Is honda dealers are not sellings cars if customer house is 15+kms from showroom?

Is honda dealers are providing information to customers during selling the car like we can't provide service if your place is 15+kms above?

I have purchased a car cover from Honda car showroom for my Honda City I-vtec for 1700 rupees. Car cover started cracking after one month and it is very poor quality. In 2 months it got cracked at various place.

Please help me into this i have invested my 1700 rupees by trusting and buying the original cover from Honda car showroom but it is extremely poor quality . Infact the local car covers are better than the original car...

1. In February 2021, we had an issue that our car did not start over. Technician visited from TVS Honda, Omalur main road and confirmed that the car battery was weak.
We were suggested to change to a new battery.
2. We have bought a new Amaron car battery and did the replacement. Within a few days, we had a similar problem and got this battery changed to a fresh one from the battery dealer.

That part is never available there. Today I send my car Amaze for front glass change. It was not available there. Previously also it has happened many times ..

Honda car dealer have given quote with @ higher govt duties like RTO, Corporation tax & Car Insurance etc. I paid entire cost as per given quote by them to get delivery. Later I came to know it is 10 % higher than what is actual taxes which dealer pays to govt. I said I will pay various taxes at actual what dealer is paying to Govt & refund me the extra amount which they charged me.
It means dealer charging more on taxes & earns profit...

Very frequently the battery is going down in my new Honda Amaze which i got in the month of Jan 2021. In the last two month 3-4 times battery has gone down and need to call the mechanic to fix problem. We got the car from Palakkad dealer Indel.
