This is with reference to the issue relating for servicing of Our Car Honda City VX GJ 12 CJ 1698 registered in the name of Mr. Iqbal Hussein Chavda.We would like to inform you that We had provided Our above Car for servicing & damaged condition due to accident issue in your Pioneer Honda Showroom at Gandhidham Six days back.Today it has been Six Days, neither the Servicing has been done nor the damaged condition of Our Car has been resolved. We have received Our Car Back today after continous follow ups that too in damaged condition.Even cleaning, washing, servicing, repair etc has not been done. Even at the time of Accident they had kept Our Car for many days but still the issue was not resolved & work was not done.
This time again while We have send for servicing since six days, there has not been a proper response from the dealer's side & even the body work alongwith repair, cleaning, washing, servicing, maintaining, colour work-nothing has been done since last six days. Now after several follow ups We have received Our Car Back.
Another issue that We faced was while sending the Car for servicing last time We were adviced & guided that they will be providing Car pick up & drop facility, but for two days they did not came for dropping the car back & at third day after our continous follow ups they came at noon instead of morning.
Kindly note We were planning to buy One More Honda City but after the above services & problems creating harassments to the Client, We will have to rethink about it now. We request you to please resolve Our issues within two days i.e. 48 hours as We are facing lots of genuine problems .

I got my car checked on 20/10/2016 at Naksha Enterprises Invoice No. SER-INV-DD[protected].
After the service, I found that from my car glove box, accessories which come with a new car are missing. I asked the guy who brought car up from service area, and he told me to talk to the representative. I informed the service representative handling the car, and he checked in the car and we found that those were kept in the elbow rest box which is between the driver seat and passenger seat. I left the service station thinking that all is well. But unfortunately that was not the case as after few days when I actually checked the box, I found that one of the head-lamp bulb paper box was empty and second one had the bulb, and the seal pouch was also intact. But who removed the bulb from one of the paper white color box. I immediately called the CRM and they informed me that they will look into the matter and get back to me. But have not heard anything from them since then. We as a customer believe them and give the car for service and other things with good spirit but this is not expected from a renowned service centre like Ace Honda. I am seriously thinking on now getting car regularly serviced from Pearl instead as this has shocked me and taken me by surprise.
