Water logging through the lower surface carpet of the car, without car drowned into the water.
Normal water on the road.
No water on the dust mates, however in the carpet.

Raised complaint twice, however cherish honda staff, is so unprofessional they didn't took any action and couldn't able to resolve. - Rizwan, ninna manager.
I understand if I drowned my car in the water then only that is my mistake.
Car is only 7 months old, earlier from the 2 month of purchase I logged one more water issue complaint.
As my car is in warrant they people are asking me for charge on it which is not accepted when the issue is caused due to the manufacturing defect
Right rear door sound very badly while opening and closing which also not got resolved after multiple complaints.
I have kept the car in the service centre
And won't receive till any permanent fix.

    Address: LANDMARK HONDA SURAT

    I had requested Landmark Honda to get my car picked up at 9.30 am for service. They never sent the person at 9.30, instead sending at 10.30, or 11.00. I had requested them to send at specified time but were giving false committments every day. They also insisted to leave the car keys at Home so that they can collect the car. With whose responsibility should I give the car keys ? I am not satisfied with their service., and expect a better service from them if at all I would like to continue using Honda Car.

        I want my money back of Rs 51000 which company named Eastern Honda of BD Automobiles had taken on 31st august 2021 as booking amount money as they cannot pass our loan of car Honda Amaze vxmt golden brown colour they r saying that we have cancelled it but it is not they cannot passed loan it is their fault so I want my full money of Rs 51000 back or I will take legal action against them.They gave us assurance that they will pass the loan as our cibil score is low but they cannot.Kindly take my complain

          I have paid 5000 towards Pre booking amount for New Honda Amaze Facelift on July 26th 2021from Dakshin Honda Singasandra Showroom. Due to some documents issue I have withdrawn from purchasing the car. In fact of repetitive request for refund the Dakshin Honda Singasandra Bangalore showroom have not process the payment. As per policy, the showroom has to pay the refund within 15 days to the customer. Till now, they have not refund my money. Its been a month now the payment not credited to my account.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased Honda City ZX MT PETROL on 24.09.2020 from Central Honda BBSR.While taking the delivery I found a minor dent on the rear gate of the vehicle which I had complained to the Manager Mr. Deepak and Mr Gautam along with his team, they assured me to get it resolved as soon as possible but till date it has not been resolved.
            I had a few more issues stated below:-
            1. There is some kind of sound coming from the Front Left SIde of the engine.
            2. There has been a Pickup Issue since the day I had taken delivery of the car.
            3. This is the second time i m facing the same issue, the first time i had reported on 15.02.2021.
            4. VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM HONDA CARS

            All the above issue was reported to the Dealership Team of BBSR and was Informed to the Sambalpur Dealer During the 1st Free Service of the car but they were unable to resolve the issue. Even after regular follow-ups with both the Dealership team we are yet to receive any positive response from them.
            This is the worst service experience I ever had, I own six cars from different companies but have never got such kind of worst service in any of the companies. I feel to have done the biggest mistake on purchasing a car of Honda rather i would have taken any other car which are better in every terms.
            I believe the dealership has sold me a damaged or Malfunctioning car knowingly.
            I bought this car and was expecting the best after sales service but I'm sorry to say I have experienced the worst service.
            I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to resolve my issue at the earliest or else I would be forced to take help of the Consumer Court.

              I am facing problem In my car
              As my car is in warranty (extended)
              I have visited nearest Honda service station (abhikaran honda indore) on 17 aug 2021 and I have gave my
              car to then for identifying the problem
              2 days later they have told me that the wiring of the dashboard is week
              And have to change
              But later company employees asked me for a bribe for solving/covering my problem in warranty claim
              after that i am comtact to 121 honda helpline and day after that they have talkto me and say sorry and
              solved my problem

              But when i visited Service station to pick up car after 25 days i saw my right back side tire was full
              damage can not use further, when i told to company they said sir please wait i have wait over ther efor
              more than 2 hrs
              and later they said this tire damage is older and we will not take responsibility for that
              I am Attaching my older car pics

              and thank you letter that company has forcefully taken form me before doing my car.

                I bought My HONDA CITY ZX brand new in July 2007 and I'm very happy with it's excellent performance having driven 1, 36, 000 km.
                It's VIN no. is MAKGD852F7N372079 and Registration number TN 01 AD 6386.
                I have been regularly maintaining it only at Honda Service Station - SUNDARAM HONDA, Chennai since i bought it and I am very satisfied with the quality of service there.

                In April 2017, At around 1, 00, 000 km, the radiator fan motor was replaced with a brand new fan motor (Original Honda Spare part No.19030REAZ11) at a cost of Rs.12, 000/-.

                Last week, I was disappointed when this fan motor failed (Original Honda Spare) after having covered just 36, 000 km in a period of just four years !!!
                I raise this complaint of the poor quality of Original Honda Spare parts and request a discount on the new fan motor (costing a whopping Rs.12, 000/-) which had to be installed being a crucial part.

