This is to bring to your attention that i, biswajit saha, resident of vivekananda pally, asansol, 713301, dist: paschim bardhaman, west bengal bought a honda activa 5g std., from janee motors pvt ltd. (79 gt road, murgasol, asansol) at a price of 71, 986, receipt no: 41771 on 8-feb -2019. But but just after two months (On 3-april-2019) the vehicle started burning from the rear portion on its own (It was not used for hours before that happened).
So, i called the service centre and they picked up the vehicle the very next day (On 4-april-2019), they even sent a team a week later to our residence to inspect and take photographs from surrounding areas too look for external signs that might have started the fire but there was none (As the burns were internal).
But even after the delayed thorough inspection and continuous requests from our side they keep on delaying response. I even called the honda customer care ([protected]) but they kept replying the same old message since the day we first registered the complaint (8-april-2019).
Ticket no 1-[protected]. But it has been about two weeks (14 days) but no further steps has been taken so far.

    Ask 7 to 8 thousand rs can be charge this issue the activa is under warranty honda activa team not suppored to me.
    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

      I was buying a honda live motorcycle before a year.in one year it can run up to only 11000 killo mitres in city. Though shockup of my honda live is fully unusual.
      It can not work properly.
      So bad quality shockup supply by honda.
      I humbly request to honda that please changed it. Otherwise i can use another way. I want to change my back shockup.

        I purchase a honda activa 5g on 31/07/2018 from your dealer ashidrbad motors which is locate at ntpc kaniha, angul, odisha. My scooters battery (Exide) damage on 5/4/19, i went to the dealer they sent me to the battery distributer after 6 days the battery distributer tell me this battery cann't cover the replace because of old manufacture and now today after 09 days of the battery distributer return me your dealer replace a non branded battery which name is copro, why not your dealer replace the exide battery.

          Subject:- regarding a very bad repairing service of my bike.

          Dear sir, myself Surendra singh from Jaipur Rajasthan, My bike HONDA CBR 250R (red colour) Model 2014 who’s Registration no. is RJ14DQ8517, Chassis no. is ME4MC421GD8015278 and ENGINE no. is MC42E80027150, JOB CARD no. is 24622 had gone through an Accident on date 04/03/2019 which I sent for repairing at DEALER CODE RJ01000 Workshop Advent Automobiles”216, Mission Compound, Ajmer road, Jaipur, whome they delivered on 13/04/2019 at 11:46AM(Bill invoice number RJ[protected] after 40 days of worst repairing.

          I had E-mail you on 01/04/2019 and after letting those workers know(by visiting at workshop and by call) that please kindly do everything properly still they did the worst work and they didn’t even care about my any word they said ok for everything but still they did the bad, I had clearly told them that I want my every damage parts to get replaced by new parts but still they didn’t replace they repaired and fitted those damaged parts only, and it’s not like I told them at once I had told them everytime like in every week I use to call them and tell and they were like ok ok we will do what you are saying but still they did their own and fitted the damaged repaired parts only, they ignored my every word and repaired my bike very bad and carelessly.

          And it’s not that they fitted the damaged part but those damaged parts also they didn’t fit correctly, they changed the original nut bolts to temporary or local bolts, even they didn’t fit the Rubber cover of the Headlamp which is a very irresponsible thing, and front wheel’s disk rim’s bolts are also not proper and it has a missing bolt they didn’t even fit the whole required bolts also(which you can clearly see in my attached photos). This kind of thing can get me forward to another Accident, Bike is loosing controls when I use breaks which can cause a serious accident.

          I am a very old customer of Honda and I always prefer Honda as my first priority but these kind of service changed my mind because there’s no such good mechanic in this service center/workshop who can do proper kind of work for these kind of expensive and premium bikes, and those who are present they don’t know the proper work for these kind of bikes and these mechanics don’t even listen to customer they just do what they want to, they doesn’t give a priority to a customer’s satisfaction which really let my thoughts down about Honda, I attached the photos also about this worst kind of service.

          And Because of This Honda workshop’s service I faced lots of problems even financially and mentally and as a customer I have the right to get a better service, So I kindly request to the company that please take required action against this issue and kindly provide me a better service in next 7 days, either as a customer I would have to take serious action against it which will let me go to the Consumer Court.

