It is so sad to inform you about pathetic after sales service of your company. I have Brio and Pinkcity Honda service center at Alwar has given us maximum troubles possible. Following are my complaints about the center:

1. Unable to detect the correct issue: Gear of my car is creating problem. On sending for service 3 times in consecutive weeks, they said gear has no problem. Btw gear is still creating a problem and I don't drive my car anymore.

2. Wrong dated invoice: They have given us invoice of service dated last year (2015 year). On asking repeatedly for correct date invoice, reply is nothing but a delay.

3. No sense of correct communication: Does Honda teach its executives to communicate properly? Or are there any guidelines given to them regarding the same? They shout at us as we make repeated complaints.

4. Worsen situation of my car: There is sparking in the bonet, battery gone after a month of service. They say we left lights of car on. I have been driving car since 10 years now, I know I have not left lights on. Plus, what about that strange noise coming from bonet?

Please remember, after sales service is the key to loyalty and repurchase. We are definitely not going to recommend Honda to any of our family and friends. But ourselves thinking to switch to competitors if correct and prompt actions are not taken.

    They hide the fact this particular stepne is of smaller size and is not a regular way their other cars have. It come as a surprise to the customer. Even it is written in their book, the customer will know once he has bought the product. This deviation from normal isn't highlighted. This is fraudulent marketing. This may risk the life of drivers. This cheap marketing strategy is not expected from Honda. If you think I am wrong do the customer survey if customers know about the same before buying this car

      Dear sir,
      When i was given a civic car to deccan honda at satara road car no. Mh-12 ds 2614 after the servicing my car kitchen was missing which is costing appx. Rs. 1000 nobody was bother about my kitchen stolen by deccan honda people, even paid the money for driver side mirror repair but they are not repaired it. I am not satisfied with with deccan honda pune servicing.even i asked for complaint book, they are not given to us & staff behavior is not good, they are not bothering the customers. Why we should buy the next car from such cheater dealer. This is 3rd time happen to us first 2 complaints we are not lodged

        I approached your Honda show room at Salem for test drive of an automatic Jazz. They have a vehicle and are denying a test drive. This is not the case with any other brand of Car. The dealer and their staff are very arrogant. I am already a owner of your Brio Automatic and have never been comfortable with this dealer outlet. Even with this attitude we belive the brand HONDA.

          Dear Sir/ Mam

          I would like to bring to your notice the problems faced due to your dishonest service centre in Varanasi. Let me itemise the full story which is forcing me to write this mail:


          I would like to bring to your notice that I had contacted “Hans Honda” (Pama Complex, Shivdaspur Road, Opposite Vishal Hero, Shivdaspur, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221013) one month before because my door window glass was not working properly as there was some problem with up-down mechanism. I met Service Manager, Mr. Ranjeet of your service centre Hans Honda, Varanasi. He told me that some of the part is need to be replaced which is not available at the moment. As soon as he will get the parts, he will inform me.

          After a month, i got a call from him that the parts are available now. Then I sent my driver for replacement of the part. Mr. Ranjeet claimed that the expenses won’t come under warranty and i have to pay for it. Even when i have already paid for the extended warranty what was that other expenses? When i asked him for the same he said that i have to pay for it and it won’t come under warranty. I asked him to give me a written receipt for the same. He refused to give me any written receipt. Then i told him that i will contact customer care and complain about the issue. He asked me for some time and let me wait for an hour. And after that he serviced the motor which was not working without actually replacing the part. Then he said that motor is working now and it don’t need to get replace now.

          This was something which i didn’t understand. Are they making fool o[censored]s? I came across so many problems with Hans Honda but today i m complaining because its going over my head now. I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of your service centre. Hans Honda is tarnishing Honda's image severely, and even though I like the car and the brand, but due to such pathetic service, I don't think I'll be recommending Honda to anybody if it continues in the same way.

          I request you to take appropriate action against Hans Honda at the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. Thanking you in anticipation.

            Dear sir,

            I have purchased honda jazz diesal car bearing regn. No up16bb6900 last year from honda dealer at agra. The car was given for service to ace honda noida for servicing with specific problem of non functioning of ac of the car.In the first instance car was delivered without setting the problem again the car was kept by dealer for rectifying the problem for 3 days but the problem was still persisting. Again the car was given for rectifying the problem nearly 10 days back, but till date the problem is not set right and the car is lying with the dealer. I request you to instruct the company/ dealer to set right the problem or replace the car ac without any further delay as being service class it is causing a great hardship and mental tension during this summer season.

