My New Honda City turned out to have a steering rack assembly manufacturing fault

It was not being able to identified on my multiple complaints
Finally address in July 2021

Now after replacing the part after long wait
Now they have left my steering tilted on one side

On complaining and I initially denying
They wasted my 6 hours and 50 km of fuel in test driving they agreed steering is tilted and said let it be like that as not a major issue it happens when parts get changed

It’s a new car and how can I live with a fault

Mental and monetary loss and harassment

I have done multiple visits buts seems a torture of buying an honda

    Sir,
    I have given my honda city 2018 model car to service ...there is no complaint on the stereo display while I given it to them .they delayed to give my car back and after 1 week I went there to get back the car and at the time I saw that the stereo display is not working .when I asked them about that the area manager shouted on me and he said he will not change it . He behaved very badly . So kindly please consider this and contact me at my email id: [protected]@gmail.com. they are refusing to change it .I had given the car to them for painting purpose only . There is no problem with the stereo and all .

      I'm A. Rajkumar purchased honda amaze car on 14 july 2021 with the registered name of T.Veena Rani.

      The Authorised dealer said we are providing basic accessories kit at the time of purchase..

      But its almost 1 month till now they are not providing it and whenever I ask them they are saying like tomorrow or day after tomorrow and doing postpone.

      Please resolve the issue and make them to provide what ever they said at the time of purchase.

              I am regular customer of maruti from 2009 to 2019 ...and that period I don't get any problem with maruti service..but In 2019 decided to change nd select Honda wrv and that was my big mistake.whenever I need any parts I didn't get it in once time always have to paid token amt.for that parts.from begining I have a shokup issue from company end and for that I have to wait for 15 days. Than after I have problem in front windshield that also not available at dealer..and have to 10 days after giving token amt .And Now I having facing wiper nd tainlight parts issue not available at both delaership near by me..ujjain nd indore both dealer have not availability of both parts..I asked to abhikaran honda dealership when it come they tall me to pay token amount than we will bring that parts..so I want ask ho honda company that what type of service your dealer provide to us. They have service centre than why they want token money to bring the parts..they don't have money to bring regular parts for their customer...I feel ashamed while using the wrv with the broken tainlight .. don't have a wiper at this time of rainy season ..difficult to drive without proper wiper...I think I have done a very big mistake to select this honda product.Bigger issue of average too... lots of issues I have faced with this car..it was short summery ...

                My car had gone for repairs at Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, Delhi. Which is registered under the firm name ‘SUGOI MOTORS PVT. LTD.’, apart from the claim amount Rs.58, 281, I paid extra Rs.31, 846 to make sure the entire car is in perfect condition without any damages on the body. But after taking the delivery I noticed moisture on the inner side of the headlights, which are priced at somewhere around Rs.5, 000/pc, and these headlights were newly installed on the car during this repair process. I clicked pictures and sent to the dealership marking a complaint about the quality issue, upon which I was told to visit a day later, where after wasting 4-5hours the headlights were replaced and I was assured this won’t happen again. But the same happened again, and this time I marked a mail to Honda Cars India, upon which there isn’t any resolution given till now. The quality of product is very poor, new headlights are getting moisture inside them, whereas it doesn’t happen at all.

                  I visited my nearest honda showroom
                  (LAXMI HONDA) MARWAR JUNCTION PIN CODE 306001 DISTRICT PALI STATE RAJSTHAN
                  But they refuse to work in warranty on my bike engine
                  They saying that after purchasing of bike 1 year completed and driving kilometers 27000 complete so its have no warranty.
                  Now am have to pay all charges of engine works
                  Why ? Solve my problem on urgent basis
                  Am really feeling cheated
                  I already waiting so long time for it but no resolution provided by honda team, finally i decided to pay for engine work in honda service center because my all work stopped because am touring on bike for work without bike my all works stop.
                  But i really need my money back from honda shine bs6 because its in under warranty

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    After a lot of disappointment we are forced to write you a letter complaining about one of your service centre named SOLITAIRE HONDA represented by Mr SUJIT SAMANT where I have sent my car for repair on account of accident and now its been more than 6 months since the car is still in the workshop.

                    Mr Sujit is so busy and made me like a beggar to beg him to call me and when i call him he always says either he is busy or he will call back and now I am literally begging to call him and understand.

                    Now I am writing this email to Honda again begging you for your help and if your team can intervene and take a strong action against the dealer who is creating a nuisance by no workmanship at their end.

                    I have read so much about Japanese workmanship, their technology, 5sapproach, 6 sigma etc but in your case I do not see anything like this.

                    I would request your immediate attention and failing to do so, then unfortunately we will have to go the legal route to fight for my rights.

                    I hope after reading this email your team will come into action and immediately take corrective actions and measures.