            Have purchased honda activa 5g with the full payment at parekhwings honda showroom in santacruze west, mumbai on 6th april 19. Every day the sales person is telling me your vehicle number will come tomorrow. Today is the 19th april'19. But still not received any massage and any confirmation. Sales person name is ravi and ankit from the showroom.
            Could you please help to check and confirm on an urgent basis. This is the very worse experiance i m having with the showroom. How could we suggest anyone to buy your products. When having this kind of responses.

                My sister purchased a honda dio (Dx) from the authorized dealer of honda (Arya bhangy motors, angamaly kerala). On 22.12.2018. From the day i purcased this scooter is giving lot of compaints. 1- petrol over flow, 2- slow speed variation, 3- engine is getting off when the petrol level reaches one point.4- the biggest complaint is engine is giving big sound after driving for 15 to 20kms. Many times the sevice people tried to rectify it but they could not solve this big complaint. But this angamaly service centre technician says there is no complaint for this scooter this scooter gives this sound. After few days the service centre people from aluva arya bhangy motors called me to get the feedback of the service. I told them that i am 100% not satisfied with the service. They passed this compaint to the (Cro). And also gave me the cro mobile number. I send a whats app video to cro showing him the sound of the engine. Then the cro called me back and asked the problems and also told me to come with the scooter to aluva authorized service centre and meet the senior technician mr (Shylesh). Because though whats app video he cannot judge the complaint so i took the scooter and met mr shylesh on[protected] he approved that the scooter is giving big sound even the other customers in the sevice centre were shocked to hear the sound. Then i called the cro (Mr jinu) and jinu spoke to shylesh and confirmed the complaint. They said that i have to leave the vehichle there for two days. But as iam depending on the vehicle to reach the office every day i asked for a spare vehichle. Then jinu (Cro) said he shall see to this and call me back. He also told me to go back with the vehicle and when the spare vehichle is ready shall call me at the earliest. I waited for one week for his call but he never called so again i called him yesterday (16-04.2019). Then he immediately said i shall call you back and cut the line. Still now there is no response from jinu (Cro). So iam forced to dodge this complaint to you. I hope that you will consider this complint as a most serious matter and do the needful at the earliest to my entire satisfaction. Iam also attaching the video of the engine sound for your reference. My office time is 9.30am to 8.30pm so i need a spare vehicle to reach home, if iam leaving the vehicle for two days at your service centre. There is no transportation service after 8pm

Mene firse diya or show room bale abhi firse3days ho gaya nehi de rahe he phone karne se kahte he aaj baleswar se ayega. Fir bol rahehe baleswar parts aya o nehi hua abhi phir jajpur se ayega.. To mene gadi q kharida tha kya show room pe rakhnke liye.. Pahele me ye bol raha hu ki feviquik q lagaya gaya..

                    Dear sir,
                    I complain to n k honda agency rewa. My honda activa 5g accident on 17/02/19. Then i gone for repair at agency. They charged for service very high rate than market. And given 3 bills for its in which only one is gst bill and 2 other local bill. When i asked they said your painting and socker work done from outer side. They charged for local bill is very higher than market.
                    Gst bill — 1328 rs
                    Painting bill (Local bill)-1000rs
                    Socker repair bill (Local bill)-380rs
                    Total taken by agency -2700rs for mudgaurd repair
                    When i submit these bill on insurance company they only accept gst bill. And refuses local bills. So i loss money during the rapair work by this agency. Also i puzzled during the repair work.
                    So i complain for agency for this type work. I do not happy by this agency by this type behavior.
                    Please take necessary action on this agency they provide to all costomer gst bill in future by this they do not suffer such type problem like me.

                      Complain of my bike tyre is under woranty at not working properly some of defect in i purchased new vehicle shine at avadh show room jamnagar lalpur by pass road.

                      In show room any of person not give answer properly.
                      When i went to your show room, i was told that you would tell me by telephone with the help of the telephone, but after five hours, i made five calls, but i have not received any response yet

                        I, shamsher bahadur singh purchased honda cb shine sp byke from dealer pioneer motoworld pvt ltd branch through invoice no. Up23000218v02681. On 21/09/2018.
                        On 12/04/2019 evening, i was trying to start my byke through self but it not start and when i go to poineer service centre, sector 58 branch noida service centre to see the problem then mr amrish, engineer saw the problem and told me that your bike battery is damaged and unable to take charging so it have to go exide company for approval and it will take around 15-20 days and he removed the battery from my byke.
                        And told me that when it approved from exide side then he will call me for batter installation in my bike. Now i am unable to riding my bike without battery.