              I punita kalra resident of sarita vihar new delhi 110076 booked honda amez petrol emt in silver colour from delight honda mohan co-oprative indistrial estate mathura road new delhi india on 26 april 2016. Dealer promised to give me latest by the 3 weeks. Now they are saying car is not in stock and forcing to takeanother one. My experiance is worst with honda staff. They treat unprofessional behaviour their clints which can not be expected with such a big brand. Now i am fedup with their excuses like manager is on leave we are unable to update your car status. This is rediculous. If they are already delayed so i need to cancell my booking and full refuhd of my booking amount. Thanks

                This is to bring your kind attention that i have handed over my above referred vehicle for damage repair under insurance from icici lambord, honda assure policy. To whitefield honda, bangalore. On[protected] to service engineer called ravi chandra and his mobile number is [protected]. On he same day i got sms from icici stating that, "initial survey from claim no: mot05571070 has been completed and contact to mr. Dnesh r. Mob: [protected]"
                But the mobile number of surveyor is incorrect, now. Finally my car's survey has been completed on[protected].

                Further when i had contacted service engineer mr. Ravi chandra from whitefield honda, bangalore, on dt:[protected], he is telling that still survey has to complete and we will contact you very soon.

                Again i had called him on 18/05/2016 in the morning, and asked about the status, he was literally unanswerable, he is telling that "i have made a mistake that i have taken your car", after that i called on landline to whitefield honda for the status of my car, again i have been told that we will call you in some time, but, still there is no reply from your whitefield honda, bangalore.

                I dont understand that what is happening with your service department, no one is taking any responsibility. I have been trying to get in touch with your team, however, there has been no reply since 3 days.

                How long will it take to complete the survey as well as to service the car, please depute any special service engineer to complete this matter immediately as i am suffering from transportation issues in my daily routine. Kindly look into this at the earliest.

                I am really disappointed with the services provided by you and your team, if this continues, i have to take stringent action upfront to your higher authorities and i know how to get there.

                  I am honda esteemed customer since 2003. Recently i bought new honda city once again for my personal use. I was issued temporary registration number (Pb11nt 2246) from lally motors, patiala after paying the requisite fees to the dealer.

                  I would like to bring to the knowledge of customer relations, honda about the incident happened with me on sunday i. E. 15th may 2016.

                  I was on holiday with my family in chandigarh and was driving honda city.
                  At tribune chowk, chandigarh traffic police officer signalled me to stop the car as i was using the temporary number plate issued by the dealer in the wrong format. According to the police officer, number should be written as pb11n (T) 2246 instead of pb11nt 2246.

                  I argued with the inspector that the format is correct and is validly issued by dealer. I made telephonic calls to mr. Sharad sharma, gm of the company to talk the police inspector but there was no response and call back till today.

                  Certificate issued by dto, patiala also bears pb11n (T) 2246. I am so much dissappointed with the carelessness and negligence on the part of honda.

                  I am forced to complaint second time in a 10 days time to honda. Kindly take strict action and compensate me for the fine and mental harrassment caused to me and my family.

                  I saw new honda city on chandigarh roads purchased from harmony honda which were having the temporary number plates in correct format.

                    I have purchased honda mobilio from ur haldwani dealer through sales person - rohit arya. As per deal with him dealer has to provide wooden panel and teflon layer. But on purchased the car both things were not present. On complaint with senior sales person mr deepak. He has totally denied that no such deal happened with u. After 2-3 hours of discussion rohit take rs 10000 from me and told that when u will come for service i shall manage and i will give both facility. Till today neither he is refunding money nor giving theboth faciliy. Please see the matters and provide me my money and both assessories, otherwise i will go consumer forum.

Sales executive Mr. Anuj & Simranjeet ne mujhse kaha tha ki 18th feb ko car ki delivery de denge par aisa nhi hua mujhse kaha gay ki stock yard se aate time car ka accident ho gaya hai isliye hum aaj delievery nhi de payenge, phir mujhse kaha ki 1-2 din m car ka arrangement karke aapko phone karte hain par showroom walon ne mujhe 8 din tak ghumate rahe jab maine kaha ki meri booking cancel kar do to aajkal aajkal kah kar talte rahe ki aapne credit card se payment ki hai isliye hum abhi aapka payment return nhi kar sakte phi 2nd march 2016 ko showroom walon ne dubara booking kar di and 32000/- mujhse liye or kaha ki aapko is car m discount nhi milega isliye aap extra payment kar do jo ki maine kar di, mera car lene ka muhrat 7th april 2016 ka tha or maine kaha tha ki mujhe car complete documents ke saath chahiye ( invoice, insurance, gate pass, road tax, fitness & permit ) par showroom ne mujhe car ki delievery 4th april 2016 ko mere ghar par jabardasti aakar de di or wo bhi temp. number ke saath Haryana number or kaha ki aaj hi car le lo varna phir nhi milegi, jab maine car delhi showroom se book kari hai to main haryana number ki car kyon lun par maine le li, 25th april 2016 ko car ka accident ho gaya or car maine curtesy honda okhla phase -2 ki workshop m khadi kar di, par ring road showroom ne tab tak mere registration tak nhi karaya or mujhe claim nhi mil paa raha hai kyonki curtesy honda wale fitness, permit & road tax maang rahe hain jabki temp. number par bhi claim mil jaat hai jiski validity 2nd may 2016 tak hai. plz meri help kare. thanking you i m waiting ur reply

