My vehicle no is GJ 09 BG 2556 Honda amage SMT. I informed by the company's own dealer about colour mismatched. When I have never gave my veh for service or repair outside anywhere, then how it possible. That means company or company's dealers are frauds who were cheat the costumer by providing damaged vehicles or changing original parts from the vehicle. Now I am suffering no one reply me.

    Dear Sir,

    I hereby register my complaint to resolve the issue regarding CNG fitments by Ace Honda Dealer at Tej Engineering, that I had purchased a Honda Amaze Vehicle reg no. UP16BU9427 in the year & month of March 2018. I wished to purchase CNG enabled factory fitted Honda Amaze Vehicle, hence the dealer Ace Honda had taken responsibility to install a CNG Kit, charged from me Rs. 65000 / - against CNG kit installation as factory fitted, the amount taken by Honda dealer was Rs 30000/- more with my car warranty, as compared to those who were installed CNG kit in the amount of Rs, 35000 /- but without the cover of any warranty.

    As I accepted the dealing of amount Rs. 65000/- of CNG fitment through Ace Honda dealer, but now when I found at the time re-testing of Hydro Test of CNG Cylinder at Tej Engineering workshop after 3nyears of my purchasing of Car having CNG kit which was installed by Tej Engineering with approval of Ace Honda. I found the following cheating events that was done by Tej Engineering :
    1) 2016 model CNG cylinder was fitted on April 2018 through Ace Honda Dealer, as shown in enclosed pics.
    2) Too much rusted CNG cylinder found.
    3) Frames for fixation of CNG Cylinder, were not painted at the starting while handover the car to me by Ace Honda Dealer, as shown in enclosed pics..
    4) Packing was done during installation of CNG Kit, as shown in enclosed pics.

    Hence, it is requested to please do some favour by Honda Cars, to verify the installation of the CNG kit by Honda specialized professionals and ensure the correctness of the CNG fitment in my Car, for fulfilment/compensation against the cheating done by Tej Engineering.​

      Showroom and Service Center: Sundaram Honda Hyderabad

      issue: Honda Mobilio-2rd row AC vent- Right Most- Behind Driver Seat

      From the beginning I have this complaint about the 2nd row AC vent right behind the driver side gives out less flow, this was acknowledged by all the technicians who attended to my car have responded saying, they have noticed it on all the other Mobilio models sold.

      Now (29th July2021) Sobhan service Engineer manager from Sundaram Honda, Hyderabad is not ready to accept that it is a defect from Honda.

      I have been trying to get this fixed from the beginning, and now Sobhan from Sundaram Honda Hyderabad, is back tracking and wants to maintain the stand that this is not an issue and its perspective of the one looking at it and trying to undermine the issue.

      Honda should be really proud to be having such people on their dealership lines who cannot accept the facts.

      The logic is simple and plain, in 2015 Honda recalled for a fuel return pipe line leak and addressed it, if they can do it, they should also acknowledge this as an issue and fix the problem rather than saying this is perspective based on Technicians like him.

      Anybody any suggestions of how to get this fixed rather than fighting it out between the well learned Dealer and Honda Customer Service Manager Shikha pathania, she does NOT have patience to read the email chain before responding.

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          I have a complaint for Hallmark Honda panvel regarding the service they are providing for My Honda City car MH 46 BE0138

          I have given my Car to a body shop, they have taken more than 15 days to deliver the car stating the reason of COVID, when I went to pick the car on Monday 26 th july 2021, I observed serious scratches on my car. The PIC told me that they will rectify and deliver on Wednesday, 28th.

          When I again visited the showroom today to pick up the car, I was shocked to see that the painting was done very badly and without the body shine, also observed other scratches on the car's left side.

          They are not giving a firm commitment when my car will get ready, in the current covid situation I am finding extreme difficulty to reach the showroom everytime and no firm commitment from Hallmark Honda Panvel, further the response from the service provider is also not acceptable.

          Requesting you take this note on priority.

          Never expected such poor service from reputed company like Honda.

            Respected sir
            I had given my car to your Deccan honda outlet at dhankawadi in pune on 21 th June for insurance claim.
            As a branch of tree fallen on roof top it got damaged i had zero depth insurance of iffco Tokyo from your Honda care
            Even by today roof top is not available from Honda city company. This was not expected from Honda atleast.
            I trust Japanese Honda name but looking at the type of service met totally disappointed
            Can you look in to the matter and solve. We are without our Honda city for more than a month and no guarantee when will we get

              On dated 7th August 2017, I purchased the Honda City 1.5 VX CVT (I-VTEC), within 2 months of purchased me care Stereo System not working. While requesting at showroom, it is replaced in 2 weeks.

              Again, from last one-week, same problem occurs at stereo System.

              Is this being the worth of spending 14-15 lakhs on Honda Car if this kind of issues occurs ??

