    The dealer and honda is not able to give me the break up of Rs.97000/- which I paid still there is a short amount of Rs.305.18/-

    Furthermore they sold Joy Club of Rs.411.82/- without any information HONDA DEALERS ARE DOING FRAUD WITH CUSTOEMRS

      Dear sir today I visited Kanishk Honda Jagraon ludhiana punjab for servicing of my bike I have bike at 2:45 pm and recieved bike only at 6 pm in between I had requested to do servicing still no attention by staff
      For last 5 years I go to servicing there but such a waste of time for first time people told we are only two people how can we handle.
      Yours is a reputed company please take care and monitor properly otherwise should consumer wait for half day for servicing.its really very sad and shocking for me .

        Dear Sir,

        Greetings of the day, My self Darshan Prajapati from Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India 382028. I love honda product for best service and excellent quality.

        I purchased Activa 5G on 18th March 2020 and 1 year not finished and continuously i facing issue in vehicle. i gone 4 times service for authorized, They worked good but after few few days issue reproduced. In activa sometimes engine makes weird noise and pick up not good. I am tired with this vehicle. I am not able to go for service everytime and i have not enough time. I mostly out of town and my family member suffer due to this product.

        1st time I regret to take honda vehicle. Today i submit My activa 5G at Royal Motors Gandhinagar 382028 ( Honda authorized service center ). Kindly help me in get permanent solution or replacement. I lost my precious time for this activa not its enough. I request you sir please kindly help in replacement.

          We purchased the activa 6g in october and from then we are facing issue with the self start... Till now we gave the activa to service center for more than 5 times for service ... But there is no change...

            Selfish guys.. I gave 2nd service at fortune honda Tankbund secunderabad. They have not taken any rating from my end .they didn't resolved my bike issue instead they did wrong one .footrust back bumper is knowking down side and made rash to main rod I, e chain side rode..before serving no problem in my bike. But after servicing this happens. I asked them why it is happened but they tries to cover their mistake and telling me due to pressure it occurs..what a silly reason and they tried to cover the matter and trying to convince me..waste fellows.. I bought it for 1.20Lakh. It is not a delicate one to rub and such silly reasons... honda services and honda manufacturing company about built and quality..shame on you..for not satisfing the customers...and you have one quote I, e: customers are very precious to us. Customer first... Silly monks...very shame on you people and company...we are paying that you should understand.. corrupted society.

              I have recently changed my activa 5g scooty battery before 7 months from honda authorised service centre .that time battery was under warranty .
              but now i am facing a issue again .

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to state that I, Subhasis Laha had purchased a Honda Grazia Scooter on June 2018. The detail of my scooter is as follows:
                  Registration no.: WB-18-AA-2338.
                  Chasis No.: MEJF499DJU025976.
                  Engine no.: JF49EU3110399
                  It is really unfortunate to state that rear wheel of the said scooter is giving trouble since purchase. I have been repeatedly informing the Service centre to check the rear wheel as the air pressure diminishes within 2-3 days. If the scooter is kept in garage for a week and on the week end the air pressure drops to 10-15. Every week end I have to check the air pressure and then I can use the same.
                  The Service centre checked and informed that they are not finding any problem with the rear wheel and suggested to get it checked with any tyre repairing shop outside I had done so on their advice but all in vain. The tyre repairing shops also did not find any problem but they to are astonished to see the diminishing of the rear wheel tyre pressure and advised to complain to the Company as it seems to be any manufacturing defect.
                  Now, I have another Honda Unicorn since 2007 but it is absolutely trouble free. I am really fascinated with Honda motorcycles but really surprised to see this type of problem in my Honda Grazia Scooter.
                  Therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace my rear wheel or its tyre so that I can get relieved from this type of problem. Hope you will kindly do the needful and oblige at the earliest.

                      1. When I have purchased the scooty from Shanti honda with accessories, they have not provided me Foot Mat and on servicing they have written pending item on reverse of the Bill.

                      2. They denied the pending work (Scratches in right side)

                      3. Showing the faith in Honda company, I have went to Shanti Honda Santnagar, Lohegaon, Pune but it was below satisfaction level.

                      4. I request you to intervene...

                      I have escalated already and received a call from the dealer head Deepak Singh, informed Mr. Raman the manager will call back. I received the call and I formed that I need Honda engine oil for CBR250R and suspension oil seal kit with oil and radiator oil. But what I received was a honda oil seal but both the oil was not honda. Fork oil was Endurance and engine oil was some other brand, so I did not buy and the radiator oil was from honda

                        I had purchased Honda Unicorn BS6 from Parekh Automotives Pvt. Ltd. and took delivery of the Bike on 4th December 2020, thereafter l had done my first free Service at Parekh Honda Authorised service centre on 31/12/2020 for which I had paid Rs.1471 as service charges and had paid Rs. 647 for extended warranty.

