Hii, I have given my Honda shine bike for servicing in Nabab Honda dealership at Khandsa Road, sector 10A, Gurgaon, Haryana in march 2015. After two months I found that back wheel of my bike is completely changed with defected one.I purchased my bike in march 2014 whose tyre was tube less but now it is tubed tyre and also cracked rim .     Sir/ Ma'am, This is to inform you that I am an owner of Honda Amaze WB 02 AG 8961 bought from Piannacle Honda Chandrani Enterprises Pvt Ltd. bought on 28th April 2015. As you must be aware of the heavy downpour in Kolkata on the 5th of August 2015. Our car parked in the daily parking space at Mohammad ali park parking area got filled with water . After excessive sponging and soaking by the personal staff the water was tried to drain out. Still the carpet remained wet. On the 7th of August morning I called up the sales executive for my car servicing and on approval self drove my car to the service centre Pinnacle Honda at around 10am. After keeping me wait till 2pm they tell me that they are overdued with cars at servicing and cannot take my car . After wasting my more than half day of my business work I had to take back my car and I was told that they would pickup the car from my residence on Tuesday that is 11th of August 2015. On Tuesday as said the company person took the car for servicing and said would be returning it back on Wednesday that is 12th of August 2015. But again there was another problem which the company created for me. They called me up and told me that the carpet is wet and the opening and drying charges would be Rs 700 and again putting the carpet back would again would be a pinch of Rs 700 summing up to be a total of Rs 1400 for drying the carpet. On arguing that why should I pay the drying charges, I was told that water can never get in the car according to the manufacturing. So there might be a defect in my car. On hearing this I was shocked as I have bought the car just a few months ago and on my second free service I am being told that my car is defective and I have to pay a sum of Rs 1400 just for drying the carpets which got wet because of a natural downpour. After all the discussion I asked to deliver the car by 13th morning which was dued to be delivered on 12th. In spite of repeated asking the car was delivered in the afternoon. I had to again take the public modes for my traveling that day. Also they just opened the carpet for drying and haven't yet put the carpet back. I have been a Maruti user for 30years and I never faced such a problem. Shifting to Honda has already started being a pain. In a city like Kolkata where water logging is a common issue, will this cost me Rs 1400 every time? During the description of the pros and cons of the car by the sales executive nothing as such was mentioned. Now please tell me what am I supposed to every time ? My residential place is approximately 12kms from the service centre. I have already bourne 4 litres of petrol price and Rs 700 for opening and drying of carpet. I want an earnest reply as I am in a fix with the company policies and feel helpless to have shifted to Honda. Is this the way you satisfy your customers? Awaiting your reply.       I Own a 2004 model Cherry red Karizma. The front Faring and the side and rear plastic cowl is unavailable for more than a year now. I have been following up with the main dealer in Pune but to no avail. How can you neglect spares for one of your flagship bikes? I need an explanation as on when will the spares for my now old bike be available.

        ACe Honda Sec 11 Noida has taken over 2 months to repair my jazz and during the process they broke the dashboard and were not agreeing to replace/ repair but after lot of argument they agreed and now ordered a wrong part and are further delaying the process to deliver the car. Pls help address this with Honda.

          When we open dashboard of my AMAZE car (1) there is a open hole in upper portion of dashboard, because of that any paper which have been kept in your blower automatically suck and break the speed of air with extra sound . (2) from beneath the engine any small thing goes through the dashboard and went to again blower.

