    to the manager or concerned person .. pick up and delivery car service had to be done today, , car went from my place early morning, , i had explained the service man who came to pick up my car about everything what had to be done because these things were not done earlier when the car went for a service months ago.. ..it is a honda city numbered UP 80 CL 3319 .. i had strictly told the person the light and horn dont work properly.after the car being delivered backto my office from service, , there is no improvement at all. the left side light even does not work at all i think honda wants up to drive the car without horn and lights..dont these people check these things if they work or not before delivering the cars back ... car being filthy inside, , even after telling the service man i think who told me he had joined this service center on the 9th of this month, , i told him again and again that all the dirt inside should be removed but these kind of complaints honda usually ignores ..filthy dirty from inside with crums of something fallen on the seats like the service man had eaten something on the way back..dirty marks which were rubbed around and inside ..were not removed touching had to be done where ever they were scratches ..but nothing done, , instead of doing these things in the service center, , the service man bought a paint bottle from the company and was starting to do it outside my office are you people servicing cars or bicycles, , 3900 i had paid to the person according to the bill he gave me ..but i could not understand on what issues were the money charged, , anything i asked him, , any particular amount charged for what particular thing, , he could not answer me anything, , he had no information about anything done in the car, , so i dont know what did i pay for, , , next time it willl not be able for me to give my car for service if i cant come over there, , service is done just like my car washed normally at a washing place just for 100 or 200 rs, , doesnt look like it has come from honda, , which is a reputed and competing company where even my uncle has worked in japan, , in tokyo, .for 25 years in a honda agency at a top post ..currently i am living with my father here but i reside mostly in london ...had a very bad experienced here, , being a fan of honda i did not know that it is a local company.. if there is any class service you are providing it must be below third claas for sure please i would advise the service center owner or manager to check all the cars himself when the cars are leaving the service center at the gate like a watchman third class standard service what we call in india - kaam chalau kaam.. i dont think you people will expect us to come back there specially from 20, 30kms specially just to fix the light which is important ..i hope you people may mind yourselves, , as tomorrow i will filing a complaint against your manger in agra service center where i had sent my car to unexperienced people, , never faced such problems before with my ca like this really frustrated and dissapointed, , , i need immediate assistance with the company service people that they should come and take my car and fix every thing in it at their all expenses including their fuel costs, , , i did not know that at the service center theyb also take out the petrol having a range diffrence of 100 kms, , and the car covering a didtance of only 30 35 kms going and coming back..as soon as possible assistance i need from the manager as i am not going to go back to the service center to fix the light specially or even wait till next service .and would not even tell them to take a cloth and please cleane it from inside, some manual work is required, , , pick up and delivery service must not be given by you people as you people dont deserve it .. my name is rahul walia my email - [protected]@gmail.com i need a response by the person corcerned reading this emal..and a quick solution as i have mentioned above oon as possible ..nothing done at all just getting my money wasted ..i think only a 3900 rs wash has done by you people ... rahul walia agra

