I had purchased honda brio car on 15 th feb 2016.landmark honda indore promise to give the full services ie matting, seatcover, carcover and car perfume at the time of delivery only but till date nothing is provided moreover today they assured us to do the same but at the end of day when we get to collect the car nothing is done that really shows how much negligence is done

    Hello,

    Honda has increased cars price before 1st April 2016, actually budget will commence from 1st April 2016 not before that then why? even i am ready to pay full amount before 1st April 2016 still showroom folks ask me to make 40k more in original quotation. Also customer care for honda is not responding over an email or call centre numbers. Will it be feasible to go for consumer court with immediate effect and ban Honda to sell their cars in India ? Why its not happening in India if it can happen in other countries ? If 100 customer make 40k per head payment then it will do directly to honda profit before applying the same from government as i am sure it is not going to Indian Government before 1st April manufacturing ? Even other auto-mobile industry has announced price hike from 1st April 2016. Then how can honda increase prices before 1st April 2016?

      This is to file a complaint for the Haldwani Honda-car service standards. I purchased this car on 06th April 2014, since then brake shoes are getting wear down after evey 7000 to 9000Kms. Brake-shoes have been changed many times, Also during previous car servicing brake shoes were changed and we were told that now brake shoes will not get wear-down so early. But again after every 7000 to 9000Kms, brake shoes are wearing down. I suspect that there is a problem with the brake drums and not with brake shoes. Kindly check the issue as soon as possible.

        I booked my car on Feb 18. Three days ago on March 2nd they ask me to pay 40k more for the same car or they'll cancel my order. They said in the budget, car prices have gone up. Not only is the budget is applicable from April first but also the car was booked well before the announcement. I want to let Honda's management know this is hugely unfair and that they better do something about it.

          Complaint of receiving a wrong duplicate sealed key for car model HONDA AMAZE 1.5 S MT (I-DTEC)engine no. N15A13006406 chasis no. MAKDF25GBFN103737 key no. 27312 Customer ID: 1-[protected] from Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ACE HONDA, Noida, G 25 Sector 11, UP 201301
          I, Shampa Sircar Das had bought a Honda car model HONDA AMAZE 1.5 S MT from Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida, G 25 Sector 11, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, INDIA on14th August 2015 via invoice number SAL-INV-DD[protected].
          The insurance of the above mentioned vehicle was also included in the sales package of the vehicle by Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida.
          At the time of delivery of the above mentioned vehicle, I was handed over two sets of keys and was told by the Honda showroom officials that one was the original master key with remote and the other was a duplicate key without remote (which was sealed, wrapped in an opaque black coloured plastic covering). With these two sets of keys, my husband and me drove back home using the original key to drive the above-mentioned vehicle. Reaching home we kept the second set of key (which was sealed, wrapped in an opaque black coloured plastic covering) in our locker.
          On 22nd September, 2015 my car HONDA AMAZE 1.5 S MT (I-DTEC) got stolen from Pankaj Plaza Central Market, IP Extension between 11.45 AM to 12.15 PM, where the car was parked. Immediately I called 100 PCR and subsequently I lodged an FIR in the local police station.
          This was a shocking incident as when we had purchased the car the Honda Showroom executives had assured and informed us about the Anti Theft features of the Honda Amaze car, i.e. IMMOBILIZER, WAVE KEY, etc. They had assured us that no one can either start the vehicle or drive away the car with these features in Honda . These features were in fact the reason for us to decide to purchase a Honda car and not any other brand. After the theft when we met the executives and the concerned officials at ACE Honda, Noida and questioned them about the Anti Theft features that they had assured us with when we were purchasing the vehicle from them, they had no explanation for that. This was shocking and we felt cheated by Honda. We feel this a breech of confidence and trust. Now as people around us are coming to know of this, they are equally shocked and cautious.
          Since the insurance of the above mentioned vehicle was also included in the sales package of the vehicle by Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida., we informed the Insurance Head at the Showroom about the theft of the vehicle. He refused to help us, as he said nothing was in his hands and told us to go to the branch office of the Insurance Company (NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED), which was in Ghaziabad.

