My car got damaged n they hv taken my car 15 days back.they r telling me that they hv ordered for new parts n not recvd them yet.they r delayin it delibrtly n i m feeling like i hv wasted my money in purchasing ur car.they r nt taking it setialy n im feelin like being cheated.thats worst customer care i hv evr seen in my life.its my request to solve the matter or return my money after substractin cost of damaged part.i wl get new car frm other merchanties.my name is faisal taufiq n i hv purchased amaze.
i m really frustrated as i see no hope frm honda

    I am a customer of honda cars since 5 years. Recently on 30th of september I met with a small accident on road from my honda amaze. Next day I went to the showroom Abhikaran honda bhopal to claim the insurance and estimate of the damage. the person dealing was Mr. Pandey, he was not at all co-operative with us and gave us poor verbal arguements. After the estimate was made, he assured us that the bill will not exceed 15, 000 and if it does, we will inform you, but after 15 days the company gave us a bill amount of 48, 000. No one in the company gives a good response to the customer and also, never pick up the phone. whenever we call, the concerned person is on holiday and we have to go all the way to showroom to consult for everything. This is an insult for honda cars India to keep such people on duty who don't give appropriate response to the customer. I shall look forward on your response on this matter

      I purchased a Honda amaze car 5 months back and the workmanship is very very pathetic. The door seals come out on its own, horn is defective, mileage is worst and company says you have to watch the indicator behind the steering to get proper mileage. Its the worst car i have ever seen and team from Honda are not responding to letters emails and have not taken any action since last 2 months. Regards ShyamsundarRao

      I agree with you. I have Honda Amaze and I got more serious problems than you. The response from Honda is worst and has lot of design problems might be to reduce cost they have lost the focus on quality. I have serious visibility problem. Pl read my post of complaint for details.

        I have a serious concern with my New Honda Jazz car. there are places on the rear and on the front for rats to come in. They entered and made a hole in the AC fresh air outlet duct and bit a switch. Now the dealer is pricing me 12 thousand for the damages and for fixing rat mesh. My concern is: 1. Why was the rat mesh not fixed from factory? 2. If not fixed from factory why was I not informed about it? 3. Why are there open spaces in the car for rats to come in with no or less protective covering? dealer: whitefield honda

My name is Siddharth A 15 days back I, ve purchased pearl white amaze by full cash payment across which I asked to give free battery sales executive Mr. Ruben said we cant give battery so he commited a sensor in communication with manager miss shalaka. At time of deli. told them to fix it Mr. Ruben said not now you come later .That later didn't came I visited 2 times to the showroom first time they said not available. I told them I will come according to my convineance so I came Mr Ruben sent me to workshop to fit sensor n person in workshop was fighting with other employee saying showroom bills r not paid so I cant give sensor for awhile I thought its a regular garage I came to...went back to showroom nobody responded me for half an hour then manger shalaka said tomorrow morning by 7.00am a person will come home n fix the sensor nobody came. I am not begger .I came to showroom 3 times .i was standing outside showroom to Mr. Ruben and he was not liking my phone . . Is Honda company deals such way that after delivary of vehical they don't even attend custmer at all.my father called Ruben saying there's prob. In system he said he will send person to check. Himself said this we didn't ask him again a fake nobody turned. First n worst experience with HONDA (crystal Honda pune)After this I ve called up cust.care 7 times n answer was we, ll get back to you in 24 hours n nobody called me. Then I ve sent a mail ones on complaint online but invain . Usually I put 1000 rs petrol in my car viz. To the showroom. Instead of getting sensor I bare loss 3000. And worst part is yet there is no response from dealership and company as well. I have toyota etios never gave chance to complaint. I have Hundai I-10 never gave a chance to complaint and This is the pathetic experience with honda that too in begining itself . Did company is aware of this fake complaint and how will it help to increase Market share...and I am worried about service also . . Request to company n dealership to refund whatever I spent on getting free sensor And sensor to give or not will be company's n dealers decision. please attend customer calls.           Its been 20 days now Honda company as well as crystall Honda dealership in Pune (crystal Honda, pune). This people takes customer for granted and company is worst than that even after giving complaint sevaral times nobody bother about reverting. I guess company looks at only good money and dealership is given to illitrates. Dealership employees talk like they know us for decades. And once vehicle is delivered they don't even bother calling or even receiving calls. Even giving complaint doesn't make them feel shame with whatever vocabulary, s customors are sending complaints to customer care. They don't know they makes very minor issue a big major. After trying so many times the pathetic part is company also doesn't have respect they just keep on reading all this crap. The worst of the worst experience in a four wheeler sector. Even after this if company doesn't then simply hopeless creed and the next is calling founder of the company. Feeling very shame to be with Honda.