                        Complaint 1 :-

                        I have purchased vehicle in march 2015 from deccan
                        I have done servicing 6 times from honda in last year.
                        Always has some or other difficulties in dealing this time everything
                        Goes beyond my expectations, i renewed my insurance from deccan
                        Honda and deccan team paid my insurance to some other company because of which after trying to process claim i have go through lot of pain and agony.
                        I paid 2 times for my same policy, and still not received my funds.

                        Complaint 2:-
                        I have scheduled for an appointment at 9.30 on 21st april 2015, i reached sharp at 9.25 am parked my car, checked with security guard and he said go and have seat as this is appointment is booked properly he checked my name. After that i get inside and waited till 10.05 am but nobody came to me and asked for any assistance. After that i came out and asked one of service adviser for my car. He then directed me towards your service reception. I informed them about my cars servicing then they initiated a process for servicing. Then comes service adviser inspected my car and asked me for any issues, as i was having doubts about some engine noise on 5th gear and on speed of 80 km/hour, he took me to highway to inspect it properly. There are some issues for painting on my car i requested for adviser and mr. Parvez with mr. Jilani (Sorry if i have not pronounced his name correctly) till time everything get resolved clock shows time as 11.45 am. I informed your adviser 3 times that if you are sure about confirmed date for my car's delivery then and then inform me otherwise i am fine if you keep car at your service station for extra one day.

                        After 2 days i received a call from mr parvez that your car is ready and you can pick tomorrow thursday 23rd at 12.00 noon, i requested him that 12.00 will be pretty late for me as i have to go to office at 10.00 am (Office timings are 10.30 to 7.30) i requested him to drop a car but he insisted me that there is shortage of drivers. I requested him and he agreed that he will deliver car at 9.30 am.
                        On thursday i tried to reach both at 9.30 am but both of them are out of coverage area. Then i have contacted one of sales guys and checked services section and informed me that everybody will be in office by 9.45 am. I came to your office at 10.00 am and asked them about delivery of my car and to my surprise i came to know that mr. Parvez who us going to deliver my car was not in office, your sales reception contacted him and he said he will be coming office little late and asked me to wait for another 20-30 mins. Which was not possible for me as i have to reach office. I asked him again to deliver my car at my place but again they denied it and as clock was showing 10.30 i ask them that its fine with me if you wont deliver car today keep it with you. I will take it whenever it will be possible.

                        I decided to leave your office at 10.45 am. Then i received call from mr. Jilani that come and pick a car after insisting and arguing with him he then decided to deliver a car at requested location but then came issue of payment. Which i asked him that i can make payment using cc or debit card, after checking with your finance he agreed to deliver a car and also agreed for card payment.

                        I got car delivered at 1.00 or 1.30 pm on thursday after number of debates and discussions.

                        My story does not end here today while checking my car i found there is scratch under the car on front passenger side. Which was never their. It looks like car has been roughed on some stones or some road rubble.

                        I also used 3m coating service this time but i dont see anything coated under the car as per explained by mr. Parvez (Cost of service is 7863). (I might be wrong here as i am not auto expert.)

                        Complaint 3 :-
                        I have small issue which i observed with my car dent and paint.

                        I have ordered for fender painting at passenger side rear wheel, but also looks like painting department has painted rear bumper protector and it has extra paint on it. And now extra paint is coming out and it shows black spot on rear bumper protector.

                        Along with this email i am attaching an image for more clarity.

                        In just years time 4 out of 6 services has issues, even some employees behave very rudely and thrown rate sheet on my face.

                        I am not sure what kind of services honda provides.

                          I booked my car before 2 weeks and dealer is saying that your car will be given to you on 12 and i have mahurat also on 12may.i booked honda city metallic white colour with booking amount of 11000. and whenever i call the dealer he says that your car will be to you on 12 but when i called dealer on 11 may he says that your colour is not available on 12 may. i booked honda city from paras honda jodhpur. this is a fraud from honda city. now they is saying your car is not available sorry. So i request you to take action on this and say that paras honda dealer about this fraud.