          Getting no help from the showroom, I immediately rushed to inform the Insurance Company (NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED) which was mentioned in our sales package of the vehicle by Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida., about the theft. Later the insurance company sent a surveyor to investigate the theft case at our residence. The surveyor did the required paperwork and asked me to submit both the car keys to him for further investigations. I handed over both the car keys that I had got from the Honda Showroom during the purchase of the vehicle (one master key with remote and second key, which was sealed, wrapped in an opaque black coloured plastic covering) to the surveyor. The surveyor kept both the keys on a printed Performa of National Insurance Company Limited and took a picture of the same in my presence.
          I fulfilled all the necessary documents related to the investigation as per required. The only thing left was the untraced report, which I received on 23rd December 2015 and submitted the same to the National Insurance Company Limited office address : 141-142, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad(UP)-201001 on 28th December 2015.
          On 15th Jan 2016 Friday, I received a call from the concerned person looking after our case in the Insurance Company (NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED), to personally visit the Insurance office on Monday 18th Jan 2016.On 18th Jan 2016, after reaching the Insurance office I was told by the concerned person looking after our case, that they had found after cutting the seal of the duplicate key in their office that the sealed duplicate key which was given to me from the Honda Showroom during the purchase of the vehicle (which was sealed, wrapped in an opaque black coloured plastic covering) and which further was handed over to the surveyor from the Insurance Company at my residence, did not resemble the original master key with remote. It was a shock for me.
          The concerned person of the National Insurance Co. Ltd. instructed me after consulting his senior to take back both the keys to the Honda showroom Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida, G 25 Sector 11, from where I had purchased the vehicle, in order to inform and apprise them of the situation and get the original matching duplicate key. The officer looking after our case in the Insurance Company (NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED), handed us both the keys with an official letter.Immediately I rushed to Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida, and met the General Manager of the showroom and appraised him of the situation and showed him both the keys and the official letter from the Insurance Company (NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED).The General Manager assured me that he will look into the situation and requested me to give him some time to investigate the matter. On his word I patiently waited for almost four days. Not once did anyone from the showroom inform me or call me to tell what steps were being taken. I was being mentally harassed and my repeated calls were ignored or put on hold. My husband also out of his busy schedule visited the showroom and requested the General Manager to expedite. On the fifth day i.e 22nd Jan 2016 around 6 pm, we finally could talk to someone who informed us that they will not be able to help us out in this situation and they were not responsible for this incident.
          I have given a detail brief of the sequence of events with dates from the day of purchase of the vehicle till the current date. In the whole time I have been taken for a ride by Honda and have suffered severe mental trauma and physical strain. Also I have been requesting and pleading with the Honda showroom to expedite and solve this at the earliest as I am incurring severe monetary loss. The Honda showroom in turn has been indifferent and is trying to evade the situation as I am a women owner of the vehicle and they feel that ultimately if they continue to traumatize me, I will eventually give up. I was very happy and satisfied with the performance of the Honda Amaze car that I bought, but this incident has shattered my confidence and also of many people who are coming to know of this gradually
          I am writing to the Honda Cars India Ltd. with the hope that they will help me and instruct the concerned Showroom, Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida, G 25 Sector 11, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, INDIA to solve this at the earliest.Since the car was purchased from Naksha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., ACE HONDA, Noida and the showroom also did the insurance of the vehicle, they have to ensure that they satisfy the queries of the Insurance Company.I hope Honda will take serious note of my plea as a customer and I strongly believe that as customer satisfaction is Honda’s prime focus, immediate action from Honda will be taken with regards to this matter.

            i bought my bike on middle 2015.am a resident of kasaragod.at first i got mileage around 50.but few months ago mileage was 32.i showed at honda service center.and changed the parts they said, air filter, spark plug, engine oil and many more.they said now it will get more than 50 milage.but after that also am getting only 40-42 kmpl.its becomming very expensive to me.what should i do?

              I had my vehicle bearing no. KA05MQ0134 (in the name of Mphasis Ltd) serviced on 25th Jan to Magnum Honda Kanakapura road (Opp Metro cash and carry) service centre.. I had reported break noise issue which they said has been resolved. As it was not resolved, I had to take the car again for checking and again they said it was resolved after making me wait for about 3 hours. Unfortunately till now there is no issue and whenever I try to call the service engineers, there is no response. I had a similar issue with AC also during my last service and had to take it again to get it resolved. After running around many times, they have now said pollen filter has to be replaced and have done that now. Am worried of the recurring problem with AC and the break noise which is a major issue now. There is some issue with the AC which they are not telling properly. Please look into this complaint and resolve.

