I bougt a Honda Brio from Pune in Apr 2013. Since then I remain very upset regarding the tyre fitted with the car. It always got damaged and I keep them repairing. Its important to mention here that the battery fitted with the car was also of inferior quality and it was beyond repair (salvage) last year and I bound to bought it from the service centre at Wagholi, Pune. I made a several call and e-mail to customer care also but my problem remains same. Till today, out of Five tyres (Four fitted with the vehicle and one spare wheel) my four tyres got damaged. However, my running is very less. till date my car runs only 7, 700Km (Seven thousand seven hundred km only). I am desperately in need of your help. It is a really dispointing news for me. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and replace it with new tyre free of cost. *** Please use reply on e-mail only. Thanking you,

    Please excuse me for perturbing you to have written this message but I am crying to narrate my extreme grievances to Honda official as several mails and calls of mine have been thrown into oblivion by your Indian Counterpart. I am uptight and lugubrious to apprise you the following and strongly believe in your asymptotic ideas to ascertain the grievances. I appeal before you to spare few minutes off your busy schedule to have a bird's eye view.
    1. I booked a Honda city car at Delight Honda Delhi on 06/09/2015. On 12/09/2015, I was informed by one of my grieving friend (a customer of delight Honda) to stay away from this dealer by dint of his involvement in malpractices. The dealer has two showrooms at Faridabad and Delhi. The car is used as demo and test drive vehicle at Faridabad and sold at Delhi and vice versa. Hence, I mailed Delight Honda to cancel the booking, but the dealer feigned that the car had already reached so the cancellation was not possible.

    2. On 17/09/2015, I was invited for the delivery of the car and I along with my wife reached the showroom. At around 4 pm the delivery ceremony was performed and the car was delivered in dirty condition (smeared dashboard and muddy floor), albeit I had requested the dealer to provide me chance to inspect the vehicle before delivery but all in vain.

    3. I had seen the same car at their Faridabad showroom being used as test drive vehicle. I got the car with 56 km initial meter reading. This means the car was used as test drive vehicle or otherwise between 11/09/2015 (the day it reached delight Honda Faridabad) and 17/09/2015 (the day it was delivered to me). I had to accept the delivery because 17/09/2015 was an auspicious day and moreover entire money (Rs. 11.80 lacs) had reached the dealer.

    4. While driving the car at night near my residence, it's headlights went off all of a sudden and then glowed intermittently. The clutch, break and accelerator pedal created crackling noise while depressing. This proves that the car was roughly used prior to the delivery.

    5. On reporting the same to the dealer, the customer care manager Ms. Ranjeeta tried sarcastically her level best to prove me wrong which left me forlorn and insulted. I had to place the matter before the customer care (complaint no. 1-[protected]). Subsequently, I sent four mails and called eleven times at the customer care without response from this despicable company.

    6. On my pursuing the matter through phone, I was informed by the customer care executive on 22/09/2015) that some Mr Gaurav Sharma of Honda India would visit the CHEAT DEALER DELIGHT HONDA on 23/09/2015 from 10000 hrs to 1600 hrs. to inspect my car and the complaint. I took leave from the and reached the dealer showroom at 1030 hrs along with my wife and inquired from the receptionist about Mr. Gaurav Sharma, but he was not there. In fact the receptionist told me that they had no information about his visit. I was asked to meet Mr. K P Singh of Honda India instead. Mr. K P Sing exhibited his inability to intervene in this matter because according to him he was in - charge of the service department and not of the sales department, and my case was primarily related to sales. It is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism and boorishness on part of Mr. Gaurav Sharma. Moreover, just ponder about his discourteousness and abjectness: if he didn't wish to visit Delight Honda by dint of some reasons he must have arranged to inform me, but he did not care to do that with the result that I and my wife had to wait there for three hours and I had to waste a leave from my work place. This shows the arrogance and dictatorial attitude of the representatives of the despicable Honda India as if the customers are beggars and exist on their mercy.

    I request you to intervene into the matter so that I may not be put into further hardship.

    Totally iresponsible people.i send my car in body shop according to mr sumit and mr. mohit that they return the car within a week. but going 16 days they are not responding well .once they say that approval not recieved and then say that they have no driver to drop your car. it is totally hopeless to serve with delight honda.

      Reason 1) Our scooter purchase on Septermber 2014 2) Within 2 Months generate Block Piston Problem. It is replaced on warranty basis. Engine is opened within two months. 3) Till today problem is remained. We send Exact date of purchasing.

