It's is my Honda jazz. Which I purchased on 23 January 2016 from central Honda. Bhubaneshwar. It's fug lamp bulb have been fused after 5 days from own of this vehicle. At the time of first servicing they told bulb is not available with us. Later we can replace that. Kindly make that convine ant.

    I had given my amaze 1.5 vx mt ( i-dtec) for routine service of 40000 km . my ac switch light was full time on even after swicth off. they told it cant be repaired you have to replace it. i told it is ok, i will do it next time. when i received my car that AC switch was jamed no light also. so told them. i have to come back, as they told it will take some time. then they brought it back with switch jamed but with blue light. again i send it back. i called service manager, but call was on forwarded so some lady in charge. she told she will check and call back. till now she didnt call. some one from warranty department called me n shouted at me, which is not at all acceptable. i simply dont expect this from so called HONDA. this happended at apco cars pvt ltd, calicut, kerala.
    plse kindly look into the mater so that no other customer have such a mental trauma.

        Model : Honda City VX
        Issue 1: Left mirror not folding properly.
        Service Delivery : 27th January 2016

        After delivery it's noticed that left mirror was not folding properly, immediately informed the service adviser thereafter registered a complaint on honda cars web portal. I got calls from honda as well as from the dealer but nothing happened, both guys offer car pickup unfortunately nobody came.

        Along with service i had a small claim, insurance company surveyor visited the service center and pass Rs. 4900. after completion they demand to pay the full amount and informed united india insurance co is not in honda assured list, i agreed. As the insurance guy requested i submit all the document including blank check but till today (17/02/2016) i didn't received the payment.

        We contacted the insurance company and received a reply " no documents are submitted till today". Thereafter I contacted the service adviser Mr. Jiby, Service Manager Manoj Sebastian, and insurance handling guy Mr. Srejith several times all promised a call back but nothing happened.

        Insurance coverage is bumper to bumper and expiring on next moth 5th, and came to know that from a valid source they are purposley delaying the document to sell honda assured insurance on renewal.

        With full cover insurance i am not able to claim, honda is responsible to provide better service to the customer.

        From my experience compared to Tata motors and Toyota Honda is the worst in after sales service. No value for customer complaint or feed backs.

        After service without giving any feed back I received an sms " thank you for your valuable feed back", i think service center guys are typing customer feedback by themselves.

        Normally service center guys are contacting the surveyor and he is picking the documents, here till today the insurance handling person Mr. Srejith is not contacted the surveyor to collect the documents.

        at the time of delivery I personally met the Service Manager Mr. Manoj and he give the instructions to submit the documents without any delay, but nothing happened even Mr. Srejith / Manoj didn't show the manners to intimate us.

        If they cannot why the service center authorities are keeping my documents, they can inform we cannot please go to the insurance company directly instead of that they're holding my documents without any reason.

        I realized one thing in peninsular Honda subordinates are not listening to the service manager, he is only a name sake person with out any values or he don't have the managerial capacity to manage the team. I informed the incident to the service manager he promised a call back but nothing happened.

          I have purchase Honda Amaze VX on 12.06.2015, Vehicle run approximately 23000 K.M Till date. but I, Radhey Shyam Meena Complaining about Vehicle Shokar and all tire, I have complaining Starting 8000 KM so much time in service center, officers are not listen my complaint or not register my complaint.
          company not refund me excise amount. Officer behavior are very bad. talk with me very wrongly.

          cause 1.) Shokar is licked
          2.) All tire manufacturing fault, just like tire joint are not connected. this time all tire are grip less.
          3.) Tank fuel filter is licked.
          4.) Key is not working properly.

            I have purchased a Honda City, Diesel car on 2/12/2015 wide Chasis No.MAKGM858KF4104926, Engine No.N15A12421733, the month of manufacture Oct.2015 from VIVAN HONDA, PALARIVATTOM, COCHIN, KERALA. The vehicle as on date runned 8500km. I have many times reported to the service centre with regard to the noise from the right side of the suspension and also the high noise from the clutch side after 60 km speed. In this respect, the reply from the service centre that, the above complaints are borned from the manufacturing defects. So that they could not help in this complaints.Hence the manufacturer has to reply for the above complaints otherwise I may have to turn for the legal justice and rights.
            Hope you will take immediate action.

