I have booked a Honda Amaze on 30th Jan 2015 by the name of Dipin Sachdeva (Invoice # 1/[protected]). Its been over 2 months and the dealer is not giving the car with the reason that it is not been given by the Honda company. I have booked a white colour base petrol model. Gagan Chug was the name of the person who assisted in booking the car. Every time we call at the dealership Ankur Walia answers the call, neither does he answers the query or gives a satisfactory answer to why the car delivery is being delayed further.

    Sir, i have purchased Honda Dio on 10/12/2014 from EVM automobiles, Vyttila. You guys have promised that the customers will get 60 kmpl mileage. Thats the main factor which attracted me to buy this vehicle. But my Vehicles' mileage is very low. I complaint it to EVM automobiles, after first service. They refused to give an exact reply. They said that Dio will give upto 50kmpl, not 60kmpl (as promised in advts). But I am getting only 27 kmpl mileage. So what should i do now ? My friends are saying that, I should have opted for Yamaha Ray or something, as their mileage promises are comparitively low, but not fake. Whats the possible way to overcome this ? My parents demanded me to ask for a Cash Back from Dio Dealers... or is there any option for Vechicle Replacement ? Hope you will reply me to keep your good name intact... thanking you...       The clutch of my Honda Car DL10CH1010 was worn out just after running of 4999 kms. I bought this car from Ring Road, Honda on 18.10.2014 . As per mail dt 22.03.2015 received from Ms Shalu Kapoor Manager service, I have to bear a total cost Rs.22000/- for the replacement of clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing and fly wheel since it is a matter of wear and tear and does not come in the service of warranty.

      Sir I fully agree that failure of clutch is a matter of wear and tear but in this case it is not a matter of wear and tear but it is absolutely a matter of manufacturing defect and big question mark on your quality control. Facts of the case are given below:-

      Facts

      I am practicing Chartered Accountant and self driving the cars since 1990. I am a loyal customer of Honda City and it is my 3rd vehicle for the last 5 years. In the FY year 2014-15 I purchased one Honda city (Diesel top model, Regn No DL4CNC9696, engine no NI5A[protected] on 02.05.2014 and this Amaze diesel (Reg No DL10CH1010 and Engine No NISAII406182 ) on 18.10.2014.


      My Honda city run only 4200 kms in one year and the amaze driven by me 4999 kms in 05 months. As mentioned above both the cars are self driven by me and not even 10 kms I allowed to drive my both cars neither to any of my family member nor any friend. Moreover vehicles are get regularly serviced from the Ring Road Honda service centre..


      In my life I am having the total driven experience of 20 years and run the vehicle more than 07 lacs kms. In the mail received from the Ring Road Honda on 22.03.2015 of Ms Shalu kapoor, Manager Service it is alleged that the dismantling of clutch is due to overridden so I have to bear the cost of repair etc of Rs.22000/- . I am not at all satisfied with the reasons as given by the service engineers of ring Road Honda that wear and tear depends on its usage and driving conditions as the usage is only 4999 kms and driving conditions were always satisfactory. Pls consider my driving experience my profession, clutch position of my other car i.e. Honda city and service history etc and allow repair and maintenance without cost.

      Further I am not getting any satisfactory response from the service advisors and customer service people working in the Ring Road Honda. I have also lodged the complaints to one to one service of the on the following dates:

      1. 19.03.2015
      2. 20.03.2015
      3. 23.03.2015
      4. 30.03.2015

      But no satisfactory response received. I requested officer to appoint one senior officer from the quality control department and one customer relation but no result so far.

      At last considering my above facts pls depute a team of quality control to investigate the matter how the clutch has worn out in just 4999 kms where a person is driving himself and having more than 20 years experience of more than 700000 kms and also depute senior officer from customer relations department for the inconvenience caused to me due to poor services provided by the Ring road Honda and your department.