              I would appreciate it if you could organize to resolve the issue with new replacement of Stereo System. As I am sure you can appreciate.

                My Honda wrv car's back glass has broken and I informed the service center Pensular Honda, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

                It has been informed by the service center that the glass can be replaced within 2 weeks from the date of placing order.

                I have placed the order on 09th of July 2021. And now I haf checked with Pensular Honda, Thiruvananthapuram. The Glass has not reached Thiruvananthapuram due to ' Not fulfilling the spares supply by company based on first come basis and not on time.
                It is very difficult to comply my travel requirements without vehicle.

                I was using Maruti vehicles for the last 20 years and never get bad experience like now.

                  Sir /Madam,
                  On 3rd June 2021, I dropped my car Honda WR-V VX petrol 2017 at the shuhul Honda for damage repairs and I received my car back on 17th June 2021. The repairs were not carried upto the satisfaction marks and were done partially. Apart from that, now yesterday on 25th of July 2021 I went to visit outside my district, which required a navigation, so with the thought that the navigation system being already installed in my car, I tried to turn it on for help. But the system failed to do so and a message popped up that the GPS navigation micro card is missing. Who stole this from my car. I called on customer care service at the shuhul Honda Srinagar as well as the toll free number. But I am not getting any reasonable response from their side. It gives me an immense disappointment about the service and the system. Kindly help me in this regard at the most earliest.

                    With reference to above details Recently 6 Months back noticed above defect and subsequently I reported this problem to concern Deccan Honda show room Aurangabad. Mr. Prashant Thakur Service Advisor ( Cell No. [protected]) has seriously raised this issue to Company and assured me for the free replacement from company made defective product. Immediately after 2 Hrs of my complaint, he told that your vehicle is not in warranty period so request of free replacement get rejected . Sir If we know I have Honda loyal customer and very happy with serve till time. My audio system was covered with protection film since purchasing and I never peeled up this top covered film ( This Film not get instructed to be removed immediately ) and this film create me unnoticed the defect till time. This problem I have been facing since last 2 Yrs, but I always thinking It was due to Top film getting bubble mark on it. But suddenly my navigation get stopped and then I removed Top film . That time I observed water mark in the system. Immediately this month I rushed to show room and register complaints.

                    I have following questions and let me know some clarification from your side also

                    1. Why Not problem get reported :-
                    Audio system water mark was there since last 2 Yrs but I was get confused due to top film available on audio system . I was being always thinking it was due to air bubble trapped in between top film and audio screen.

                    2. Defective audio system :-
                    a)If company knows this type audio system is defective, why service centre not checked this product since during their last 3 Yrs servicing .
                    b) If company knows the defect, and agreed for replacement then why vehicle was not called immediately in service centre for the replacement .

                    This is my humble request to give free replacement otherwise I would have to go in consumer court for proper justice .

                      Although this is my first ever experience with HONDA, and I felt ashamed to say that this is my worst experience ever in my life. I purchased a Honda Activa 6G Deluxe (Chasis No. ME4JF914MLW240540, Engine No. JF91E-W[protected] on 18th December 2020 from Veer Enterprise, having dealer code: WB03AC02, Argho Commercial Plaza, Burnpur Road, opp of Rabindra Nagar Club, Asansol, West Bengal.Â

                      My complaint is that I didn't receive my RC Book yet even after taking so many follow ups. I have got the MV TAX Paper on 6th of July 2021. Whenever I asked for my RC, they said it will come after a few days. They said the same thing every time. After facing so much harassment by Traffic Police, I am making this complaint to you. Services, Behavior from every staff is fine but I am only making this complaint just because of RC Book.Â

                      Kindly note why this kind of delay is happening & Why customers like us have to face these kinds of harassment. Usually every showroom takes 2-3Months to issue an RC but I haven't got my RC yet even after 8th Months of Purchasing.

                          I had met with an accident and called up service centre to pick up my Honda Amaze car . it was 15 minutes 6 when I reached the service centre for giving my care for necessary inspection and repairs under insurance claim settlement.
                          i was told since office time is over, the car will not be taken handover and checks. However, the person meeting at first instance had taken the keys form me and after much difficulty i was able to receiving of my car.
                          This was on Wednesday and now after 48 hours i have been told by Honda service center ( Malwa Honda, Sonipat) that car keys are nowhere to find and they are not taking ownership for checking the car also.

                          I wanted to know few answers:
                          1. Was it my fault if i met with an life saving accident and i couldn't reach service centre in office hours?
                          2. Wasn't it the responsibility of GM service whom we met to make sure that car is taken care and received properly whereas he is giving excuse that its beyond office hours and i cant help
                          3. Who shall be held responsible for loss of my original car keys.

                          we are also working in reputed organisations and this was clearly the case of no responsible and lack of empathy towards the customer.

                          Looking forward for an responsible reply and suitable action for the same.

