I have a Honda Amaze, whose side mirror was not working properly & seat cushions had broken down. Because of this, I have given the vehicle to Ring Road Honda Moti Nagar (New Delhi) for Service and Repair. I got my vehicle after 10 days and even then the problem was not resolved. I had shared a complaint and then, after a week I got a call from the company that the side mirror mechanism has come and I can visit to get it replaced, but cushions will take some more time. I said that I will visit together to get both things done together. When I visit after 3 weeks the advisor (Sahil Sharma) talked in an unethical manner and was supported by Service Manager (Vikram and Devinder Soni). During the service, they had broken by the lid of the water container for the front wiper, and when I said that this was missing when I got my car back, Devinder Soni was rude and unprofessional and crossed all limits by saying "Yeh nahi dalega, jise bat karni hai kar lo. 250 Rupyee do aur lagwa lo. Free ka nahi hai)". When I took the complaint to Service GM, then initially he tried to do way the complaint by saying I am looking into and then after a few day he started supporting his employees and said mirror change will not happen and that the mirror was hit already. I agree that there were some marks because of children but it was not accidental and had it been accidental then why did they tell me in the first instance and why did I get a call in the first place to get it replaced. These guys sell the items and say lies to customers. This is not only unethical but a breach of trust of the highest level. I plea that all these four fraudsters shall be terminated with immediate effect.

    Sir my name is sreejith .I bought a Honda WRV from perfect honda on September 2019.Now the front power window of my vehicle is not working properly so I go to the service center they told me that the warranty of my vehicle has been started from 2018 and expired on 2021. While thking the delivery of my vehicle the executive told me that the warranty period is for three years from the date of registration.The registration of my vehicle was on 2019 and my register no is KL 01 CM 3544. The company has chetted me by giving me a 2018 billed vehicle. I will legaly move against the company if you don't clear my warranty problem my phone number is [protected]

      I purchased Honda WRv Top model car from Western Honda, Chembur, Mumbai -71, on 06.07.17, financed by HDFC bank and registered by dealer in RTO ( MH03).

      I thought the original RC and spare key are kept by bank till the completion of my car loan.

      When I completed my loan on 06.07.20, I contacted HDFC Bank for NOC, original RC and spare key. They issued NOC, but they didn't issue the original RC and spare key. They said that it must be kept by the dealer. But the dealer, Western Honda was closed last year and no one has responded to my emails.

      Due to covid, I lost job and came to Chennai.

      Now I need to sell my car, but without original RC, it can't sell.

      I kindly request to issue the original RC and Spare key urgently.

        I purchased WRv, Ivtec, 2017 model, silver colour, on 06.07.21 from western Honda, Chembur, Mumbai 71. I didn't received original RC till date. I taught it was kept by HDFC Bank, who financed. Last year, 2020, in July’21, I completed my dues. After the completion of my loan, I'm continuously following with HDFC for RC. Spare key, but now they informed me, when I took NOC for loan closure that it's not kept by bank & asked me to contact the dealer.

        But the dealer is closed since last year. So, I couldn't able to contact anyone from Western Honda to collect my original RC and spare key. Presently I'm living in Chennai and not advisable to travel with Covid positive.

        Can you please arrange the above ASAP ?

          It's very very disheartening that Honda Car India not Replacing the defective Music System. Their wrong selection of Music System suppliers in 2017 ..is actually big pain for user . The system stared hang problem just after 2 year and increases thereafter .

            I Nishant Kumar and I have given my car (Honda Amaze) 2nd free servicing to Garve Honda Pune Maharashtra on the 4th of September 2021. till the time I haven't received my car.

            I am taking regress to follow up with the dealer and sales team but they are not responding. There are issues in the music system and sales guys accruing every time me to arrange the same.

            I bought a new Honda Jazz KA03NJ1588 in March 2021. I have been calling in for a service for the last few weeks.

            1. People are not answering phones on nos that has been provided to me at the time of purchase.

            2. Details of my car were not even on their system. I have given them the details and i hope they have put in the same now.

