Hi, I am one among the person affected by the flood recently happened in Chennai. During the flood My car was parked in my parking area and it has been submerged in the water for 24 hours. There was no physical damage for my vehicle, its just the water inflow into the vehicle. Vehicle Reg No : TN 11 E 9006 I towed my car to the nearby service station "CAPITAL HONDA - MEENAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI" on my expense. Neither HOnda Road Side assistance (a service offered by Honda and they collect an amount for this during the vehicle purchase itself) helped me to tow my car to the near by service station. I waited to 5 days of time for the Honda Road Side Assistance to tow my car but no one turned back so I towed my car on my own expense. I really don't know what is the purpose for us to pay an amount for RSA while purchasing the car. After around 5 days of time Surveyor visited the car and CAPTIAL HONDA arrived with an estimate for repair. That cost a sum of rupees 9, 98, 220/-. I had purchased my vehicle Honda Amaze SMT version for Ex-Showroom Price of rupees 6, 96, 140/-. Estimate for Repair : 9, 98, 220 Ex-Showroom Price : 6, 96, 140 [protected][protected] Difference : 3, 02, 080 A difference of Rupees : 3, 02, 080/- from the purchase of brand new vehicle. I really dont understand the difference, a too much of amount quoted for a repair for which the amount is much more than the new car price. Instead replacing all the parts in the vehicle they can replace the vehicle and I can pay the balance amount for the same. But what was happening in the back ground I don't understand. Now the Insurance provider is saying that the vehicle will be treated as Net Salvage Loss as the Estimation provided for the repair is too high and not in the limit of coverage. So they will pay a percentage of my Policy IDV value and the vehicle will be taken by the insurance provider. I don't understand what is the tie-up these dealers are having with the Insurance providers and their benefits. The incident happened is a natural disaster. Why Honda is not keeping a step forward in helping there customers in this front while most of the organisations offering free services and special discounts on the spares. Atleast they can take steps to stop this all high quotations provided by the dealers for repairs of the damaged vehicle. A total of 175 items were listed as parts need to be replaced / damaged due to the water inflow. I would like to understand did those 175 items mentioned in my vehicle has been really investigated and quoted for replace. I am not just only one customer facing this situation. Almost all the customers vehicles has been estimated the same way. If this is the case with Honda Vehicles, I am not definitely going to recommend Honda Vehicles to any of my friends as well as that wont be my preference. Please don't just concentrate on the mileage on your vehicles, Please concentrate on how far your stick to customers even under the worst case like natural disaster. I am just fed up with all these. Honda Cars India Ltd. — Complaint on Honda Dealers - For High Estimate for Flooded Vehicle

Hello Honda Team, I am one among your customer affected by the flood recently happened in Chennai. During the flood My car was parked in my parking area and it has been submerged in the water for 24 hours. There was no physical damage for my vehicle, its just the water inflow into the vehicle. I am in a similar situation with my Honda Brio (TN07CB6556) as illustrated above with the same dealer Capital Honda, Meenambakkam. What is that Honda is doing to restore the confidence of its loyal customers? Or they don't care? I will come up with my case separately.

      Flood affected Chennai, had issues, & Jazz Car New purchased during Oct, got Mal Function Light glow on Nov 16th, Car not stopped anywhere. After Nov 16 Heavy Rain Lashed Chennai, & Chennai was totally Affected, & I have been using Sunny, Beat of Mine, also around 10 Cars on the same Road in much Worst Condition, but NO PROBLEM AT ALL??? still???

            I bought the car in Oct 2015. The car is giving only 10.3 kms per ltr of petrol as against their tall claims of 19-23kms on the brochure. The car rolls back when on a slope which again it is not supposed to . When started the engine makes a funny sound. I was cheated and charged Rs.5000/- more which the dealer is supposed to refund but nothing has happened. Inspite of repeated registered complaints with Honda customer complaint nothing has been done. the complaint numbers: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected] have gone unattended.

              Hi, My name is Abhay Tewari and I have purchased Honda City iDTEC VMT (purchased on 26th Dec 2014 registration number UP32FZ0849). I am based out of Lucknow and the dealer of my Honda City is Araceli Honda The Security System Alarm system is not working in my honda city since the day I brought the car. I took my car at dealer i.e. Araclei service center where they took entire day to give me an answer that this feature is not applicable in my Honda City VMT car and they provided me in written that this feature is not applicable. However In the owners manual received along with the product following is mentioned on page no 146 under the heading Security System Alarm "The security system alarm activates when the doors, boot or bonnet are opened without the remote transmitter or keyless access system" (However in my case this never happened). Have escalated it to Honda about the same about 4 weeks from now however no response till date. Just to highlight this is the second manufacturing defect i have found in the new Honda City.                 I have a honda amaze. in this car break pad & disc works only 3000 kms .this honda amaze total running is 28000 kms. And break pad & disc changes 6 times b/w these 28000kms.honda dealer does not found any solution of this problem.Dealer name is "Courtesy Honda vazirpur".

