I have bought the Honda Road side assistance with my car Honda City (MH 03 BW 0361) bought from Apex Honda Mumbai. They have provided two emergency numbers to seek help all over India. My car got punctured and I called the numbers but it went unanswered for a long period of time. Then I had to visit a local garage and fix it on my own. I complained about this and they said they will investigate and follow up with me. In a second instance, a month after, I met with a road accident and called this number again, but this time too no one picked up the phone. I have reported this incident too but not getting any response from Honda. They seem least interested in the complaint. I seek monetary compensation of what expenses I had to bear in the incident. Also I want discontinuation of the Road Side assistance service and reimbursement of the paid money for it, if they can not guarantee the proper implementation of the service; or else I am moving to a consumer court.

What is the purpose of these complaint when there is absolutely no response from the companies ?

Honda doesn't have the courtesy to even acknowledge this feedback and respond to the complaint of its users!

    Car bot in 2013 April.has run about 35000kms.engine was giving unusual sound from the first year of purchase.and same was informed to the dealers.now during service its told me that gearbox bearings have gone.its going to b a major repair.how can bcity car have such problem within three years despite self driven in good roads.I feel dealer should do the jop free.

      I bought my NEW HONDA CITY on 14.02.2014 from Apex Honda Mumbai. In the last 10 months the front left tyre is punctured 15 times. The vehicle drags to the left due to the bad tyres. The valves of both the front tyres were found leaking and are both replaced within 10 months from the date of purchase. I drove a Hyundai - Santro before and used it for 9.5 yrs before purchasing my new Honda City. For the 9.5 yrs. that I used Hyundai - Santro, it developed puncture just 3 times and not a single tyre valve had to be replaced. In my new Honda city in a short span of 10 months, there are total 15 punctures developed in front left tyre and 4 punctures in front right tyre plus the valves of both the front tyres are replaced. I have spent nearly Rs 3550.00 on tyre related faults ( Rs 150 (per puncture ) x 19 (Total punctures) = Rs 2850 Plus 2 valves x Rs 350 each = Rs 700 ) in a short span of 10 months. I can safely conclude that the tyres supplied with the new Honda City are of inferior quality and this is totally unacceptable in a car costing Rs 12.5 Lacs which is a lot of money in India. Pls escalate this matter to the Honda management and send me contact details of Honda’s technical director responsible for tackling such issues. I don’t want to trouble the dealership, since this is a manufacturing defect and dealer doesn’t have much of a role in this.

        Recently i bought new honda jazz (UP 16 TC 1379)from Crown honda, Noida sector 63. After one month i gave it for first service on 18th Dec . I opted for free pick and drop facility offered by the service center. After 2-3 days of service when i checked my car's diggi i found the spare wheel was stolen. I called the showroom and informed them about this. They told me thay will call me back in 10 min but they never called me back and now they are not even picking up my calls. I also called the executive who came to pick up my car. he is not ready to accept that he stole the wheel. but i am 100% sure that he only stole my car's spare wheel.

          My Amaze met with accident, and it has been more than 25 days. No update on that. The delight Honda, are not picking my call. Giving false promises No manager when we go there. Car is in same condition. Highly shameful.

                My car number is Mh 05 ch 2437 as i bought the new honda city in december 2014 and in march 2015 the car was giving problem during pick up and now they are saying i have change clutch plates.. is that it i paid 13lacs for the car and in just 3 months company people are saying to change the clutch plate and it costs 24000. Is it buying honda brand worth it ??? before i used innova and in 5 years that car never gave any problem and this car gave me problem so fast now i got one thing that buying honda is not worth it they dont give you good service and there cars doesnt have a longitivity or its a defective car.. I just need a free repair thats it.

                  My name is amit mor. I went to harmony honda in chandigarh for my honda amaze car service(30/12/2015). I took appointment for that day in morning at 9;30 am and i am there on exact time. And meet executive and told three complaints . 1 noise in door 2. Noise in clutch peddle 3. Third one is many time car show pgmfi sign. During running situation. And i asked executive after all complaints and service how much time taken by you. He said we give your car at 6;00pm. After that i got my car at 7;00pm . With +1(washing) complaint and other rest complaints still pending.So total is 4. I gave my feedback during billing. After 2days i got call from harmony honda . Sir we feel sorry in behalf our service . She said please send your car once back to our service centre. We give complete solution. That day my three complaint solved. But still major complaint is pending. Two times engineer and executive told in scanning no issue is there. And these light show few times when car diesel level is low (but during both times my car diesel tank is above 50% ) . Then again i talked in harmony honda. Then he said please you come with your car . Then i visited to service centre. At that day executive told me your car problem in your pump (attach with engine) or pipe line. To find the problem we need your for two days. So i want to know .Your engineer and mechanic is not capable to find solution in single visit. Or its negligence. Three days my totally waste...