Sometimes you are not, definitely not in this instance. Your goal, so you say is... to provide joy through your Business: The Joy of Buying: For those who buy your Products. Sorry, you have provided only sadness, mental harassment, agony and created bad environment and, possibly, of serious accident. You say that, to meet the particular needs of customers in different regions around the world, you base your sales networks, research and development centers and manufacturing facilities in each region. Furthermore, as a socially responsible corporate citizen, you strive to address important environmental and safety issues. This claim is highly doubtful as you have supplied a vehicle without bearing in mind the environmental conditions (at least in this instance) with improper finish and paint job, a manufacturing defect, leading to extreme corrosion which in turn endangers human safety. Such behavior, lack of quality consciousness, disregard for environment and safety, is helping Honda India to destroy the unparalleled legacy of greatness created by your Respected Founder Mr Soichiro Honda. Remember he also said “real happiness lies in completion of work using your own brains and skills”. Does the shoddy job provided by you make you happy?? We refer you to our previous correspondence and would notify you that if you do not arrange to carry out complete corrosion repairs to the a/m Honda motor car free of cost within 21 days hereof, we shall institute legal proceedings in appropriate fora against all of you without any further reference to you. The facts are as follows: 01. Purchase of one Honda City was made on 13-14/02/2011 upon payment of full value to you. 02. Owing to inherent manufacturing defects, leading to uncontrolled rusting, corrosion of body, even the front portion of the vehicle has caved in as shown in photos. 03. This particular car, if not the batch, has rusted since last more than 2 to 3 years owing to a serious and severe deficiency somewhere along the factory line. The damage and responsibility thereof can be established by various tests available incl. salt spray tests. You may also wish to carry out tests at any world-renowned lab supervised by a leading expert of forensics in motor cars, specializing in rust/corrosion matters. 04. Your statement “formation of rust in car happens due to external natural factors”. If that were the case then all cars – Honda or otherwise - on Kolkata, if not Indian roads, would start rusting within 1 or 2 years of purchase as it has happened in your case. We own more than 4 cars – even more than 20 years old - none is affected by rust as the Honda is, although used equally and parked in the very same covered garage. 05. No “stringent” quality tests esp. of the paint job at various corners and undulations were carried out by you. 06. The rusting started after 2, and further deteriorated within 3 years of purchase. Despite the vehicle visiting your workshop numerous times, you did not take any notice of the spreading and dangerous rust. Shockingly, only in 2015 – after we sent our Honda to your workshop at your request (and after we were forced to complain to your Japan HO about the corrosion), you stated that some parts incl. underbody was rusted, totally ignoring the dangerous and unseemly rusting of the main body of the Honda! 07. In the 4th year, the damage – owing obviously to some sort of manufacturing defect by Honda India – is even more dangerous than before; 08. We have found innumerable complaints of rusting and corrosion against Honda City cars sold in India. You are surely aware of this fact. 09. Damage is not caused by external factors directly but by manufacturing defect or owing to Honda not taking sufficient care during manufacturing process. 10. Similar damage is seen in other Honda cars probably of same batch. 11. Your excuse of warranty period having expired does not hold any water. 12. You do not desire an amicable resolution of our concern and wish us to proceed legally in the interest of justice and fair play. 13. The vehicle is parked in a covered garage in Alipore where not only 4 more cars of mine but numerous other cars of other owners are parked all of whom would gladly confirm that their cars have not corroded coz their cars are not manufactured by Honda. 14. As a fond lover of my Honda, I ensure – personally ensure – every morning, that my car is dried thoroughly after being washed and, any extraneous matter, if any, is cleaned. 15. We purchased your product in good faith. We may add that since our complaint, the corrosion has led to the front end of the vehicle under the bonnet to be severely damaged as well, leading to the frontal parts almost falling off the car as you would observe from the spilt slippery material in the photos. You can easily verify (1) all the similar complaints made against Honda about rust/corrosion and find a pattern of an inherent manufacturing defect (2) the minutest detail of the corrosion by having the vehicle undergo various investigative tests incl. salt test all of which would establish that Honda is guilty. Kindly note that – upon expiry of the response period after August 29, 2015 - we would be free to take all possible action against Honda in India and Japan for being duped to buy a vehicle which has corroded owing to obvious manufacturing defect and we would assume that Honda is not interested to rectify the damage.                   I booked Honda city VMT, color-UT on 26/05/2015 at delight Honda (a unit of Nath Motors Pvt.Ltd, Mohan cooperative, Mathura road, new delhi-44. They were not able to supply the vehicle as per my booking on time.when I ask them to return my booking amount they refused to do so and they offered me Carneliean red pearl and asked for the payment and said that car is ready for delivery. i informed them that i will make the payment on Wednesday. when I was about to make payment on 15/7/15, I asked them to show me the car as they said me that Car is ready for delivery. then only they informed me that sir actually car is not available with us. if make the full payment in advance only Honda will supply us car against your booking otherwise we will not able to supply. on 18/7/2015 gave application for cancellation and booked the car with another Honda dealer and asked them to return my amount as soon as possible but still they havn't done it. many times I have called them. I also informed their General Mnagar several times and requested him to return my booking amount. today again I called him and asked him about the status but every time he ask me to call some other person. I told him sir return my money otherwise I will write a complaint, he said ok and cut down the my call. kindly help me in this they are not giving my money back with compensations as every time I am being harassed. regards G L Meena [protected]