                        I request you to kindly look into my matter and take action immediately so that we can ride our byke smoothly.

I went there at 5.30 pm but there service provider denign my service request and told me to come next day but as i noticed the closing time of showroom was at 7.30pm so please notice this and kindly do strict action for the same.

                          Regular service for honda unicorn.

                          Major fault done, after replacement of fork oil, service centre don't have responsibility to check over all.

                          Disk break calibre was not bolded properly
                          Calibre dislocated while bike was on full prime running...

                          This might have been a heavy traumatic injury to the customer

                          Such a irresponsible behaviour.

                          How honda is going to rectify the mistake.

After servicing its facing chain problem and sound problem again i went to d service center replace the chain but he said no chance to replacement and no warranty for chain.                               Sir. I had done my bike 4th service on 11/04/2019 at my dream honda in kolhapur city maharashtra taken delivery on same day at 6.30pm and went away to home after fue mile suddenly my bike system was failed so i came next day on 12/04/2019 to complaint for this the service person told me it's a battery problem how could it for 1 year there is no problem and suddenly after service battery was fail he remove my bike battery on 12/04/2019 @9.30 but not yet replies it's worse service by honda

                              Sir. my Honda SP shine 125 /gear transmission is not OK. It stuck up between 3, 4, 5, gears.Local Honda showroom technicIan replaced a spring in gearbox. But the problem still exists.

                              Honda sp shine 125 .problem in gear changing. gear stops between 3 or 4 and 5. while running.
                              My Honda bike is dio black dx it's problem on back rim pend he's told warranty not give because my bike is new 6mounth but 1 year warranty i have my bike.so i was raise the complaint

                                    I have currently purchased a bike from jhaveri honda showroom at kanakia zillion, lbs marg, kurla. I have purchased honda livo (Drum brake) bike and i have a few complaints about your service and product. The complaints are as follows:

                                    1. Your salesman mr. Shubham had taken 2200rs extra from me, which i came to know later when your manager informed me and promised me to return it back. I received the cheque after 10 days. This shows that your sales people are not competent and knowledgeable enough.
                                    2. I got the list of accessories offered with the bike but there was no where mentioned about puc. I took the delivery of my bike from sewri on 31st march. I made the puc on 1st april. After 2 days i. E. On 3rd april when i went to your showroom for a complaint mentioned in the next point they gave me the puc. They did not prior inform me about the puc.
                                    3. Imp:-during purchase of the bike honda livo black colour bike was there at your jhaveri honda showroom, kurla. It did not have livo sticker on it. The salesman told me i will get a sticker on the honda livo drumbrake bike. So i booked gray colour (Drum brake) honda livo bike. The bike delivered to me had no sticker. I even did a complaint about it at your showroom and godown but i did not get any significant reply from them. I want the tank and back sticker as it was the main reason to buy the bike. I have also attached a picture about what i expected to get and what is delivered. I am ready to pay for the stickers but i want it for sure.
                                    4. While taking the delivery from sewri your one of the worker entered there drunk, started abusing the staff and also threw stones which it the manager’s car. This was a near miss incident. Due to this scene created i did not get proper demo of the bike.

                                    I would like to inform you that i am upset with your service and product. This kind of incompetent behavior is not expected from honda. I want you to take strict actions against it and resolve my sticker request. Improve your staff and service.

                                      I purchased honda grazia from pilot honda (Bhandup) in march 2018 and since the day i have bought it there's a lot of vibration problem and the engine is so weak that the self start doesn't work at all. I'm so fed up of this grazia so please help me to fix this problem or else refund it. Twice a month this scooty visits the garage and there's so much of problems coming out again and again. Will you help me to fix my problem or should i post a mail to the company?

                                        My cbr250 completed 6k km and its tensioner got damaged. Marikar honda of trivandrum kerala dealer rrfused to replace it with warrenty. The worst dealer in kerala. Such a bad experiance with them. So my engine os running woth damaged tensioner producing bad sound. I have to get it serviced at muthoot honda which is nearly 100 km away.. Honda should take action against marikar honda tvm branch

                                        Front soccer dispute, not smooth at all, creating huge noise badly. 4times compressor failed already with in 3rd service and warranty.cut out failed with in 6months from date of purchase.
                                        Bike vibrates at 50-60kmph.
                                        What are this!! I want full changes of bike.due to these basics problems.