                  I had purchased a new Honda Amaze Car on 18.11.2015 from dealer Ring Road Honda, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The paint of car is defective and as admitted by paint expert of dealer and Honda Company during inspection, the defect is a manufacturing defect and not impact of external force or man made defect. The company neither replacing its defected car nor refunding my money. There is no communication from dealer and/or company.                     Sir, My above mentioned Mobilio got 1st trouble within 2 months of purchase, oil leakage from the chamber. Got rectified on complaint. Now from the last 3months there are problem in the clutch padel even after getting it serviced in the Grace motors, Jamshedpur. There are noisy sound from the very begining of all the doors. Recently found that rubber fittings of the doors are missing. Moreover the mileage as claimed by Honda Motors is utterly false since my mobilio is giving 16+KM per ltr on ideal running conditions.I have drove till to date a total of 13000KM. Please advice or I may be forced for legal opinios. I hve even read that Honda Motors is recalling all the Diesel model mobilio for some Engine rectification. Please do the needful at the earliest.                       I am V.K Upadhyay i have booked a car honda city VXMT idtec white colour on 02 july 2015 with amount of Rs. 51000 (rupees fifty one thousand) and was promised deliver on dhanteras but was told non availiability on 1st dec. 2015 I was told dealer has orchid white of same model i can go ahead with loan processing which i did and money was transfered to CSD Ramgarh there after i dealer is saying they made a mistake they dont have idtec they have petrol varient now that already money is transfered my EMI will statrt I will be paying without car now I request you to ensure that Till I dont recieve my car EMI must me paid by honda company I hope it is justified (Images are going beyond 2 Mb please provide me your email id i will send all the documents i have)

                          A very intresting thing will be happen i give my honda city car to pearl honda pace city gurgaon to change my car both front and both on 28th nov they committed me to deliver the car on 4th Dec when i reach their i seen my car gear knobe is missing and bonut of my car is damaged Then i asked about this to my adviser he told me that it will happen by mistake and they fitted a new gear knob and a new bonut in my car so it will take so pls you collect the car by 10th dec then again on10th dec I am making a ph call to mr virender gm body shop he cant pic my call they i go to work shop by 2oclock their i see again they cant do any thing still gear knobe is missing paint work not done his attitude is very rude then he called mr iqbal who is advisor in this body shop they both doing very misbehave i am very dissapointed yesterday they give me the delivery of my car by 8:30 without doing work in my car and charged me 9300/- For incomplete work

                            Honda Amaze driven for 10000 kms facing gear problem, i am not able to switch gear, its stuck, each time i tow and give it for service, they say the problem is rectified, but the problem keeps occuring. I was told the insurance do not support this. it seems this problem is there for everyone using honda amaze, but company does not accept it, they say it is customers fault. The company should recall all honda amaze cars and rectify this issue. i am planning to file complaint if i am not satisfied with their service. Pls do not go for Honda cars, they are the worst service, they keep asking for feedback on regular basis. and they expect you to give only 10/10, otherwise they do not accept the feedback. which is pathetic.                               My bhua has purchased new Honda Amaze from Aracelli Motors, Lucknow.It stopped in the middle of road after running for only 10-15 kms.It was tow-chained.For complete one day, the service station could not identify the problem.Next day they returned the vehicle with some repairs in the engine.This means the vehicle given to us had manufacturing defect & has been reconditioned already & therefore, the vehicle should be replaced by the dealer or the company.We have lodged the complaint with the company.They are not cooperating and giving flimsy reasons. There General Manager is misbehaving. Please Help.