                    Honda Amaze purchased from Crown Honda H-5, Sector-63, NOIDA on 28th Jan'15(UP 16AY 1591) with full payment inclusive of all accessories.Everything was get done except Fog lamp which has not been given to me till to date in spite of complete payment provided to same dealer.On my several call to the concerned dealer they give me false assurance every time or sometimes saying that it is not available in our stock/Company. If such is the thing why they have asked me to pay for accessory before delivery & despite of my full payment they have not fulfilled their commitment.

                      This is to inform that i had sent the car on 31.07.2015 regarding normal servicing and repair of my air conditioner i got a call from Mr.surojit(my service advisor) from number [protected] that the air conditioner wire was cut eaten by rat and would be repaired, thereafter the next day i.e.01.08.2015 he completely changed his statement and that it has to be replaced and will not be repaired and forwarded the matter to sandeep kapoor to whom i asked to send an official with all the forms and formalities to be completed for insurance claim for the same, but despite confirmation from him that he would send the person he didnt send anyone till monday, on monday i called Mr.surojit and he said he could not help me that day and i was told to contact Mr.Avinabo chakraborty number [protected], i called him up and he seemed to be unhappily or forcefully in attending me and i was informed by him that he would call back with the concerned case of mine, but he, dont know why seemed to completly neglected the matter and did not call me back, and then on me calling back his behaviour was completely unprofessional and rude and rustic he said he was front desk manager but he was behaving as if he is the ultimatum authority of Honda and said he wont look into the matter at all and he wont do anything, and u need to conatct Mr. Surojit for any further assistance (who declared himsel[censored]navailable for 3 days), leaving me with only option of waiting and being neglected with no one to take care of my car and the required servicing and repairing under the insurance claim.This is not at acceptable and ethical, all the promises that the company makes your certain staff fails to live up to it.

                        We bought Honda Mobilio from Landmark Honda on 18.07.2015 with above mention engine no. Overall experience from sales inquiry to delivery was excellent. Mr. Maulik Surti did his best and we appreciate his effort. Unfortunately, We found some problem in MOBILIO Model itself. Company had give 3 AC Vent in 2nd Raw. we observe out of 3 only 2 ( Left and Middle ) are operating with same speed but 3rd (Right side) Vent is not at par with other 2 Vent. We visited to dealer, as usual they extend their full support and come to the conclusion that its HONDA MANUFACTURING PROBLEM IN ALL MOBILIO. We shocked and cnt able to digest fact about HONDA Cars. We also checked other Mobilio available in Workshop and found same problem. Now I feel upset with HONDA CARS INDIA Ltd. that whether it is mistake or intentionally. I ll definitely share this problem with prospective buyer I know. So that they can take appropriate decision. It was my first HONDA Car - Perfectionist at all level. But sorry here HONDA is not perfect to deliver what they show. We sent mail to Honda Cars India ltd on 23rd July 15, 30 July 15 and 3 Aug 15. we have registered complaints on their Call Centre (Honda One 2 One) with ID No. 1-[protected] Car Detail: Chasis No. MAKDD575CFN008000 Model : Honda Mobilio S - IDtec Colour : Metalic White Dealer: Landmark Honda, Ahmedabad Date of Delivery : 18.07.2015