                            This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a New Honda Amaze (V) in May 2019 from Elegant Honda, Ambala Cantt. My car has run only 9400 km approx. I feel very glad to experience the comfort and luxury offered by your brand. But i would like to narrate an incident which was very surprising and disappointing for me:
                            On 18th July 2021, i visited kurukshetra with my family (small kids and my parents who are senior citizens) which is around 50 Km from my home town Ambala. The trip was going fine until in the evening when all of a sudden my car didn't start. I tried my best but failed. I tried to call the agency but it was closed as it was sunday that day. Then i called customer care but they said you don't have RSA (Roadside assistance). I told them that i would bear all the expenses but still they refuse to offer any help. I tried rigorously and managed to get a local mechanic who at once told me that there could be a manufacturing defect of the fuel pump in your car as there had been lots of instances of the same in the past also. It was very surprising and shocking for me to accept his words. It took him more than two hours to find the similar part and get it replaced. Nevertheless, after spending more than two hours and Rs 3000/-, somehow I managed to start the car. After a drive of almost one hour I reached home and I switched off the engine. After barely five minutes when I tried to start the car again the same thing happened and it did not start. It was very late therefore the very next morning I called the Honda agency (Elegant Honda, Ambala Cantt) and narrated the whole incident. The service head of the agency told me over the phone that it was a manufacturing defect of the fuel pump. He also said that similar problems have occurred in many cars. He told me to bring my car to the agency by myself. I had to manage (because there was no option) all the expenses to hire tow-car service from my home to the agency (which is approximately 30 Km). After spending Rs 2000/-, within a span of 3-4 hours, they replaced the faulty fuel pump and dropped the car back to my home.
                            It was very surprising, disappointing and shocking for me to know that when the company was aware about the manufacturing defect, they still did not take any suo-moto cognizance of the same. Not only did it impact me financially but also mentally and physically.
                            Sir/Madam, this incident has generated a trust deficit in me regarding Honda Cars.
                            It is my request to treat this matter with utmost urgency so that any other customer would not have to face similar harsh consequences like me.

                              Sir I have honda Wrv car for about 4 years. And during the time I visited the service centre several times. Although I am satisfied with the service provided by the service centre. There was always an issue regarding time for making payment and taking the delivery of my car. Every time I been waiting for about 2 to 3 hrs. My current issue is also much similar. I have given my car yesterday at 3 pm they told me to deliver my car today after servicing my car. When I contacted today early morning I was told that they will give my car at 3 pm. I reached the service center at 3 pm where I found that my car was almost ready for delivery. Then I requested to take the payment and give the gate pass .but they every time tell me ho bas 5 min bas 20 min aur dijiya. And at last at 6 pm I returned back home unfortunately without my car . Then they call me and ask me to take the car. But when I ask them to make the delivery of my car at home and take the money they refuses to do so. They told me that today it is not possible. Sir kindly enquire the mater. As this is a very common issue but it is very embarrassing to wait 3 hrs to make payment. Every time I face this problem. Therefore I am complaining this time . So kindly take appropriate action so that the good will of honda car should be maintained. Thank you.

                                I am owner of wrv and service center from my house 15+ kms and RM denied to provide the service to my car due staff issues.

                                Is honda dealers are not sellings cars if customer house is 15+kms from showroom?

                                Is honda dealers are providing information to customers during selling the car like we can't provide service if your place is 15+kms above?

                                Why we are paying lots of money for poor service?

                                  Hi...

                                  We have been facing issue with our HONDA CITY CAR DISPLAY for more than 1.5 years during our last service on 2020. When I have my car to service the display touch was not working from that. While taking my car for delivery I forgot to bring my chip so they told me touch is not working because chip not inserted ( car was on warranty that time ) I took the car home and after that lockdown came so o was not able to visit workshop until now.. now when I enquired them about display problem they told me it will cost 60, 000 and warranty is expired so can't be claimed ...they are now using lockdown reason for all. My car has drove only 9000 km and I have spent more than 10 k for each service ..but even for faulty parts they are not doing anything just making us skip warranty by any means and will let you down... pathetic service

                                  I won't prefer Honda car anymore ..won't refer for anyone too..I had lost hope on that company. I was planning to update my car but after this scam by them .I am never going for it

                                    I have purchased a car cover from Honda car showroom for my Honda City I-vtec for 1700 rupees. Car cover started cracking after one month and it is very poor quality. In 2 months it got cracked at various place.

                                    Please help me into this i have invested my 1700 rupees by trusting and buying the original cover from Honda car showroom but it is extremely poor quality . Infact the local car covers are better than the original car cover from Honda.

                                      1. In February 2021, we had an issue that our car did not start over. Technician visited from TVS Honda, Omalur main road and confirmed that the car battery was weak.
                                      We were suggested to change to a new battery.
                                      2. We have bought a new Amaron car battery and did the replacement. Within a few days, we had a similar problem and got this battery changed to a fresh one from the battery dealer.