        I m army officer posted in gwalior and my newly purchased honda amaze car met with accident it was minor accident And I left d car at sumedha honda gwalior for servicing The cheaters at sumedha honda kept my car for 4 months and replaced d new car tyres with such poor servicing and pathetic staff Now they are saying all 4 car tyres are worn out and need to be changed Imagine car was bought new in dec 2014 and it's not even a year and they saying my car tyres all 4 will be changed!!!           My name is Jose Philip residing in Kottayam.I had purchased Honda Amaze (Diesel) car from Vision Honda Kottayam, year of 2013 Jun. Vehicle information : Model: Amaze 1.5 VX MT (I-DTEC), Chassis No: MAKDF23FDN002256, Engine No: N15A12010138 . We didn't get mileage properly after completed our first service of 10000 km we gave complaint to the dealer and they don't take any responsibility for clearing our issue. we make our car several times for service, and the company authorised service center (Vision Honda Kottayam) didn't clear our issue. our maximum mileage is 16.3 KM/L and the company advertised that they are providing 25 and above KM mileage for the Honda Amaze.
          Kindly arrange immediate solution for our mileage complaint

            Dear sir,
            On 31st july, 2015, i bought honda mobilo i - dtech v (Optional) , from honda dealer ring road honda, gurgaon.

            The car was given without pdi. There was no coolant, no wpier - fluid, scratch on the bonnet, the tyres were deflated & paint was scrapped off from the driver door. I was told that scratch would be removed while doing the teflon coating. I was forced to take the delivery because of the auspicious time & day. .

            On checking, at the time of booking, registration series 4c and 10c series were going on, in janak puri transport. I wanted a total of seven with the above series. As my billing address is of paschim vihar which comes under janakpuri transport authority. But since i had complained against mr. Amarjeet singh, gm, ring road honda, to take a revenge, he booked my cars number from wazirpur transport authority where 8c series was going on. I had specifically mentioned at the time of booking that i don't want combination of number 8 since it doesn't suit me. Number 8 is shani number & doesn't suit me. Even i had told that even the temporary number shouldn't be a combination of 8. Since i am paying for the above and there is no obligation and it is legal to obtain a number of choice by paying a premium.

            Now to be continued. . .

            The above was communicated to honda customer relations till 29 / 08 / 2015 (Honda reference no. 1 - [protected]. Till today 07 / 09 / 2015, the car has done a mileage of 2362 km.
            As communicated, suspension is faulty and ac of the car is not stable. Within just over a month of running, left door has started rusting from the joints.

            The right side driver door is making a nock sound. On getting inspected by ring road honda, gurgaon service center personnel said that it is a manufacturing defect. Whenever you have time, leave the car for two days as the joint with the main frame of car from right door needs to be re - weldded with the roof.

            The music system is not working properly.

            As per specifications of mobilo i - dtech, it is supposed to give 20kmpl in city conditions & 24 in ideal conditions.
            I have purchased many cars & suvs i understand that in breaking in conditions a new car is low on pickup and milage but not as low as 12 - 13kmpl which this particular mobilo is giving.

            It is more than one month since i am in communication with honda customer relation. No one from honda has bothered to inspect the vehicle.

            Now mr. Amarjeet singh ring road honda communicates that we have given you a discount of rupees two lakh rupees. As given to understand i was told it is a 2014 model and as per date there are no changes in the car also. I also exchanged my old car (Chevelote optra mangum diesel lt top end of 2007 model new purchase price rs. 12, 50000 / - rupees twelve lakh fifty thousand only) the discount was given by ring road honda because there was a scheme going on, that it being a 2014 model. It wasn’t a bargain. If i was told that i will be given a faulty car in exchange of my old car, i would have never accepted it.

            Now my main concern is that what all more new problems are going to come with the car. The above car is
            Full of manufacturing defects and has to be replaced.

