I was stranded in the middle of the road as i couldn't turn the key inside the ignition control. Got stuck. So called up road side assistance and they turned up after 6 hours. Finally my vehicle was taken to the nearest centre (Trichy) at midnight. The next day they said have to change the entire unit. But spare parts were not available there it seems.So they said they will contact either chennai or noida centre and call back. But didnt. When we contacted they said that the order they had placed for the spare part hadn't been viewed by the other centre at all and finally said that it would take more than 10 days to fix things. Very disappointed.

    I had sent my Honda City ZX (WB 26 C 8466)from Mathura Tea Estate to the service center at Siliguri (approx 140 Kms ) after taking prior appointment on 27.02.2016 at 9.30 am for servicing of my car.On the same day in the afternoon I received a call from the service center informing me that they do not have any parts available which are required for the car. A amount of Rs 2803 was paid which include Rs 1995 as labour charges I was told that the following parts are required 1)FR Lower arm LH & RH, 2)FR Link rod LH & RH, 3)Stabilizer bush - 2 pc, 4)Engine mounting gear box side, 5)battery clamp, 6)petrol filter and spark plugs.As the car was missing I requested them to clean the fuel filter and the spark plugs.They refused to do so and had asked me to sent the car again to them in the next Month.In March after taking prior appointment again the vehicle was sent all way from Mathura Tea estate to the service center at Siliguri (approx 140 Kms) but to my utter surprise I was again informed by the service center people that no parts are available.It was most upsetting and annoying.The car going all way 140 kms and coming back without any work being done is not acceptable from a reputed company like Honda.
    As per the information I have gathered till date order for the above parts has not been placed by the said Service center.
    Honda being a renowned company can I expect some prompt action please.I would further request if the service center people are told to take there work more seriously and treat there customer in a better way.

      I have purchased Honda Amaze car from your Solan dealer in Himachal Pradesh. While purchasing my car during the month of Dec 2015 your sales person Mr. Ankush has informed me about lucky draw & assured gift of 15000 rupees accessories from honda cars, this was also announced in various FM channels also . I do not received any call from your side regarding this till today. Can I ask you about this draw or my 15000 rupees accessories. This is only for the attraction of people Or a marketing strategy ? Please clear it with innocent people like me who is still waiting to add the accessories. Do people like me believe in Honda cars management.

        With grave concern, I would like to bring to notice that my car, Honda Brio Hatchback was sent for paid up servicing at PINNACLE HONDA SERVICE CENTRE near Ruby, Kolkata on 19th of April in a perfect condition which was also checked by the concerned people there.

        But after the servicing got over and the car was brought home we could detect the back seat of the car was totally dislodged from its place which was raised immediately to the concerned center which then sent a technician to our home. He on scrutiny confirmed our worst fears that indeed our new seat was swapped with some defective parts from other cars during the servicing process.
        The service center people are not cooperative and we suspect fraudulent swapping of parts there

        Never purchase Honda Car...my (Honda Amaze) car no. is UP14CE9078. It is covered under extended warranty of 80, 000 kms for 4 years. There is some problem in Honda engine and it was opened at less than 33, 500 kms only. It was covered under warranty clause but Honda Car Company didn't owner their warranty policy and i was forced to pay amount charged by authorised dealer PRIME HONDA, Ghaziabad. Honda car Company is charging upto Rs 1, 50, 000 from customers due to their own defective engine sold to Indian customers. You must call Honda customer care at [protected]and confirm.
        Shortly we are going to shoot a very big event in NOIDA with the 'Honda Car Customers facing' any kind of problem and the same will be uploaded on youtube.           I purchased a honda mobillo on 13 jan 2016 from platinum honda meerut. My car no. Is up15 bx 1672. This car is haivng manufacturing defect in power windows. I complaint about this on honda helpline as well as to the showroom but unfortunately i am not able to get a satisfactory response.

            Deccan Honda..I was asked to replace the sensor for oxygen because the car was knocking.. there was no other problem .. but after changing the sensor when i took the trail there was too much vibration in the car.. when asked i was told to replace the bushing and was told that this an old car and 2006 model automatic..and hence i should change the car because the spare parts are also not available. This is unbelievable. I have 2 City and never got such pathetic service before. I have spend almost Rs 40000 in last few weeks only on servicing. I request some one to take immidiate action on this..

