This is regarding my vehicle new amaze v-cvt petrol

my vehicle is purchased in the year 2019 & it's having a manufacturing defect in the chassis underbody, which is not getting solved by the dealership from the last 2 years even after changing many parts. as per the dealership they are saying we've checked all the parameters and tried to change all the required parts multiple times and finally concluded stating this issue cannot be solved. also they tried to contact the @hondacarsindia technical team as well, but ironic is that they said it's an operational noise.

the issue: there is a loud katkat noise from underbody while passing over speed breakers and deep potholes which is clearly audible inside the cabin.

- pride honda is saying that it's an issue from @hondacarsindia side and @hondacarsindia is simply reverting back the complaint to the dealership without sending down the technical team here

- since the purchase of the vehicle we don't have peace of mind & more over after spending a million rupees on this hopeless brand we are suffering very badly. i completely lost faith in honda and i wont prefer or suggest this brand to anyone in the future.

- company should terminate dealerships like pride honda for harassing the customers.

- it's high time that you people stop playing double games with customers and look into my issue.

- finally what i want to conclude is, replace my vehicle under warranty as it's not repairable. and take a serious action on pride honda for making us suffer...

This has reference to your trailing mail regarding your Honda car.

In relation to your communication towards noise from underbody while passing speed breaker, clarification has already been submitted completely by us as in appending via email dated 10th Sept;21 despite of that we are pained to receive your reminders again to us.

We wish to restate that there are no manufacturing defects observed in this case and the cause of the noise was found to be the “Non Standard Driving Pattern” which had resulted in Nose dive and triggered consequential bump stop action

Please be rest assured the current systems are capable enough to capture any kind of of abnormality. You would also appreciate that for HCIL to take any action further on any kind of failure, the correlation of events with physical measures should be there, which is this case is not visible.

Under these circumstances, we wish to explain to you that the functioning of suspension is perfectly fine.

We seek your kind understanding and once again reaffirm you and your family that Honda cars confirm to global safety standards and are absolutely safe to drive.

We wish to humbly submit that having addressed all your queries, we have nothing to add to what has been stated already, hence kindly treat this as a closing communication from our side on the matter.

    I have given my car to service at Honda Muthoot service kollam. They have damaged my side mirror switches and at delivery didn’t informed the same to me. While driving I noticed the same and approched there but they told that it was already faulty. The said fact was not true as when I dropped vehicle the switches were functional. My car bearing reg no KL 09 AM 7771 . My number is [protected]. I am aggrieved by above dealings of service provider.

      We booked for service today i.e.1st December 9.30 am car drop. But as we were not able to come with car at scheduled time, at 9.47am we called your number [protected]. Your executive who picked up the car rescheduled for 4pm today ( the car to be serviced next day). She also confirmed that she will inform reception accordingly.At 3.12 pm we got call from your reception ( number[protected] to confirm that we are dropping the car at 4pm.
      We reached your service center at scheduled time 4pm. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes. And when we enquired at reception as to how much more time it will take, she said it will take time. Than in front o[censored]s she told a service advisor that this guy had appointment at 9.30 am and he is coming at 4pm. I told her that my appointment was rescheduled at 4pm, she replied that she is not aware.I told her that when you people don't have time than why you people schedule a appointment ??My experience with Hallmark Honda is that whenever I have visited you to drop the car, every time, I need to wait for 30min to 1 Hour. Same waiting is there when we come back to pick the car,

          My Name Suresh Naik P. i am State Govt employee (Assistant Engineer) working in irrigation department from Shivamogga City Karnataka state, I have Honda City Petrol KA14Z5684 Car ...But I am having problem regarding suspension of car ...and other problems like shock observer and about service in Show room...I have got serviced my car recently on 10/11/2021 though i am having problem of shock observer (as per adviser report) check my vehicle status ...in show room adviser told me that ...it is your problem not of show room and our service...But sir i am sure that after I have got serviced my car recently on 10/11/2021 ...there is no problem by my side...i am requesting you to solve this issue with free of cost ...otherwise how can i have Honda City Car in my life by having this type of problems ...please understand and checking my car status please solve this issue with free of cost...for your kind information ...and i have hope that you will really help me to keep my Honda City Car in my life...with thankfull

