I purchased Honda Activa 6G based on its reputation and customer service in October 2020.
After using it for a few months I realized there is a jolt whenever the vehicle hits a speedbreaker and its magnitude has been increasing as time lapses.
Immediately informed the same to the authorized dealer (Pilot Honda) on 12th February 2021 and on checking they said that it is a manufacturing defect in the fork and will have replaced. They said it would take 15 days to avail the spare part since there is a delay at the manufacturer end.
I have been regularly following up with them but they keep on postponing and have been informing that they have not yet received it. Its been more than 45 days since the manufacturing fault was lodged. Worst still is they do not update and I need to call them up regularly to find on the status of the spare part. Also due to persistent jolt the other parts have also damaged.
Kindly address the grievance on a priority basis.

    Honda activa 6g dlx ki garari kharab ho gai hai jiski maine jis agency se scooty khareedi thi baha par sikayat ki par baha par abhi 2 month ho gay hai sikayat kiye hue abhi tak garari nahi aa pai au na hi pad pai hai scooty abhi bhi band padi hai

      I HAVE PURCHASED MY PRODUCT FROM (MURUGAN HONDA THAMMAMPATTI).
      MY RUNNING Kms was around 2500.
      I have done MY 1st service in same purchased dealer.
      And i have done my 2nd service in (KLM HONDA ATTUR).
      But I am facing repeated complaints battery totally down and coil prblem and while running bike is getting off.
      This is 5th time I am facing this problem and every time within 3 to 4 days this problems on bike occurs.
      And then I contacted (SALEM TRIUMMPH HONDA)MAIN DEALER OF MURUGAN HONDA and left my vehicle in that service center and after 4 days i took my delivery.
      But while returning from service center bike got totally shutdown and unable to start.I toe my bike for more than 25 kms.
      Same problem repeats and this is not yet rectified till now.
      I have already raised many complaints about this issue, but i didn't get proper response from that dealer.
      I visited that dealer on 27/03/2021 but owner saying that "u should ask me i[censored] have done service only on
      my service center i am not responsible for other service center services".
      AND THEY ARE RESPONDING ME PROPERLY FOR MY ISSUE.
      I AM REPEATEDLY INFORMING THAT TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR HONDA PRODUCT.
      SERVICES TOTATLLY BAD FROM THIS (SRI MURUGAN HONDA THAMMAMPATTI DEALER).
      I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT.
      SO REFUND MY PRODUCT AMOUNT ASAP.

Narayangaon Tal - Junnar, Dist - Pune, Pin Code - 410504.If these shock absorbers were purchased, they have been rubbed on the right side, and the left side is tidy, Honda's shock absorbers should not have such a problem with the vehicle's six-day running condition.

          This affects the company's reputation.

          Showroom staff do not address customer concerns.

          *Kindly replace shock absorbers.

          Today on 27th March 2021 I visited Advait Honda Showroom Narayangaon regarding shock absorbers problem and told them about the complete hassle, according to the service manager information counter sales are not guaranteed, showroom manager does not guarantee otherwise duplicate items should not be sold, It's only been seven days since I took the shock absorbers, but my problem is not being solved from the showroom, and full information is not being given.

          I can't afford to go to the showroom every day and complain I have to travel 20 Km, please fix my problem soon.

          Problems have not been resolved yet.I have been deceived in this, the dealer is refusing to replace the part, if the part is damaged in four days, the company should stop cheating the customer.

            I beg most respectfully to state that I am Atanu Guchhait My Bike Honda Shine sp 125 registration no is WB30AG0878 purchased on 16/08/2020. With in 6 months my bike battery is damaged. I go to nearest showroom Shivawheels Kolkata for replacement they submit the battery a month ago but till now no battery replaced. I suffered a most problem for last one month.