            Hi I am a loyal customer of Honda and we have done all my service in Honda and spent enough on it every time since the last three years. Telling so i always had a metal noise near my rear Shocks (Both sides), which i have been continiously reporting it to Daksin Honda from the last two years, but an complaint is never been registered and also the service advisor gives me irrelevant ideas like changing the entire axel which terrifies me and also this costs me too much for nothing and also it is so irrelevant for a small noise in the rear shocks (Even the shocks & suspension is really good which actually, which Daksin Honda themself observed it while they tested it again, but still didnt fix the problem), Then Dakshin Honda refers me to the Local Mechanic every time i ask about it and poor local mechanic also doesnt know how to deal and even i am scared to hand it over to them as i never do it. Even a complaint is never registered against it till and Daksin Honda knows the problem is so clear:( Just two days back i have even done my 40 K service but still no solution and i was also told to refer the local mechanic again. I am helpless and please help me in it, i am even thinking to escalate in a higher social forum and discontinue my relation with Daksin Honda for good and not sure how Magnum Honda is.

            My 2014 April model Amaze Diesel also faced same issue ... sound from back suspension . It was a common manufacturing defect / parts defect on all Amaze /Brio models . After too many calls and Emails to dealership and Honda they changed my suspension under warranty . My expenses was only for brake fluid. It was happened at 22, 000 Km. But in 31, 000 km, from last week the same "tak... tak " sound reappeared . It is surprising that a reputed manufacturer like Honda can't rectify the problem.

              Hi, I bought a Honda amaze diesel S in August 2013 registered with KA03 MS 7538. In last two years, the clutch is changed 4 times, break pads 2 times. The windshield develop scratch with a very small sand grain being hit. The doors are leaking. The car was towed twice in last 1 month, again for clutch issue. I, my 6 months kid and my wife had to suffer in rain due to this. I am a driver for last 10 years and had Maruti Alto and Ford Figo, both without much of issues. Not sure what kind of quality spare parts is honda providing us thie consumer. Please request help in sorting out this issue. I need my money back which i had paid honda for my car.

                I have been complaining about the above mentioned sounds from front of my Honda city on rough roads since 3 years(at odo 25000 km).for which dealers made no satisfactory repairs .now when sound has increased and unbearable(odo 65000), they want to change my steering rack assembly for 50000 rupees..if they had told so 3yrs back, I would have got warranty..this is real violating of trust and comittment from Honda.

                  Hi,

                  I bought a new Honda Amaze SMT (DL 3CC G 1490) bought on 26th April 2015 from Southend Honda, Badarpur, New Delhi. I met with an accident in the month of May 2015 & the car was sent to Ring Road Honda, Pira Garhi, Delhi for repair purposes (under insurance from Future Generalli – 0% Dep).

                  It took over a month for your team at RING ROAD HONDA, Peera Garhi, Delhi centre to repair the car.

                  Most of the things were taken care of except “the Rear chrome bar” (fitted above the number plate in the back). They have fitted an old chrome bar instead of a new one & said this is how they got it.

                  How can a chrome bar be rusted on a brand new car? Please advise.

                  This is not expected from a world renowned auto maker (HONDA CARS) to charge for a new part & replace it with a second-hand part which shows clear cheating on HONDA's behalf.

                  Post repeated reminders, your team at RING ROAD HONDA, PEERA GARHI refuse to change this chrome bar numerous times which has cost me a lot of agony, frustration along-with waste of time, money & energy.

                  Please help in resolving this issue ASAP & let us retain our belief in a company like HONDA.

                  If this matter is not resolved with-in 7 days of this e-mail/letter, I‘ll have to seek help from Consumer Redressal cell.

                    Rushabh Honda service centre team was calling me from last 1 month for Servicing of car from[protected] landline number. When I started today for Nasik after booking the appointment they refused to take my car in afternoon & informed me that they never committed me to reach Nasik today @ 2pm. Anjali & Sonali has called me today morning & refused when I reached the workshop at Nasik. When complaint was given to Sandeep Tope & Mahajan they were arguing with me & taking side of these 2 girls. Request you to arrange for call with Aditya Bafna on this matter.

MAKGM85AME4004189 Regent Honda showroom in Jan 2015. I was satisfied with the performance of the car till past 2 months, where in the woes started in the form of tyre puncture of the rear right side. The tyre puncture happened nearly 6 times on the same tyre (rear right ). I was puzzled by the phenomenon and happened to notice the tyre manufacturing date which is July 2014. This itself shows the tyres were old on a new vehicle delivered to me.The 2 nd tyre ie front left tyre has started showing side wall bulged (attached photo’s . I am now seriously considering that this has become a life and death situation as I travel Bombay Pune on all weekends and may seriously lead to a fatal accident. I have lost faith in Honda car which I was appraising 6 months ago. I immediately need your attention for replacing this set of tyres and avoiding a fatal accident, failing which I may go to the consumer forum asthis is safety aspect . Awaiting immediate response.                         I have taken bumper to bumper insurance . But when i tried to avail it . They did not respond properly and asked me to pay for body shop work which is covered in insurance . these people dont explain any terms and conditions . later they will say all the conditions and just try to suck your money.