              This is just to bring into your notice that so called HONDA is damn poor in serving customer experience. You guys play well enough with Cx emotions, here is my TRUE story: We bought Honda city (VMT model) on 26th August 2015 but by god’s forbid car met with minor accident and has to go to your PINK CITY Honda service station on 31st August 2015. Believe me I was really depressed, it was almost like something happened to any of our family member. My mom couldn’t even accept the truth for 48 hours, finally had to. Mr Jai Prakash took everything and assured that car would be exactly like a new one after getting repaired. Points which you need to focus on: • Please see the attached images of parts which were not even touched by these people • It took 10 days to the brand like Honda to get their fastest selling model repaired. • After so called repairing of the Car, I found lot of misses in car felt broken & cheated after seeing the car • Person who came to drop the car – Mr Ali said that we take rs 500 for washing the Car. Just to tell guys if someone has paid whooping Rs11, 00, 000 why would he mind paying Rs500? • After calling Mr Manager – Om Prakash, this person said washing is free, Sad situation, whom to trust in this case? • When buying honda city from Pink city honda which is again a brand in Jaipur, our salesperson said that seat covers are worth Rs15000, whereas while checking at their service station these people said its Rs7000, another said 7500, third one and final guy said Rs 8000. Whom to trust here? Guys I know there would be hardly action towards my above grievances, but request you not to play with someone emotions like this. We all were so excited to see our car again after whole 10 days but felt weird & heartbroken after seeing the car. Just to update you, we went to VKI on one day ahead just to see the position of Car, Mr. Jai Prakash clearly said that don’t worry you will receive your car in good condition. This kind of behavior was not expected, we wasted our 10 days and gets a reply that please send your car again we will check and do the needful. Wow guys you kept the car for 10 days and still asking to send the car back. My question is how to trust you guys, we bought but I am sure I am not going to suggest your car/brand to anyone. Thanks for giving such a wonderful experience.

                  Dear Sir, This is to bring in your Notice that i was selected for paris Trip on behalf of Honda Buddy Loyalty Programme & was selected via lucky draw by Honda for couple tickets of 3 days & 4 Nights in Europe (Paris), but due to insufficient information my wife want able to utelize the same just because of not provided the sufficient information to me & causes my whole Trip ridiculous . Not a single person of honda is involved for my trip date & this all was done under cox & kings Travel agency the words from Ring Road Honda i tried to speak customer relationship manager MRS Lovi Jain but she said i have no information regarding this & she is not involved in it. i have tried to find out some contacts from google finally i found Mr bharat he is taking care of delhi region sales/operations even he said soory i'm not concern person to share such type of information with you.if Honda website is promoting such kind of offers then honda family should knows all the offers that are currently running on honda web page portal.from travel agency cox & kings i received a mail on behalf of honda stating that you won the paris trip via Lucky draw on behalf of Honda buddy loyality programme & have to share my documents before 6th july 2015.& received a mail on 1st of july 2015. incidently i have the passport with me but my wife not, & Mr. Kashyap from cox & kings said if you dont have the documents then in your blood relation any single person can go with you. its very strange that i bought honda amaze car in dec 2014 just because of my brother he was the co aplicant because i was not eligible to purchase any car, he helped me for that i said to travel agency that i will take care of my brother & he will go with me i[censored]nable to share the passport of my wife.they said its not possible just because my brother is cousin not in my blood relation.i informed honda & cox kings before the tour that i will file a case to consumer court to bring notice this kind of such things, i have spend 750000 for a honda amaze smt diesel car just because of my brother's efforts & after that i spend 6-7 thousand rupees for managing the documents from one place to another . so finally i'm not satisfied with the offer of honda & service given by Cox & kings .please ask both of then to not make people confuse & making customer fun. so please do the needfull & revert.                     This is my first time to try for Honda car so i bought honda city top model from Aracelli Honda which made me feel in a lot of trouble not only for a single issue but many and i really criticize Honda for not taking any action against the dealer. I have other cars too toyota (fortuner), mahindra (xuv500), tata (safari) none among them have either delayed anything and there responses were amazing but Honda being such a big brand also, not at all trustworthy maybe because of such dealers i am not recommending any of mine friends to go for Honda cars nor will I say to anyone in future too. The problem i dealt with are-

                    1.FAKE PROMISES - there manager (U.B SINGH) and his colleague DHARMENDRA came to my place Faizabad and just for their sale they convinced me by telling fake promises and none of there commitment were done, they told that accessories such as matting will be free but they charged for it at the time of taking the car

                    2.LATE DELIVERY-as i took the car from Lucknow aracelli Honda they called me to deliver the car maximum by 7 pm so i reached over there at time but they delivered the car very late around 10 pm late night

                    3. NO. REGISTRATION NO. PROVIDED UPTILL NOW- i took the car around 15 days ago but until now registration no. has not been provided by them i want to go out but just because of registration no. I can't

                    4.ADVANCE NOT RETURNED- the advance taken of rs.10900 taken by them has not been returned until now and when i ask for it there responses are completely unprofessional and feels like they aren't in mood of returning, they tell that they are out of station and other lame excuses are given by them no one is taking the responsibility

                    5. COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE- the customer support no. provided by them which is handled by SONAM KAPOOR she neither pickups the call and if she does the replies are just useless and the R.T.O work handled by DEEPIKA the same problem is with her too

                    [Staff included U.B SINGH (MANAGER), DHARMENDRA (COLLEAGUE), SONAM KAPOOR(CUSTOMER SUPPORT), DEEPIKA (R.T.O WORK)

                    is this the way of Honda for making there sale i just want that effective action should be taken by Honda immediately.