            I am a customer from a town which is located 130kms from indore I purchased Honda city on 20/11/2021 from indore within 4-5 days after the purchase there was a defect of horn in which if I moved my starring towards the left then the horn would automatically start to blow. After talking to a staff of Honda they told to bring the car at the service centre which again was around 140kms from my home. I had to drive the car all the way to the centre and get it done. I had to run almost 300kms up and down, and the company doesn’t even feel that it is their responsibility to get such things done at their cost and not at ours.

              So, I bought a honda city 2018-19 model from a colleague and the infotainment system's touchscreen was not working properly.
              So I went to honda landmark service station to get it replaced as it is under warranty.
              But it's been over a month now and they haven't still answer that if they'll replace it or not.
              Please help me through this and do the needful.

                I am pushparajan . Purchase honda city from Muthoot honda kollam . I am facing issue with power steering motor continuously. I have issue with power steering motor and getting notice when turning steering . Two times I have made complaints about this during the warranty period and the honda service team have replaced it two times . Still I am getting the complaint . Now the warranty is over . I was working abrod and now I am came for leave . I I am shocked to see the sound again . This is questioning the reliability of honda . I request honda to help me with a permanant solution

                  Maine 25 july 2019 ko laptop lia tha jabtak company warranty thi company ne repair kiya 3 baar kharab hua tha tinon baar kiya matlab ek saal me 3 baar kharab hua tha laptop. Ek saal ke baad phir kharab hua to Maine complain kiya hp se banda aaya usne bola nahi ho sakta sir kyuki aapke laptop ka ram jisme lagta hai usme rust hai phir mughe mail aaya ki aapki laptop ki battery kharab hai isliye hum nahi kar sakte. Phir maine customer care se baat ki to unhone bola aapke ghr ke pass jo bhi service center hai uske pass jao wo kar denge main chala gaya unhone bataya ki aapne kisi aur yahi bahar se dikhaya haai to hum aapka laptop repairing nahi kar sakte karana hai to mughe 21000 rupay do ho jayega bola motherboard kharab hai.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have serviced my car from Crystal Honda Bavdhan Pune recently. I have issue with the final bill amount. Which is not acceptable at all. They have charge 8623.41 Rs. for spare parts and to fix it 10831.22 Rs. for Labours charge for car usual servicing.
                    I personally feel this amount is overcharged, there must be a fixed amount of labour charge for vehicle servicing.
                    Does Crystal Honda provide a flexible salary to their staff? This month many cars are there for servicing so they will pay more salary. No cars No salary. Is it like this?
                    There must be a fixed amount of servicing charge. Customers should not feel like he/she is getting looted. I hope Crystal Honda will resolve this issue ASAP.

                      The LCD display of audio and infotainment system of honds city car vcvt with engine LI5Z15338933, Chasis No MAKGM662DJ4303883 is not functioned smoothly. That is the upper part of LCD display is seen black and hence that part is not completely visible.please replace it at company expense as the vehicle is driven only 9500 km and in extended warranty period.The vehicle purchased from peninsular honda, kochi.

                              Abhikaran honda sold me an extended warranty in august 2021 and when I was claim faulty parts in Nov-21, they are refusing my claim and saying that your vehicle having external electrical fitment. I wants to clear you that external electrical fitment into vehicle was done in 2019, when this vehicle don't have any warranty and at time of sale extended warranty, abhikarna hond sales person not informed about this because of they are interested to sale his products not service to me . I have logged the complaints into honda but nothing is happened . Honda is not care there customer and they are listening of there dealer .

