This is with reference to the repair and insurance claim. Kindly note that the final invoice amount for invoice issued to me was Rs. 33279, while that issued to the Insurance Company was Rs 31013.20. You may kindly notice that there is a discrepancy on the amount issued for the repair work undertaken and this difference is Rs. 2266. This should not have been the case. Despite my repeated enquiry with the dealer-cum-service provider, I have received no response. This only adds to my suspicion of wrong doing, and such careless approach is not expected from the dealers of Honda. Kindly look into and address. Regards Sambit Basu [protected]@rediffmail.com

    HI my name is Shashank and i reside in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I had purchased a DIO from SILICON HONDA, MYSORE ROAD on 22/10/2014. Today 20/07/2015, the vehicle is not starting all of a sudden. I called the people from HONDA, but they refused to even speak properly. The place where i stay is hardly 5 mins from the Showroom. This pathetic behaviour has made me very upset. Please look into this, as i am a student, and i need the vehicle.

      I purchased my car on 12th Jan'15. I booked my 3rd service on 5th Jul'15 in your authorised service centre at Ring Road Honda, peeragarhi for pick and drop of my car DL4CAW 5239 on 18th Jul'15. I reminded them on 17th Jul'15. They missed the date, no communication received why they failed for pick up. While contacting them, very casual approach to handle the customer which gives a feeling of harassment. Again they committed to pick the car on 19th Jul'15. But as on time i.e. 10-45 AM, no communication received from them for pick up time, driver name etc. So far for getting the service I have consumed one hour with 10 calls. If I have to be busy for such a service which you have prescribed in your system, it is painful to recommend a Honda car for purchase to anybody. It's a bitter experience simply. Yesterday I made a complaint on your toll free at 6.49 PM. Hope you understand a customer's pain in this mail and it will be addressed in future so that others don't suffer. I am expecting a reply at the earliest with the action taken by you.

        Sir, I, Dimple Bharti have purchased new Honda Amaze Emt model from Prime Honda Capital Car Pvt.Ltd, Patparganj, Delhi on 30 June, 2015.Registration number of my car is Dl 14 CC 1318.I am facing great problem as no grab handles are provided at the back seat on both the sides of the car and a lot of difficulty is faced by all the senior citizens.Even the old people need it for their safety purpose. I kindly request you to get the GRAB HANDLES fixed at the back seat of my car as it the basic necessity for the old people.I need an an early action.Quick response would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

          Sir I had purchased honda city diesel top model, which got accident last month now company is asking 5 % of the total value to make an estimate that is totally unfair no other company ask for that much amount this is my 1st experience with honda company and sorry to say its realy bad.please solve my problem asap

            Here i am(Kaushal Thakur) complaining against Car NO. RJ27 -CD-5755 Honda City I v tech top model manufactured in 2012, i had purchased the car from Autokam Honda Udaipur Rajasthan. I got accident on 15th of July 2015, but at the time of accident my seat belt get locked but airbegs did not open and sensor did not work properly. Currently my damaged car laying at Sunshine Honda Service Station Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Insurance Surveyor denied to cover airbags in my car no RJ27-CD-5755 For the god Sake I am safe otherwise cause of manufacturing defect i could be injured or dead, so who would be responsible for this Manufacturing defect even i have paid for the full safety feature. You have to revert back with immediate effect or i will escalate this matter to your Sr.Management or MD of Company. Regards Kaushal Thakur [protected]

            Today is 10th day of complain but no solution from your side...

            If by tomorrow I will not get any solution than I will move to your Company CEO & MD of this company. ...

            My car is laying at your service station for complete repairing. ... I am waiting for your co operation. ... Who will be responsible for loses of my money on daily basis, i am waiting for your revert from last 10days, if i will not get any proper solution from your side than i will have to go to consumer court against HONDA CARS INDIA LTD,

            Finely I have to move Mr. Katsushi Inoue for complaining against my CAR NO. RJ-27-CD-5755 which got accident on 15th july2015 & airbegs did not get open but seat belt got locked, insurance company already denied to cover airbegs due to airbegs did not work at the time of accident as this is manufacturing default by Company.

            Company needs to replace the airbegs or provide suitable solution for my Car as I am getting defficulties on daily routine work
            without my CAR...