                        Hi,

                        I have the same complaint, my car details
                        date of registration : 22/08/2015
                        engine # N15A11324392
                        exact same issue.
                        Sundaram Honda Technicians on behalf of Honda India earlier responded back saying that it is the issue with all mobilio models.
                        Now (29th July2021) Sobhan service Engineer manager from Sundaram Honda, Hyderabad is not ready to accept that it is a defect from Honda.
                        I have been trying to get this fixed from the beginning, and now Sobhan from Sundaram Honda Hyderabad, is back tracking and wants to maintain the stand that this is not an issue.

                        Can you please tell me how you got this fixed or what was done to overcome the issue.

                          I have recently purchased a Honda Jazz from Ace Honda in Noida on 16/7/15.There have been a variety of issues and for which I have sent a detailed mail to Ace Honda with copy to customer relations at Honda Car India.All one gets is a standard script driven auto reply from Parampreet Singh and nothing thereafter. My issues are:
                          1. non availability of accessories despite being assured that they have come
                          2. Excess charge for Registration as the receipt from RTO Noida is for less than the amount taken from me
                          3. Rs.6250/- charged for handling and storage.I understand that there is a Supreme Court judgement prohibiting this.
                          4. Terrible manual
                          5. Credit card unfriendly dealer
                          6. excessive time taken for getting registration of vehicle.

                          All I have are the standard auto reply and nothing more thereafter from Honda Car India or Ace Honda.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I was having some accidental repair of my car on left side, I was handed over the job card mentioning the details of repairs to be done. But when I went to get my car for your service center only one denting painting was done of my car & rest was as it it. After inquiring about the pending work they straight away denied and said that I have agreed for the work that has been done. But they have done tempering on their copy job card. I have both the copies with me. My car is still lying there as they denied to do the rest of work. Kindly suggest what to do, am I suppose to get my car through consumer court or there is any other solution for that. Regards

Both of them charge me extra 200 rupees. They do fraugery in Service Amount . When i already gave the pick up charge why they charge me . After that they also dont know how to talk with customers specially girls.                                 I own a honda city mh-01bb-8504 which i have bought from apex honda worli in april 2012. My car is hardly driven 16283 kms when i gave the car for servicing today in more then 3 years.

                                It is a thrid time that i have complained about a problem in the air conditioning not working properly in 3 years. Every time there had been some part wear and tear.

                                Today im informed that the brake pads have been worn out at just 16000 kms. The battery is also having issue. The air conditioning some rings have issue needs to be replaced.
                                And the list can go on. With rust on the bonet.

                                I had bought an honda amaze in 2014 mh 01bk 8535. Which has done almost 19000kms and is more roughly used.

                                I want to know is this the quality what honda sells to customers without verifying at their factory. I agree that is bound to have wear and tear when it is used but dont think it should have wear and tear when it is scarcely used at an average usage of 14 kms p day average.

                                When i pointed out to apex honda service advisor about the quality provided he only had one thing to say it is wear and tear nd can happen any time. On asking what is the minimum life of a brake pad he said approximately 30000 kms.

                                I want to understand from honda and want a explanation from honda about the quality guarantee which they keep on assuring customers and what is the meaning if hondassure which they provide for 4 years on purchasing a car.

                                I have given my car to apex honda and have requested them to keep the car with them as its better not to have a car rather then have a car which has so many issues in it for which you have to keep on donating money to honda for their defective quaity sold to customers.

