The left hand side bottom logo plate is frequently opening beside it rectified by the service engineer of rahul honda meerut road karnal.I have purchased it on dated[protected] and this complaint occured on the next day

I am vasanthakumar.. i buyed honda sp125 bs6 motorcycle on march 2020.. i facing problem headlight brightness from when i buyed the bike.. i can't see anything on the road at night time.. the brightness is very very low.. i also ask help for that for more times.. but the problem was not solved.. now i am disappointed to take the bike to ride.. i paid 96000 for to take that bike.. but the bike not worth it for that money.. i don't know now what to do.. i am feeling very stressed.. i think i taken wrong decision to buy the bike..
Now, please i want permanent solution..
Please solve the problem or please exchange the bike..

I recently ( a week ago) bought a new Honda Grazia sports edition worth 109000/-( ex showroom price)from Vahini Hond Dealers, Paripally, Kollam, Kerala.The price is too high compare to other scooties in the same segment.I already had an activa since 2014, So I relied your company more as compared to others.But it's my utter mistake. I am really sad to say the fabric parts just near the ladies foot rest detached from the scooty with in two week . I just try to fix it by hooks provided but Whenever I passing through jerks, it was removed from the body part.I consulted the service faculty in the concerned show room. They tried to refix. But It's not fair from a poineer company like Honda.Most of my friends suggested me to by nTroq of TVSbut I didn't.Now I regret regarding the same.

I have registered complaint about my
new bike (Unicorn)battery issue before 2 months but till today they have not resolved my complaint... It's very bad to hear about Honda company that they do not co-operate with customers I request host to look after it and to look after my particular issue

I have purchased a 2 wheeler from HEM Agencies, Venetian Honda (Kandivali West), Mumbai . I had completed my down payment on 1st March and a vehicle was alloted to me on 2nd March, since then despite a promise of 14 working day delivery, they still haven't started the RTO registration process for permanent number .I have finally collected my vehicle on temporary number on 16th March yet, there is no sign of my permanent license plate . The sales executive at honda showroom avoids my calls and texts and when he does manage to reply, all he feeds me is " It will be definitely done tomorrow" . So even after 5 such tomorrow's I still have nothing on my hand . This was all in accordance to a promise of 14 day delivery by honda showroom before purchasing the vehicle, and yet after 20 days, I still cannot drive my vehicle . My Chasis number is ME4MC562AMA003427.
I am a doctor working in BMC and such delays are causing me a lot of trouble especially in this on going pandemic .

Sir I have purchased Honda Activa 6G DLX from Mirzapur Show Room, Egra, Purba Medinipur on 12 Nov 2020. But number plate not issue till date. You are requested to approach /take necessary action for issue of Number plate.

I purchased unicorn bike after few month i noticed that bikes petrol tank colour layer was displacing from tank. As soon as possible i complaint about it to respective showroom but the manger did not notice it and resolve the matter with temporary assurance that they will replace it with new tank after ongoing lockdown. After the much follow up when i reached to them again they simply avoid me by giving a reason that now the warranty has been expire and also the honda company told them to not compensate user.
i am not concern now by seeing that they did not replace the tank but feeling sad about those customer who can not do anything about the monopolgy by few o[censored]nprofessional person who seat over there in showroom and on responsible positions.

I am service my vehicle JSP Honda service center Kukatpally worst service because before service my vehicle Good condition and after service very Bad condition and staff not responsible please solve my problem

There is no material available and not co operate of any staff specially spare part executive and reception and also included partur Honda showroom specially mr.lale spare part executive ..
I hate your service i am order my vehicle block piston and also clutch plates and stickers of my vehicle

I did my two wheeler service from panachilmootil honda at Bharanikkavu kollam kerala.
i had bad experience from there.the staff behaviour to the customers is not tolerable.i experienced worst service form that center and they charged huge amount.also they didn't issue 5year warranty paper I bought my vehicle (unicorn 150) from this showroom 3years before.They didn't gave warranty paper till now.And mileage of my vehicle get reduced after service.
please take necessary action

i have booked a charged service at Sakshi Motors Jaisalmer for my Honda Activa 5G on 13 March 2021
Without my permission they coatted my activa through third party and charged 490 and they dont mention coating charge in invoice and dont give me cetisfide reply...

Accidently my bike carsh at sullia ...frm two month overed i claim insurence but dint get my bike frm two month

I am regular customer of shell pump.
Perticular this petrol pump I never find a person for air filling.
Rude behaviour while asking for person to fill the air in tyre.

My name is K K Vasavan. I owned and using a Activa 125 scooter since July 2017 . Till then there were no complaints . The periodical services are getting done on due times. Unfortunatly one and half month before I met with an accident and seriosly injured. On accident it was found that the rear tyre moved from tyre rim. This may be happend due to air less condition in tyre. But how this air less condition happend as the accident happend on continuaton of more than one kilometer run. On scrutinising the tyre in workshop there were no puncture seen. I told to the work shop man to find out and rectify the fault as as I am in doubt that this may be happend due to any minor bent in rim. They refused it and repaired all other works. Today when I am using the scooter I felt that the back wheel is again bubling and become un balanced condition. This can't be repaired or otherwise I have to stop using your vehicle and to give vide publicity amongst the public to save their life. The workshop in reference is EVM Honda Service Centre, Karingachira, Ernakulam.

Actually i gave for service and told them complaints what i faced, but after completion of service i got call from service center and they told ur bike service complete so i went to service and took my bike and i asked them all problems resolved or not they said everything done, but after using my bike i came to know that the complaints what i told to service guys even single problem not resolved so i called them and asked about problems they said bring back u r bike we will check and give u that means i have to keep leave one more day, this type service makes customer irritation .

I have purchased UNICORN ABS-BSVI bike at Balaji Automobiles on 11.11.2020. I am facing gear shifting problem more often while driving. Gear slips while changing gear, and sometimes automatically slips while driving. Complained about this during last free service, but not resolved. Please resolve the issue.

Dear sir my friends purchased unicorn 160 vehicle at nerella honda Devarapalli, westgodavari district Andhra Pradesh. The price is 128000rs, but the original price is 118000rs, they don't give AMC .every person dissatisfaction for the prices of the vehicles and also they charged number plate and biometric 450rs i enquired it but both are free, plz take a action. The first free service they charged 650rs for engine oil but the MRP of the bottle is 390rs no water service too worst service and too worst sales
