My name is vijay shetty i'm purchase honda activa 4g on june 2017 i'm not happy with honda activa 4g because one time my activa has get little damage after someday in my 2nd service i told them my handle get cross they told me its normal not to worry and next month i got again it's problem because my daily routine with vehicle 8to10km. I called customer care services before 2nd service they raise my complaint and i got a call from service centre from dombivli east vijay automobile pvt ltd they said put your bike here for one day we will see and i got cal next day that handle problem and supervisor told me rs. 3000/- expenses and insurance person come there he told rs. 10000/-why this big difference communication and i don't have that much amount to do immediately and in my 2nd service supervisor told me pannel alignment had problem that's why you have problem for riding and he take rs 400 for that but then also it's not happy service at all i am middle class person i can't afford this much amount every time it's really bad service and activa not strong
It's really disappointed from honda activa 4g if i take above 40speed it's get disbalance and volume raise from parts in activa
Kindly do something on urgent basis waiting for reply
And i am scan my 2nd service receipt kindly check

    Please Clarify that the Cost of Vehicle includes the Cost of Foot rest, Rear view mirrors, mat, nameplates etc.

    What are the accessories will be given free of cost along with new Vehicle.
    When I appraoched your Dealers in Nellore for Quotation they Quoting Vehicle Cost, Insure amount, Life tax amount only.They are denying to Add cost of accessories in the Quotation. And they informed Me to pay 1000 Rs in Cash towards PDI charges at the time of Delivery of Vehicle.

    Whether I have to pay additional amount
    For the above mentioned accessories.
    Please Clarify.

      I have given for 4th servicing, my vehicle no ap05dj6874 name m. Muneeswar, pls. Find attached the photo which is water servicing at rajahmundry my honda showroom on 23.10.2017 this attachment is outside of the vehicle fornt side. And charge of rs.350/- paid service.

      I request to return my amount rs.350/-.

        I like to draw your kind attention to the difficulty the honda customers are facing in patna in getting their two wheelers serviced. Due to the shortage of service centeres, mismanagement of the existing service centres, arrogance of the untrained staff, routine servicing of honda two wheelers in patna has become a nightmare for the customers. T he customers are asked to be at the servicing centre before 7am and register their names. No proper way of doing things. People engage in verbal fights. If possible please take my scootyback.

          Dear team,

          I booked honda activa 4g on 10.10.17 at the time of booking i asked for test driving but no test drive was given. It was promissed that at the time of delivary test drive will be provided. But at the time of delivary (16.10.17) they also denied for the same. Then i registered the compalint regarding this.
          I gave full payment in cash mode. Before receiving delivary i asked for invoice and bill. But they denied and gave excuse of electricity issue. When electricity come i again asked for invoice but they denied. And told me they will provide imvoice on 20th oct 2017. I had no issue on this but this time i want written confirmation from their side. They were not agree to do this. There were two person to whom i requested mr sanjay and mr subhash for test driving and invoice. Their behaviour was not good. They do not have sence how to talk with customer.

          Kindly let me know certians things

          1. What protocols do you follow at time of delivary of the product and its billing?
          2. What are guide line for test drive?
          3. What action will be taked by company if costomer is misbehaved by the dealar?

            I purchased a motor bike from dhanush motors, old dak ghar, bbt road, maheshtala, kol-700141.
            First of all the service in the office is very bad.
            They dont even know how to talk with the customer properly. Only one person is sitting on the counter fir which we have to wait for a long time.
            The second problem is that they are not doing my service properly. I have given my bike for 4-5 times but they are not solving my problem properly.

                Hi,

                This is inform to you that your authorized dealer pioneer one honda, noida, up buy local/duplicate spare parts from local market and selling these spare parts to customer 's vehicle and worst thing is that mr maneesh knows and involve in this scandal.

                When i talked about this he did not give appropriate response and run away from his seat.

                This is high level cheating and fraud by honda, i can prove above scandal.
                Honda needs to take necessary action on above.

                Currently i am out of india but available at email or mobile.

                    Vehicle performance is not satisfactory view low mileage. After continuous periodic services, the out put is not satisfactory. Specialy service in sharayu 2wheelers pvt ltd, panvel, navi mumbai - 410206 is substandard. Service supervisor mr ashok thakur is not bothered for customer. My bike after service sound is not normal and mileage gone down. On approaching his egostic nature avoided to undertake rectification of abnormal sound produced by my bike. Anticipating suitable action.

                    Every 100-150 KMS the chain was fully sounded like ZAR ZAR, already 2 services done I adjust the chain around 30 times, I hope Honda is very good bike but now I really suffering from that bike pls solve the problem, if don't solve the problem I register the complaint against Honda in consumer court plsss
                    The PGL Hond Bhubaneswar servicing is very poor.properly not short out the problem, and wrong advice by adviser

                      Starting issue & noise problem - starting issue is erratic in nature some time issue happens while applying self & some time it works fine. Problem shown to dealer ganpati but response is very poor, he was not ready to see the issue and after many requests he saw the problem & but did not took any action. Noise problem at the speed of above 40, heavy sound can be hear.

                        Jkm leela honda ghaziabad up not give me a battery from last 9 days. My grandfather injured due to kick of scooty. Dealer said go and complaint wherever u want to.. Worst behaviour of honda with costumer. I will going to start online campaign against honda. I have call records and papers.

