Hi,
I am Shavan Biswal and I have a Activa 6G having vehicle registration number is DL9SBY8779, It was brought on June 2020 . Last 3-4 days I get the some technical issue in Speedo meter. I registered the complaint at Shri Sai Motors and whose delear number is DL010015, I also registered a complaint on customer care, they both are assured me your complaint has been registered but I don’t have any kind of complaint number.

    Hi,

      I left my Dio on 28 01 2021 in kattupakkam Surya Honda show room for service and few parts to be changed but today is 01 03 2021 already 1 month gone as of now service is not completed no response from service station person they speak very rude and never respond to our query very worst experience

        I have given my activa 4g for service at setvice centre in sardar nagar, ahmedabad. They have just cleaned it and returned us the scooter. I have told then few problems which i was facing with my scooter. But they haven’t fixed them. They just returned the scooter in same condition. I have consulted a mechanic and he also said service is not done properly. I have also asked for engine oil change and i am not sure if they have done that also or not. They have just cleaned it and that to not properly.we have also paid for the service.
        I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. And this is not the first time they did it. We have also compliant about this earlier also but no action was taken.

          I Honda cbshine model 2009 . good maintenance by me.now Spark plug get black.so at yemmiganur Vasavi Honda branch of adoni there are hand over vehicle on dated 24/01/21 vehicle no AP21 S6099 still today they are not give good response of delivery today and today postponed . very sad very bad .at there service incharge munaa not good hence ur not take response then I go to police complaint against you and consumer forum

            Bought new Activa 6G few days back:

            1) Dent on front right side
            2) Engine noise
            3) Fake accessories

            Honda did fraud with us. I want complete refund or vehicle replacement.

            No more compromises please. Already been harrassed🙏🏻

              I have bought Honda activa 6g, on 04/06/2020 with very difficulty, because of the behaviour of the staff at the show room in wanaparthy, Telangana, 509103. I paid full cash on the spot and still the staff were busy talking to each other instead of working with clients. I came to showroom very excited with my dad, but I felt very sad with the way the staff was treating customers.

              I have said I will be give 3 free services, which we generally think it is free, but there are many hiding charges that comes with that and you will be paying around 400 rupess for every free service. I am attaching some pictures, how they fooled me here and when I realised it was wrong and ask them to check it, they scold me to that I don't know anything and asked me to move out. This was all happened when I visited for my next free service visit.

              The worker there asked me what is the reading and then he said it's too early for second service, then I checked my book and could see that the owner has directly written it on second free service instead of first one with more kms than on the reading. The reading was showing 533kms and he has written 5331kms in the book and written it in the second free service area leaving the first free service.

              If I enquire about it, the owner was treating me like nothing in front of their worker. I enquired the worker about how frequently should I change my oil, for which he said I couldn't say, you should deal it with the owner.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am Jafar s/o Saidu. My scooter Aviator Regn No KL-47J-1517
                        Total Km used below 3000. Bought from Johns Honda kodungallur branch. In unnecessary Iam not using the vehicle but daily using.

                        My complaint feels starting trouble. I reported to service center and the staff came to my home and they said the tank full of rust formed, so need to replace the fuel tank. How it possible the Honda products rust forming inside the fuel tank.
                        Company (Johns Honda) says warranty not covered for rust forming.
                        So please take my case seriously and arrange me to replace Hondas unquality product under warranty.

                          I have given my activa to service centre for servicing on 23.02.2021. Main problem is scooty is vibrating while accelerating the speed beyond 35 km per hour. This issue is not resolved by the service centre. I have visited the service centre today 24.02.2021 also, but the problem remains exist.

                                Dear sir today I visited Kanishk Honda Jagraon ludhiana punjab for servicing of my bike I have bike at 2:45 pm and recieved bike only at 6 pm in between I had requested to do servicing still no attention by staff
                                For last 5 years I go to servicing there but such a waste of time for first time people told we are only two people how can we handle.
                                Yours is a reputed company please take care and monitor properly otherwise should consumer wait for half day for servicing.its really very sad and shocking for me .

                                  Greetings of the day, My self Darshan Prajapati from Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India 382028. I love honda product for best service and excellent quality.

                                  I purchased Activa 5G on 18th March 2020 and 1 year not finished and continuously i facing issue in vehicle. i gone 4 times service for authorized, They worked good but after few few days issue reproduced. In activa sometimes engine makes weird noise and pick up not good. I am tired with this vehicle. I am not able to go for service everytime and i have not enough time. I mostly out of town and my family member suffer due to this product.

                                  1st time I regret to take honda vehicle. Today i submit My activa 5G at Royal Motors Gandhinagar 382028 ( Honda authorized service center ). Kindly help me in get permanent solution or replacement. I lost my precious time for this activa not its enough. I request you sir please kindly help in replacement.

                                      Selfish guys.. I gave 2nd service at fortune honda Tankbund secunderabad. They have not taken any rating from my end .they didn't resolved my bike issue instead they did wrong one .footrust back bumper is knowking down side and made rash to main rod I, e chain side rode..before serving no problem in my bike. But after servicing this happens. I asked them why it is happened but they tries to cover their mistake and telling me due to pressure it occurs..what a silly reason and they tried to cover the matter and trying to convince me..waste fellows.. I bought it for 1.20Lakh. It is not a delicate one to rub and such silly reasons... honda services and honda manufacturing company about built and quality..shame on you..for not satisfing the customers...and you have one quote I, e: customers are very precious to us. Customer first... Silly monks...very shame on you people and company...we are paying that you should understand.. corrupted society.
