I had bought scooty in 2015 but still now 2021 after very much requesting of sellsman there is no response given .and i am very worried about that how can resolve this problem .

Please provide my scooty owner paper. I don’t know what to say because i had tried most from my side .

    I met an accident on 12th of Jan 2021 where my scooty gets damaged and thus i gave it to the service centre for repairing those damages. I did an insurance claim at that time. From the showroom i have been told that it will take around 20 days to complete all the process including the repairment of my scooty.
    Today, almost 2 months are over, i still didn't received my scooty. The excuse they are giving that the required parts of the scooty is not available. They were just giving a particular date from the month of january, and when that exact date comes, they can't able to deliver my scooty. I have been harassed like this several times. The dates which they gave previously, i used to go on that particular day, to receive my 2 wheeler but haven't got yet.
    So i would like to inform that, please look into the matter and get it repaired as soon as possible orelse return back my 2 wheeler. I want an immediate solution.

      Hi,

      I purchased the Unicorn bike from chintal JSP honda, at the time of buying they said number plate will be issued in our respective showroom but now they are telling me to collect the number plate from kukatpally JSP show room .

      I had purchased it from Chintal showroom why I will go to Kukatpally, If you intimate me it before i would have purchased it from Kukatpally, I requested them to get the number plate to showroom so that i can collect it .

      The staff members (Jagadamaba )are speaking very rudely with customers and this was supported by her manager Sanjay, this is not the way to speak

            As I am Shankar Dayal sahu loyal CUSTOMER of Honda Two wheeler Bike I have been purchased the Honda Xblade 160cc BS4 2019 Model...am I have been all my service history in Honda service only...as on 30 Jan 2021 I given my Bike to general service...and thay told me there is problem in Engine its cost around 12k and he was given me written list of estimated items piston ect...list attached
            And the recommended me that your bike in under warranty and millage is also was in under as mentioned...
            An immediate next day went on 2nd FEB 2021 I want to ## Honda in supala bhilai chattishgrah the to Cross check and thay asked me to leave you bike Will check and confirm you...from ms Nag and service supervisor...and thay called Back me on 7th Feb 2021 and thay told me that Yes there is a problem in Engine and your bike in under warranty you Will get repaiied free don't have to pay...same suggest from our company but you to take your bike aan Honda for service and get changed immediately
            And immediately on 7th I have took my Bike to aan Honda for service and same they told that leave your Bike Will check and confirm you the same immediately next day received called from aan Honda and told me the same that engine problem and your bike is in under warranty you Will get changed but it takes time Due to parts not available needs to order from company take time..I agreed on the same but as on 13th Feb called me from aan Honda and told that your Bike is not in under warranty it will not cover you have to pay...
            I don't understand why one company but given different communication...
            I have been raised online complain but no reply...
            My complain no.[protected]...
            So please give your some valuable time ready my complete massage and check...am expecting this Will resolved and get my Bike repaired without and issue This is a GENUINE reason I have all conversation record and documents with me and further requirements please contact me on my mobile...
            After this i have raised mANY COMPLAINTs in honda CUSTOMER care but still no Reply only giving Ticket No...
            And i have raised same complaint many social web site tagged with CEO of Honda but still no reply from any on ...

            Still I am not assist by Honda company and not resolve my complain I am totally frusted to Honda service 40 days ago to raise my complain but not taking serous about my complain I requested to consumer forum please look into my complain.

            Still I have facing many problems without my bike and not single call and update by Honda company almost 2 month ago to handover my bike of Honda dealer pawer house Bhilai I am struggling without my bike how long take time I don't know to resolve my complain I requested to consumer please look into the issue and resolve.

                My bike Hero Honda SP125 number UP83BA1658 Purchased from Sunil ji honda in 2020.My bike was submitted on service centre of Sunil ji Honda for accidental insurance and repairing on[protected].Since then it has been more than two weeks they are not giving any reliable answer.On top of that they are not recieving the call.So requesting you to kindly take appropriate action helping me to recieve my bike repaired under insurance.Thanks a lot.

                  I have purchased activa honda(PB10HN 5071) after ten days i find that its engine make so much noise and pick up is also not gud .Then make a complaint to the agency from where i bought it .They repair it but issue doesn't resolved .Then they ask me to leave it for two days in there agency .I ask them not to open its engine then also they open then issue doesn't resolved .Now i don't want this activa i want to replace my active snd give me a new piece . They waste my lot of time why i take this piece of ### after giving full amount of the product i don't want this repaired product i want a brand new piece .I request you to replace it otherwise i don't have any option otherthan to file a case in consumer court .I get very much frustrated now by make daily request to Gm of the agency they also started misbehave with me I am not going to tolrate this .I request you to replace my active as soon as possible .

                          I had purchased honda activa I on 13.11.2019.Within the space of just over a year, the plastic clickbox of seat is broken and I amnotable to use the box till such time it is replaced. The service team says it is due to WEAR AND TEAR on account of being made of plastic.

                          I strongly suggest that plastic click box be replaced with metal ones as in previous models of Activa I to ensure customer satisfaction.

                            The kilometer running meter is not working. I have contacted service centre but they have informed to lodge a complaint with company.

                            Hence, it is requested to please get rectify the meter or direct the service centre under intimation to me.

                                      As I did complete service of Activa 4G, and changes many parts, one of the part front fork have changed, still having same problem with balance of Handle..
                                      After visited 2 times at service to resolve the issue but still same problem is existing..

                                      Such a worst services provided by service centre, which is very worry.

                                        I am Shavan Biswal and I have a Activa 6G having vehicle registration number is DL9SBY8779, It was brought on June 2020 . Last 3-4 days I get the some technical issue in Speedo meter. I registered the complaint at Shri Sai Motors and whose delear number is DL010015, I also registered a complaint on customer care, they both are assured me your complaint has been registered but I don’t have any kind of complaint number.
