After purchase new city I have constantly complaint about it. At services of 10000 and 20000 I visited service centre for same complaint. They short out it temporary but after approximately 500 km sounds is on. So you haven't a perfect mechanic for it or this is manufacturing problem. At last service I purchased AMC and due to it they clean my car from innerside also..but it seems very poor. No committed delivery and after promise to take my car from my place on phone but they never remind me. In AMC you are committed to filled Nitrogen in Tyre but it wasn't fulfill. Also same about PuC.     Hi, I have give my Honda City HR-26, CB-5916 for servicing in Ring Honda, Gurgaon on dated[protected].They have to deliver back after servicing on dated[protected]. On[protected] they again said that they will have deliver vehicle[protected].Now they are saying that servicing not done & they will deliver to us on[protected]. In Ring Honda, Gurgaon no one is serious regarding on time delivery of vehicle after servicing.I am chasing with Ring Honda team with last 11 days but no one giving positive response. They will not know that how the customer will suffer due to non availability of vehicle. If i know that the honda servicing is so poor than i have not purchased Honda City.I am unhappy to ring honda, Gurgaon services center.

      Hi, I am owner of Honda City Car aregistration No HR 26 AH 9555. The Service rendered by Honda Dealers is pathetic. I had given my car for servicing and body shop work last Saturday to Pearl Honda at their Sector 52 showroom on 13th June 2015. Till date no body called up and gave me the status when I called up and spoke to them they are not giving any concrete information. It is almost 7 days and I do not have any information as to when will I get my car back. I have spoken to service GM at mob no +[protected], but to no avail. I spoke to Mt Harish their manager in sector 37 Gurgaon workshop at no[protected] but to no avail. Honda after Sales Service sucks. Their car dealers just know how to fleece money from customer and provide all sorts to f wrong information. Last time also six months when I gave the car for servicing to the same dealer, he said ignition lock had to be replaced and when I fought back with him in the showroom he took the car and got it repaired, till date it is working fine. Even though Honda Cars are good but their after sales service sucks and they suck blood from their customers like parasite. I would never ever buy Honda again just because of their after Sales Service.

        My Honda city car which got damaged (Not major) by an accident was dropped to Stallion Honda Lucknow Service station on 22nd May 2015. My insuarance policy number is USG/00078854 and I received a message from the company on 25th May 2015 that the surveryor for your car has been appointed. The service advisor who received my car there Shivam Srivastava told that it will take maximum of 10 days and ever since that day neither has he picked my call or cared to call me and inform me about the delay or anything. On 5th June when after calling the service station more than 50 times there was no update given to me I went to the service station and saw that there had been zero work done in the car and the surveyor has to do survey again. I spoke to the Vice president and wrote a complaint there about no communication and also called on the tollfree number [protected] and complaint.No action has been taken since then. Someone called me from the service station and said "Now this matter has come to me and I assurre you you will get the car within a week". After a week I went to the service station on 15th to see if the car is ready but again there was zero was being done in it. Meeting the Service Manager Ms. Ritu there she when took me to see the work in car and asked the worker there he replied to her "i DONT KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE AND I WONT REPORT ANYTHING TO YOU. I WILL REPORT TO Ms. Shailvi ( Manager BP) in Stallion Honda service station. Today again when i called to ask then they say that "Parts arent available for your car" . I dont know where to complaint or do what. These people are sucking the life out of me. Its been almost a month and it is very hard for me to travel to work or anywhere. There is no proper communication and no work. I am attaching the pictures below of how much detailed information have they provided me and how many times after complaint.

            There were 2 complaints raised with Deccan Honda related to Michelin tyre defect and the fail to attend RSA support. I am frustrated with the way they are looking into the problem.Since from past 2 months I have not got the reply from Honda. Honda Entertains their tyre vendors to do shortcut procedures which is not a standard prescribed procedure by Honda with this attitude I have a doubt on the quality of material they buy from vendors. I have all the details of communication and mails with me. If I don't hear from Honda then I will share the same in social Media let people also know how Honda cheats the customer.               In May-14 I bought new Honda city diesel Top model with Registration number JH01BH9696. I alwaysface many problems whenever I go for long tour. In all tyre there is issue. Facing cut issue & some tyre fool bhi gaye hain. This type of quality is not acceptable in Top Model and in Honda City. At the end i forced to change all the type at my cost. This is ridiculous. Please change my tyres other wise I have to move consumer court for justice. And Second issue in shokkar whenever car goes in small jumper/ cracker then it gives noise. It is seen by Shubh Honda in Raipur . They said there is no noise. But still I am facing same issue. Please resolve these issue at the earliest. Sunny Narang M No [protected]