        Registered car No. HR 26BG 3224 Lack of information, undue delays in delivering the car back, no support from customer care, high headedness of the managerial staff My Honda Jazz car got hit on Wednesday 18th March. we called the insurance provider and the Honda service centre (Pearl Honda). the insurance person told us to send the car for evaluation to the service centre. Pearl honda confirmed that they will pick up the car at 09:00 hrs on friday 20th March so that the insurer can do the needful. after doing many reminder calls the person reached our residence at 1500 hrs to pick the car. we get a call next morning from pearl honda that the insurance formalities cant be done until Monday. as saturday and sunday is holiday. On Tuesday they said that we forgot to take the claim form. then they send someone to collect the claim form on Wednesday 25th March. After that they said we will be able to give the car only on 1st April as they did not had the required spare parts and the same were ordered on friday. we tried calling up Ms. Pooja at their customer care department asking her for explainations.. but no use.. we asked her to make us speak to their head Mr. Anil Kherbandha but he also deliberatly did not call back even after leaving many messages with the customer care and with the service incharge. One small job at pearl honda is taking about 15 days due to sheer negligience by the customer care and body shop department at pearl honda. our various requests to give us a spare vehicle till the time the vehicle is with the dealer was not even heard.

          No response all the week and no proper information and no good answers to the customers from cheap Zero Customer care. Its simply wasting money by calling customer care.Its simply wasting valuable time and money. Coming to franchises in Bangalore they are super in all ends no good relation with customers exept the BTM showroom all are bloody -----. You can fill the blanks on your own words. Because that kind of worst response from them. Even it is making me to just go with another company Bike instead of this bloody Honda. If they dont want business and loos the customers like this then good to continue teh same response.

            I am surprise to share my experience with one of the Honda dealers in Jaipur. Yesterday I had put in a test drive request on line and got a call today from Dealer- Pink City Honda. I requested them for a test drive of Automatic variant of Honda City, which was up front refused by Receptionist and when I asked the reason, call was transferred to an executive by name of Shravan, who clearly refused that in Honda, we do not have a policy to offer test drive of Automatic variant and neither same is available on our dealership. Its actually surprising that in today competitive world, how can a dealer of a renowned Brand- HONDA, can behave and respond to a customer in this manner. How it is possible that a dealer of Honda is not having an automatic variant and can refuse for a test drive? This clearly reflects un professionalism and is spoiling the Brand and Company name of Honda in the market by such a rude and pathetic behaviour of Dealer. I sincerely appreciate the Brand and thus made up my mind to buy a Honda city Automatic version, however post this experience with dealer, need to re think on my decision now.               Ring road Honda engineer behaviour is very rood. He does not reply my answer properly after service of my car. Oil & greasing not done properly in car. Before the service car running very smoothly. Some work as instructed by me are not done in service.

                Hi, We booked the Honda City VMT from Ring Road Honda (Bas Engineering Ltd.) on 12th Dec 2014 after making total payment to the tune of INR 10, 21, 628. Therefore there is no outstanding amount to be paid from our end. At the time of booking, we were told that the car was in waiting and we will get the delivery latest by Mid February 2015.Since February 2015 we are following up for the actual date of delivery from your showroom however no concrete date was made available to us. Now we are at end of March still the showroom people are procrastinating the delivery of the car without any reason. We are highly disgusted with the services they are providing to us and it amounts to unnecessary harassment to the bonafide customers. After much persuasion we were given the tentative date of delivery as 15-20th Mar 2015 by Mr. Sanjay Goel ( contact number [protected]) which is also a history now. After 20th March we were promised the date of 25th March 2015 (again by Mr. Sanjay Goel) which was again postponed for an indefinite period on 24th evening and this is after they ( Raj Sharma, contact number [protected]) had shared the chassis number ( Engine no. L5Z12206430 Chassis no. MAKGM654CF4101684) on 24th March 2015 4pm and assured us the said car shall be delivery to us positively on 25th March 2015 at 2pm. Later we were told that our car has been assigned to someone else (by Raj Sharma and Sanjay Goel). Today we were told that our car shall be made available only in the next financial year by Mr. Sanjeev (Sr. manager sales, Ring Road Honda, Bas Engineering Ltd) and we are under obligation to make additional payment towards taxes if required. We feel highly cheated, how can the car which is assigned to us be delivered to someone else when we are ready to take the delivery on the decided date that too after making the complete payment. The insurance documents are already prepared by the insurance company with the chassis number provided by the dealer. The only reason behind going for Honda was its brand value and professional ethics but the showroom people are scouting all levels of professionalism. As a customer we are feeling cheated and left with no option than to cancel the booking. You are requested to make the car available in 48 hours and within this financial year positively and stop harassing the bonafide customer. Awaiting your acknowledgement and response in writing.                   Sir, I am a Owen of a Honda city 2006 zxi model...I was quite satisfied with the performance of the same.. but last night I had a bitter experience.. I went to Gurgaon for a medical purpose. While coming back I try to key in to start the car but the key not inserted in to the keyhole.. after trying number of times.. I finally able to insert the key.. but it was not able to start the car.. the was not moving.. tried a lot and failed..finally I had no other but to call a mechanic to remove the lock and manage to back home... I am really disappointed with the lock..is it so unreliable..the lock is so sub standard.. then why we are paying so much price to purchase a Honda car... my self hiranmaya and my number is [protected]