              This is to inform you that there is some noise in the engine of my new (one month old) activa 6g. I gave my activa 6g for the first service at JHAVERI HONDA, SEWREE, MUMBAI. Its been 15 days and my problem isn't solved yet, my activa 6g is in the service center i don't know what are they doing from the last 15 days i haven't received my activa 6g yet. Please look into my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                  I booked a Honda Activa 125 CC (with disc brake) at SVM Motors Pvt. Ltd., Kolathur Branch (salesman name : Mr. M.Sundar) - At the time of booking a DD ( DD no : 978055 dt. 19.03.2021for Rs.95, 804/-) was handed over to the salesman, & on 22.03.2021 the salesman called me & said DD was not honoured by their bank (HDFC - Aynavaram Branch) & INSISTED that amount be paid immediately thro" online mode immediately & said he would return the DD by evening. belving him to be genuine I took an instant loan & tranferred an amount of Rs. 95, 804/- (UTR No : IDIBH[protected]). Till date the DD is not returned, Mr.Sundar refuses to give me responsible reply [whole of yesterday 6 times I contacted from 10.15 AM to 2.30 PM thrice he returned my call by saying his A/c's team will be busy in meeting, then from 1.15 PM onwards he kept saying his A/c's would be busy having their lunch & they cannot be disturbed I would like to mention here that whole of yesterday he had not contacted his A/c's team instead he went to the extent of saying "GO AHEAD & DO WHAT YOU CAN" - After coming to know that A/c's team sits at Aynavaram branch. At 2.45 PM I sent my son to their Aynavaram branch to meet their A/c's head & met Mr. Sunil, Sales Manager who had informed him that there is no such post as A/c's head & that he would revert bck today (26.03.2021)]. The attitude of SVM Motors Pvt Ltd and irresponsible behaviour of the sales manager Mr. Sundar has put me in lot of stress and mental agony.

                      I have given my bike for service in SVM motors pvt LTD in chennai. But they are not giving any response to the customer. I'm believing only honda company not the service center. They have not service the bike properly. Every time they are doing like this only . What is your responsibility. If the services is like this means how can I belive honda company . Take care of this.

                            I have a activa 125 customer all service submitted in showrooms but this time washing time my speedometer censor complaind that showroom service advicer speeking to me solved the issue in one week but not ready more the time changed tha dates lockdown then after contact the showroom replace the sensor talking to me but note response at this time all are voice call records in my mobile this's the last contact at customer Care or i can complain in consumer court the waiting at ur responding

                                As usual we have given our two wheeler honda 4g at usuval service center..But after that there is some complaint in vehicle..some sound is coming out when scooter is moving. It happened only after service. Before that vehicle was absolutely fine.They are arguing that problem was already there and it's our fault. And they are demanding for us to pay again for service. As for now we have decided not to put vehicle there for service bcz we have to pay again without any fault from ourside. And same problem happened with my sisters vehicle for two three times.                                   Respected sir, maine Honda ki company mascot honda se 01/01/2020 ko cash me honda activa 5G li and within 1 year aapke company wale ne kaha ki aapke gaadi ka oil seal lick kar raha hai jab ki company ne naya lagaya tha 11 th month 2020 ko meri complaint ye hai ki within 3 to 4 months me kaise kya ye oil lick kar sakta hai to jab company walo abhi baat kiya servicing karne gaya tha tab to unoney aurogantally talk kiye and meri problem ka solution nai diye even maine manager se bhi baat kiya to unhone 8 days me call aayenga per abhi tak call nai aaya and unoney ignore kar diya meri complaint ko lekar and uske baad company walo ne kaha ki mere gadi ke tire and break shue kharab ho gaye hai to muje batao ki 1 year me kaise kya gaadi me problem aane lag gaye to meri complaint lo otherwise muje consumer court me jana padenga

                                        I am vasanthakumar.. i buyed honda sp125 bs6 motorcycle on march 2020.. i facing problem headlight brightness from when i buyed the bike.. i can't see anything on the road at night time.. the brightness is very very low.. i also ask help for that for more times.. but the problem was not solved.. now i am disappointed to take the bike to ride.. i paid 96000 for to take that bike.. but the bike not worth it for that money.. i don't know now what to do.. i am feeling very stressed.. i think i taken wrong decision to buy the bike..
                                        Now, please i want permanent solution..