                          I am customer of Honda.I had buy HONDA AMAZE S model on 28 July, 2015 and it had a small dent on left back window side and same was given to Harmony Honda yesterday but today we got call from that our car got damaged by them inside there workshop and trust me its damaged very badly. How will the owner feel when he/she has spend 8 lac on buying a new car and the same is damaged by harmony honda itself. I want my car to get changed which has been damaged by honda agency mistake. Please help me for the same or else i will go to consumer court and even blast this news in newspaper.And close the ford agency which has damaged my car.

                            My amaze car gave to service at landmark honda surat, vesu. when i get back it return that time i show damages to service dept. but he missguided me, and they are poor service provider . now i fill as an indian, maruti is better than any honda car.and also from their worst service dealer. they have no responsible person at landmark honda service.

                              I bought Honda Amaze 1.5 SMT vide Reg No: DL-2C-Q-9575 in March 2014. it start giving speedometer stops while car is running & glows various indicators like malfunctioning, steering, and other indicators only after six months of purchase. I contact customer care 121 and dealer. This is happening since August 2014. Dealer take car to workshop and keep it for 3-5 days and return by saying problem is fixed but only after few days to month, it resurfaces again and again since Aug-14. Now Dealer says that cannot do anything in this direction. Honda directly don't entertain customer directly and left them to dealer mercy. However customer care says that we are escalating it to higher management and someone from higher management will call you but all exercise in this regards becomes futile. Can Honda look into it or I have only left the choice to go to consumer court?

                                I have a honda mobilio car with reg. no. Wb56j-3500, name:om mishra. my car has run 44000 kms approx. and i have to change the brake pad 5 times within this run. on 1 oct 2015 i was asked again to change the brake pad and chaged it, from the last change of brake pad in just 4500 kms (approx, ).

                                  I have purchased activa 3g in century motors tumkur by name Anitha B, after two days i taken vehicle to their and said their is problem in front wheel .but he told its new vehicle, it will be ok after using for some time. but still i am facing the same problem from nearly 1 and half month.even during first service we only told front shocks got damaged so make it change .from past 10 days he is saying stock is not their. when it arrives we will let you know . not only this that showroom is not all eligible for any thing. Till they sell vehicle they will call us like a dog after buying we should beg them like beggars

                                    The car was purchased on 21/2/15 and the first service was done on 20/3/15 from the above dealer. It was informed that the car horn was not working properly. The anti-rusting and surface refinement was also got done and a coupon of Rs.3500 was handed over to me with an assurance that if all the 3 free services are done from their workshop only, at the time of 3rd service the car will be fully dry cleaned. However when the vehicle was received after 1st service it was observed that horn was giving the same problem.i.e.in the morning when the vehicle was started the horn was not working and subsequently after running for 10minutes it works. The 2nd service was done on 21/5/15 from the above dealer and it was informed again that the same problem persisted in the horn and reverse gear also was giving problem. After receipt of vehicle from servicing, both the above problems remain unsolved. On my contacting the workshop, the vehicle was again recalled on 29/5/15 and horn assy(HI) was then replaced. The 3rd service was done on 24/8/15 and it was informed to them to check the reverse gear as well as the average of the vehicle as it was showing only 9.5 constantly. Later on the dealer informed me that the vehicle part which shows the average was stuck and has been rectified now. Also as promised to me earlier, the car which should have been dry cleaned was not at all touched even though they took back the Rs.3500 coupon. On my complaining to the workshop again, they sent a worker with some chemical and foam to dry clean the car, who further spoiled the car seat cover. At present, the car is still showing average of 9.5 which is still stuck on that, the dry cleaning has still not been done and reverse gear is still causing problem. It is clearly observed that the brand name which Honda carries does not reflect in the after-sales service which the company provides. I hope that my problems will be resolved satisfactorily and at the earliest possible.

                                      Sir, I have purchased a hero honda plessure from VIGNESHWAR MOTORS, Ranipet-vellore district on[protected]TN73 K2522). As I wish to avail my first service on 26.09.2015, I handed over my vehicle at about 9.00 am, that time Vegneshwar motors mechanic told me, are you want to replacement oil?. I am replied to that mechanic, Don't want to replacement, asper free service you do it. Same day evening, I went there to take my bike and he asked to pay the amount for change of oil (without my consent, change of oil). I argued with them why did I pay for oil changing without my permission. The owner of Vegneshwar motors crying for me by the unwanted ugly words. Then I am leaving that place without take my vehicle. Till date I am not receiving my vehicle. Kindly inquire the free service oil replacement charges pay by customer without permission? and take necessary action to Vegneshwar motors, Ranipet-vellore district.

                                        I Dr Ravi Mulay is owner of a Honda car and the service and workmanship of service center is SO POOR that i have decided now never to buy any HONDA product in FUTURE. bad service bad work quality bad attendants very bad dealership capacity