                Committed teflon coating in writing. Dealer backed out.
                Also paid for extended warranty which i cancelled immidiately seeing the experience. Extended warranty can be cancelled as per honda within 6 months. Payment not recd.

                      My complaint is about the car which i purchased from classic honda showroom in faridabad named sterling automobiles pvt ltd.
                      On 21st january 2016 and on 27th january 2016 its dashboard functions stopped working and the nextday when i took the car to the showroom they told me that the wiring of the car is faulty it has some manufacturing defect so the whole wiring would be changed i said why should i take a repaired car i need a new car in place of this defected car so they said we provide you 4 years extended warranty and on this terms i took the delivery of the car on 4th february 2016 and they refused to provide me extended warranty and again on 14th feruary 2016 on my way with my family the car acceleration brokedown and i was helpless in the middle of the road when i called them the service manager came and he saw the condition of the car i pulled the car with him to the showroom and there they said that there is no problem in the car then there is fuel adulteration in the car so fuel had to be lab tested then fuel tank has to be opened i left the car and came back home.
                      After two days a person from showroom calls me and asks for permission to open the fuel tank i said i dont know any thing. Till date after 14th of feb 2016 the car is with them i am not taking the delivery of the car as i am totally harassed with the situation and also i wrote to honda crm and ceo directly and regularly but nothing came positive. So i request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter as my almost 12 lakh rupees are blocked.

                        I sent my driver to Lally motors jalandhar for service of my city honda pb08aw3151 on 20th February with prior appointment. There staff broke my steering lock and said it was already broken. If it wad broken how car reached at workshop with locked steering? They charged Rs.12500 for it. Fault of service staff and paid my me. Highly objectionable and big cheating.
                        They mentionon bill that one lac K.m service due but refused by customer. But fact is that they nevet asked me. Cheater.

                          i gave my vehicle Honda Twister for service at 01-Feb-2016 (Keerthi Honda Show Room in Hosur) still now i m not get my vehicle,

                          i never expect Worst Service in Honda Show Room. Now i feel Make Mistake to buy Bike In Honda Company. Better to move Consumer Court.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I am Rakesh I owned a honda amaze on 2014 feb 9. I am just writting this email as a frustrated Amaze car customer. My car sunk in last year flood and I advised forcefully to sell my car for total loss to insurense people. I just want to notify how I was cheated by this company. Here are the list
                            1.I owned my car on Feb 2014. They don't gave proper respect after paying initial amt. I mean that totally changed after getting money.
                            2.they actually forced to give 10\10 for the feedback call. They use to call me 10 times a day and forced to give the score. They said if I give 10\10 they will provide good service. As this is my first car I was afraid and have that score.
                            3.During my 3rd service I was cheated by one of the service gentleman.They took my petrol of about 500 rs. I escallated to management and they haven't took any action. I don't want to make it as a bigger issue as it's just a packet money for me.
                            4.I gave service during November 2015(durin chennai rain)- 1st week. They call me and asked that that the floor mat is having water and it will charge 1500 to clean it. When I got the bill it's written as 3500. when I call them to ask them The service gentleman took leave and he sent some other idiotic gentleman and he was fighting that he conveyed 3500 Rs only.
                            5.once I submitted car after flood, they haven't even check the car and asked me about the water level I said it's below stearing wheel. They bliendly said it's total loss and they gave some checklist. In that it's mentioned 70000 for labour charge. I asked them honda reduced the repair money for flood loss vehicle. They said it's not true and they added if you are ok we can process it or not we will not repair it.
                            6.after 10 days insurance company asked me to give gatepass for this car. I went and asked to them they threaten me and said you ve to give 7000 for giving gate pass. I denayed but of no use. They took some lumpsome amount to give the pass.

                            The service was pathetic. I thought of buying another honda vehicle (BRV). I drop the plan and booked Reno duster. I jus writting email becase please don't loose trustable customer like me. And fyi one of my colleague also faced the same issue and booked Maruthi Baleno. If you have doubt you can check with customers

                            Please check the aaudit company in OMR road. BOTH SALES AND SERVICE are worst. If you want proof I can send the same. I have all proof with me. Final Good bye..!!! chao!!

                              Dear Customer Relationship Manager


                              I am writing this to inform you, I have booked one Honda Activa from Universal Honda Bapunagar Branch. I have booked Activa on 08th Feb 2016 with 500/- INR token amount, after that on 09th Feb 2016 I have paid more 5000/- INR cash as a token amount. My expected delivery date is 18th Feb 2016.