                my car is honda city petrol i have booked car in 1/10/2014 dealer sided to issue my cars after 2month so i booked cars against 51000.00 cheques against dealer. but after 2 month my cars not coming i go to dealer so dealer ask your cars not delivery in this year i can ask i not extra amount against service tax ect so you deliver my car in this year .but the donot consider my complain and delivery car in 15/02/2015 so i have lost rs.100000.00 aprox.amount extra due to dealers so i claim for this Also my cars small accident on 2/6/2015 i have put cars for repair on 3/6/2015 and dealer he was collect my original car licence and R.C Book call i give to information about your cars details on phone after you collect your original documents but up to today no call coming from dealer to collect my document and my cars updates i have call and compile to customer relation manger also not take any action against his staff about my cars no GJ-01 RJ 2866 as on today 14/06/2015 i have not revived my document so i not driver any another vehicle so i have rent care from that dates on extra money to claim to dealer i have big suffer financial and mentality No reply about my care by phone or email and any other as on today 14/06/2015 i call not any reply about my care and my original document so pl. give me fast reply why do not cancles dealership of emerald hond in ahmeabad.

                  I have purchased a Mobilio Car No DL9cu9693 in the month of April.I get it second free service from Pearl Honda, Sect-37, Gurgaon on 06.06.2015.After the service my stearing Horn button is not working properly and the same was informed the dealer. Dealer send a man to my home and he decleared this is not reparable and must be replace under the warrenty period. He inform me that the dealer should call you when it recd. But till today i could not get any word from the dealer. pls do the need ful.

                    DATE: 20/05/2015 Cus Id - 1-[protected] Delight Honda keep the amount of Free Insurance with itself which Honda Company gives directly to their end customers thru their scheme offered on Honda Mobilio. Secondly even after 22 days, I didn't receive the Car Reg. No. Already sent email to Delight Honda and Honda Company ([protected]@hondacarindia.com)... but nobody bother to revert even after having couple of times telephonic complaints. Never thought of such type of service from Honda Company.

