I would like to mention that my Honda City idtec with reg num KA02MJ9113 and 18400kms mileage is having a faulty rotor due to which there is steering vibration while braking around 80 to 100kms and above. So I left my car on 3/06/ 2015 at Magnum honda service station yeshwanthpur, bangalore where they are telling that it cannot be replaced and also they are charging for rotor phasing while the vehicle is under warranty. I would also like to mention that one of the tyre has developed a bubble for which they are taking more time sort it out. Since I need my car for daily purpose this delay could not be tolerated.

    Dear Sir, I got my car serviced at Naksha Enterprises ( ACE HONDA), NOIDA on 1st june'15. While I was driving home in the evening I noticed there are many spots on wind screen. I have a bad experience of service at this center so I stopped the car and tried to clean the wind screen then I could understand that spot were on the wind screen from inner side which were actually by some spray which was used on dash board. Spray got deposited and couldn't remove by cloth. I called the agency next day twice but to no avail other than false promise to call back. Today on 3rd June I called again to service supervisor Mr Santosh, his in charge Mr Neeraj and Head Service but no one gave heed to it, casually they responded when our men would be free we will try to resolve it in 2 days. I can tolerate the faults but irresponsible behavior of customer support is deplorable. Please look into it and get the things set right. Thanks; Sandeep Raizada, UP14 CF/ 7779

    Hello,
    I got my car checked on 20/10/2016 at Naksha Enterprises Invoice No. SER-INV-DD[protected].
    After the service, I found that from my car glove box, accessories which come with a new car are missing. I asked the guy who brought car up from service area, and he told me to talk to the representative. I informed the service representative handling the car, and he checked in the car and we found that those were kept in the elbow rest box which is between the driver seat and passenger seat. I left the service station thinking that all is well. But unfortunately that was not the case as after few days when I actually checked the box, I found that one of the head-lamp bulb paper box was empty and second one had the bulb, and the seal pouch was also intact. But who removed the bulb from one of the paper white color box. I immediately called the CRM and they informed me that they will look into the matter and get back to me. But have not heard anything from them since then. We as a customer believe them and give the car for service and other things with good spirit but this is not expected from a renowned service centre like Ace Honda. I am seriously thinking on now getting car regularly serviced from Pearl instead as this has shocked me and taken me by surprise.

        I booked a Honda SMT plus (CNG) on 18th May 2015 with Infinity Honda and I was promised a delivery within a week but the delivery was kept on extended for more than a week when finally the dealer told me they don't have the approvals to sell CNG cars. What felt more deceiving was hoe hard they had tried to push me to buy this car without CNG and get the CNG fitted afterwards when available (I was told all the delay was because of the unavailability of the CNG kit). Felt like conned when realized how close I were to buy the CNG story and take out the car from the showroom. In this parching heat when car was an emergency for me I have been kept awaited on false promises. I mean who is responsible if I meet an accident over my two wheeler or get a heat stroke while driving over highway at a temperature over forty degree celsius. I have been made to look like a fool in front of my friends and relatives for all the delivery dates I have been sharing with them. But I have been a honda customer so far and know very well that technology won't deceive thus going with the same car from another dealer. The only good part is the refund I got on time. Hope this one keeps his words.

            Dear All, This is with reference to the issue relating for servicing of Our Car Honda City VX GJ 12 CJ 1698 registered in the name of Mr. Iqbal Hussein Chavda.We would like to inform you that We had provided Our above Car for servicing & damaged condition due to accident issue in your Pioneer Honda Showroom at Gandhidham Six days back.Today it has been Six Days, neither the Servicing has been done nor the damaged condition of Our Car has been resolved. We have received Our Car Back today after continous follow ups that too in damaged condition.Even cleaning, washing, servicing, repair etc has not been done. Even at the time of Accident they had kept Our Car for many days but still the issue was not resolved & work was not done. This time again while We have send for servicing since six days, there has not been a proper response from the dealer's side & even the body work alongwith repair, cleaning, washing, servicing, maintaining, colour work-nothing has been done since last six days. Now after several follow ups We have received Our Car Back. Another issue that We faced was while sending the Car for servicing last time We were adviced & guided that they will be providing Car pick up & drop facility, but for two days they did not came for dropping the car back & at third day after our continous follow ups they came at noon instead of morning. Kindly note We were planning to buy One More Honda City but after the above services & problems creating harassments to the Client, We will have to rethink about it now.               i have got my first service done by Abhikaran Honda Bhopal on[protected], I bought my car on 30March15, unethical behaviour was seen by the team members may be because of paid service, car was taken for service but was given in same condition without opening the bonnet neither serviced nor cleaned, and treated unwell by the assistant manager and the team when the problem was traced. Unexpected service was seen by a big brand Honda. I got my complaint registered a week before but yet not resolved, i think i have done a mistake buying a brand Honda for the fist time also Bhopal seriously requires another franchisee of Honda.