                  Hi,

                  I am writing to your company about a problem with my bike (Serial No is-MP09XA6933), a 2020 Hornet 2.0 Model. I enjoyed riding my bike, but also taken good care of it, performing all recommended maintenance, keeping it meticulously clean, not hovering over bodies of water, and not riding recklessly.

                  Now I began to have front tyre bubbling issue and steering vibration issue above speed of 70km.

                  In the month of Jan’21 I met with an accident for which I have paid 50, 000, Till few months of accidental repair my bike was running fine but since last 15 days I began to have problem of front tyre bubbling issue and steering vibration issue above speed of 70km, Steering vibration is very high so the chances of accident are also very high.

                  First I visited Manglam Honda (Indore) for front tyre bubbling and steering problem and they said that there is tyre problem so they gave me a warranty letter and suggested to visit MRF so I visited MRF vendor (Indore), they checked the tyre condition and said that there is no issue in tyre and checked found ok which I have mentioned below.(as per said by MRF Vendor)

                  1- No Damage in Tyre.

                  2- No cut found.

                  3- No Bubble.

                  4- No puncture.

                  So they have refused to replace tyre under-warranty.

                  I again visited Manglam Honda (Indore), they again checked the vehicle and said that there is a bent in alloy wheel but refused to replace part under-warranty and asking me to pay the full repair cost, however my vehicle in under-warranty and there is not fault from my side.

                  I have attached the tyre warranty letter issued by Manglam Honda by inspection report-rejection letter given by MRF vendor.

                  Unfortunately, your service has not performed well.

                  However, I believe that the failure was not due to my fault. It’s a completely product failure so I am asking that the alloy wheel should be covered under-warranty.

                  I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait till 2 days (for not seeking another level assistance). Please contact me on my phone no-[protected].


                  I'hv got the vide ticket no. 1-[protected] on Sun, Sep 12, 2021 at 3:55 PM but after that I've not received any further mail or call,

                  Is this the process of Honda brand ?

                  If there is not cut, no damage then how can alloy wheel bent, This is completely product failure,

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I am a owner of WRV-V 1.2S MT(IVTEC), Regn.No. WB24AP9260.This car is three and half years old with good condition. I am proud to be owner of Honda car. Even I always insist my colleagues and friends to buy Honda car because of its safety, security and comfort features.
                    On 16th September I was planning to go outstation from Kolkata to Mednipur for my official work. On the way after 30 KMs from my home, my car was suddenly stopped, and not started again. Dashboard is showing Green key signal. Then I called RSA, and with the help of RSA finally I was able to reach Eastern Honda Service center, NH 6, Salap II, Munshidanga, Jubilimath, Howrah-711403 at 12.30 pm.
                    At the showroom honda engineers are started to diagenesis the fault. They reset key program, open gear box, check oil quality, check fuse after opening bonnet and so on. Even they use computer to detect the problem and at last fail to resolve at 4pm.So, I return back to my home without finishing my official work. Today morning also I called them, and they are not giving me any assertive response.
                    Now I must think about safety and security of honda car, as it can betray me any time on the way. I am also surprise to see the quality of service where honda tained mechanics are unable to find the fault.Looking into the recent experience facing by me, it is absolutely dishearten me and I am losing my faith on Honda car.
                    Kindly look into this matter ASAP any update me the status.

                                My car was sent to Ambli workshop, Ahmedabad for periodic service. After service vehicle vibration problem was observed. For the same I have contacted dealership. Dealership has tried to address the same but problem was not resolved. Now dealership is suggesting to replace the tires. Dealership is not ready to take responsibility, even if vibration problem not resolve after tire replacmenet.

                                  I have send my Honda city car with Registration no. RJ 33 CA 2257 for accidental work and service of 10, 000km interval at Autokam Honda, Kota(Rajasthan) on 10/08/2021. I am highly disappointed with every thing they have done
                                  1.) the body and paint work they have done.
                                  2.) claim settlement, even after having cashless and nil depreciation insurance from their company I have to pay for my genuine claim.
                                  2.) the service side, highly untrained and unprofessional staff they have they have.
                                  Even after having my servicing done and they fitted new brake liners brakes Of my car was not work.
                                  My whole family was travelling in that car and the car is vibrating while brakes and the brakes are not working.
                                  After all this I visited to one of your Honda services centre in Ujjain I.e Avantika Honda their I came to know that They change my original part of caliber assembly with fake/ local parts.
                                  I was not expecting this for such a reputed company like Honda Cars.
                                  Feeling heartbroken with this heart incident. My whole family’s life was in risk only because of this Autokam Honda staff members.
                                  Kindly take some strict action against them. And compensate my loss.

                                    Service quality very poor from dealer

                                    We gave car for reapair & service since one week for normal a day or two work but Landmark honda Mehsana people are not giving delivary Eve after all work done, this time we opted for his service scheme also paid 30000 plus extra for service charges in advance. We feel that dealer people are using our car car for their other works.....

                                    I am using Honda Amaze CVT since 6 months. I am getting mileage on odometer as 12.3 km /l and after calculating manually it is just 11 km/l.
                                    I want to raise complaint as it is not at all acceptable where claimed mileage is 17 km/l
                                    I have complaint in service center in 2 servicing times, but issue is not resolved