                      To, The Regional Head/Customer relation Manager/ Head Consumer Cell/ Marketing Head, Honda Cars India Ltd. Date:[protected] Subject: Pathetic condition of Honda fitted CNG kit (Amaze) & Courtesy Honda poor service This complain is being raised to highlight the negligence and disappointing customer service of Courtesy Honda (Lally Automobiles - Okhla, Delhi) who has fitted an old and poor condition CNG kit during the time of delivery in my new Honda Amaze CNG model. The CNG cylinder they claim to be new and company fitted is full of scratches and dents. Approximately Honda charged Rs 80000 extra in comparison to normal petrol Honda Amaze car and therefore I expect total customer satisfaction right from CNG condition till its functioning. The deliver date of Honda Amaze S MT plus model was on 31st March 2015 with following billing details: 1. Invoice Number: SAL-INV-DD[protected] 2. Model Type: Amaze 1.2 S MT Plus i-VTEC) 3. Chassis No.: MAKDF15RAFN100165 The representatives from Courtesy Honda who failed to address my issues were: 1. Pooja Thakur : Sales Consultant 2. Manu Verma :Team Manager 3. Pradeep Gautam : Head-Dealer Quality Below are the highlighted bullet points relevant to events during sales and delivery: 1. Courtesy Honda didn't had any Honda Amaze CNG model for display in any of my visits to the showroom. They just made us assume to imagine a CNG kit in boot of the petrol car (displayed at that time) and suppose the space it will occupy. 2. Pooja was very confused while detailing the specifications of CNG kit. Initially she told that CNG kit will come pre-installed with the car, later on she said that the kit will be installed after 10 days from the day of the car delivery. But in reality it was installed on a day before delivery itself. 3. During time of delivery Manu Verma who was in-charge at that time gave all the relevant information of the petrol engine, buttons and indicators on dash board, but not even once he showed us the condition of the CNG cylinder in our new car. 4. During time of delivery, they took tracing of Petrol Engine's chassis number but not of CNG kit which is also a mandatory parameter for CAR registration as they didn't wanted to reveal the pathetic condition of the CNG kit at that time. They just intended to deliver the car, thats all. 5. Also the car bonnet didn't have a square shaped embossed plate which contains vital details of the CNG cylinder which is mandatory as per Govt. norms but wasn't provided by the company. Highlighted points depicting efforts taken by me to notify the issue to the vendor and till date actions taken from dealer's end (which is negligible) 1. The issue was highlighted to the Courtesy Honda within month of delivery, but a formal mail was sent to [protected]@lallyautomobiles.net and [protected]@lallyautomobiles.net on 5th May, 2015 along with photos proofs of the CNG kit. 2. The last and only mail reply I received was on 31st May, 2015 which only mentioned that the issue is currently being looked after. No other concrete response is received apart from this. 3. I had 5-6 calls with Pradeep Gautam (for which I have recording too) and all those times he made false promises and asking for more time. 4. Pradeep in between also told that the issue is with Ahemdadbad CNG vendor, sometimes with Nagpur vendor and all other useless explanation. Till now I haven't received any concrete response, of why Honda orders such CNG kit from their vendor and knowing the condition, why Courtesy Honda installed such faulty cylinder. The sales persons keep coming for there rating feedback but never address real and critical issues of customer. Courtesy Honda just knows how sell its cars but no idea of handling after-sales issue. I also notified my complaint to Honda customer care[protected], but in vain. FYI all these times I have full recordings of telephonic conversation I had with Courtesy Honda people which clearly proves that they just made false promises of giving satisfactory reply. If you want I can also send the pictures of dented CNG kit to whichever E-mail address you provide. Expecting an explanation and a spontaneous & strict action against the defaulters.                         A/C COOLING DEFECTS (FAULTY COMPRESSOR) BOUGHT NEW CAR ON 23 FEB 2015: HONDA CITY ZX SVMT PETROL PURCHASED FROM: ELEGANT HONDA AMBALA (HRY) UNDERSTANDING THE FAULT : ON FRESH AIR MODE (OUTSIDE TEMP 40 DEGREE PLUS) – COOLING OF THE CAR IS VERY LESS, ALSO THE COOLING IS ONLY EFFECTIVE WHEN CAR IS RUNNING AT A STABLE SPEED, ON PUTTING BRAKES COOLING BECOME INEFFECTIVE INSTANTLY. ALSO WE NOTICED, WHILE IN LONG RUNNING (OVER 50 KM) A/C OF THE CAR BECOME INEFFECTIVE AT ANY POINT OF TIME. BASICALLY THIS IS A PROBLEM OF MISSING IN COMPRESSOR OF THE CAR. We have taken this problem to elegant Honda ambala, but official are checking the cooling only on Recirculation mode and adamant in satisfying us ( saying car is doing well and cooling of every unit of car is different- may be lesser in your car) and are not resolving the issue. I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO YOUR CONCERN FOR THE LAST TIME, PLEASE REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR OF THE CAR, OTHERWISE WE HAVE TO YAKE THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT. Please look in to matter.                           Dear All, I purchased Honda amaze in the month of december, & from the time i purchased this car i faced problem of fluctuation in Horn and relatively fluctuation in air blower, In running condition of Car air blower speed comes down and at the same time horn voice also comes down. I reported this problem to HOnda immediately & they took my car to solve the problem apporx 5-6 times, they changed the horn two times and now a ptehtic horn sound they given but the problem still not solved. Last time when they took my car they said that this is not the problem in the car this is just a feature of our car. Really rubbish, fluctuation of horn and blower, how it can be a feature, i tested another honda amaze but this problem was not there. But they said there is no fluctuation in your car and we are not able to hear any fluctuation. WE pay for a new car so that we will live hazzle free, and we dont need to go to sevice centres again and again, but after purchasing this car i have to frequently visit to them. Also after second service the pickup of car goes really down. AC cooling is not upto the mark. They says we dont provide chilling effect in the car, again the childish answer. If this is the feature of the car then why dont they describe this feature to the customers who comes to purchase the car they must tell them. also if this is the feature they knows then why they took my car for whole days so many times just to play ? Now 10 days back 3rd time horn changed when it stopped working again. I am really irritated now because the problem is increasing day by day, now the fluctuation is much much extra.                             THIS CAR IS UR FIRST MOBILIO IN PATIALA .FROM BUYING TIME THERE IS SOUND PROBLEM FROM DOORS IN MY CAR I CHECKED FIVE TIMES TO PRESTIGE HONDA LALLY MOTORS LTD PATIALA AND ALSO A TEAM FROM NOIADA VISIT SERVICE CENTER THEY TAKEN MY CAR THREE DAYS BUT AM STILL FACING THE PROBLEM NOW I AGAIN PUT REQUEST BEFORE 10-12 DAYS THEY SAY ME TEAM VISIT AGAIN BUT IN THESE DAYS I HAVE NO UPDATE AM TOTALLY FED UP PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM OTHERWISE I HAVE TO DO OTHER NECESSARY WHAT CAN BE POSSIBLE ITS TOO MUCH BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA EVEN THIS IS UR FIRST MOBILIO IN PATIALA.I HAVE ALSO HONDA CITY.I LIKE HONDA WHAT AFTER ALL THIS ITS NOT GOOD FEELING FOR HONDA.PLEASE PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