                    I am gaurav jain Assistant professor in engg. college jaipur.I am book my car honda city V MT petrol urban titanium, my booking date is 16/1/2015 and delivery date is 2/4/2015. but After 2 month when i going to showroom my car is not coming and my marketing officer Mr. Vivek Purohit are not sure that my car is coming or not.after that I meet the manager."But manager behaviour is very very discusting "the manager are not meet with me. " So today 20/3/2015 I am cancelled my booking " I am shocked that honda service is very poor in jaipur Please action against this showroom, and return my booking amount immediately (21, 000Rs) Showroom name is- "Sunshine Honda M/s agrasen cars pvt limited, near civil lines, jaipur I am attached a proof copy of my booking .I hope you will consider my request and take some action. thanking you

                      After purchasing the Honda City SMT variant we noticed that one of the reverse lights was missing. After repeated calls to the Honda Showroom we were informed that this variant only came with one reverse parking light. If we wanted both lights we should have bought a higher variant... It does not mention in any of the product literature that this model comes with only one light. Furthermore it is ridiculous that Honda is doing this ridiculous cost cutting as it will not even cost them 50 Rs. extra to put in that bulb. Also we are not allowed to install the bulb there ourselves as that would void the warranty on the car. Also Honda is not willing to issue a letter to the effect that they are selling a car with only one reverse parking light. It is shameful to see how far Honda has fallen and I would never again suggest a Honda to anyone.
                      I'm stuck with the same. Its shameful !
                      Never expectedthis from Honda !

WE ARE MAINTAING THIS VEHICLE WITH PROPER SERVICE AND CARE, WE COME ACROSS JERKING PROBLEM WITH SPEEDO METER AND RPM METER GIVING FLUCTUATING READINGS, ON LOW SPEED BOTH THE METERS SUDENLY DIPS EVEN THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING AT SAME CONSTANT SPEED, THIS PROBLEM IS NOT YET TRACEABLE BY QUALIFIED ENGINEERS APPOINTED BY PRIME HONDA(CAPITAL CARS PVT LTD). ENGINEERS ARE REFFERING MANUALS PROVIDED BY HONDA BUT THEY ARE ONLY USING HIT AND TRAIL METHODS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM . THIS ACT OF DEALER AND STAFF SHOWS THE INCAPABABILITY OF THEM. KINDLYLET US KNOW WHICH DEALER OR ENGINEER OF YOUR ORGANISATION CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT EARLIEST