                    I had purchased Honda Mobilio Car from Regeant honda Thane on 12th Dec. 2015 Registration No. MH05 CM 5987 but within10 days auto central locking key malfunctioned. I had been told that it will be taken care at the time of 1st service within 30 days On 06/01/2016 I had send my car for servicing but my central locking key was not repaired saying it will come under paid service. Honda cars india ltd is providing only one auto lock keys. I want my central locking key repaired free of cost.I

                        Sir on 05/01/2016 I brought my car to your Ajmer dealer of Honda car. I purchased new Amaze from Rudraksh Honda, Ajmer, Rajasthan. My second free service was due. I gave the car for free service and complained about wheel alignment. I was delivered the car after service. I paid for wheel alignment. But the problem of alignment still persist. For this persisting problem of alignment even after service of car I immediately brought same fact in the notice of the staff present there. But I have not been satisfied till tet. I mentioned a note of dissatisfaction over tbe free service voucher slip kept by the dealer after service of our car. Car is in the name of my wife Dr. Neerja Sandoo. Please help.

                          I own Honda city svmt UP16AU1486 I purchased this car in april 2014. company claimed fuel average is 24 km per litr. after running 19000 km I am not getting more than 14km per litter average. I think Honda has cheated people by telling lie about the fuel average. the company must accept the responsibility of fuel average.

                              After waiting period from November 30, i booked an appointment for quick service on 25.12.15 and even after four days the vehicle is not attended / repaired. Service advisor response is not satisfactory and not providing any committment for delivery of vehicle. Service advisor (Mr. Jayakumar & Mr. Ranganathan) response on my car asset damage during last service is very bad and arragant Losing faith and hope on Honda due to these few irresponsible people.

                                I had Amaze diesel car Regno. HR24V6292 purchase 19/12/2015 from M/s Joy Honda.
                                As per the Scheme we are entitle for Honda Buddy Loyality Points but the company has not credited the same and I think the Dealer has used the points because a company like Honda will not do the same.

                                  I also happened to be fraud by same dealer, I bought Honda amaze on 1st December 2015, they said registration charges was of 33000, now they are saying pay more, demanding 15000 for registration, even they stopped picking my phone, its disgusting, worst service I have ever seen, please beware before buying your vehicle.

                                    My vehicle was parked in my parked in ground floor of my apartment complex, when it got immersed in flash floods in chennai. The vehicle has no physical damage. I towed my vehicle to Capital Honda, Perungudi a week back. Today I have received an estimate for Rs.11, 03, 273/-. The estimate was sent in a MS-Excel worksheet and to my surprise the same estimate with no changes was shared to 2 other customers in the same workbook itself. When I contacted the service advisor and when I enquired with him, whether they have checked the car physically, I was given an evasive reply. My question are below: 1) My original purchase value for the car was around Rs.9.5 lacs when I bought it in Aug'2014 (year and 3 months back). Now the estimate for repairs given to me is Rs.11, 03, 273/- (Rs.1.5 lacs higher than the purchase cost). How can the spare parts cost alone be higher than the whole car value. Also the car has no physical damages and the salvagable value will definitely by around Rs.3 lacs (assuming the whole spare parts alone need to be replaced). Does this make the value of my Car = Rs.11, 03, 273 + Rs.3, 00, 000/- = Rs.14, 03, 273/-. 2) Also the car has also not been physically checked, because my car is still lying in the yard only. How have they arrived at this estimate before checking the car. Finally we have already endured lot a hardships & losses during the floods, and this is not right on the part of Capital Honda / Honda India Cars to further harass customers like us by artificially inflating the costs of spares, replacing parts which need not to be done.                                       Sir, I am Lokesh Yadav. I purchase a car Honda amaze i-vtec petrol version on 24th july 2015 form Ring Road Honda Peraghari Delhi. My car registration no. DL - 1CT 6235. I loge the complain of rusting in back doors. But your dealer not paying attention on this complaint.

                                        I am one of the Victim of recent Chennai flood as my car submerged into the water. I had taken the car to Honda Authorized Service center ( Capital Honda) for repair and received a quote of 6, 00, 000 to repair the vehicle. These estimation are happening without inspecting vehicle on their working condition of it's parts I can easily prove it. ( I removed the battery ( brand new) from vehicle before it submerged into water and handed over the battery while delivered the vehicle but in the estimate they had included the battery). They classified A, B and C depending on water level and distributing the pre-pared standard estimate with 100 list of items to all depend on car model. The worst part is they are charging if the vehicle taken back without servicing with them which they mentioned as part of estimate and never told or mentioned when the Vehicle was dropped for service. Why they are charging for estimate when they have not investigated the vehicle for damage as they are only distributing standard list for all the customers. When people lost many valuables during the flood these kind o[censored]nethical business i would call as money looting from consumer like us. How will Honda ensure their dealers are doing ethical business in this country for their customers or Are there any involvement of Honda along with such dealers and looking out business opportunities by utilizing current situation in Chennai. What level of assurance Honda providing to their consumers in Chennai to get better post sales service from their dealers and helping community to overcome the current situation exists in Chennai.