              Height of irresponsibility/ harassment from honda! Not at all all expected & accepted specially from honda! All kind of issues faced in these 5.5 months- issues in terms of quality & service. Nobody is will to take the responsibility to resolve the issue properly!

              The reason to go for honda car was the reputation & the quality- its all fake! Regretting now! Really shame!

              1. I purchased honda brio car in dec 31st'2014 from the dealer linkway honda- andheri!! They provide the car which is damaged- it already has a leakage issue- so much that rain water gets into the car & dirty water gets stored- 4-5 inches level of water that i literally had to remove with the help of mug!!!

              2. I give it for repairing to the dealer linkway honda- andheri! They say they repaired it! Now the carpet fitting they do is unbelievable!! After 10-15 days i get my car back & the carpet fitting i see is all shabby! Ill fitted, bubbles all over, loose fitting! They've just laid it down!

              3. I ask for company fitting as clearly linkway honda guys do not have capability to do basic carpet fitting. They say they can not do company fitting as the manufacturing unit is in noida! Now who should i go to? Because in-spite of checking with the technician at linkway honda that if the carpet fitting is done properly, he kept on assuring this it's perfect- & here i see such ill fitting.

              4. Apart from leakage issue, have faced other issues like petrol tab below the seat had come off within 2-3 month of purchasing the car. Then there's a piece of foam which comes off on the dash board!! Such shabby work from honda???? Not expected & accepted.

              5. As observed over & over, no quality check has being performed at your end. Extremely irresponsible!! I have been struggling to get somebody look into the matter, take charge & resolve all the issues but sadly it is only going in loop- from one person to another!

              6. Height is that the when honda people make linkway guys call me & after calling me that are updating honda with the lie statements! I've clearly mentioned 4 points which i need assurance for without which i'm not sending my car to linkway, they are not giving any assurance & in-spite of this they are updating the status that i've agreed to send my car on so & so date & they'll fix the issue!! Liars! And in-spite of complaining over & over to honda nobody is there to take responsibility. All they are doing is making linkway ppl call me that's it!

              7. About other service issues from linkway: for servicing they give an appointment & they forget about it! You all the way travel from one corner to an another to reach to their office- they say the concerned person is not available, so come some other time. For pick up the car again they give an appointment/ timing to pick up the car...Then they do not turn up, neither they bother to even inform that they cant come at the committed time & if its rescheduled! So then you call up- they say sorry & give another appointment, again they forget! Again after waiting &getting tired you call them again, they sorry & cycle goes on!!! Amazing! How responsible!
              In the first service even basic car cleaning was not done properly! Shame!

              I've been writing mails to the service manager of linkway- to bring all these issues to his notice but in vain. He doesn't even have time to revert or look into the matter or to improve their service & behave more responsible

              Now after going through all this, these are 4 points i am asking assurance for

              1. I need an assurance if i've been provided the new model, if its not the damaged/ old car!! As in the brand new car (Been just 5.5 months) i shouldn't been facing such issues;
              A. Leakage issue. Rain water getting into the car- water up to 45 inches level getting stored in the car
              B. Petrol tab below the seat had come off within 2-3 months
              C. Black piece of foam coming off on the dashboard
              D. Not giving a good mileage

              I need honda's intervention to check if it was a brand new model! I doubt!
              If its not so honda has to exchange it with fresh model!

              2. About the leakage issue i need honda to look into the matter! Such leakage in the new car is not expected!

              3. The carpet fitting is totally shabby/ loose/ ill fitted, with the bubble all around. I need the company fitting done. I'm shocked to get such a quality/ service!

              4. I need compensation for making me go through such hassle which has not only costed me my time (So many follow ups, writing mails, visiting them etc) but also has wasted my energy, efforts & money ( as car was lying with you guys for 10-15 days car it has given me the average of 5!! I had to travel by cab for all theses 10-15 days & again i'll have to go through this cycle)

              After honda one to one making linkway call me, miss neha (Crm manager) from linkway honda- andheri calls me yesterday & says company fitting can not be done as the manufacturing unit is in noida! So i just have no option but to rely on them who do not have expertise!

              Also about compensation they are saying they can not give compensation as its not there in their policy! Buy then do they have a mention in the policy to cause such trouble to the customer? Having such issues like leakage in the new car & above all providing such quality & service? Basic carpet fitting can no be done right?
              The maximum she said they can do is do free polishing!! Really??? Which obviouslly i refused to.

