Poor Service by Pilot Honda – Bhandup service centre, Mumbai, Maharashra, India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased the new Honda Activa 125 Disc on 25th of February 2021 for an amount of Rs.98, 000/-. I wanted to fit a ladies foot rest on to the newly purchased Honda Activa for which the service centre asked me to pay 850Rs. I later found that the same stand was available on Amazon for a price of Rs. 499/- only....

Second free service onwards We told the complaint still not recovered now fifth paid service completed again the same problem continues....

I has ordered some parts of honda grazia bs4 scooty on 25th february at balurghat G. D HONDA showroom and I also paid 500 rupees. But i have not recived my product yet, I also went to the shoeroom but they cannot give me any satisfactory answer. Kindly look into this matter....

Your franchisee at 100ft road (opp. to RTO), Puducherry has assured replacement of full wiring kit of the vehicle. The complaint is alive for more than 4 months. Kindly despatch full wiring kit for Grazia. I am driving the vehicle withiout the display (No speedameter, fuel gauge, etc)...

I have purchased Honda SP125 in November 2020 and i am facing a quality issue of powder coating peel off in bracket and paint peel off in chassis frame, Kindly resolve my problem and replace the same on an urgent basis.

Regarding My Honda activa 6G Rear wheel bend issue. I have raised complaint on 27 Feb Ticket no 1-[protected]. Still no action was taken. I have contacted the service center no response. they are not ready to replace my activa RIM under warranty. Also raised for insurance claim they have said it was Manufacturing issue quality of the RIM is very poor and they have asked me to contact service center
Even my vehicle was not run more...

I have purchase 2W model Honda SP125 on dated 09 Nov 2020 and Know i am facing problem of powder coating peel off in handle bar bracket. Kindly replace my vehicle with new bracket....

I had bought scooty in 2015 but still now 2021 after very much requesting of sellsman there is no response given .and i am very worried about that how can resolve this problem .

Please provide my scooty owner paper. I don’t know what to say because i had tried most from my side ....

I met an accident on 12th of Jan 2021 where my scooty gets damaged and thus i gave it to the service centre for repairing those damages. I did an insurance claim at that time. From the showroom i have been told that it will take around 20 days to complete all the process including the repairment of my scooty.

I purchased the Unicorn bike from chintal JSP honda, at the time of buying they said number plate will be issued in our respective showroom but now they are telling me to collect the number plate from kukatpally JSP show room .

I had purchased it from Chintal showroom why I will go to Kukatpally, If you intimate me it before i would have purchased it from Kukatpally, I requested them to get the number plate...

No number plat recived till 7 months...

I have purchased activa honda(PB10HN 5071) after ten days i find that its engine make so much noise and pick up is also not gud .Then make a complaint to the agency from where i bought it .They repair it but issue doesn't resolved .Then they ask me to leave it for two days in there agency .I ask them not to open its engine then also they open then issue doesn't resolved .Now i don't want this activa i want to replace my active...
