed me that registration number not generated.