                    This is my last method to approach to them. if it isn't resolved i won’t have any other option other than going to consumer court and lodging a complaint against them and Aracelli dealership i have each and every documents to prove my true worthiness along with the surveillance footage of them coming to my home and all the fake commitments done by them so i just hope that i don’t have to go to that level but they have made me to cross my patience level so just take my each and every words into consideration immediately and act for it.

                        Dear Honda Management, Please handle your dealers properly and monitor them. I am your esteemed customer in Coimbatore having purchased Honda City 2009 model from Sunday am Honda, Honda Brio 2013 from Whitefield Honda Bangalore.Also my daughter having a Honda Brio bought from Dakshin Honda Bangalore in 2014. I intent to buy 2015 new Honda City from any of your dealer in Bangalore. None has given me an offer.I think all your dealers are trying to create an artificial scarce so that the genuine customer would go to other private entities like car dekho, car wale etc so that the consumer would pay a premium to buy their car of their choice and colour. Vehicle information: Model: City SV MT I-DTech Invoice No.: SR-PDY/sales13-14/0284 Chassis No.: MAKGM85CAEN001602 Engine No.: N15A11104708 On that day, I was travelling pondicherry to varalor( 55kms away approx) on 16-Aug-2015, Sunday, of course the road is not smooth. kind of bumpy and had small pits. i was shocked to see the front left wheel rim got damaged after getting into a small pit on the roat at speed of 70kms. the catch is.. i replace it with the spare wheel and the spare wheels rim got damaged and become flat tire on other pit( both the wheel's rim got damaged). This incident crashed my confidence on Honda Vehicle's build quality. I had been this rough road since 2010 and i use my other car Maruti Swift Dzire VDI, Where i use maruti more roughly, i had hit huge pits on 100Kms speed with my maruti and never face such issue. Honda People simply said that they wont support for the damage happen on the road. My question to HONDA is, If thing had for the first time, i had take it my fault. But it happened twice on the same trip. I know how to handle a vehicle i rough road and i am doing it since i took my first car by 2010. But this honda product is not upto the mark and HONDA CARS india had refusing to accept the fault. Is this the fate of INDIANS to pay for the faulty product. Beofre buying a HONDA car, i was thinking like, the brand HONDA is a huge and great but after buying Honda car, i realise that the HONDA brand is cheap. Most of the Honda car buyer must experience this. I need proper response from Honda I had attached the pic of the pit the car got hit for the second time.

                          People go by the brand name & buy an expensive city, which in current generation is full of niggles and issues. It is not even as well built & put together as competition like vento, lines or even Verna. Time Honda stops cashing in on past glory & stops taking Indians for granted.