                              i hv purchase new honda amaze frm land mark rajkot car reg, no, GJ03HK0188 and finished 1 FREE service but at the time of delivery some spot of colour in body and sales person said its going when u get service but still colour spot is thir { many space in body } and service not good . when i tall agin colour problem service man and sales person said it s clear but still is thir.

                              ON 11TH OF JUNE I HAD GIVEN MY HONDA AMAZE REG.NO RJ14 CX4528 FOR SERVICE IN PINK CITY HONDA UNDER INSURANCE CLAIM. I HAD REQUESTED THE SERVICE PERSON TO RECTIFY ALL THE SCRATCHES AND DENTS WHAT EVER I HAD TO PAY BILL I WILL PAY. I HAVE RECEIVED MY CAR ON 16/06/2015 BUT THEY HAVE JUST CHANGED THE BACK BUMPER AND ONE DENT WHICH WAS ON REAR LEFT DOOR. IT IS QUITE IRRITATING THAT DESPITE THE ASSURANCE OF PAYING ALL THE DUES MY VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED AS PER MY INSTRUCTION. WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE NOT YET GIVEN MY ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENCE, ORIGINAL RC, OTHER IMPORTANT PAPERS RELATING MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET PROVIDED MY DOCUMENTS. PLEASE SEE THROUGH THE MATTER AS IT HAS RAISED QUESTION MARKS AGAINST HONDA INDIA SERVICE. YOUR QUICK RESPONSE IS AWAITED.