              Now the height is i just call honda one to one to get the updates & they are saying that neha from linkway has given the status saying i'm sending my car on 20th & for compensation they will do interior cleaning & exterior polishing for free!!! Such a lie !!
              When we discussed about this yesterday she offered to do this for free which i refused to accept. Every time they are updating with the lie status! This is the height of harassment! This is going nowhere- its only going in loop!

              The attitude of linkway honda people is not at all acceptable! Horrible quality, pathetic service & now these lies! Too much.

              And then there is nobody to take responsibility from honda!! The are just making linkway people call me- that's it!!

              I guess i"ll have to go to consumer court! I do not see this is closing otherwise. Such bad leakage in the new car... Horrible carpet fitting, tabs coming off, foam coming off on the dash board!!! All this happening in newly purchased car! I do no thing i have been provided a new model/ seems like some defective model! & after all this they do no even want to give compensation!

              This is going nowhere! If nobody is there to take responsibility i would rather go to consumer court! Hope to hear from you soon!

                I had purchased a Honda Amaze petrol vehicle in Feb '15 from your Guwahati dealer M/s Spectrum Honda ( M/s Ghosh Brothers). Yesterday, 15/07/15, I had booked a slot for the second free servicing of my car with registration no. AS01BQ 5657. I was concerned as the date for the service was past and I could somehow arrange time for the servicing on Friday, 17/07/15. The girl on the phone (no. [protected]) confirmed the booking and clearly told me that I am no 01 on the list and should arrive before 9.00 am on friday. Surprisingly, when I called today in the morning to confirm I was told that my vehicle was not on fridays list. After much prodding the girl (I do not know her name) said she would call back. She did call back but to my utter disappointment informed me that my vehicle was booked for next friday ie on 24th. I am absolutely convinced that this is an attempt by the dealers officials to cover up some persons incompetence. Please be informed that the vehicle is registered in my wife's name Dr Mousumi Borah.                   I have bought Honda unicorn 150cc in FEB 2012. After one month immediately front disc plate having problem with noise at that time I think its my mistake with driving and I changed it with disc plate and disc plate. But I am wrong its manufacturing defect i think so because after that past three years I have changed it 5 times.Its bad impression for me against Honda brand name now I hate Honda unicorn I have spent lots of money only for this . No solution I have tried different show rooms but its not worked still I am facing this issue If anybody having this problem please do complaint it and if this is having solution please suggest. now I Suggested every one not buy Honda vehicle.                       Dear sir, Its my complaint regarding the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the Stallion Honda service center, Faizabad road, Lucknow to it customers. I have given my car Honda city V diesel UP32 FL 0852 for routine Services and some minor accidental work on 2nd july 2015.I own a Honda Assure Nil Depth insurance.For which i was informed that my car will be delivered within a week. today its now 15 july, no news when they will deliver the vehicle.They neither call to tell you the status nor receive your call. I would have called at least 100 of times. Every time if they receive your call they say Miss shailey would be knowing the status, she will call you back, though she never calls back. I hope you understand how important its to get your car in time your total work suffers.These people don't understand this. This is customer service at its worst. Its not only the first time it happened to me before also. I don't know why a company like Honda is tolerating this service Center despite of frequent complaints from the customers. Why the company is torturing the customers once they buy their product, they have to cry for getting the service. Why the company like Honda is working with such non sense peoples. But one thing I have decided I am not going to that Service Center again even if I have to sell my car and buy some other of Good Company. Its not only me but many of my friends are going through the same situation.                       Subject: Complaint for Excessive Engine Noise in the new purchased vehicle Honda Mobilio DE bearing Engine no-N15A11312455, Chassis no- MAKDD579KEN301373.

                      This is to inform you that the above mentioned vehicle was purchased on 18.02.2015 from
                      your authorized dealer M/s Stallion Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd, A-16, Indira nagar, Lucknow -226016

                      With great agony once again I would like to inform you that the above mentioned vehicle is giving continuous different troubles since beginning. A month back the oil seal
                      leakage problem from LHS front axle was reported. The vehicle was laid at the
                      workshop for two weeks due to non availability of desired parts under warranty.

