Honda City car met with an accident and was towed with Honda road Assist to nearby Honda Showroom “Castle Honda, Jhansi Hwy, Digara, Uttar Pradesh 284128" as on 2nd May, 2021.
Castle Honda, Jhansi handed back the car as on 24th July, 2021. The bill amount Rs. 380928.
The car has lot of issues after getting back car from Castle Honda, which was rubbished by Castle Honda, Jhansi. So for cross checking the car, on 27th July, 21 handed over in Whitefield Honda service center. Due to gross negligence on part of Castle Honda, Jhansi is costing me ~ Rs. 100, 000 (for parts Rs.77, 590/- + LABOUR Charges )
1. FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY (Rs. 9, 496/- + Labour cost) When the accident had happened, the under Chassis had to be end to end examined. Due to the accident, the fuel gauge has cracked. this was not detected by Castle Honda.
2. DASH BOARD WIRING HARNESS: Rs. 16, 580/-
FLOOR WIRING HARNESS: Rs. 9, 229/-
MICU UNIT: Rs. 8, 227/-
METER ASSEMBLY 2 NOS. : Rs. 34, 058/-
Total Cost Rs. 68, 094/- + Labour cost
The automatic CVT of Honda has another model, in which reverse sensor is there. but in my car, such feature is not there in this model.
The connection given for this model given is as it had to be given for other model which is incorrect, due to which the meter board short circuited. BCM/ MIC (Body Control Module) short circuited as the wirings were incorrectly given.
Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Landmark - thaltej, ahmedabad also cheat with me by showning stars, moon, sun and all to sell their car as we are unknow to this device at that point of time and we must have to believe considering ranking car - honda but now i feel that they are cheating lot while selling the car.
till now they are not able to show me the connectivity of my mobile with touch screen device instead they have started talk and mail to me that specific mobile models are only getting connected to touch screen which they need to clarify while selling car.
need to do needful by consumer complaint board.