                            My car registration no is dl 4cab 6515, honda crv 2005, bought from rr honda. Surprisingly on my recent check i realized the car i bought was a 2, 4 at. And the rc says 1998 cc. I have been cheated and this came to my knowledge when i was going to sell the car. Now due to this i can't sell the car and no one is doing anything to rectify the same.
                            If i do not get the correction done by honda asap, i am going to the consumer court, publish the same in the news paper and use all media options to ensure that this does not happen with anyone else. I have been cheated and loosing money when i need it the most cause i can't sell.
                            How can a company like honda ever do this.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My car Honda Amaze, Car No. UP14CR0565 met with an accident and hence I gave my car for repair at Paras Honda center based at Jodhpur on 26/04/16. I was told the car would be repaired in 10 days since they would have to get the spare parts from Noida. It has been more than 14 days and the parts have still not been received from Noida. I have been suffering without my car for the last 14 days but since no urgency from the service station based in Jodhpur. The service is appalling and I feel cheated

                                I want to purchase the honda city deisal for just test drive i use my brother in laws car but the noise of that car is to much and car was not to old it's purchase before few months and it's odi metar just run for 13350 km i ask him about the noise he replied me just soking that your service centres told him that "asia hi aawaj aayega" its not the answer

                                  Dear sir/mam,
                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that my honda city car model no. Vmt petrol version and registration no .Up 85 aj 6545 which i had purchased on 14th april 2013 from heritage honda, mathura u.P, was picked up from my residence for regular servicing on 18th march 2016.

                                  Later in the day i was informed by the area sales manager that my car was raised on the jack and it has fallen off the jack as the right arm of the jack(Lift) broke. I immediately rushed to the service centre to look at the condition of the car. I was really shocked to see the damage done to the car as the right side of the car has been crashed badly.

                                  I am very distressed because of this incidence and extremely doubtful of the car coming back to the factory condition. I am not able to bring myself to accept a refurbished car as it is not even 3 years since i bought this car and had not met with any accident previously. I was promised a compensation check of rs.6.70 lacs by the owner of the showroom mr.Kanhaiyalal. He said he would give the check after holi.

                                  It has been over a month now and they have been mentally harassing me regarding the payment. Whenever i call the sales manager he tells me that the owner has gone out of city or out of country. Mr kanhaiyalal is not receiving my calls . I am feeling humiliated by the appalling behaviour of the staff and owner of heritage honda, mathura.

                                  As a loyal customer of honda, it is my humble request for your kind intervention into this matter. I have been spending a sum of rs. 3000/- on my daily to and fro on taxis. Kindly look into the matter on priorty basis as the reputation of a prestigious company like honda is at stake. I hope you will understand the agony we are going through. I am expecting an early reply from you.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I am sorry to say, but honda have most worst dealers service i have ever ever gone through. I purchased brio vx at on 24th of feb 2016 by exchanging by alto k10 car. All papers of my alto car has been handed over to dealer on 22nd feb. But till 31st march 2016, i had not received the payment of my car. On a written complaint to honda ceo then, i received all my due amount on the same day from the dealer delight honda. Now it has been more than 2 months now and i have not received my rc copy and when asked to dealer about the same, they confirmed rc is in the showroom and i have to pay rs. 5600/- for the same whereas all payment was taken from me at the time of delivery which includes registration charges. It is thumb rule of every dealer, that if a single penny is due to customers, the vehicle will not be delivered.

                                    The branch head mr. Rohit gossain and entire team of honda delight is very rude in his interactions and do not have manner to talk to customers. I felt insulted while talking to him over a phone.

                                    If honda actually value their customers' then they should take immediate action against the delight honda group. Otherwise i will have to take legal way to resolve this issue as i have all the evidence to claim for legal justice

                                    one of account department boy join newly making a money every day and also one of cashier also making a money earn 10000 to 20000 on everyday doing, please fix the camera near casher counter and account department please take everyday this is serious issues

                                    I have bought a activa3g from punjab honda ahmedabad. when i went for second service centre three i did not see good service because there were no exprienced worker so that they did not give a good service toward my activa. so please accept my complaint.

                                      I have been tortured by the Honda Car Dealer- Delight Honda.

                                      It has been more than 2 months, I have not received my RC copy now and when asked when it will be issued then they told me I have to pay Rs.5600/- to get the RC whereas I have paid all my dues before getting the car delivered. The Beach head is also Rude Mr. Rohit Gossain. Please help

                                        I was stranded in the middle of the road as i couldn't turn the key inside the ignition control. Got stuck. So called up road side assistance and they turned up after 6 hours. Finally my vehicle was taken to the nearest centre (Trichy) at midnight. The next day they said have to change the entire unit. But spare parts were not available there it seems.So they said they will contact either chennai or noida centre and call back. But didnt. When we contacted they said that the order they had placed for the spare part hadn't been viewed by the other centre at all and finally said that it would take more than 10 days to fix things. Very disappointed.
