I had purchased honda activa I on 13.11.2019.Within the space of just over a year, the plastic clickbox of seat is broken and I amnotable to use the box till such time it is replaced. The service team says it is due to WEAR AND TEAR on account of being made of plastic.

I strongly suggest that plastic click box be replaced with metal ones as in previous models of Activa I to ensure customer satisfaction....

I have purchased activa 6g (scv110l2) hsn code 87112019 id/activa 6g dlx-bsvi, pearl spartan red 2, frame o. Me4jf914hld067222, engine no. Jf91ed1065877 from dealer m/s. Shri sai motors, tax invoice no. Dl01001520v02187 dt. 17.11.2020 (copy enclosed).

The kilometer running meter is not working. I have contacted service centre but they have informed to lodge a complaint with company.

MY HONDA SCOOTY GENETRATE UNWANTED SOUND CREATE WHILE DRIVING IN 20-30 KMPH .WHEN MY SECOND SERVICING DONE IN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE .THEY NOT RECTIFIED PROBLEM.ADN ASKED ME GO TO THAT SHOP WHERE YOU PURHASED. I ALSO GO TO THAT SHOP BUT STILL NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

visited on 23/02/21 three attempt. previous 2 times service center staff no times....

3 year my bike but no number passing and his showroom is closed...

Running of vehicle gear down hanging gear...

As I did complete service of Activa 4G, and changes many parts, one of the part front fork have changed, still having same problem with balance of Handle..
After visited 2 times at service to resolve the issue but still same problem is existing..

Such a worst services provided by service centre, which is very worry.

I left my Dio on 28 01 2021 in kattupakkam Surya Honda show room for service and few parts to be changed but today is 01 03 2021 already 1 month gone as of now service is not completed no response from service station person they speak very rude and never respond to our query very worst experience...

I have given my activa 4g for service at setvice centre in sardar nagar, ahmedabad. They have just cleaned it and returned us the scooter. I have told then few problems which i was facing with my scooter. But they haven’t fixed them. They just returned the scooter in same condition. I have consulted a mechanic and he also said service is not done properly. I have also asked for engine oil change and i am not sure if they have done that...

I Honda cbshine model 2009 . good maintenance by me.now Spark plug get black.so at yemmiganur Vasavi Honda branch of adoni there are hand over vehicle on dated 24/01/21 vehicle no AP21 S6099 still today they are not give good response of delivery today and today postponed . very sad very bad .at there service incharge munaa not good hence ur not take response then I go to police complaint against you and consumer forum

2) Engine noise
3) Fake accessories

Honda did fraud with us. I want complete refund or vehicle replacement.

I have bought Honda activa 6g, on 04/06/2020 with very difficulty, because of the behaviour of the staff at the show room in wanaparthy, Telangana, 509103. I paid full cash on the spot and still the staff were busy talking to each other instead of working with clients. I came to showroom very excited with my dad, but I felt very sad with the way the staff was treating customers.
