I have bought Honda activa 6g, on 04/06/2020 with very difficulty, because of the behaviour of the staff at the show room in wanaparthy, Telangana, 509103. I paid full cash on the spot and still the staff were busy talking to each other instead of working with clients. I came to showroom very excited with my dad, but I felt very sad with the way the staff was treating customers.
I have said I will be give 3 free services, which we generally think it is free, but there are many hiding charges that comes with that and you will be paying around 400 rupess for every free service. I am attaching some pictures, how they fooled me here and when I realised it was wrong and ask them to check it, they scold me to that I don't know anything and asked me to move out. This was all happened when I visited for my next free service visit.
The worker there asked me what is the reading and then he said it's too early for second service, then I checked my book and could see that the owner has directly written it on second free service instead of first one with more kms than on the reading. The reading was showing 533kms and he has written 5331kms in the book and written it in the second free service area leaving the first free service.
If I enquire about it, the owner was treating me like nothing in front of their worker. I enquired the worker about how frequently should I change my oil, for which he said I couldn't say, you should deal it with the owner.

I demand the company to treat their customer with respect and provide proper information and i request Honda to please take a look at their services