              Sir,
              I was running honda brio since 1 year .
              And while servicing a got a lot of problems.
              I don't need to clarify
              Iam just giving you and example of your faults,
              There is change in rear side seat lock
              Worth rs 75 about and iam an mechanical engineer it takes hardly 5-10 max to change.
              By taking 10 to 15 of paper work
              It should complete in 30 ok..
              But i spent about 2:45 hours at your service station.
              Look their slip of service repair for that {attached in this e mail}
              Sir toyota giving their whole service in 60 minutes . And they did this also .
              What are you doing .
              Hence, i Never come to pink city honda service center next time .
              Take greatfull steps even for yourself .

But till today i didnot receive my vehicle back and also the service people are responding including manager. please sort out the problem as early as possible to avoid any kind of inconvenience.

                  I am janakiramayya, i am a customer of your honda group from 2004. In 2004 i purchased a honda city(Engine no :li5a30009092, chassis no : makgd852b4n104539) from sundaram honda, vijayawada. I enjoyed the drive and the experience of that honda vehicle and used for seven years. Now with that experience and belief in honda brand i purchased a new honda city vehicle on 25/03/2016 from elite honda, rajahmundry. (Engine no: n15a14400198, chassis no: makgm85lagn200189). From the day i purchased vehicle there is a noise near the dash board, which i informed the honda advisor and he told me he would look in the problem if i bring back the vehicle to showroom, as my home is 120km from showroom i took the vehicle after 15days and they asked me to place the vehicle for 2 days.

                  I as a customer, thought that your brand is a premium band and honda city is a premium car and brought it. But having bought a brand new car from your group now i am in the position of traveling by public transport and other means of transportation.

                  I after 2days went to showroom for test drive of my car and noted that there are even more sounds from the dashboard which i feel a bit of discomfort and dissatisfaction as a honda customer, and even the first problem i mentioned also is not completely solved.

                  I hope you would understand my problem and the dissatisfaction towards the new vehicle of a honda brand and help me solving the issues.

                      I have a honda city vx(O) top end model and finding lot of issues in the navigation. Unfortunately nobody is having idea and passing the ball to someone from last 4 months in our service center bengaluru. I don’t want to do any r&d in the cars.

                      I would like to know the sla for the issues reported to the customer care. Ticket no 1-[protected]. I am waiting for the solution from last one month and no body turned back.

                        Hi I'm already a customer of Honda ...I'm from Trivandrum, state Kerala, India... I own a Honda City ... I decided to exchange my 2013 Honda City to new one .. I went to two showrooms the experience I had was weird ... First u went to Perfect Honda they were the most cheapest persons I had ever met ... They offered me a good exchange price at first but when I visited the showroom for booking they cheated me they were not interested in exchange and offered me a cheap price ... They insulted me ... I was with my family and we had a weird experience from that showroom. A team manager named Mr Biju was the person who insulted us ... He was not ready to give the exchange value that they offered to me . the sales executive who offered me the price remained silent standing on a side ... His name is Sanil ..he was speechless coz his boss shut him down ... See how your dealer behaves ... They are frauds and cheated me totally ...
                        I will never buy Honda vehicles anymore and will not allow my friends to buy Honda too ... I had a great friend and family circle . I'm from a reputed family ... U should have to control your delears first ... Otherwise your company will fall soon ... U will taste lose ... I believe u will take necessary action to control the delears ... My experience was like I went to worst market with lots of frauds ... They smile and cheat ... I m not the only one who faced the similar problem ... There are many when I enquired I met many people like me who faced similar situation...

                            Two Days back I purchased a Honda Amaze car. It is giving me problems (not starting easily and stopping inbetween) . Now they are asking me for Road Side Assistance policy for a brand new car. Dealers response is also not cooperative. Complained to Custommer care of honda, still not received any SMS confirmation of my complaint for 2 hours.

                              I purchased honda brio from capital honda - three years back.. Last week fixed an appointment for service, and the driver came and picked up the car @9:30am saturday. As per their commitment the car has to be dropped at home by same day evening. Till 7:30 pm i didn't get any call's from anybody from capital honda. So i called the driver and he said that he is waiting for a customer @ mahindra city since 5pm. He told that he will hand over the car night itself. I called him again @ 8:30 pm (In between i called more than 20 times, and he replied the same), he told that he will be delivering the car on the next day before 8am, as i have a travel plan.. I accepted.