                          I brought honda hornet 160r on 23/8/2017. The bike is performing poorly from the date of purchase while rising the speed (In all gears) which seems to be performance lag (Pick up is very low and the acceleration is linear). I am complaining this as the issue is not fixed after 4 services. Issue handled by pandian (Customer relationship manager) and srinivasan (Assistant service manager) from aadhi honda ganapathy, coimbatore

                          In first free service – bill 1 (In aadhi honda, saravanampatti, coimbatore), i have complained the issue. Issue not fixed. I have raised a complaint in aadhi honda service head office (Ganapathy, coimbatore). Contacted customer relationship manager and reported the issue – bill 2. Issue not fixed. Again, i went to aadhi honda service head office and handed over my bike around 967 kms – bill 3. Signed for customer test drive. I got the bike after 3 working days with bike ran 1005 kms. Customer relationship manager confirmed that there won’t be any issue going forward. But the issue not fixed.

                          I gave my bike again to service centre for the 4th time. After running 86km, i got the bike, but still facing the same problem (Performance lag), even after the four subsequent check ups carried out by aadhi honda, ganapathy, coimbatore. Besides this performance lag, i am now noticing problems like front and back braking issues, buzzer noise.

                          Now my bike is again in the service centre for the 5th time since i had bought it. It is really disappointing that the brand new bike manufactured by a renowned company is posing severe problems to the consumer within a month of its purchase.

                          I am really disappointed/upset about the honda's worst product and its very bad service.

                          Hence, i would like to get clarified on how the company is going to compensate me for the mental agony i have been through, due to these problems.

                          I buy my dio 5 months ago. Now The paint of the dio is damaged.and I didn't get the 5 year warranty book also. I am informed the showroom. But I didn't get any response from the showroom

                              Hi. I purchased a honda activa i from pilot honda byculla in aug 2017. They had not given any documents, nor service manual. They had promised all papers would be delivered within a week. However, the company was incommunicado for over 1 month. The landline or mob doesn't work. Escalation to regional office ensured papers were given last week. However, the registration book has not yet come. Also, since i didn't have the service manual 2 free servicings are overdue. Company is not responding

                                I purchased activa from celebrate honda in delhi 4g 110 cc 4 days back, i am running it between 40-45km/ph speed. On highways. Till now its run 200 kms. I am very disappoint by seeing its milage. Its a # off only 40 km per litre... What tje rubbish is this. Company claims 60km.

                                Please anyone can let me know how i can return this and get my money back... If i will not get suitable response within stipulated timelines i will have no option other then sue company...

                                  The vehicle (Tn 07 aj 7074) ia a full black coloured activa, it was given for a paid service on 11.10.2017 and the dealer gave a estimated time of delivery on 13.10.2017 but it was delivered only on 19.10.2017 in spite of acknowledging them my busy schedule, the major complaint by myself during the time of service was to repaint the front mudguard of the vehicle and to replace the worn out battery. Battery was replaced and the over all service was done well, but the front mudguard was only painted and no clear coat was given on the surface of the re-painted front mudguard so that the stock glossy look of the vehicle was not restored in spite of paying rs1500 for the re-painting alone and when myself questioned them about this they told me that this was the best finish of painting that they could give for a vehicle that is old and not brand new and when the service manager was questioned about this he gave a statement even if the whole vehicle is repainted they provide a paint job only with the basic painting and without the clear coating after the repainting. I was not able to convince them any more to finish the paint job perfectly.

                                  Here by i would like to raise a complaint on them for not doing the paint job according to the customer satisfaction and i request you to rectify the repainting of the vehicle as soon as possible.

Company refuse to change it and my bike also in warranty period. I purchased this bike nearly 5 months ago. If any satisfactory compensation not come i will sue honda activa company and jaipur honda malviya nagar because in this cause both distributor and manufacturer is liable. I gave my vehicle (Honda activa 4g) i said them that vibration is there & its not giving mileages, from my 1st service but till now i am facing the same problem yesterday i received my vehicle after service it is wrest. It was so much better before i gave it for service. Front wheel is not straight, the handle is not rite its pulling towards one side towards left & right side is tight, vibration is more than before & they simply charge more saying other charges in the bill n indicators sound was not coming i said they repair that also but they are saying that wires are loosened when i ask them to fix it they are saying that it is not possible because they don't have the tools to fix it, so what a service centre they are maintaining if they don't have the tools to service the vehicle

                                        All services made as per company instructions.
                                        The scooter has not been showed to any other service center except rainbow motors ariyalur, tele:[protected],[protected].
                                        Complains: petrol tube changed four times. Every time not less than one and a half liter petrol wasted.
                                        The battery requires to be changed and accordingly a new battery was fixed on[protected].
                                        Now the kick start has been fallen down from its position while riding and a great noise arose.
                                        The scooter was show in the rainbow motors ariyalur on the following dates.
                                        [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protect... and recently on[protected].
                                        Do you satisfy with this kind of activity. Kindly do the needful please.

                                        The company has repaired the scooter. The SPINDLEC OMP.KICK STARTER and RATCHET STARTGER are changed due to deterioration of these parts. The invoice amount is Rs.780/-. These parts are deteriorated only with 5012 Kms running. The company has to bear the cost of the spare parts along with the labor charges for having sold with such a worst spare parts. Due to Deepaval tomorrow, I got so many important works to attend today, but I could not attend. This caused me some mental agony. Kindly advise the company to refund the amount of Rs. 780/- and advise the company to be more careful while manufacturing the spares in future.
