My car had gone for repairs at Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, Delhi. Which is registered under the firm name ‘SUGOI MOTORS PVT. LTD.’, apart from the claim amount Rs.58, 281, I paid extra Rs.31, 846 to make sure the entire car is in perfect condition without any damages on the body. But after taking the delivery I noticed moisture on the inner side of the headlights, which are priced at somewhere around Rs.5, 000/pc, and these headlights were newly installed on the car during this repair process. I clicked pictures and sent to the dealership marking a complaint about the quality issue, upon which I was told to visit a day later, where after wasting 4-5hours the headlights were replaced and I was assured this won’t happen again. But the same happened again, and this time I marked a mail to Honda Cars India, upon which there isn’t any resolution given till now. The quality of product is very poor, new headlights are getting moisture inside them, whereas it doesn’t happen at all.
Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Landmark - thaltej, ahmedabad also cheat with me by showning stars, moon, sun and all to sell their car as we are unknow to this device at that point of time and we must have to believe considering ranking car - honda but now i feel that they are cheating lot while selling the car.
till now they are not able to show me the connectivity of my mobile with touch screen device instead they have started talk and mail to me that specific mobile models are only getting connected to touch screen which they need to clarify while selling car.