            3.Car was picked up by me in March and they said Feb. I had paid for it in Feb.

            4. At the time of car handover they told me that warranty will be 1000 kms or within 3 months. I had said given that we are in the midst of covid i would need more time and they had agreed at the time of sale. But now they seem to be not very agreeable and the concerned sales person i am told has left.

            Need help to close on this. I had an old Jazz for 9 years that i gave back to whitefield and bought a new one but they have zilch customer history and no background on my engagement.

                Today 04/09/2021 I have reached to standard Honda service center for my my Honda amaze UP32JH6226 at 10:35 AM token number is 11. And there receptionist told me that our service advisor are busy now other coustmers pls wait few minutes. After 2 hours I asked that maim how much time pls tell. But no responsed after 15 minutes I have lost my patience to knew that the token number 13 to 20 already attended by service advisor. There whole staff are irresponsible no time value and mis behave to coustermers. My times I suffered from those misbehavior ...

                  I am senior citizen, retired as Chief Manager from PSU.

                  I visited your service centre at Sector-14, Gurgaon for servicing of my vehicle, HR26 DH4532 ( Honda-WRV) on 17.08.2021. Mr. Paramjeet (floor supervisor) attended the vehicle for servicing.

                  After servicing of above vehicle, we went to visit my native place in Rajasthan on 27.08.2021, but after completing journey of approx.. 200 km, vehicle clutch plate got damaged & vehicle stucked on road & we stranded for more then three hours in remote area with my family.

                  When we informed Mr. Paramjeet about problem of vehicle, he suggested to replace the clutch plate & he send the details of parts on whattsapp for replacement.

                  After replacing the clutch plate, Speedometer of vehicle was not working & vehicle giving signal of error of engine & steering.

                  On reaching back to Gurgaon on 29.08.21, I again visited to your above mentioned workshop & narrated the problem to Mr. Siman( service executive). Vehicle was checked thoroughly & diognosised as pick up sensor faulty.

                  Mr. Siman assured to replace the faulty sensor free of cost after two days as parts were not readily available & vehicle is under extended warranty .

                  When I again visited your workshop today dtd. 03.09.21 for replacement of faulty Sensor, it was replaced but asked for the full payment.

                  When I remind him that vehicle is under warranty & you assured to replace the parts FOC, why you are asking money then he shouted on me badly, asked to pay money before taking delivery of vehicle & insulted me like nothing.

                  I requested him again & again but he did not listened me & continued to force me to make the payment & asked to get out from the office.

                  Mr. Siman insulted me like nothing. I also reported matter to GM ( Workshop) but all in vain.

                  By this complaint, I want to know what action are you taking against Mr. Siman for such rude behaviour with customers/senior citizen .

                  Hope you will take the suitable action for such phethetic behavior of Mr. Siman with customers/ senior citizens & appraise me about same, failing will compel me to knock the doors of higherups/ consumer court/ forum of senior citizen/ social media.

                      The front glass panel of my car stereo has suddenly delaminated. My car is a 2017 model Honda City. The service people told me that the stereo has to replaced (stereo is still working fine). Also, since the vehicle is under extended warranty, I need to bear half the cost of the car stereo. This I think is unnecessary as only the front panel seems to be delaminated. Please help[protected]