                                I purchase bike 2 Oct 2020 (raj Shakti Auto Gondal )yogi honda Gondal Rajkot
                                Complian can not be solved yet 14 Nov 2021 can you see this period (long time one year )
                                When I goes to show room and they check engine oil problem they solve. After 2 month as it is problem arise continue since today continue
                                They told me to solve their problems but not solve yet time
                                My personal experience is that i avoid honda bike and i urge people to avoid purchase honda bike their service are totally bad and kindely request peopale.
                                I goes to my native palace honda show room national honda mangrol di junagadh they also told me that you can go when you purchase bjke i can not solve your problem
                                Their ans totally rough
                                I Am unhappy with the Honda Service 🙏

                                  After Holding up with Patience for 12 days I am raising this issue against Honda Cars India and their dealers and service partners Like Girnar Honda Akola. Mentioning few worst experiences and expecting corrective actions by Honda Cars overall.. Losing faith in the product and service after using Honda cars for 7 years . Detail of experience so far
                                  Out of Pune for Diwali vacations I had a minor accident on 31st Oct and took the car to Girnar Honda on Nov 1st under Insurance Clam from Royal Sundaram. Firstly the dealership says non of the parts are available in inventory and all need to be ordered, it will take 8-10 days for the parts to arrive, Seriously ??? are we still in stone age ?? No ware house what so ever nearby ?? Today its 12th and parts are yet to arrive and I am stuck with loss at work ... WOW Service
                                  Secondly Girnar Honda says they don't have cashless service for insurance claim where is royal sundaram is saying they have national tie up with Honda Cars for Insurance ... Either Girnar Honda is Fraud and cheating customers or Honda Cars is not aligned with the dealers ?? What is it please address and take corrective action ..
                                  Thirdly Girnar honda says they cannot place orders for parts unless i Pay advance, they took 25000 advance from me and then only ordered parts, I paid as i wanted to void the delay. I mean are you real ?? this is how Honda Cars treat there customers ?? Your dealers have no credibility for even parts ?? Never heard of any OEM or dealers holding there customers for ransome.. Btw my car was with them and they still needed Advance ..
                                  Fourthly they are not ready to take cashless insurance, when Royal Sundaram is ready, they take advance and on the bill payment (1.6 lakhs) which i intend to pay by credit card these guys are charging 2% extra .. WOW Digital India ?? Demanding cash and discouraging digital payments, what year are we In ?? Seems like tax avoidance or what ever but not customer friendly approach.
                                  I expect action on all above highlighted issues, cashless processing of my claim and return of the Advance or settlement in a fare way. Forget 2% extra. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears

                                    Dear team,

                                    Please consider this as high priority complaint

                                    For my car KA 09ME 1118 ( Honda city Ivtech) registered from Mysore and bought from Inspire Honda show room there is problem with infotainment system, I have been raising complaint from Aug 25th 2021 in the show room and I am getting reply that we have placed complaint with Honda and till now I am not getting problem resolved

                                    There is serious inconvenience caused with below problems as infotainment system is not working

                                    1. Rear camera not working
                                    2. Not able to connect my phone with Bluetooth
                                    3. Not able to connect totally as touch screen is not working

                                    Can you guys please help to resolve this issue, my car system still is in warranty period

                                    I knew Honda is famous for his customer care, but I never expected this type of service from your end, is this the treatment given for any customer?

                                      I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of services provided by your Road Side Assistance. I am talking about the services I requested on 31/10/2021 and want to let you know I was very upset with your staff’s performance. My car was not starting, just the day before I had the same issue and I had to do a Jumpstart and it worked and I traveled 60 Km. The next day same thing occurred. Contact Honda service center said they need to check the car if there is any other issue and requested me to contact the RSA and jump-start the vehicle and tow it rather than driving. Have contacted the customer service[protected]. Today the 3rd day 03/11/2021 the technician came with a battery to jump start and he is coming from 40km away, which I can do it within 10km radius and would have taken only an hour maximum not 3 days. I have been denied the tow service for last 3 days.