                              The next day (Sunday), i remind him @ 7am and he said that he will be delivering the car before 8am. I waited till 8am, and called again.. He simply replied that he is on leave today and another driver will deliver the car to me.. I asked him to give that driver's number. He gave and switched off his mobile.. I called the new driver number and he told that he is in ecr area waiting for a customer since 7am.. I totally lost..

                              I went to the service center by 9:30am and asked them to reduce 1k in the bill, so that this issue will be come to their owner's notice.. They refused and i argued and scolded them.. Finally i decided to pay full amount and take my car.. When i get my car, i found that the eye-wear is missing which is worth of 4k.. :-( . I complained and left with my vehicle.. Daily i'm calling them and they forward the call to the representative and he is saying that he didn't see the eye-wear in that car..

                              This is not the first time issue with them.. Everytime, we go for service they behave like that only.. Don't know what to do. I posted the same in their website also.. But no response or intimation from them yet..

                              The god should start his game against these kind of cheating.. .. Worst experience since 1st day of purchase of that car.. Be careful customers..

                                For Accidental repair paid amount 46828/-invoice no. SER-INV-DD[protected], date[protected],
                                Car service paid amount 8518/- invoice no. SER-INV-DD[protected], date[protected],
                                received my car as on date[protected].But after 2 month i have face same problem with AC not working, Again i visited to your service station, but this time i was very disappointed because no one listen my problem properly, your engineer said your car ac not working because of car AC gas empty and ac chocked told but i already repaired the same earlier 2 month ago, but the engineer not listen any say this is not our fault, then again i paid the
                                amount 3444/- invoice no SER-INV-DD[protected], date[protected] for the same thing.
                                So, SIR please, look out this matter seriously and refund my money asap. i am very thankful to you.

                                  It's been just less than 2 years that i had bought new honda amaze.Total km driven is just 11000km. I tried to start my car on 09/04/2016, when i turned out the engine i was not able to change gears in it.I called my rsa they shifted it to crystal honda service center, wagholi branch where before even inspecting the car they said it's clutch assembly is burnt out and total expenses will be around 23k. I am a good driver and my driving skills are proper. So this is totally a kind of fooling people by honda.
                                  If its really burnt out then honda should take their responsibility as its their component defect coz they can't just say driving skills were not proper and get out of it.

                                  Need help if someone can provide.

                                    This complaint is regarding elite honda -rajahmundry,
                                    Last month i've give my car honda accord bearing number ap 31 aj 2499 to fix the problems regarding the power windows & boot space door... They have informed me that the problem is with the cable and the switch and can be repaired by replacing them with new one... They have done what they said but the problems have not been solved yet... Now they were telling that the complaint is with the motor but not the cable and the switch ... The mechanics were not even in a position to find what the problem is... They have kept the car for more than 20 days with them and the problems were not solved... Im extremely unhappy with the service provided by them ( elite honda- rajahmundry)

                                      I purchased the above registered vehicle end of September 2015. Right from the day of purchase the vehicle was not giving the claimed milage, hardly it gives 9.2km / ltr. in city & hardly 12.2km/ltr on high ways.

                                      My vehicle was given for servicing on 3rd April 2016 clearly highlighting to check the milage, side indicators & reverse parking sensors. But nothing was done. No milage was checked. No vacuum cleaning was done, just the vehicle was washed and returned.

                                      When the vehicle was sold your dealer promised a minimum milage of 15km/ltr
                                      where as it is hardly giving 9.2km/ ltr.

                                      So far I have tried many times to reach the service manager of service in TVS but of no success. This is absolute ridiculous.

                                      Under these circumstances pl let me know what action you will take to solve my problems & difficulties.

                                        We had left our honda city car for 1000 km first service in ( whitefield motors #166, B, narayanapura, doorvaninagar, whitefield road bangalore 560016 ) on 2/4/16 and they gave back the vehicle on 6/4/16 and there is no proper response from the service head as well service advisor if we call they will say 1 hour sir i will only call after 4 hour alsothere is no response till we call them, then if we call them they will say tomorrow we will give if this is the problem in the first srvice itself what is the case in upcoming service so tell the advisor, service head to give a proper response as well give back vehicle in proper time service head name magesh kumar - [protected] CRM - Dorothy [protected] sevice advisor Muthu kumar [protected]