      Dated: 15.5.2015 To Honda Motors Co., Ltd. India (Through AKC Motors (Pvt.) Ltd. Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana) Sub.: Complaint for Suitable Compensation on Account of Sudden Technical Defect in Clutch Plates of Newly Purchased Honda-City Model-SV Petrol Car with marketed Caption – ‘Peace of Mind, Insured.’ Sir / Madam Kindly peruse the following facts for further necessary action: 1. I purchased a new Honda-City Model-SV Petrol Car from AKC Motors (Pvt.) Ltd. Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana on 1.5.2014 and had driven only about 3500 Kms. 2. On 9.5. 2015 as we had gone to Chail and Shimla (a hill station in Himachal Pradesh which is about 250 Kms from Ludhiana), for a two day family visit to take a break from our very busy work schedule. When I reached near Sadhu Pul and was driving upwards, the car developed some technical problem and the accelerator stopped picking up speed with the result that the car was hit from one side by a truck causing some scratches and damaging the side mirror. The car became totally immobile and I and my family were totally helpless in unknown area. Then I contacted the helpline number given on the Bonet ([protected]) of the car who in turn asked me to contact toll free number[protected]. I many times called this number and could’t contacts anybody. Then of my own tried to find out the nearby Honda Car agency with the help of the Ludhiana agency and could find out a nearby Honda car agency Lally Automobiles, Kumar Hatti, Solan. But being Saturday the agency was closed. However, we took the car with the help of a pick-up van to Lally Automobiles, Kumar Hatti, Solan (H.P) and insisted for immediate help. The agency people then arranged to replace the clutch plates and we were given the car at midnight. My daughter and other family members were terribly upset and developed serious health problems. We had to abandon all our visit programs and further journey to Shimla and had to come back to Ludhiana. 3. On reaching back I contacted the AKC Motors (Pvt.) Ltd. Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana for other repairs of the car which is in progress with the help of insurance company. 4. However, we have suffered very seriously without any intentional fault of ours as follows: A. RSA personnel did not help us while we were in terrible situation surrounded by serious danger being in unknown area with my young daughter and other family members around. B. The brand new car which has just covered about 3500 Kms only has let us down developing a serious technical defect in the clutch plates of the car, though where the caption was: ‘Peace of Mind, Insured’ and we were otherwise carrying a very high image about the Honda City car and presumed that we are driving a safe car. But our trust has been terribly shaken. C. We had to suffer without any fault of ours, as follows: i. Repair of Car at Kumar Hatti - Rs. 5000/- ii. Pick-Up van Expenses - Rs. 5000/- iii. Petrol charges - Rs. 4000/- iv. Loss on account of cancellation of arrangement - Rs. 30, 000/- v. Physically & Mentally Harassment - Rs. 50.000/- Total - Rs. 94, 000/- It is, therefore, requested to kindly look into matter seriously and compensate the undersigned innocent customer of a Honda City car who has very badly suffered on account of a technical defect developed in the new Honda City car which has just covered a distance of about 3500 Kms only. It is further requested to kindly take the appropriate decision into the matter at the earliest and not later than one month from the date of issue of this letter failing which the matter shall be taken further to the public scrutiny and legal relief as per law.         Dear Sir, I have purchased a Activa 125 CC (UK-07 BH-7253) on 17 Jan, 2015. There is minor accident of scooty due to rainy season it skids during my office time. My self submitted the scooty in Patelnagar workshop, dehradun on 4 May, 2015. I am regularly contacting to workshop but contact numbers[protected] and[protected] are not working and persons are not giving positive response then I personally visited to workshop on 13 may then workshop manager is saying that parts of scooty are not available. I am surprised that honda parts are not available in Dehradun city. They told me that call us in 2 days. I called them after 2 days and again they are saying that call us in 5 days. Although My scooty is in under ICICI Lombard™ Insurance‎ and there is minor accident no one parts are broken. I am very unsatisfied with service of Honda in Dehradun. There is no pick and drop facility for service of scooty. I can not visit the workshop during office time regularly.           I purchase honda amaze in 2013 may from aspen honda baroda. My car give not specific average. It gives only 18 to 19 km.pl.regular service time i complain for this but not solved. And front driver side glass did not work from purchase time.but no response from company. My name is amul. H. Shah. Car reg no is Gj 17 ah 8883.

            Hi I bought a new honda car diesel vx optional from deep honda showroom bathinda, currently I am working in ludhiana so I took the demonstration from vidhata honda ludhiana, as my address proof is of bathinda so I bought the car from there onlyWhile demostration at vidhata the sales executive told me this is a new version vx optional with video cd player and navigation optionBut when I bought and start using it I found customer can see video only after pulling the hand brakeI again visit vidhata showroom regarding this he told me this is a govt policy and they dont allow it, I request him that I bought this model only bcoz of videoplayer and spend approx to 30k more, but they told me if they change the wiring then warranty will void which is of 4 years including the extended warrantlyWhile interacting GM of vidhata honda regarding my concern he told me to inquire only from deep honda where i bought and he is not going to help me i send the mail also to honda customer care but no resolution thanks davinder walia [protected]