              I am having honda city car Make:MAKGM665EEN001207 Engine No. L15Z11015333 Invoice No. AHM/0458 Purchased from Land Mark Honda, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

              Few weeks ago there was problem with gear box even though my car is new and completed only milage of 16000 km and it has to be brought to service station for one week and resolved the problem.

              My car is having frequent hazard signs problem even if the car does not have specific problem in engine and or car spare parts eg. the sign shows hand break on but physically the hand break is not applied. The computer has been several time re set but the sign pop ups the next day.Due to this technical problem my car has to be taken to service centre and it is big problem with my transportation. I would like to check my car by special technician send by you from your head quarter.I would like to solve my problem on urgent basis.

              I had Honda JAZZ as my prior car but this Honda city is creating lots of problems since I have purchased. This special unit should be checked thoroughly by your head technician from head quarter. I am proud owner of Honda make cars since last ten years but this Honda City I am not at all satisfied. So, please take appropriate action looking in to this unit and take further action.

They had just harassed me yesterday so I didn't give also pay u for harassing me and taken my car for drive I am attaching all the pic and want you to take action against them for harassing to customers.

                      My amaze met with a accident.Took the car to dealer: Delight Honda on 21st Dec.
                      They told us that they will inform once the survey is done.
                      On 24th Dec the survey got approved and they told us that I will get my car by 5th Jan.The initial estimation they told was 8 to 10, 000.
                      on 3rd Jan I got a call stating that when they were testing the vehicle, some oil leakage was happening near Gear box, and they informed me that the estimation might get increased to 15, 000.
                      I told them to write me a mail stating the parts which they changed and also the estimation.They told me they can't do this.
                      It was around 10 days and they told me they are not able to get a part as its a rare part and has to be shipped from Bangalore.
                      Meanwhile I wrote a mail to Honda customer care.
                      After a month long wait and running after Honda and their dealership company.
                      They informed me that my car is ready and I need to pay 37, 000.

                      Suddenly at the end how can they make a bill of 37, 000 and despite of me asking several times why they didn't inform me regarding this.

                      This is pathetic and I saw not expecting this from Honda.

                          I bought honda amaze in end of april 2015 (10 months old car), we went for a short vacation on 23 rd Jan 2016, we were at a speed of just 40-50 km/hr, car had just left a toll plaza. we were on right hand side. suddenly there was some problem in the car, the front side left tyre and back side started giving problem. (excel broke) the car hit the right divider and then the railing on the left side. all this happened in a fraction of seconds.. (5 secs) we couldnt understand what was happening.. we applied breaks but breaks dint work and we banged to the railing, this is how we were saved. we were 5 members (entire family) with 5 yr old kid and 2 sr.citizens.

                          I need your help to pass my complaint the company so that i can get compenstion and replacement of the car.

                            Respected Sir,
                            I took a mobilio car from Southern Honda, Tirunelveli on 17.09.2014, my vehicle number is TN 74 AH 9687 and took insurance for my vehicle from Royal Sundaram insurance as per the recommendation of the dealer southern Honda, Tirunelveli.
                            Now on 30.12.2015 when I was driving between Vizhuppuram to Gingee at Asokapuri, Aasai nagar. I met with an accident and then I took the vehicle to the nearest Honda showroom at Puducherry and filed FIR from the nearest police station.
                            After surveying the vehicle, the Capital Honda, Puducherry gave me an estimate of about Rs. 7, 12, 425/- (Exclusive of all taxes) and told me to pay Rs. 2, 00, 000/- to complete the work based on my insurance.
                            But the actual amount of my vehicle in Rs. 8, 94, 323/- apart from the insurance and taxes (ex-showroom price). My vehicle is also financed with HDFC Bank, Madurai and the dues are cleared up to date.
                            When I contacted about this to the dealer Southern Honda, Tirunelveli, from where I took the vehicle, they are not responding properly and they are avoiding us with unwanted reason. The above mentioned Rs. 7, 12, 425/- (exclusive of all taxes) for completing the work is too high. The amount estimated by the Capital Honda, Puducherry shows the approximate price of a new vehicle (ex-showroom price). Most of the parts quoted by the surveyor is not damaged.
                            So, I request you to inspect the vehicle and the original damage must be mentioned properly so that it will be very helpful to me. Again I request you to take necessary steps to complete the work immediately, because it is about one month past from the accident date and I am put into mental agony. If not I will be forced to take necessary steps legally. Kindly treat it very urgent.

