Dear Sir,
I have booked my Honda Amaze car on 13th Dec at SHREE CARS
PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN U50102WB201 3PTC199089 ), Kolkata and the car has been delivered to me
on 23rd Jan 2015 (Chasis No: MAKDF153AFN102465), registration no: WB -06L-5257.
Very next day after receiving the car, I noticed that there
is problem of the car’s horn (sometimes both horns are working sometime only
one horn) which I let Honda customer service of Sreehonda know about the issue
and they asked me to take the car with their service center.
Then I visited their service center for first free service, I raised the horn issue with them, they done the first service along with they
told me that they replaced the Low-horn and confirmed me
that the problem has been rectified, I believe their word and received the car but while I drove back to
my home I noticed that the problem was not resolved, same problem persists .
Very next day again I talked to their customer service
person and complain about the same, they asked me to reach their service center
with the car, this time they replaced High-Horn and they confirmed me that don't worry, we have checked everything, the problem has been resolved but again I noticed
very next day that the problem still persists, it has not resolved .
Third time I complained about the issue and escalated to their
Saled Quality Manager, Sheuli Ghosh after my complain they send their driver to pick up my car and they
spent two whole day just to resolve the simple horn issue ..they kept on saying
to me the they are directly working Honda technical staff to identify the issue
.even after spending two days they couldn't completely resolve the issue .
They told me that they identified one electrical circuit
issue which they resolved but I need to take the car with their service center
after one week because Honda technical team suggested to replace the horn with
their new upgraded horn .
Now my point is if Honda is aware about the horn issue, why
don't they resolve it and they are harassing the customer again and again.
I am being a new
customer where I spent aprx 7 lac for this car and if I have to suffer like this,
then it is really unfortunate, I can’t believe, this kind of service I can get from a company like
Honda.
I am doubting whether Sreehonda, the dealer has efficient
technical staff to give best service to the customer, they are not structure
enough from the very first day I have noticed . I am working in a company like
IBM, we know how to give the best service to my clients . But you don’t know. Sorry
to say that.
They don't care about the customer satisfaction .
Its my unrest request if someone is there to address my
issue and guide me on this.