                MY HERO HONDA PASSION PLUS BIKE NUMBERED KL 56B 6754 SUBMIT ON 20.04.2015 AT RACE MOTORS BALUSSERY, CALICUT, YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE TO SOLVE PROBLEM . FIRSTLY THEY SAID ME TO CHANGE CARBORATOR TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY SAYS THAT TO CHANGE THE PISTON ALSO. THEY DONE THE BOTH WORK, BUT DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. TWO DAYS BEFORE THEY SAID THAT THEY CANT UNDER STAND THE PROBLEM OF BIKE. THE BIKE RUN ONLY 26000 THOUSAND KM. THERE IS NO REPLY FROM UR SERVICE CENTER . THIS IS THE 24 TH DAY WHICH I SUBMIT THE BIKE FOR SERVICE. I[censored] CANT SOLVE THE PROBLEM I HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. THERE LOT OF DIFFICULTIES FOR ME IN THIS REGARD.                   I have booked Honda Mobilio in the name of my wife Deepa Rajesh in M/S Southern Honda, Tirunelveli. I paid the paymeny of 9L through RTGS and vehicle was registered temporarily and delivered to me on 29/04/2015. While receiving the document I was stunned to notice the mistake in the name of my wife in Insurance policy and temporary registration. Immediately I told the representatives. They told that it will be corrected within two days. Till today it is not corrected. The representatives told that the policy is already corrected. They are bluffing that the corrected policy is couriered to my address. I have not received any courier. I asked the representative to give the policy details so that I can check on line. But they are not responding. Because of this I am not able to register my vehicle. All these happened because the things were handled in a unprofessional manner at the dealer. Kindly resolve the issue.

                    I purchased Honda city on 21/03/2015 I book that car on 15/01/2015 that time I clearly mention to sale person i don't want extended warranty and RSA but dealer assured me he is going to cancel the both ( RSA and extended warranty ) within one week from date of delivery but its more than 40 days i did not get my money back kindly help to get my money back

                      I had purchased an activa from the dealer. They had charged me 950 rs for permanent registration and 450 for temporary registration. 20days had lapsed since I had got the delivery but I had not received my permanent number. Today when I approached them they told me that I have to call the rta agent and get it done. Moreover they have charged me a hypothecation charge of 200 Rs which is actually 100Rs as per the receipt and have also charged 11.4% as fitment charges to fix the accessories for which no bill was provided to me. Today when I called up the RTA agent he said i would have to shell out an amount of Rs350 towards signage and miscellaneous charges. Request you to look into the charges inform us on the genuine charges.

                        We have booked Honda Amaze S AT golden brown colour on 10th Feb15 in Capital Honda Showroom in OMR Chennai and the car has not been delivered yet even after 4 months. The showroom Manager informed that they did not receive the confirmation of delivery in the May cycle also. The dealer is still not able to confirm when the car will be delivered. Appreciate your help to confirm the delivery schedule.

                          My Honda activa fork problem started when I purchased itself and when i report complaint in the showroom they said that I hit some where and they are trying to make that complaint in my risk and they said it cant be replaced to replace I should give money I reported in scooters first service itself and that time they said that its because of the product is new...

                          I bought new activa3g.. after delivery frm shwroom whn i drive it, i notice that its hande is tilted on left side, i do complaint and agency mechanic said it is not a problem of fork, he just do little setting of handle, now the handle is ok but during driving when i release the hande activa move to right side, is it normal to all or there is any fault?