                      Now again some abnormal engine noise problem was noticed on 23.06.2015 and same day
                      reported at your authorized dealer’s workshop M/s Stallion Auto Sales Pvt. Ltd,
                      Lucknow. The vehicle is still in the workshop and no action has been taken so far. The complaint has also been registered to Honda customer assistance and the complaint no is 1-[protected].

                      Please note that due to regular problem in brand new vehicle we are suffering a lot and various important works are being hampered. Since last one month the vehicle is laid at the dealer’s
                      work shop and they are giving assurance to deliver the vehicle soon. We are
                      surprised to see their attitude and very irresponsible behavior towards the
                      customer. Last time on your dealer’s request and assurance that no problem will
                      occur in the newly purchased vehicle, we took delivery of the vehicle but it is
                      very unfortunate that there are different problems occurring in such vehicle
                      hence we are no more interested to keep such of your failure model (Mobilio DE)
                      and requesting you to replace the vehicle with a different model which is
                      having no trouble.


                      Please look into and arrange to
                      replace the defective vehicle with a different no trouble model at the earliest
                      to avoid unnecessary litigation.

                        Sir, 1. I am a serving Army Officer. On 03 Jul 2015 my vehicle City VMT KL35-6323 was admitted in Peninsular Honda, Kochi (Cochin) due to hard reverse gear engagement. 2. Till date (15 Jul 2015 ) the Car is not repaired. I am incurring an expenditure of avg 500 Rs per day to commute between residence and office. Even after complaining to the help line [protected] and speaking to them on four occasions all they could do was to allot a complaint No 1-[protected]. As per the information received on 15 Jul 2015, they are waiting for two parts to come from Noida and they have no idea as to when will they receive the items. Shockingly now they are saying that they can't give a date for putting the Car on road .Treating a customer with such disdain is unimaginable. Under the circumstances i have been advised by all my friends to go to consumer court as the Car was purchased only on 17 Feb 2015 and under warranty.I was told that no spares are kept in Kerala and it has to come from Noida.Moreover, if the repair can't be carried out, they will keep changing the parts and will not replace the gear Box assembly as intimated by the service centre.

                          I bought new Honda Activa 3G before around a month ago. It was my vehicle's first "free" service but I received a bill of around 500-600Rs. I contacted service center (Anand Honda, Address: Anand, Gujarat, India) and raised query against bill and asked that why am I getting bill for oil change even after having around 328km o[censored]sage only? The person responded that even a customer who used only 75KM, in 1st month, had to pay for oil change. The reason, provided by him, behind changing oil was that all metalic and moving parts of vehicles may generate tiny metal particles which may spoil engine oil. Therefore they says that it's necessary to change spoiled oil and fill new engine oil. MY PRIMARY QUESTION SI THAT IF THEIR NEW PARTS ARE GENERATING SUCH ISSUE UPON INITIAL USAGE THEN COST FOR SUCH OIL CHANGE MUST BE TAKEN CARE BY MANUFACTURER. Every day they will be charging thousands of customers around India and the total figure may reach to CRORES. According to following link, Honda sold 3, 99, 178 2 wheelers in March-2015 only. 268Rs (Oil change charge) x 3, 99, 178 = 10, 69, 79, 704 Rs It means around 10.7 crore of cheating in 1 month. Pls think about the total amount of money Honda would have steal from customer's pocket till date and the more they are going to steal every month in future. Please someone help saving Indian consumers' hard earned money against such a Giant white color thief. Looking forward to get a positive outcome.

                            Dear Sir I Shivani Salwan, Ludhiana purchase one Amaze Honda car Registration No PB 10 FE 9117 from Vidhata Honda AKC Motors, Ludhiana, Punjab in the month of June 2015. They were giving us false commitment before sale of car that they will provide us accessories like seat cover, matts etc., but in-spite of our numbers of reminders and even two services of car has already been done, no one is ready to provide the said accessories even after completion of one and half months, we are getting very poor services from their end and we have very bitter experience of after sales services of honda car. Original seats along with floor mats are also getting spoiled. If Honda provides this kind of services to customers, then I have to think 10 times before recommending anybody to purchase Honda car.                               Respected sir, . with due respect I have to state that, In purani Mandi jammu's ATM branch's guard doing his duty without uniform and misbehaving with the customer included me, kindly take some action because who knows who is the guard and who is robber without uniform. You have to check the proof in ATM's CCTV footage on 14..07.15 at 5.30 p.m To 5.40 p.m Thanks Anil singh