                        On the 2nd of August 2021, I dropped my HONDA Amaze VX MT Petrol at the above-mentioned workshop for the 3rd service which was due. Along with that, I requested an insurance claim for some repairs on both sides of the car. I was assured that your vehicle shall be ready within 4 to 5 days, on 5th day that is on 6th of August I called the concerned person for an update about the vehicle, to the extreme surprise I was told that the car has not still been assessed by the surveyor because we could not make a call to him as we were busy with other things. I could not understand what they were doing to my car in the workshop for 5 days. I also called the Manager at Shuhul Honda and told him not to do anything with my vehicle as I am not interested in your services anymore & Kindly send me my car back as it is. But he insisted on keeping it there only and was trying to convince me & refused to send it back. Immediately I registered a formal complaint to the company's prescribed number, My Communication ID is [protected] and can be cross-checked from your data. The operator connected me to the workshop and they apologized and pleaded not to take it further and promised me to deliver the vehicle within 2 days which after lot of arguments I agreed upon. Instead of 2 days they took 6 more days and on the 12th day, I got a phone call at around 11.00 am from the workshop that the vehicle is ready and shall delivered at my office, which was not done, then at 6:00 pm I had to arrange a driver to get my vehicle back. After receiving the car I was shocked to see that almost 50% of the mechanical job was not done and the even the washing of car was not done properly. My insurance claim was approved for left side damages and front bumper, but the left side mirror which had scratches was left as it was. My Insurance claim bill was raised to the amount of Rs. 36, 227/- plus I was asked to pay Rs. 20, 52.00 as Service Charges without any detail given in the bill for 3rd FREE SERVICE( as per the offer available at the time of purchasing the car) as service charges. I would love to see if someone will show me where these Rs. 38000/- are spent on my Car.
                        I had mentioned everything in detail about the mechanical and other jobs to be done in the paper sheet which I sent with my car, I had also texted to through Whatsapp the GM of Shuhul Honda (Screenshot attached).
                        After receiving the car I called the GM at workshop several times to convey my dissatisfaction but he did not pickup the phone even once. Such a reputed Multinational Company is not associated with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach towards the customer. Being a Multinational company you are spoiling your reputation by having such non-professionals associated with your company... I once again repeat it was an absolutely & extremely non-professional approach from the said workshop of yours. I would like to send you some images wherein you can judge yourself the reason for my dissatisfaction. In the end I do not expect any action from your side & I am also well aware of the fact that my complaint shall go to thrash without any notice from your side Because your business shall affect a bit with initiation of any action. But I felt it was obligatory for me to write about this experience.

                          I purchased a Honda City CVT in September 2017, saw bubble formation on the screen of my AVN system in 2020. This has now become big and the system has stopped working. I went for repairs and the service center is quoting 18000 rupees. When I checked the internet I found that it is a common problem with many Honda car owners.
                          This seems to be a faulty system and ideally Honda should replace all the systems in all cars of that model.

                            my car number given above which I purchased in 2017, after purchase of 1 year itself thr infotainment system started giving issues, the service advisor of capital Honda said it’s fine and few days back it suddenly the touch was not working
                            Now when I checked with the advisor, he said the entire system to be changed and will cost approximately 45000 rupees also he said that the warranty is lapsed
                            .
                            Kindly look into and support by replacing the same

                              I am struggling with pickup issue ony Honda Amaze 2021 model. Specifically after doing thr second service on 24th July. After keeping the car in Honda service centre for a week and using 1000 Rs. of Petrol I was told that technically there is no issue. However I feel the difference wherein I have to literally push my car while driving.

                              I hope this email will reach to correct contact to help me fix the pickup issue.

                                I have a Honda amaze car purchased last year. The quality of the material above the car front wheel is too low and it can have a dent even if someone pushes it with their hands or lean with their foot up for support. The old amaze has a better build quality and is strong. I am highly disappointed with Honda quality and feel betrayed.

                                  I have purchase Honda Amaze car
                                  First service is done in dec 19
                                  and 2nd service is done in dec 20
                                  According to that service center give date june 20 for 3rd service
                                  But due to covid situation and illness i can not give my car for 3rd service
                                  Today i go for service but they said 3rd service lapse and do the paid service
                                  So please consider the situation and grand for 3 rd service

                                    AVN system of my HONDA CITY Car is not working and I raised that concern to Classic Honda Faridabad on 17th August'2021 and since then they have not provide me the complaint number, my car is under warranty, also I raised that concern to HONDA and No satisfactory response has been provide by them, I spent my hard money to buy the Honda city and HONDA is cheating their customers by giving faulty AVN's in the car.
                                    Please help me with this concern.

                                    Honda is not replacing my Car AVN system which is under warranty, All false commitment they are providing. It's been more than 15 days, I am chasing them but neither a solution, nor a timeline has been provided by Honda. I request the Indian Consumer Complaint forum to help me with a solution.