                I have purchased a Honda Amaze car (CNG) version on 25th Feb 2015 from Classic Motor. CNG kit fitted in my car on 7th April 2015. on drive I found pickup problem and raised complain within a weeks time after CNG fitted by Company and visited Classic Motor on 25th April 2015 for rectify the pickup-problem. Unfortunately the person who done the job of CNG fitting unable to remove the problem but tried to justify that CNG care below 20 KM speed have this kind of problem so when car come below 20 Km speed to get proper pickup I have to apply 1st gear. Car will take take time to pickup. this argument is not acceptable to me as I am using CNG cars from last more than 8 years. In Maruti car this kind of problem does not faced even in Honda city care I got CNG fitted from outside market have no such problem. Again on 25th Car sent for 2nd service with mentioning the pickup problem but nothing was rectify. If this is a problem for Honda Amaze CNG version company should have to find the reason of problem of do not fit CNG and spoil HONDA Name in India. I have no way to get my CNG repaired from Maruti Showroom or remove CNG Kit and waste Rs 54000 cost of CNG charged by Classic Motor. Please get this problem rectify at the earliest. before my decision to take-up matter with Maruti and get fault repaired in their Showroom. hope for quick reply.                   Car keys were left inside the car & car lock was locked bearing Reg No. GA 04 C 6561 on 09.05.2015 in Bangalore. Complained to AKSHARA MOTORS, KANAKAPURA ROAD, BANGALORE. Service persons arrived at site & suggested to break open the rear door glass to remove unlock the car. I tried to convince them that there will be some other options to unlock the car. But they did not listen to me. After that I called upon service head of AKSHARA MOTORS & tried to convince, but in vain. I got a reply that immediately take decision of breaking the glass or else service person will go back. After that I took a hard decision of breaking the glass. Ultimately glass was broken & refitted at the service station with a cost of 1000/- (Invoice No. SER-INV-DD[protected] Still I believe that being such a reputed company there will be simple solution to unlock the car by taking consent of the owner with some proper authentication. Request to go through this complaint seriously so that next time if this repeats i will have a solution for the same

                    1. Parts never available ( cabin light problem since delivery still unsolved ) 2. Horn ( already replaced issue continues) 3. Behavior of service advisor is pathetic, I'll mannered, doesn't know how to talk to customer, very rude.) 4. Parts like boot screw and fuel tank opener went missing. 5. Work never done properly at once causes excessive mental harassment and proper guidance to work ( if I guide them how to work then what are they there for ?) 6. Back bumper got replaced, wasn't polished even after giving them the car for the second time. 7. Breaks the superb back camera screen that "HONDA " provided not thinking about their reputation. 8. Destroyed my perfectly working back sensors. And then said replaced them ( wanted black money). And hence saying back sensor won't be resolved. Such great services. 9. Assumes the time customer have all the time in the world to spare on them. 10. Damages the car by putting paint protection. 11. No actions taken after repeatedly complaining 12. Side mirrors is very tight and after telling the advisor several time it did not make it flexible and the outside mirror of the car comes out even when slightly touched. 13. Second service was not done properly, air filter wasn't checked after telling them there is a milage drop after second then they replaced my air filter which should have been done during second service instead of after constant complain and asking them to find out the problem.