My bike complain is every tme petrol over flow . I showing hero honda showroom . They are cleaning carbator . After changing needile . But prob is not solved . At last they r saying carbator changing . But im not changed . Bcz i saw here one complain box he have same complaint, he changing carbator but prob s not solved . I purchased Honda Amaze by ignoring my friends suggestion for another car with same range. Before experiencing this brand i had “Maruti Dezire” and prior to this i had “Chevrolet Sail”. My friends have many cars from different brands. But i gone with “Honda Amaze” because i had seen best features of Honda Amaze online and Honda sales man elaborated the feature’s of car in very decent manner. Moreover i believe that Honda is one of the trustworthy brand in automobile industry across the world and it has been operated in India for so long. But the image of this brand has changed to me. Now i am regretting because there are continues problems i am facing from the date of purchasing of “Honda Amaze”. I purchased Honda Amaze from Vaishali Honda - Patna on 23/January/2014 at the cost of Rs 7, 82, 276 including VAT with extra warranty and other charges. The car chassis no - MAKDF255AEN025613 and registration number is BR01BY-0641. Now i am telling you the story what happened after purchasing the car. I got the first servicing on 22/Feb/2014 in Honda service centre. After servicing i had gone to Rajrappa temple near Ranchi (Jharkhand) for “POOJA” of my new Honda Amaze. So i drove to Rajrappa temple, while returning i was driving on NH - 30 and suddenly the car break got failed and break pad teared off brutally and wheel rim became very hot, though car was driven only Km-2650 from the date of purchasing. It could be a measure accident but somehow we could save ourself. I made a call to company service manager “Mr. Suraj babu” and spoke everything whatever had happened with us. After this incident i visited service centre and got second service on 22/April/2014. They replace these defective parts PAD, FRONT BRAKE, THE BRAKE DISK BOTH ADD, DISK FR BRAKE 240MM, SET PAD FR BIC5. After this service i was told that there will not be any problem in near future, but nothing could be changed, again wheel rim became too hot after short distance driving only and mileage of the car became too low. So again i inform service centre about this, they called me up and checked the car and took my car in their custody on 11/May/2014 to rectify the problem. After that service centre delivered my car on 26/May/2014 by committing that there will not be any problem in near future because they have changed BOTH CALIPER FRONT FR CALIPER SUB-ASSY L, FR CALIPER SUB-ASSY R, BRAKE FLUID DOT 3 500 ML.extra. But nothing could be changed, again wheel rim became too hot after short distance driving only and Mileage of the car became too low. So again I informed service centre about this, they called me up and checked the car and took my car in their custody on 15/June/2014 to rectify the problem. After that service centre delivered my car on 25/June/2014 by committing again that there will not be any problem in near future because they have changed DISK, FR BRAKE (240MM), REPLACE PAD FRONT BRAKE SET, PAD FR (BIC5, BRAKE FLUID DOTS 500ML. So i talked to Honda Area Manager Mr. Apoorva Verma this time for assurance and he gave the assurance not to happened such things again. But again nothing could be changed, meanwhile i did third servicing of my car on 23/July/2014 and request to all such people ( Service manager Mr. Suraj, Sales manager Mr.Abhishek, General manager Mr. Sultan and Area manager Mr.Apoorva Verma) to kindly ratify the problem or replace the car, because its manufacturing fault. But there is no response till date from their side. Recently i drove my car from ARA to Varanasi, while driving suddenly the car break got failed and break pad teared off brutally and wheel rim became very hot again. This time my car became misbalanced because of break fail and hit one biker from left side and left side of my car got dent. Now may i know who will responsible of all these things. Secondly, The service centre people don’t know, how to treat a customer. They behave with their customers like hell. Can somebody tell me that who has given them such rights to behave with their customers in rude behaviour, especially if any customer is trapped in difficult situation? Now I have few questions to ask from HCIL: * Why have I been given defective car “Honda Amaze” though i paid full payment to Company? * Why have I been tortured by Honda service centre, if car is not rectify properly? * If anything goes wrong while driving then who will be responsible for that accident? * If my car is not rectified properly then why it is not been replaced till date? Moreover i just want to convey to ‘Honda Car India Ltd’ that kindly replace my “Honda Amaze” or refund my payment. I request HCIL don’t force me to take further action against HCIL from different medium/sources, which can spoil the image of the company brutally. I hope Honda is a big brand and it will not spoil the brand value of its product in-front of its customer. I hope company will not disappoint me and will take action ASAP. KL2AATEMPORARY4118 On 21st May 2015, I placed an order at your authorized dealer Muthoot Automotive India Pvt Ltd, Kollam, Kerala, India for a Honda City VMT 2015. The car has been delivered on 05th June 2015, Friday at 2.30 PM with the details as referenced above. When I was about to take the car for a drive on the same day itself, unfortunately I found that the rear view mirror has been dismantled from the windscreen socket. So today, 06th June 2015, I took the car to the same show room to notify them the matter. The show room staffs did not taken the matter seriously and started to fix the mirror by themselves, even though I insisted them to call a professional technician to check the matter. And this non professional approach has been ended up with a crack on my brand new car's windscreen and I left my car in the show room itself and drove back to my home by the courtesy car arranged by the dealer. This happened within 24 hours of the delivery of my car, which is really a shocking experience for me and I never expected such a disappointment when I decided to purchase a brand new car from a well known car producing company. If this is the way a brand new car is treated in an authorized center, how I can assure that in future, my car will be treated or serviced in a proper way. I look forward to solve this matter immediately with the following options 1.Replace the car with another brand new one (kindly note that, now the car is no longer my dream car what I ordered and I drove the car only two times when I collected from the show room and return to the show room). 2. Refund the cash I paid along with the compensation for the difficulties I am going through. I appreciate a prompt reply on this matter at the earliest.                                       I have changed my lockset under warranty at approx 45 to 50000 kms. The key has again wornout at 97800 kms. The local dealer at Aurangabad does not have the key code as he has not updated the same & hence cannot ask Honda for a new key, Their procedure is that you keep the car with them for 5 days. They will send the key to Pune where by tracing the old key a new key would be made which would have the same profile as the wornout key. On phoning Honda customer care for help, they reply that we can only give the nearest dealers telephone number & it seems that they are not there to solve the customers grievences. I had to get the key made locally & it cost me Rs.5000.00

                                        I brought Amaze Petrol 45 days ago, apart of look and comfortableness nothing there in this car. Its taking so much time to move on in top gear. in 3rd taking time to reach 50 from 30, in 4th taking time to reach 80 from 60, in top taking time to reach 80 to 100. Made complain but they said everything is proper. Maruti Omni is overtaking Amaze while speeding Amaze from 80-100! Worst pickup very worst pickup! very disappointed with the way it gives me output on highway where 100 is minimum speed limit! Even power window is consuming so much batter that center light and AC get effected when car is in natural! When car is 20 and you are 2nd gear and putting clutch AC getting effected and horn is blow like there is battery down!
