Height of irresponsibility/ harassment from honda! Not at all all expected & accepted specially from honda! All kind of issues faced in these 5.5 months- issues in terms of quality & service. Nobody is will to take the responsibility to resolve the issue properly!
The reason to go for honda car was the reputation & the quality- its all fake! Regretting now! Really shame!
1. I purchased honda brio car in dec 31st'2014 from the dealer linkway honda- andheri!! They provide the car which is damaged- it already has a leakage issue- so much that rain water gets into the car & dirty water gets stored- 4-5 inches level of water that i literally had to remove with the help of mug!!!
2. I give it for repairing to the dealer linkway honda- andheri! They say they repaired it! Now the carpet fitting they do is unbelievable!! After 10-15 days i get my car back & the carpet fitting i see is all shabby! Ill fitted, bubbles all over, loose fitting! They've just laid it down!
3. I ask for company fitting as clearly linkway honda guys do not have capability to do basic carpet fitting. They say they can not do company fitting as the manufacturing unit is in noida! Now who should i go to? Because in-spite of checking with the technician at linkway honda that if the carpet fitting is done properly, he kept on assuring this it's perfect- & here i see such ill fitting.
4. Apart from leakage issue, have faced other issues like petrol tab below the seat had come off within 2-3 month of purchasing the car. Then there's a piece of foam which comes off on the dash board!! Such shabby work from honda???? Not expected & accepted.
5. As observed over & over, no quality check has being performed at your end. Extremely irresponsible!! I have been struggling to get somebody look into the matter, take charge & resolve all the issues but sadly it is only going in loop- from one person to another!
6. Height is that the when honda people make linkway guys call me & after calling me that are updating honda with the lie statements! I've clearly mentioned 4 points which i need assurance for without which i'm not sending my car to linkway, they are not giving any assurance & in-spite of this they are updating the status that i've agreed to send my car on so & so date & they'll fix the issue!! Liars! And in-spite of complaining over & over to honda nobody is there to take responsibility. All they are doing is making linkway ppl call me that's it!
7. About other service issues from linkway: for servicing they give an appointment & they forget about it! You all the way travel from one corner to an another to reach to their office- they say the concerned person is not available, so come some other time. For pick up the car again they give an appointment/ timing to pick up the car...Then they do not turn up, neither they bother to even inform that they cant come at the committed time & if its rescheduled! So then you call up- they say sorry & give another appointment, again they forget! Again after waiting &getting tired you call them again, they sorry & cycle goes on!!! Amazing! How responsible!
In the first service even basic car cleaning was not done properly! Shame!
I've been writing mails to the service manager of linkway- to bring all these issues to his notice but in vain. He doesn't even have time to revert or look into the matter or to improve their service & behave more responsible
Now after going through all this, these are 4 points i am asking assurance for
1. I need an assurance if i've been provided the new model, if its not the damaged/ old car!! As in the brand new car (Been just 5.5 months) i shouldn't been facing such issues;
A. Leakage issue. Rain water getting into the car- water up to 45 inches level getting stored in the car
B. Petrol tab below the seat had come off within 2-3 months
C. Black piece of foam coming off on the dashboard
D. Not giving a good mileage
I need honda's intervention to check if it was a brand new model! I doubt!
If its not so honda has to exchange it with fresh model!
2. About the leakage issue i need honda to look into the matter! Such leakage in the new car is not expected!
3. The carpet fitting is totally shabby/ loose/ ill fitted, with the bubble all around. I need the company fitting done. I'm shocked to get such a quality/ service!
4. I need compensation for making me go through such hassle which has not only costed me my time (So many follow ups, writing mails, visiting them etc) but also has wasted my energy, efforts & money ( as car was lying with you guys for 10-15 days car it has given me the average of 5!! I had to travel by cab for all theses 10-15 days & again i'll have to go through this cycle)
After honda one to one making linkway call me, miss neha (Crm manager) from linkway honda- andheri calls me yesterday & says company fitting can not be done as the manufacturing unit is in noida! So i just have no option but to rely on them who do not have expertise!
Also about compensation they are saying they can not give compensation as its not there in their policy! Buy then do they have a mention in the policy to cause such trouble to the customer? Having such issues like leakage in the new car & above all providing such quality & service? Basic carpet fitting can no be done right?
The maximum she said they can do is do free polishing!! Really??? Which obviouslly i refused to.
Now the height is i just call honda one to one to get the updates & they are saying that neha from linkway has given the status saying i'm sending my car on 20th & for compensation they will do interior cleaning & exterior polishing for free!!! Such a lie !!
When we discussed about this yesterday she offered to do this for free which i refused to accept. Every time they are updating with the lie status! This is the height of harassment! This is going nowhere- its only going in loop!
The attitude of linkway honda people is not at all acceptable! Horrible quality, pathetic service & now these lies! Too much.
And then there is nobody to take responsibility from honda!! The are just making linkway people call me- that's it!!
I guess i"ll have to go to consumer court! I do not see this is closing otherwise. Such bad leakage in the new car... Horrible carpet fitting, tabs coming off, foam coming off on the dash board!!! All this happening in newly purchased car! I do no thing i have been provided a new model/ seems like some defective model! & after all this they do no even want to give compensation!
This is going nowhere! If nobody is there to take responsibility i would rather go to consumer court! Hope to hear from you soon!
Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today is 10th day of complain but no solution from your side...
If by tomorrow I will not get any solution than I will move to your Company CEO & MD of this company. ...
My car is laying at your service station for complete repairing. ... I am waiting for your co operation. ... Who will be responsible for loses of my money on daily basis, i am waiting for your revert from last 10days, if i will not get any proper solution from your side than i will have to go to consumer court against HONDA CARS INDIA LTD,
Finely I have to move Mr. Katsushi Inoue for complaining against my CAR NO. RJ-27-CD-5755 which got accident on 15th july2015 & airbegs did not get open but seat belt got locked, insurance company already denied to cover airbegs due to airbegs did not work at the time of accident as this is manufacturing default by Company.
Company needs to replace the airbegs or provide suitable solution for my Car as I am getting defficulties on daily routine work
without my CAR...