                              I have visited Bapunagar Honda showroom on yesterday to take delivery of My Activa. But I am very disappointed to say, Sales person of Bapunagar Honda showroom says that, we don’t have stock, you can come after 15 days, otherwise we will call you when active is available.

                              I believe that expected is tentative date, but tentative means 3days before or 3 days after. But this is not right, you have taken total 5500/- cash as token amount, now your dealer saying come after 15 days and 30 days, we will inform you.


                              There are lots peoples booked activa now a day. Your dealers are taking money from them and earn interest on customer’s token money.

                                It's is my Honda jazz. Which I purchased on 23 January 2016 from central Honda. Bhubaneshwar. It's fug lamp bulb have been fused after 5 days from own of this vehicle. At the time of first servicing they told bulb is not available with us. Later we can replace that. Kindly make that convine ant.

                                  I had given my amaze 1.5 vx mt ( i-dtec) for routine service of 40000 km . my ac switch light was full time on even after swicth off. they told it cant be repaired you have to replace it. i told it is ok, i will do it next time. when i received my car that AC switch was jamed no light also. so told them. i have to come back, as they told it will take some time. then they brought it back with switch jamed but with blue light. again i send it back. i called service manager, but call was on forwarded so some lady in charge. she told she will check and call back. till now she didnt call. some one from warranty department called me n shouted at me, which is not at all acceptable. i simply dont expect this from so called HONDA. this happended at apco cars pvt ltd, calicut, kerala.
                                  plse kindly look into the mater so that no other customer have such a mental trauma.

                                      Issue 1: Left mirror not folding properly.
                                      Service Delivery : 27th January 2016

                                      After delivery it's noticed that left mirror was not folding properly, immediately informed the service adviser thereafter registered a complaint on honda cars web portal. I got calls from honda as well as from the dealer but nothing happened, both guys offer car pickup unfortunately nobody came.

                                      Along with service i had a small claim, insurance company surveyor visited the service center and pass Rs. 4900. after completion they demand to pay the full amount and informed united india insurance co is not in honda assured list, i agreed. As the insurance guy requested i submit all the document including blank check but till today (17/02/2016) i didn't received the payment.

                                      We contacted the insurance company and received a reply " no documents are submitted till today". Thereafter I contacted the service adviser Mr. Jiby, Service Manager Manoj Sebastian, and insurance handling guy Mr. Srejith several times all promised a call back but nothing happened.

                                      Insurance coverage is bumper to bumper and expiring on next moth 5th, and came to know that from a valid source they are purposley delaying the document to sell honda assured insurance on renewal.

                                      With full cover insurance i am not able to claim, honda is responsible to provide better service to the customer.

                                      From my experience compared to Tata motors and Toyota Honda is the worst in after sales service. No value for customer complaint or feed backs.

                                      After service without giving any feed back I received an sms " thank you for your valuable feed back", i think service center guys are typing customer feedback by themselves.

                                      Normally service center guys are contacting the surveyor and he is picking the documents, here till today the insurance handling person Mr. Srejith is not contacted the surveyor to collect the documents.

                                      at the time of delivery I personally met the Service Manager Mr. Manoj and he give the instructions to submit the documents without any delay, but nothing happened even Mr. Srejith / Manoj didn't show the manners to intimate us.

                                      If they cannot why the service center authorities are keeping my documents, they can inform we cannot please go to the insurance company directly instead of that they're holding my documents without any reason.

                                      I realized one thing in peninsular Honda subordinates are not listening to the service manager, he is only a name sake person with out any values or he don't have the managerial capacity to manage the team. I informed the incident to the service manager he promised a call back but nothing happened.

                                        I have purchase Honda Amaze VX on 12.06.2015, Vehicle run approximately 23000 K.M Till date. but I, Radhey Shyam Meena Complaining about Vehicle Shokar and all tire, I have complaining Starting 8000 KM so much time in service center, officers are not listen my complaint or not register my complaint.
                                        company not refund me excise amount. Officer behavior are very bad. talk with me very wrongly.

                                        cause 1.) Shokar is licked
                                        2.) All tire manufacturing fault, just like tire joint are not connected. this time all tire are grip less.
                                        3.) Tank fuel filter is licked.
                                        4.) Key is not working properly.
