Greeting for the day..!!!
I (Uday Prakash Gupta) from Ara ‘Bihar”. I purchased Honda Amaze by ignoring my friends suggestion for another car with same range. Before experiencing this brand i had “Maruti Dezire” and prior to this i had “Chevrolet Sail”. My friends have many cars from different brands. But i gone with “Honda Amaze” because i had seen best features of Honda Amaze online and Honda sales man elaborated the feature’s of car in very decent manner. Moreover i believe that Honda is one of the trustworthy brand in automobile industry across the world and it has been operated in India for so long. But the image of this brand has changed to me. Now i am regretting because there are continues problems i am facing from the date of purchasing of “Honda Amaze”. I purchased Honda Amaze from Vaishali Honda - Patna on 23/January/2014 at the cost of Rs 7, 82, 276 including VAT with extra warranty and other charges. The car chassis no - MAKDF255AEN025613 and registration number is BR01BY-0641. Now i am telling you the story what happened after purchasing the car. I got the first servicing on 22/Feb/2014 in Honda service centre. After servicing i had gone to Rajrappa temple near Ranchi (Jharkhand) for “POOJA” of my new Honda Amaze. So i drove to Rajrappa temple, while returning i was driving on NH - 30 and suddenly the car break got failed and break pad teared off brutally and wheel rim became very hot, though car was driven only Km-2650 from the date of purchasing. It could be a measure accident but somehow we could save ourself. I made a call to company service manager “Mr. Suraj babu” and spoke everything whatever had happened with us. After this incident i visited service centre and got second service on 22/April/2014. They replace these defective parts PAD, FRONT BRAKE, THE BRAKE DISK BOTH ADD, DISK FR BRAKE 240MM, SET PAD FR BIC5. After this service i was told that there will not be any problem in near future, but nothing could be changed, again wheel rim became too hot after short distance driving only and mileage of the car became too low. So again i inform service centre about this, they called me up and checked the car and took my car in their custody on 11/May/2014 to rectify the problem. After that service centre delivered my car on 26/May/2014 by committing that there will not be any problem in near future because they have changed BOTH CALIPER FRONT FR CALIPER SUB-ASSY L, FR CALIPER SUB-ASSY R, BRAKE FLUID DOT 3 500 ML.extra. But nothing could be changed, again wheel rim became too hot after short distance driving only and Mileage of the car became too low. So again I informed service centre about this, they called me up and checked the car and took my car in their custody on 15/June/2014 to rectify the problem. After that service centre delivered my car on 25/June/2014 by committing again that there will not be any problem in near future because
they have changed DISK, FR BRAKE (240MM), REPLACE PAD FRONT BRAKE SET,
PAD FR (BIC5, BRAKE FLUID DOTS 500ML. So i talked to Honda Area Manager Mr. Apoorva Verma this time for assurance and he gave the assurance not to happened such things again. But again nothing could be changed, meanwhile i did third servicing of my car on 23/July/2014 and request to all such people ( Service manager Mr. Suraj, Sales manager Mr.Abhishek, General manager Mr. Sultan and Area manager Mr.Apoorva Verma) to kindly ratify the problem or replace the car, because its manufacturing fault. But there is no response till date from their side. Recently i drove my car from ARA to Varanasi, while driving suddenly the car break got failed and break pad teared off brutally and wheel rim became very hot again. This
time my car became misbalanced because of break fail and hit one biker from left side and left side of my car got dent. Now may i know who will responsible of all these things. Secondly, The service centre people don’t know, how to treat a customer. They behave with their customers like hell. Can somebody tell me that who has given them such rights to behave with their customers in rude behaviour, especially if any customer is trapped in difficult situation?
Now I have few questions to ask from HCIL:
* Why have I been given defective car “Honda Amaze” though i paid full payment to Company?
* Why have I been tortured by Honda service centre, if car is not rectify properly?
* If anything goes wrong while driving then who will be responsible for that accident?
* If my car is not rectified properly then why it is not been replaced till date?
Moreover i just want to convey to ‘Honda Car India Ltd’ that kindly replace my “Honda Amaze” or refund my payment. I request HCIL don’t force me to take further action against HCIL from different medium/sources, which can spoil the image of the company brutally. I hope Honda is a big brand and it will not spoil the brand value of its product in-front of its customer. I hope company will not disappoint me and will take action ASAP.

Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I got my car checked on 20/10/2016 at Naksha Enterprises Invoice No. SER-INV-DD[protected].
After the service, I found that from my car glove box, accessories which come with a new car are missing. I asked the guy who brought car up from service area, and he told me to talk to the representative. I informed the service representative handling the car, and he checked in the car and we found that those were kept in the elbow rest box which is between the driver seat and passenger seat. I left the service station thinking that all is well. But unfortunately that was not the case as after few days when I actually checked the box, I found that one of the head-lamp bulb paper box was empty and second one had the bulb, and the seal pouch was also intact. But who removed the bulb from one of the paper white color box. I immediately called the CRM and they informed me that they will look into the matter and get back to me. But have not heard anything from them since then. We as a customer believe them and give the car for service and other things with good spirit but this is not expected from a renowned service centre like Ace Honda. I am seriously thinking on now getting car regularly serviced from Pearl instead as this has shocked me and taken me by surprise.