                                Im highly disappointed with the quality of the product given.

                                I hope honda looks into the matter immediately and resolves it.

                                  2 months back, I middle class man invested my hard earned money in the diesel version of HONDA Amaze Car. But, unfortunately, it stopped in 1 ft-1.5 Ft of water, logged due to rain. When I took my car at the authorized Honda service center, they people asked me to pay min 1.5 LAC as the engine of the car was seized. How unfair is this! car no. HR 03S 0534

                                    I am the owner of honda city vx mt (i dtec) which i bought it from pink city honda, bhiwadi, rajasthan on 25 june 2015.the next day i was facing some problem in the clutch and brake which i have informed to the salesman PREM CHAND of pink city honda, bhiwadi, rajasthan who has entertained me earlier while buying a car and got the reply that when car will be taken for the first checkup then it will be solved.and now when i went to the service station SHEETAL HONDA, sri ganganagar, rajasthan (335001) for the first general checkup and there the head technician diagnosed that there is a slip in the clutch which is because of the problem in pressure plate of clutch which is the "manufacturing defect". But when i talked to the dealership pink city honda, bhiwadi, rajasthan they replied that this may be or may not be the manufacturing defect As clutch may spoil after one day and we cant help you now and you should have to pay for the new one..And from 14july car is still in the service station. they are opening and again assembling the car parts 2_3times .they are saying they did't have new clutch in workshop, really?? .i just want to know that if the latest launched car which is the topest among all n i am owning the top model will cause such problem in jus ten to fifteen days and driven only 2000 km then who is going to buy this car.and if any customer who spend rs 1350000 for the car will get such pathetic replies that problem is not a manufacturing defect which is diagnosed by the head technician himself. then who is going to buy this poor quality cars.and now when i talked to the dealership in bhiwadi they are repling that this is not under warranty it can cause problem in just 20 kms.means what the hell honda is providing such poor quality and claiming the best quality to be provided to the customers.i want my car to be replaced.why do i accept defective car of honda and why should i pay anything to them as this is a manufacturing defect . i hope honda which is known to be the best quality providers and the best service providers will resolve my problem and help me to get my car replaced asap as i dont want defected peace Regards, Akarsh doomra [protected] Sri ganganagar, rajasthan Pin code-335001

                                      Hi, I have purchased a Honda Amaze car 8 months back. My car got breakdown on 18th July, 2015 on a long drive. We tried to reach out for Honda assistance by all means and finally we got help from the nearby Honda service centre after 5 hours. I got stuck in an isolated area for almost 5 hours with my family. The service agents took the car to their service centre, lifting it by a crane. In the next few days they could not find out the trouble with my car and I got really frustrated with the issue. Yesterday 22nd July, 2015 they informed me that the ECM unit of the car got damaged and needs to be replaced. They also informed that the ECM system is not available in stock in India and needs to be imported. It will take another 3-4 weeks for the same. Being a brand new car from a renowned company, we never expected such issues and sorry to say that Honda betrayed our trust. For a well establish brand & car in India, its so ridiculous that the spare parts need to be imported from abroad, which is time consuming. Since we are out of vehicle for almost a month, we need to hire a car for our daily travel, which will cost us a lot. Actually Honda should reimburse us for all these expenses, on moral grounds. I am really worried that even if I get the car repaired, whether such issues will arise in future. We request you to give us another new car, considering our serious concerns. Please give us a good deal, either by providing a new car or at least a temporary vehicle arrangement. I request you to take immediate action on this matter.'                                         I complaint many time in Pushp honda but not solve it.Starting problem And front seat sound issue 4 time cheq by macanic but problem are stand .battery karab hai...nahi hai...self problem kr rha hai...these time of nonsens tell by him but problem are same 5 mint run sound system in car ...then car not start again .when i plug a battery or push the car then start... so i req to all o[censored] plz solve my car push problem and front shet problem...