                        Just after riding the Bike for two days after the aforesaid service the self start started malfunctioning and it was very difficult to start the bike with Kick start as the kick start works only after 5-7 hard kicks and this is specially problematic when you are especially on road in Mumbai traffic.

                        I had taken the bike to aforesaid Authorised service centre next day i.e. maybe on 4th of Jan 2021 after keeping the bike in service centre for 2-3 days they returned back stating that now the bike self start is o.k. on inquiring about the problem the adviser at service centre told it was carbon issue. Thereafter I rode the bike nearly for a week again the self start stopped functioning while travelling in heavy traffic. I took the Bike again to aforesaid service centre and this time the advisor told that they had received similar complaints about few other new bikes and it is Magnetic Coil issue. They told me that I will have to keep the bike for some time with service centre as they had asked Honda to provide new Magnetic Coil. I had kept the bike at Service Centre on 21st January 2021 and after not receiving any status update from Honda Authorised service centre had called them several times after two weeks finally after following up from my end I got the bike on 11/2/2021 the service centre advisor told that they had put new magnet coil and now self start will function smoothly.

                        I took the bike in good faith but the very next day the self start stopped working while I was travelling in heavy traffic also the kick was hard to start it was a frustrating experience in middle of traffic.

                        Now again I took my Bike to the aforesaid service centre and had kept with them to rectify this manufacturing defect and till today I had not received the bike.

                        I had a terrible Horrible experience with this new BS6 Unicorn bike of Honda which I had brought for one lakh twenty thousand on road price.
                        Further apart from substandard manufacturing of the bike the service aspect was pathetic there is no responsible person from Honda in the Service Centre who is ready to come forward and attend to customer complaint and resolve this manufacturing defect at the earliest and assure the customer about redressal of their issues with Honda.
                        The service centre Manager is shying away from attending to customer complaints and the junior staff who are not efficient in the matters are being put forward to attend such serious issues. Every time when I inquire with the staff about Manager they say he is in a meeting.

                        The staff who Coordinate with the customer can't assure whether the bike will not malfunction this time. When I tell them to connect with advisor who was handling my case they always say he has gone for a trial.

                        The Unicorn bike which had generated a good faith amongst customers of Honda earlier is now being degraded by such substandard manufacturing and service even after increasing the price substantially.

                        My Bike No. Is MH 47 AX 2129.

                        I expect Honda to respond in a professional manner and resolve such issues at the earliest.

                          Dear Honda,

                          Location where I got affected:

                          Siva Honda show room (Jogappagari St, MLL Hospital Staff Nurse Residence Quarters, Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh 517330).

                          This is to inform that, I went to buy engine oil for my bike and the guys are not provided and they said No, then I asked why? They replied with worst answer with worst behavior that, They only provide the engine oil if the bike is getting service in their show room otherwise they wont provide.

                          I said this is not fare, if the customer asking engine oil you should provide it, you are spoiling the business and brand value of Honda.

                          Then also the guy and girl beside the guy said they wont provide.

                          Teach them how important the customer is for reputation of brand.
                          I could have get from out side also but because of genuine quality of brand i approach to the show room.

                                I purchased honda livo in january 2020 and taken regular service from company and even changed oil from company only. But since purchase average is ranging from 45 to 50 km and pickup is very bad. problem in gearbox. All the time i requested them to resolve this but they are not listening.                                   I purchase deo bike in prime Honda showroom bang lore by day one i am not getting service properly . i dont know whats is hell happening in showroom Vijayanagar i never seen such hopeless people are in showroom only to take bike they will cal some many times, i am not getting mileage i have been telling from past 4 service they are not doing my bile service correctly . i am complaining take serious action otherwise i know what do it for 300 Rs. it is getting only 60 means what else, , chee vary bad services, , i need feed back are take action on showroom by end i need services properly ... thuu i am getting vry much angry on that persons who are all in services dep and counter .

                                    I Could not make service of 2 wheeler activa due to lockdown in mumbai, can the free service time be extended, Scooty no. MH 01 DM 8442, purchased from Piolot honda byculla, in Oct 2019, only one service is done in Feb 2020, immediately lock down started in march.