                      Dear Sir, Damage rear bumper of car was replaced with new one under the claim on dt 13.02.2015 at Kapsons Engineers Pvt Ltd, H-153, Sect-63, Noida with Inv no SER-INV-DD076B[protected] after the accident on the same date. During the regular service on dt 23.05.2015 at BAS Engineering Pvt Ltdm A-2, Udyog Nagar Ind. Area, Peera Garhi, New Delhi . It was informed by service engineer that Silencer of car was not properly fixed during the last repairing at Service Centre/Workshop It was found bend slightly inside (became short in length because of stroke) as informed in service and was not repaired with bumper replacement by Kapsons Engineers Pvt Ltd, But This Workshop is shut down now. Silencer sounds from rear in standing position when starts & off when car vibrates during accelerations.                         I got a new Honda City SV-CVT Automatic 2015 Model (Reg no: DL3CCG1324) in March 2015 and I have been constantly complaining about the mileage that I am getting on the car. The advertised average on the car and as per sales rep Vijay at the Southend Honda in Saket, New Delhi I was told that car gives an average of 18 KM/PL but to my surprise the car has giving me the average of 6.5 to 7.5 KM/PL which is less than the 50% of the advertised average. My monthly fuel bills have risen up crazily and I have stopped driving the car because of the gas it guzzles. I am again driving my old car as the average of that car (10 Yr Old) is at least more than the new Honda City. My and wife dreams are shattered and we are very disturbed with this buy. I have repeatedly complaint to Honda 121 as well but though the complaints shows up in there system but no message or email has been received for the same. I was asked to take my car to the service center and even after that the average has improved by 0.5 KM/PL. My first servicing of the car is done and I was told the average will improve after that but nothing happened. I am genuinely not interested in this car anymore as I feel cheated and my hard earned money has bought myself into further misery. I would like to return this car and require FULL REFUND. Please take appropriate actions or let me know if it requires to get in touch with any higher ups in Honda or write a letter to the Japanese counterpart, I will be happy to do so. Thanks!                           I purchase a mobilo car on jan 8 2015. Yesterday nite I was well coverd checked my car there is no prblm .byt tdy mrng I observe a crack on the front mirror in L shaped.i contact the compny they says this is due to fall coconut something on the glass and no warranty .but there is no chance for that bcZ car is in the porch well coverd there is no coconut tree behind it .                             I had recent booked one top model of Brio from Eastern Honda, Kolkata. After taking the bokking amount of rs 1 lac, after about 15 days on inquiry regarding delivery of the vehicle I am shocked to hear that the Company has stopped making the model which has been booked and instead I am told that you take another model. When we insist to return our money back, I get a call from some senior person apologizing for the same and telling us that as the delivery was getting delayed thats why their salesman lied to us. Anyway because of commitment of the senior person we didnt take the money back and paid the full amount. But again even after making the full payment I am not able to use the car and it is more than a month and car is still not registered and more importantly the dealer is least bothered. Even registered a complaint with Honda on its toll free number didnt help as they again reverted back to Dealer without even bothering to find out whether our matter is sorted out or not. taking customers for a ride, selling cars making false promises. Have asked for my money back. Please think twice before buying honda cars going by my experience.

                              Dear Sir, I need your help regarding a problem related to my new Honda Mobilio car (reg no WB 06L 4181). On 6th April 2016 I took the car for 2nd service to the Anandapur, E M Bypass (Chandrani Enterprises Services Pvt. Ltd). Sayantan Paladhi was the service advisor. Problem started while the car was being delivered after the service. My driver wanted to check the car. And, he found out that the sit parts were broken & lying behind the car. My driver was told, it was already broken. My driver called me up to let me know. After that I called up several times to the service line. I was told that the service advisor was not reachable at his cell. Then I took the phone number of the advisor& his manager. After several attempts his manager picked-up the phone, but could not provide any information since he was having lunch. I finally receive a call back, I was told that a part has been broken while the car was being washed. Right now this can't be fixed due to unavailability of the parts. It has already been ordered, I'll be notified as soon as it arrives. Even after 45 days I have received no intimation regarding this. My car is not fully usable, back sits can't be used. I called-up a couple of times. Response was "this is a small part, it may take more time". I was requested to check in the later part of next week (every time I called) if the parts are available by then. There is no assurance. I really find it extremely difficult to associate this service experience with one of my most favourite brand like Honda. I'm particularly upset with the attempts to hand over the car with defects, then false claims to pass the blames & then not owning up the problem even after accepting the faults.                                 dear sir we have purchased bharti axa insurance for honda car now i had sent my car for repair so your dealer comments that u have not purchase policy from us so u have to lodge claim from your end and we will not do any assistance for making claim so i think it becomes mandatory for us that if we purchase honda car then will move as per your direction.so i feel very bad for a company like honda .so since last 1 year getting continue issues for service so i request to check the maternal resolve the issue.                                   Unexpected and poor experience with Abhikaran Honda Bhopal during first service