                              I purchased Honda City on 9 dec 2015. I was told that there will be a draw by HONDA Company on 31 which includes many prices with a Honda City or BRIO if lucky. However, assured prices will be there. I have been contacting the dealer about this but there is no response about the draw and the result. This is very humilating.

                                I have purchased a Honda Amaze vxmt diesel car from HCL Kottayam show room of Kerala on 14.08.2015.

                                Its second service at 5000km was on 29.09.2015 and the only reported complaint from my side was about Fog lamp. The light of it is focussed to both the sides of the vehicle, not to the road. My residence is at the High ranges of Kerala state - Idukki - and fog lamp is a must for me for driving at night.

                                Third service of 10000km was on 06.11.2015 and same complaint was reported. As it was winter days, fog lamp was most useful for me. But it was not rectified

                                Fourth service of 20000km was on 15.01.2016. Again my reported complaint was the same, but no response from the service wing. Its not rectified.

                                It seems that complaint of the customer is not giving any value from your end even after repeated remainders. If it is any manufacturing defect, it is to be replaced. I have payed for the fog lamp at the time of purchase of the vehicle and I think I am having the right to get ready to use it properly.

                                  Visit ACE Honda, sec-11 Noida for servicing of my Honda Amaze (UP16AU2575) ON[protected]. Complain about three things 1st is how can a rat come into the car dashboard drawer ?( rat's potty in the drawer ) but did not get any solution.
                                  2nd one is visibility never clear due to moisturiser in car ( either ac on/off, heater on/off). Did not get any solution.
                                  3 rd Always feel outside smell either mode on or off.
                                  4. Average is 20.5 (company claimed-26.5)

                                  Sanjay was the guy who received the car for service.
                                  Paid Service-10, 000 R's was paid but I have a doubt they changed any oil filter etc.
                                  ZERO SATISFACTION.

                                  NEED IMMIDIEATE SOLUTION.

                                    I booked a Honda City VX (O) model from courtesy honda, karnal on 5th july, 2015 and was promised to get the car within 40 days but i got the car on oct 20th, 2015.
                                    My car was picked up for first service on 1st Nov, 2015 for which my father signed the service sheet. the pick driver didn't inform my father about the missing AVN chip and got his signatures on the service sheet and took the car for service. later in the evening my car got into an accident by that same pickup driver and had to get its wind shield, bonnet and bumper replaced for which i had to wait 4 days and honda karnal didn't provide any service car for those days. Much to my discomfort, my car was returned to my after 4 days on 5th Nov.2015. when i checked the car later in the evening i found out that the avn chip was missing and when i informed honda karnal about the matter they said that service sheet has mentioned that there was no chip.

                                    So, on 30th Dec. 2015 I took My car to courtesy honda Panipat to see how they check the car, and confirming my doubts, the person who made the service sheet only checked the odometer reading and fuel readings of the car and filled the rest of the details about the car himself without checking. i have attached the photos of the service sheet below showing how they have crossed of the stereo remote, car charger and perfume in the check list. the service person crossed off the avn chip without checking too, which i am sure the way it happened during the first service. and that is how the chip went missing coz if its crossed on the service sheet then i have no proof that it was there in the first place. by the images below i want to show how irresponsible honda is to its customers.
                                    i had filed a complaint about the matter to honda car india too ( Complaint No:1-[protected]) but to no avail. Also, the Courtesy Honda Karnal have been extremely apathetic to the whole situation and even didn't help in recovering or tracing the chip in any manner.
                                    i have suffered a lot at the hands of Courtesy Honda, first the late delivery of vehicle then the accident of the car on their hands and then the missing chip which came with the car.
                                    i simply demand from honda to provide the replacement for the said chip as soon as possible.

                                      I have a Honda car for the last 10 years. While the quality of the car is good, the problem is that the company fleeces its customers when the car is sent for servicing or repair. Even a small part replacement costs thousands of rupees if not lacs.

                                      The company should look at the parts pricing and ensure that the customers are not fleeced by the companies authorized dealers. At current part pricing it is a scam!

                                      Agree with you, they survive by fraudulently selling spares parts even by creating problems in the car. This is how they survive and make money. My engine and Ac are spoiled just to make up extra 50000 Rs at Magnum Honda

                                      Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.
                                      Same way they looted my in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money.

                                        I purchased Honda City on 17-Dec-2015. The car has scratches and white paint all over the body. The dealer accepted its a problem and is ready to do Teflon coating, but that does not give me car with original paint. How do I go about it now?