                            Hi, I would like to apprise you that I am facing lot of problems with your companies Dealer Prestige Honda Chandigarh in INDIA. I had booked a Honda CRV ( 2 lts /automatic ) on 22nd April 14 vide receipt no 677 under Saurabh Goswami s name but till date I have not received the vehicle or any confirmation, every time I contact the dealer, they say it will take another week or ten days . I was told at the time of booking the vehicle that surely I will get the car within 30 days . Now I ve heard from them that Honda has not manufactured an automatic CRV this month and I will have to wait till June . I have been driving Honda cars since 2004 but seeing the service and the way they are handling my booking I will never recommend HONDA to anyone.                               Sir I have booked my honda cvt silver on 25 th February 2015 at ring road honda udyog nagar peera garhi New Delhi . I was informed by mr Anil Kumar on April 2nd that I will get my car dilivered on 29 th April but now they r saying the car cannot be dilivered as they have no car Iam complaining for this on honda 121 customer care and there is no response and showroom people are not giving any response I think the car I was supposed to be dilivered on29 th April have been blacked by showroom and 121 is also not co operating Now what should I do .                                 I purchased Honda Mobilio in October 2014 Car No MH12 LJ2282 I have done nearly 6000 km and finished three free services Despite pointing out to the dealer Crystal Honda that the mileage per km that I am getting is a poor 9.5km/litre with driver only occupancy they have been unable to do anything about it After the third service the mileage has gone worse to 8.8 I do not drive in bumper to bumper traffic Even on the Mumbai Expressway the mileage does not exceed 11.5 This is far below the assured mileage of 17km/litre This is clearly a defect in the car Please have the vehicle examined by a competent person The other problem I have is poor quality of paint Even the slightest brush removes the paint I never had this problem in the two previous cars I owned Hyundai i10 which I drove for 4 years till Oct 2014 and Hyundai Accent which I drove for 8 years till Oct 2010

                                  I just bought Honda City almost two months from Submit Honda Automobile Company in Thailand. Now I have a problem. My car makes a noise "crack" when it raeched 40km/h after I started and moved for the first time. After that the noise didnot occure again without turning off the engine and starting it again. I noticed the noise will occured at the first time if I started my car and reached 40km/h. Then i can drive my car without the noise while I am driving all the way. Nowadays, I can see lots people complain and ask each other like me on some websites in Thailand, but Honda Thailand don`t care and don`t notify the customers what happen about the noise. Honda in Thailand ignored customer`s complaints.Now I worried about the problem that occured with my car. I think everyone want to get the help from Honda for analyzing what does the noise come from? and why does the car make the noise when it reached 40km/h. I hope you can reveal what happen to my car and help us with sincerely. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you. Pannarat

                                      I am literally feeling cheated by courtesy honda wazirpur.. I have just purchased a honda city vmt petrol model silver colour. I have purchased it for my marriage purpose which when they came to know started their black mailing. First they dont deliver me my choice of variant, i have chosen smt or svmt in form. And i have filled orchid white or tefta white colour. I was forced to pick the delivery of vmt silver colour (which was costly as well as not my choice of colour) Helplessly when i agreed for their variant and colour, they delibrately dint intimate me of required documents. Result of which was me, my elder brother and my father were sitting for 3 hours in their showroom just 2 days prior to my marriage. After a lot of chaos and heated arguememt they accepted their fault. They delivered the car in their own fake number plate. I have provided 3 options for registration numbers. And today when i asked for number plate i get to know that they have registered the car in some other number (again the number i havent chosed). In complete deal they again and again repeated only 1 thing. You are getting the delivery of honda city petrol model that is more than enough to expect from us. totally unprofessional and unethical behaviour. Its my dignity that i am not mentioning the names of the female sales executive and deputy sales manager. This was my first and last deal in honda cars. Shame on you.

                                        Honda dealerships worse than a road-side shop I booked a Honda City VMT through Pearl Honda Gurgaon, Haryana, India on 11th Jan 2015 and so far after a period of 3.5 months (2nd May 2015), I'm still waiting for the car to be delivered. The entire payment has been made to the dealership and they are just sitting on it without any botheration to deliver the car. I was initially informed that car would be delivered by 30th March-then shifted to 4th April-then 7th April-14th April-25th April. After numerous calls, complaints and personal visits, they do not have a satisfactory response. Reasons cited by them are - there are QA issues at Honda end, the system are down, car was to come today evening however not yet delivered. Is it an MNC or a road side garage? Looks like Honda has no process or visibility on what will be delivered and when. A road side shop perhaps would have a better visibility on their stock. This has caused mental agony and hardships as we urgently needed the vehicle. A complaint on the Honda website has not yielded any results either. Looks like Honda is living in 18th Century with no customer complaint redressal form.