                                  This was my Honda city first service with Abhikaran Honda Bhopal, my car was bought on 30th March 2015, its chassis number MAKGM653CF4100812, registered at the name of Chander Medical during my first service that was done on 19 of May 2015 my experience was negative neither my car was properly cleaned & washed nor the bonnet was seems to be opened even once as after looking the same I asked the assistant manager to fulfill the negligence...

                                  sir we HAVE booked a honda city Silver CO LOUR v mt model petrol from your dealer in jaipur named sunshine honda on 09.05.2015 WE HAVE TO LIFT CAR ON 20.05.2015 AS WE ARE GIVING GIFT TO SOMEONE NEAR AND SAME THING WE HAVE TOLD TO SUNSHINE HONDA . THEY HAVE GIVEN CONFIRMATION FOR THE SAME AND TAKEN 51000/- AS ADVANCE MONEY FROM US. BUT IN BETWEEN WHEN WE VISIT THEIR SHOWROOM YESTERDAT, THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT COMPANY HAS GIVEN DIFFERENT COLOUR . AS WE GIVEN PRIOR COMMITMENT TO SOMEONE .ITS BECOME VERY PAIN FULL FOR US IF WE CANNIT RECEIVED DELIVERY TOMORROW, , 20.05.2015 THEY HAVE TOLD US TO TALK TO COMPANY, , AS HONDA COMPANY IS NOT DESIGN TO THEIR DEALERS .. WE REQUEST YOU TO PLS LOOK INTO MATTER AS ITS BECOME VERY PAINFULL FOR US AND ITS ALSO DIMINISH IMAGE OF HONDA CARS FROM THE YESTERDAY WE GAVE CALLED COMPANY MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE COMES TILL THIS TIME I AM ENCLOSING SLIP OF OUR DEALER OF RS 51000/- TAKEN BY THEM AND REQUEST YOU NOT TO PRESSURE US FOR ANY OF LEGAL REMEDY .                                     I Bought a honda city 2014 top model (reg no. UP53BN0007 ) about a year ago from paradise honda, Gorakhpur.its been a year and am facing many problems from honda...Like the latest one..recently my car met an accident at lko-gkp highway...my car was coverd with honda assure bajaj aliance insurance...6 days ago i gave my car for a claim of my tyre and alloy as my tyre bursted and alloy was damaged but anyhow i managed to reach gkp...now insurance company refused my claim saying "we cant give a claim of tyre and allow only " they want injury to the people sitting in th car...they told me if it was a siviour damage they would have approved my claim...what the hell is honda doing this? is this service they give to customer? i want a answer from honda asap.. please tak a strict action on this! right now i hav my car at the service center so i dont hav a photo proof but i will provide it by tommorw!

                                      HI, My self Sunny, i bought a new CBF STUNNER ON[protected], from ROHINI HONDA BHUDH VIHAR, DL11SL0822, CHASIS NUMBER 8144472, ENGINE NUMBER 85164423. but when i recieve changed bike i noticed that the back frame of the body is not properly fit and moving more than other bike of the same type (LIKE OTHER CBF STUNNER) . as i mention this problem then the manager said it is a minor error of nut and bolt will be corrected on your first service, On MY first service when i told the mechanic and the manager of the service centre for the same, they reply that this is a manufacturing defect from the company and cannot be rule out, more over they said this problem is with all stunner bike, DESPITE OF SEVERAL MAILS, , NIETHER THE SERVICE CENTRE NOR THE COMPANY SOLVE MY ISSUE
