I was stranded in the middle of the road as i couldn't turn the key inside the ignition control. Got stuck. So called up road side assistance and they turned up after 6 hours. With grave concern, I would like to bring to notice that my car, Honda Brio Hatchback was sent for paid up servicing at PINNACLE HONDA SERVICE CENTRE near Ruby, Kolkata on 19th of April in a perfect condition which was also checked by the concerned people there.

And while servicing a got a lot of problems.

Iam just giving you and example of your faults,
There is change in rear side seat lock
Worth rs 75 about and iam an mechanical engineer it takes hardly 5-10 max to change.
By taking 10 to 15 of paper work
It should complete in 30 ok..
But i spent about 2:45 hours...