                                I Ravinder kumar purchased hondacity vxmt di top model RC no JK08E0003 from Hillview honda Jammu in January 2015. there is some irritating noises in cabin of car from very next day coming from car body. I got itserviced twice at Hillview Honda Jammu . I was given assurance that the problem will be rectified. But the problem stands as before ; even at second time car remained two days at dealership.Then I got it serviced at Prestige Honda Jallandhar.But the problem is not rectified. Due to noise in cabin I found it very uncomfortable while driving. I bought Honda city because of its eligance but I am getting disappointed now. kindly resolve the problem or replace my car Ravinder kumar [protected]

                                  Car registration No. UK 07 W 6879 Honda Civic- 2008 Model, Grey Color Responsible Showroom- Stallion Honda, Faizabad Road, Lucknow. I gave my car for insurance claim thorough Reliance insurance (which also is another story since they too did fraud due to their hidden clause). Since i was not aware of the hidden clause so i decided not to get the claim and picked up my car as it is. When I went to pick the car, I found that the trim for the front right door (inner panel of the door) was roughed up. The leather and the upholstery was torn off and the door was dismantled (which on further inspection became clear, that it was replaced with the other Honda Civic standing beside my car). On further examination, I found that the back seat was also dismantled and could be lifted up easily. The screws were removed for some reason. Now the main issue was with the clutch which was free and could not be applied and hence the gear lever was blocked. Firstly they did not accept that their technician has done all that but later on they accepted their fault and replaced the door. Although they did not tell me the reason for which they did all that. But the clutch still remains faulty. They explained that I had used different clutch oil due to which the oil rings swelled up and the clutch cylinder broke down. The reason I am pointing this out, is that I did not get my car serviced outside and did not change the aforementioned oil. Also, my residence is 20 KM from their showroom and I myself drove the car without any problems to their showroom and till that time their was no problem with the clutch/gear. Moreover, they themselves checked the car before accepting it for repair and drove the car to their workshop and till then the car was fine. Then, how come the clutch went wrong while the car was just parked for some days and also, why did they replace the parts with the other car?. Now, my main worry is that how I can know whether any other internal parts were not exchanged like the door. How could the clutch oil get changed by itself? I have taken pictures of my car and the car with which my door was replaced. Please help me resolve my complaint.

                                      We have purchase new Car on 23rd April, 2014 From PEERA GHARI, NEW DELHI & its only One Year & Three month old car. In March 2015, during rain, our car back door was flooded with rain water & our back all MAT gets wet due to water & hope our floor of car gets rusted, at that time I made so many complaints to Service Center at Maya Puri to get the car change with new one but they done the Service & assure us that the same will not happen again. Now a days as you know again rain started & I am suffering from same problem. From yesterday, again the car back door was flooded & our Mat gets wet with water, it’s a big problem for me.                                         Dear Sir, I own the new Honda City car . The car was delivered to me on the 30/3/15. I bought the car from M/ metro honda and registration number being TS07EG7750. After just around 4 months of delivery, there was a strange problem that I faced which I had not faced before. The mice had chewed up the electrical systems of the car resulting in lot of damage. I have taken the vehicle to service center and they informed me that the system has to be replaced which will cost around 15, 000/-. I have been staying and parking the car in the same place ( residence) for last eighteen years. I have not faced this kind of problem with my previous cars which have used for many years. Before purchasing Honda I have been using Maruthi swift, Hyundai Santro and Hyundi I 20. Infact I am using Hyundai santro still and parked in the same location as Honda is parked. The rodents have not caused any damage to neither of the cars except for the Honda. I would like u to look into this matter seriously as to if there is any design defect or regarding the standard of the material being used by Honda. If any such defects, these have to be handled by the company and the customer should not be left to tackle the problem on his own, as this is likely to be repeated. I was the pride owner of the new Honda city till this incident and this deficiency in your car has brought me nothing but dissatisfaction and discontent and also broken the trust that Honda carried with itself after having spent Rupees 11.6lakhs in buying the car. I request the company should take upon itself and repair the damage done. Also make the car foolproof such that these incidents do not recur in future. Thanking you, gnchowdary [protected]