                            I had purchased a Vodafone Postpaid connection in the month of July'15 from your Nerul store. I was told that it would take some time for your systems to get updated as the processes/systems were upgrading from the company's end. I had done enough research regarding the plan that i wanted to opt. Thus i opted for the Vodafone Red 1599 plan as my job was of touring and i required calls/sms and data in my pack. I also researched abt your national roaming pack which would make my incoming calls free on roaming. I requested for the same pack to be clubbed to my base plan so that i could avail the benefits of both. I was assured that it would happen automatically. To my utter surprise it did not happen even after 15 days of number activation. Finally i again visited the store and was asked to place a request through the 188 number. I did the same and the plan finally got activated on 13th of Aug'15 as i received a msg of the same. In 2 days i started to receive a msg that my usage has exceeded my credit limit and i would nee to make a payment to make use of my mobile services. I was surprised to see as i was continuously following up with the call center for my bill which they were refusing to let me know as it was not generated. On 17th Aug in the evening i received a msg that my unbilled usage had exceeded 3900 and i would need to make a payment. I called up your call center to ask them since my bill was not generated. One executive even told me that this amount goes on increasing throughout the month and once the bill is generated, all the relevant discounts of the plan are adjusted.i thought that since your systems are upgrading i should make the interim payment which would later be adjusted in the subsequent bills. I immediately made the payment. The same day i received the bill for my usage in July'15. It was for INR 1370.62 For the last 2 days i had been receiving msgs from Vodafone regarding my usage exceeding my credit limit, which surprised me as i had already made an excess payment of 2600(approx) on 22nd Aug, my services were stopped and i received a msg that my unbilled usage had again exceeded the credit limit. I again made a payment of INR 1000.My services were reactivated.I called up your call center who again told me that i should visit a vodafone store.On visiting a store in Chembur, Mumbai on 22nd Aug, i came to know instead of activating a roaming pack, my tariff plan was changed to 149 incoming free Roaming plan, bcoz of which i was being charged 4p/10 kb for data usage and which was resulting in exponential increase o[censored]nbilled usage. I request you to plz sort out the confusion that has happened at the backend and get my unbilled usage corrected i.e. as per my vodafone red 1599 plan at the earliest. My faith in vodafone is already shaken and in case the bill is not corrected, i would be forced to surrender my connection and move on to a competitor.                               I sold my old car Hyundai Santro zip 2013 model ( DL7cc6604 ) to Honda Auto Terrace ( Ring Road Honda, Bas Eng . P. Ltd. Peera Gardhi, Delhi ) on 28 Sep 2013 for an exchange as i was buying Honda Amaze. On 17 July 2015 i got an letter from Motor Licencing officer that my vehicle is still being running in my name in Learning School without any licence. I was shocked that Honda sold my old car without transferring to the buyer. I want strict action to be taken against Honda. I am also attaching two letters. 1.                                 Hii, I have given my Honda shine bike for servicing in Nabab Honda dealership at Khandsa Road, sector 10A, Gurgaon, Haryana in march 2015. After two months I found that back wheel of my bike is completely changed with defected one.I purchased my bike in march 2014 whose tyre was tube less but now it is tubed tyre and also cracked rim .                                   Sir/ Ma'am, This is to inform you that I am an owner of Honda Amaze WB 02 AG 8961 bought from Piannacle Honda Chandrani Enterprises Pvt Ltd. bought on 28th April 2015. As you must be aware of the heavy downpour in Kolkata on the 5th of August 2015. Our car parked in the daily parking space at Mohammad ali park parking area got filled with water . After excessive sponging and soaking by the personal staff the water was tried to drain out. Still the carpet remained wet. On the 7th of August morning I called up the sales executive for my car servicing and on approval self drove my car to the service centre Pinnacle Honda at around 10am. After keeping me wait till 2pm they tell me that they are overdued with cars at servicing and cannot take my car . After wasting my more than half day of my business work I had to take back my car and I was told that they would pickup the car from my residence on Tuesday that is 11th of August 2015. On Tuesday as said the company person took the car for servicing and said would be returning it back on Wednesday that is 12th of August 2015. But again there was another problem which the company created for me. They called me up and told me that the carpet is wet and the opening and drying charges would be Rs 700 and again putting the carpet back would again would be a pinch of Rs 700 summing up to be a total of Rs 1400 for drying the carpet. On arguing that why should I pay the drying charges, I was told that water can never get in the car according to the manufacturing. So there might be a defect in my car. On hearing this I was shocked as I have bought the car just a few months ago and on my second free service I am being told that my car is defective and I have to pay a sum of Rs 1400 just for drying the carpets which got wet because of a natural downpour. After all the discussion I asked to deliver the car by 13th morning which was dued to be delivered on 12th. In spite of repeated asking the car was delivered in the afternoon. I had to again take the public modes for my traveling that day. Also they just opened the carpet for drying and haven't yet put the carpet back. I have been a Maruti user for 30years and I never faced such a problem. Shifting to Honda has already started being a pain. In a city like Kolkata where water logging is a common issue, will this cost me Rs 1400 every time? During the description of the pros and cons of the car by the sales executive nothing as such was mentioned. Now please tell me what am I supposed to every time ? My residential place is approximately 12kms from the service centre. I have already bourne 4 litres of petrol price and Rs 700 for opening and drying of carpet. I want an earnest reply as I am in a fix with the company policies and feel helpless to have shifted to Honda. Is this the way you satisfy your customers? Awaiting your reply.                                     I Own a 2004 model Cherry red Karizma. The front Faring and the side and rear plastic cowl is unavailable for more than a year now. I have been following up with the main dealer in Pune but to no avail. How can you neglect spares for one of your flagship bikes? I need an explanation as on when will the spares for my now old bike be available.

                                      ACe Honda Sec 11 Noida has taken over 2 months to repair my jazz and during the process they broke the dashboard and were not agreeing to replace/ repair but after lot of argument they agreed and now ordered a wrong part and are further delaying the process to deliver the car. Pls help address this with Honda.

                                        When we open dashboard of my AMAZE car (1) there is a open hole in upper portion of dashboard, because of that any paper which have been kept in your blower automatically suck and break the speed of air with extra sound . (2) from beneath the engine any small thing goes through the dashboard and went to again blower.
