I am janakiramayya, i am a customer of your honda group from 2004. In 2004 i purchased a honda city(Engine no :li5a30009092, chassis no : makgd852b4n104539) from sundaram honda, vijayawada. I enjoyed the drive and the experience of that honda vehicle and used for seven years. Now with that experience and belief in honda brand i purchased a new honda city vehicle on 25/03/2016 from elite honda, rajahmundry. (Engine no: n15a14400198, chassis no: makgm85lagn200189). From the day i purchased vehicle there is a noise near the dash board, which i informed the honda advisor and he told me he would look in the problem if i bring back the vehicle to showroom, as my home is 120km from showroom i took the vehicle after 15days and they asked me to place the vehicle for 2 days.
I as a customer, thought that your brand is a premium band and honda city is a premium car and brought it. But having bought a brand new car from your group now i am in the position of traveling by public transport and other means of transportation.
I after 2days went to showroom for test drive of my car and noted that there are even more sounds from the dashboard which i feel a bit of discomfort and dissatisfaction as a honda customer, and even the first problem i mentioned also is not completely solved.
I hope you would understand my problem and the dissatisfaction towards the new vehicle of a honda brand and help me solving the issues.