                                  Dear sir. I Sunita kaushik registered owner of Activa 3G was purchased from ur distinguished authorised dealer situated at Dwarka more on 9/11/2015. It's 1st service was due on 9/12/15 & was informed by ur executive to contact ur authorised work shop, situated at Nawada, accordingly contacted but it's sorry to say here that my experience was very disappointed because there is no proper services provider & trained executive. The behavior o[censored]r staff was not so good & the vehicle was not properly serviced. The merior of my vehicle was also demeged by ur staff. So look into the matter earliest as possible to avoid further inconvenience & Was compelled to change the engine oil after 200 km It's very strange to see all this experience, so plz do the needful to avoid the inconvenience o[censored]r costumers.                                     I had visited more than five time in HONDA dealers at SURAT ( GUJARAT) in INDIA. They didn't give quotation for HONDA MOBILIO car for OLA CAB perposs. For this I have 2000rs loss on daily basice. How many time to need to understand to deal in taxi? Coustomer is ready duy car in cash but dealer not want to sale a car... if they want, then work on it in single day to close the deal.

                                      Dear honda, I would like to tell you that your services are so outstanding that i called one of your supervisor Abdul shahid and he never picked the call and never called back and finally when Abdul shahid picked my call and I told him that I was trying to contact him from last 4-5 hours then he replied with " Achaa sir aur batao ". Is this the way you serve your customer ? It's my fault that I made my mind to buy a Honda car and thanks to Your service response for provoking me to think again as I was looking for Honda jaaz as well but, now I am pretty sure that i am not going to buy Honda. My car is in courtesy Honda body shop from last 13 days and I don't know how many months you want to complete the job. Your services are outstanding. If the same pattern follows, do expect to get better customer feed back. And the best thing is this that I called Honda customer care trice and i didn't get any help from there as well. The best part was that, whatever the Incident I told the supervisor he didn't conveyed the same to the insurance company surveyor. My regn is - UP 14CE 1169 It's in body shop okhla and I am not getting any response from the dealer. I dropped my car there on 24th of October 2015 and don't know whether I will be getting it back in 2016 or 2017 plz convey, so that I can manage accordingly. Bez I didn't get any update from service Centre and when I call your supervisor they hardly response. I have attached some screen shots as well plz go through it and check the no. As well it's of your representative only. He does not have the courtesy to call back and you named your showroom courtesy Honda and courtesy . It's been more than a day.I didn't get any information regarding my car and I didn't get any single call from Honda service Centre.

                                        This is regarding my new amaze chassis no : MAKDF25EKFN102246. I bought it from Ring road honda Bahadurgarh on 28th oct 2015 . On 1st nov while driving my car self stop working and there was no supply in whole car . I called to ring road honda Bahadurgarh they came to my place and checked the car but they don't have the tools to open main fuse of the car . I have arranged the tool from the market . The fuse was burnt because of some issue .They didn't replace the fuse even fuse was present in the showroom. They said u have take it to service centre at your own and they went . Some how i managed to park my car near by. On 1st Nov i towed it by my own vehicle and take it to service centre. While entering into the service centre Mr. Anil chauhan (sevice gm) told that u should have call us before coming here . We don't have any technician here . You have to take it to peeragrhi sevice centre by your own. The behaviour was so irresponsible from there side . Then I tok to Ms. Parveen (CRM member) she helped regarding this . She toked to some senior member and then service department come into action. In end i was ready to take it to peeragrhi centre but i was not comfortable to take my new car with crane . So i asked for a car so that i can tow my car. But they didn't provide me the car . Mr. Chauhan told me that he doesn't have any problem in providing me the car but i have to take permission from Mr. Neeraj (sales manager) . I asked him to do so but he took so much of time to response because he was busy in his own work. After waiting of more than 30 mins i went to service department i asked for job card . I have entered in the service centre around 9:30 and i got the job card at 11:46 . I am facing these issues from 1st day : 1. Manual Central locking was not working : On 31st oct i come to know central locking was not working . I taken my car to service centre . Then found that fuse was burnt. They have changed the fuse and now it working . 2. Loyalty buddy : i have two honda amaze one i bought in April 2015. While purchasing the second car i told Mr. Neeraj i want to avail loyalty buddy. They didn't provide me complete information regarding this . After buying second car i tried to Avail this service i come to know this can only be done before buying the car. 3. Right side back window have some problem while unlocking. 4. While opening bonnet getting some noise . 5. Gear box have some problem. Gear stuck in between . For above 3, 4, 5 problem service centre told me that while driving it will be get fixed else we will fix in first service . I have taken the first service but 3rd and 4th problem is not resolved. Finally they worked on my car and resolved the issue in Bahadurgarh service centre. I have wasted my whole day because of such service. I am really frustrated by the service of ring road honda Bahadurgarh . I need compensation for the problem i faced . Please take an action on this incident asap. I have also complained honda 1 month back till now recieve any satisfactory solution
