      My name is K K Vasavan. I owned and using a Activa 125 scooter since July 2017 . Till then there were no complaints . The periodical services are getting done on due times. Unfortunatly one and half month before I met with an accident and seriosly injured. On accident it was found that the rear tyre moved from tyre rim. This may be happend due to air less condition in tyre. But how this air less condition happend as the accident happend on continuaton of more than one kilometer run. On scrutinising the tyre in workshop there were no puncture seen. I told to the work shop man to find out and rectify the fault as as I am in doubt that this may be happend due to any minor bent in rim. They refused it and repaired all other works. Today when I am using the scooter I felt that the back wheel is again bubling and become un balanced condition. This can't be repaired or otherwise I have to stop using your vehicle and to give vide publicity amongst the public to save their life. The workshop in reference is EVM Honda Service Centre, Karingachira, Ernakulam.

        Actually i gave for service and told them complaints what i faced, but after completion of service i got call from service center and they told ur bike service complete so i went to service and took my bike and i asked them all problems resolved or not they said everything done, but after using my bike i came to know that the complaints what i told to service guys even single problem not resolved so i called them and asked about problems they said bring back u r bike we will check and give u that means i have to keep leave one more day, this type service makes customer irritation .

            I have purchased UNICORN ABS-BSVI bike at Balaji Automobiles on 11.11.2020. I am facing gear shifting problem more often while driving.                 Dear sir my friends purchased unicorn 160 vehicle at nerella honda Devarapalli, westgodavari district Andhra Pradesh. The price is 128000rs, but the original price is 118000rs, they don't give AMC .every person dissatisfaction for the prices of the vehicles and also they charged number plate and biometric 450rs i enquired it but both are free, plz take a action. The first free service they charged 650rs for engine oil but the MRP of the bottle is 390rs no water service too worst service and too worst sales

                      I bought my honda activa 5g limited edition in lockdown period but when started to drive my scooter many issue faced my me .
                      1.Mileage not given above 35/KML
                      2.Handle Noise problem never resolved
                      3.front shoker change in only drive 4000Km
                      4.back shoker get leak now
                      i visited more than 10 times in past two month every time i get new problem in my scooter .Either change my scooter or fully deassembled or assembled my scooter to resolve my issue.

                                i purchase activa 5g vehical no mh15hb7792 from rushab motors pvt ltd nashik on[protected]. Then we get regulaer first free servicing on 10.03.2020 but second servicing not get as per provided showroom schedule becouse lockdown period.
                                Means 3 month late from you / your showroom so we want 3 month extend period for free servicing schedule.
                                Today we have go to your showroom for servicing but your re-presentative person mr.Milind sable (service adv) are not allow me any servicing .

                                  I here by this is that I bought Honda company's Unicorn 160cc BS VI bike in July 2020 last year based on the trust my friends had placed in me. RPM and Head lights have not been lit for days and I have been frustrated with minor repairs and their company's desire on this bike is dust powder. I have repeatedly complained to the service center about the defects in my bike. Assuming the Unicorn 160cc BS VI is a failure I ask you to give me another new bike and tell anyone about Honda company bike in the coming seasons I will not recommend.

                                      Poor Service by Pilot Honda – Bhandup service centre, Mumbai, Maharashra, India

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I purchased the new Honda Activa 125 Disc on 25th of February 2021 for an amount of Rs.98, 000/-. I wanted to fit a ladies foot rest on to the newly purchased Honda Activa for which the service centre asked me to pay 850Rs. I later found that the same stand was available on Amazon for a price of Rs. 499/- only. Which I purchased and I requested the service centre at Bhandup of Pilot Honda to fix the same on my scooter.

                                      The Manager at the service centre told me that I had to pay an amount of Rs. 175 for fixing the stand on the newly purchased scooter which was just a week old. I told him that the local mechanic was ready to fix the same for 50Rs. Later he agreed to fix at a price of 75rs.

                                      He, said the mechanics were having lunch and has to wait for 2 hrs. I requested to speed up as I had some other work, after few minutes he introduced one guy and said he will fix the same.

                                      This guy took the scooter and started fixing the foot rest. After few minutes I followed the place where the work was carried out. I saw that the person who was fixing was not at all a skilled worker, he was struggling to fix the stand. After waiting for 40 minutes, he said the stand does not fit the scooter as it is of some other model and needs to hammer the chassis to fix it. I told him not to hammer my new vehicle and told him to return the stand and he did the same and closed the job with zero payment.

                                      I brought the stand to a local mechanic who fixed the stand without any hassle and I went back to the Manager and asked him who was that guy who was trying to fix the scooter, he said he was a person from the showroom and not a mechanic.

                                      This is a poor service by Honda, as such inexperienced and unauthorized persons handle our vehicles which we leave with them and trust them to do a better job with our vehicle.

                                      It looked like they were taking revenge of not buying the foot rest from them.

                                      In an another instance, I had left my old Activa with Pilot honda Bhandup for some repair work and requested them to consider servicing my active under the AMC taken during covid period and for which I felt some service was left over. He agreed and said it will be considered. Later when I went to pick the vehicle I saw a bill amount of Rs.550 added saying it was a paid service as the AMC had ended long back and no service was left.

                                      The Pilot honda service centre did not even bother to call me and ask if the service had to be carried out on payment basis or not. They simply did some repair and replacement work and charged me 1000 plus Rs.

                                      It looks like the service centre is not there for giving good service to the trusted brand like Honda, whereas it is just a business to extract money from the customers.

                                      Overall poor service by Honda. We trust the brand honda and service centres like the one quoted just extract money without giving good service. I had witnessed many more customers fighting for some or the other issues faced by poor service at the service centre.

                                      Kindly look into this seriously.
