Honda 2 Wheelers India — I am complaining about the product that I have purchased 2 months back | |||
I have purchased the a honda bike cbr 250r on 12/12/2018. From the day of delivery itself i am facing a complaint relating to the product. At lower rpm the vehicle is getting off even in running condition. I have registered a complaint in a authorised dealer cbc honda, paruthipara, trivandrum as the vehicle is under warranty period. They have already replaced some spare parts also. Still the concern is not at all rectified... In spite of a typical complaint and a premature failure under the period of 3 months, the dealer is not taking any responsibility toward the rectification process. Moreover they are harassing me a lot. For the last 2 months i am trying to get in touch with the higher officials out there by the people are not letting me to do the same. Dear sir,
I am kunal jain. I have given my bike( CBR 250RR ) for service at Shanti Honda, Pune. It’s been 1 month i didn’t get my bike from showroom. When i asked the showroom person he told me that the parts are not yet dispatched from the Honda company so it will be delayed. So, please take serious action on this.