                          I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your service centers.( peninsular Honda, kazhakuttam, Trivandrum, Kerala)
                          On 12 July, I dropped my car [honda Amaze and Reg: kL01CG 6161 at your service centre's for inspection and maintenance. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify one of the car problems I have earlier reported. that’s there was a sound coming every time in front of wheels side . When contacted by your technical team they said that it’s a bush compliant. He also said that it should be replaced. They told me to come back in a week as they did not have spare stock in their hands. My car is on warranty period. A week later I did not get any support from their side . In the meanwhile again my vehicle was complaint AC has doesn’t work. So this past July 29th I went back to their service center with my vehicle in it. They asked for a full day's check up on the details to find this complaint, so I handed over my vehicle there. The next day, the customer relationship excutive called me from their service center and told me that the cooling coil was a complaint (it’s warranty period) and that they had no spars to replace it. I'm very disappointed with their service and my car is still in their workshop center. Now I understand that Pensular Honda is a service center that does not even stock essential service spares so It will create a bad name for the Honda company in the future.

                          I want to have good support from Honda.

                          Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

                            My vehicle no is GJ 09 BG 2556 Honda amage SMT. I informed by the company's own dealer about colour mismatched. When I have never gave my veh for service or repair outside anywhere, then how it possible. That means company or company's dealers are frauds who were cheat the costumer by providing damaged vehicles or changing original parts from the vehicle. Now I am suffering no one reply me.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I hereby register my complaint to resolve the issue regarding CNG fitments by Ace Honda Dealer at Tej Engineering, that I had purchased a Honda Amaze Vehicle reg no. UP16BU9427 in the year & month of March 2018. I wished to purchase CNG enabled factory fitted Honda Amaze Vehicle, hence the dealer Ace Honda had taken responsibility to install a CNG Kit, charged from me Rs. 65000 / - against CNG kit installation as factory fitted, the amount taken by Honda dealer was Rs 30000/- more with my car warranty, as compared to those who were installed CNG kit in the amount of Rs, 35000 /- but without the cover of any warranty.

                              As I accepted the dealing of amount Rs. 65000/- of CNG fitment through Ace Honda dealer, but now when I found at the time re-testing of Hydro Test of CNG Cylinder at Tej Engineering workshop after 3nyears of my purchasing of Car having CNG kit which was installed by Tej Engineering with approval of Ace Honda. I found the following cheating events that was done by Tej Engineering :
                              1) 2016 model CNG cylinder was fitted on April 2018 through Ace Honda Dealer, as shown in enclosed pics.
                              2) Too much rusted CNG cylinder found.
                              3) Frames for fixation of CNG Cylinder, were not painted at the starting while handover the car to me by Ace Honda Dealer, as shown in enclosed pics..
                              4) Packing was done during installation of CNG Kit, as shown in enclosed pics.

                              Hence, it is requested to please do some favour by Honda Cars, to verify the installation of the CNG kit by Honda specialized professionals and ensure the correctness of the CNG fitment in my Car, for fulfilment/compensation against the cheating done by Tej Engineering.​

                                Showroom and Service Center: Sundaram Honda Hyderabad

                                issue: Honda Mobilio-2rd row AC vent- Right Most- Behind Driver Seat

                                From the beginning I have this complaint about the 2nd row AC vent right behind the driver side gives out less flow, this was acknowledged by all the technicians who attended to my car have responded saying, they have noticed it on all the other Mobilio models sold.

                                Now (29th July2021) Sobhan service Engineer manager from Sundaram Honda, Hyderabad is not ready to accept that it is a defect from Honda.

                                I have been trying to get this fixed from the beginning, and now Sobhan from Sundaram Honda Hyderabad, is back tracking and wants to maintain the stand that this is not an issue and its perspective of the one looking at it and trying to undermine the issue.

                                Honda should be really proud to be having such people on their dealership lines who cannot accept the facts.

                                The logic is simple and plain, in 2015 Honda recalled for a fuel return pipe line leak and addressed it, if they can do it, they should also acknowledge this as an issue and fix the problem rather than saying this is perspective based on Technicians like him.

                                Anybody any suggestions of how to get this fixed rather than fighting it out between the well learned Dealer and Honda Customer Service Manager Shikha pathania, she does NOT have patience to read the email chain before responding.

                                    I have a complaint for Hallmark Honda panvel regarding the service they are providing for My Honda City car MH 46 BE0138

                                    I have given my Car to a body shop, they have taken more than 15 days to deliver the car stating the reason of COVID, when I went to pick the car on Monday 26 th july 2021, I observed serious scratches on my car. The PIC told me that they will rectify and deliver on Wednesday, 28th.

                                    When I again visited the showroom today to pick up the car, I was shocked to see that the painting was done very badly and without the body shine, also observed other scratches on the car's left side.

                                    They are not giving a firm commitment when my car will get ready, in the current covid situation I am finding extreme difficulty to reach the showroom everytime and no firm commitment from Hallmark Honda Panvel, further the response from the service provider is also not acceptable.

                                    Never expected such poor service from reputed company like Honda.

                                      Respected sir
                                      I had given my car to your Deccan honda outlet at dhankawadi in pune on 21 th June for insurance claim.
                                      As a branch of tree fallen on roof top it got damaged i had zero depth insurance of iffco Tokyo from your Honda care
                                      Even by today roof top is not available from Honda city company. This was not expected from Honda atleast.
                                      I trust Japanese Honda name but looking at the type of service met totally disappointed
                                      Can you look in to the matter and solve. We are without our Honda city for more than a month and no guarantee when will we get