INDER MOHAN SINGH R/O 564-l, model town ludhiana want to say that I booked my car on 31 january 2014 at vidhata honda(AKC motors ferozepur road) ludhiana.i booked HONDA CITY (V Model, Diesel, White colour)They committed me to give a car on 1st week of April 2014.But they didnt give me on time .And after that, they called me in October 2014 for take the car delivery. And then i told that i will take it on january 2015 because at that time i want to prefer new model car (2015)and they said OK. From january 2015 onwards, i am continously in touch with Sandeep Sood(Team Leader) and till today they didnt give me car delievery. I also gave them a cheque of 4.50.000/- on 3 march 2015 against their promise to give me car on 10 March 2015 and they withdraw money on 8 march 2015. Please solve my problem immediately and tell me exact delievery date of my car.Either i have to file a case in consumer court against them.                             I am Mrs. Catherine Varghese from Pathanamthitta, Kerala. I purchased Mobilio (V IVTEC, VMT, Chassis No. MAKGD473LEN002976, Engine No. L15Z[protected]. The car was taken from VISION HONDA, Pathanamthitta, Kerala on 08/12/2014. We noticed some serious problems on the first day itself and returned the car on the same day itself to VISION HONDA. The problems were 1) The security alarm was getting actuated by itself 2) the door open indicator was active even if the doors are closed 3) THE CAR'S BODY (ESPECIALLY TOP, GRADUALLY TO OTHER AREAS) WAS GETTING MISTED WHEN THE A/C IS WORKING 4) WHEN THE FRONT DEFOGGER IS WORKING, GRADUALLY ALL THE GLASSES AND EVEN THE BODY WAS GETTING MISTED DURING RAINY/MISTY WEATHER, WHICH MAKES THE OUTSIDE VISIBILITY VERY POOR DURING SUCH WEATHER CONDITIONS.They corrected the first two problems by replacing a door sensor. But couldn't correct the misting problem. They reduced the compressor gas pressure which affected the performance of A/C.Now A/C is completely down. No cooling at all.HOW CAN THESE PROBLEMS HAPPEN FOR A NEW AND BRANDED CAR LIKE HONDA. I chose a Honda car since had high expectations on its quality and the quality service they offered. I booked this car on 2nd Jan15 and received it on 8th Mar 15 even after their written communication of two months. 2. Till now I have not received a Car number from them after my so many reminders to them. they are saying that their is strike in authority which is not the case. Please action on priority basis.                                   Hi, My name is Vaibhav Kaushik. We have purchased a Honda Brio SMT model around a year back. As mentioned in subject my car's wind shield has got a crack in it without any accident or any kind of hit on it. I parked my car in my garage in the night time and when i've seen it the next morning i noticed a crack in it. I've taken it to the Honda showroom (Prime honda - Vaishali) however i havn't got any kind of satisfactory response from there, According to them i met with any accident or somebody thrown a stone or some hard thing on my car however i do not see any scratch or dent near to that crack. I tried making them understand that this happened on it own but they were quite adamant that now i should take help from insaurance people to get it repaired. This is very dissapointing when you face such problem after choosing a brand like Honda. I've chosen Honda Brio over options like i10 grand and Ritz. Moreover i heard that Honda Brio is very well known by its glass quality and after sale service, However in my case i am seeing drastically opposite situation. If Honda customer care people are genuinely bothered about the problems which their customer is facing then please get it touch with me on my no. [protected], otherwise send a customer who can buy this car from me because i dont see any resale value of the worst quality product of Honda.

                                      Dear Sir, I have booked my Honda Amaze car on 13th Dec at SHREE CARS PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN U50102WB201 3PTC199089 ), Kolkata and the car has been delivered to me on 23rd Jan 2015 (Chasis No: MAKDF153AFN102465), registration no: WB -06L-5257. Very next day after receiving the car, I noticed that there is problem of the car’s horn (sometimes both horns are working sometime only one horn) which I let Honda customer service of Sreehonda know about the issue and they asked me to take the car with their service center. Then I visited their service center for first free service, I raised the horn issue with them, they done the first service along with they told me that they replaced the Low-horn and confirmed me that the problem has been rectified, I believe their word and received the car but while I drove back to my home I noticed that the problem was not resolved, same problem persists . Very next day again I talked to their customer service person and complain about the same, they asked me to reach their service center with the car, this time they replaced High-Horn and they confirmed me that don't worry, we have checked everything, the problem has been resolved but again I noticed very next day that the problem still persists, it has not resolved . Third time I complained about the issue and escalated to their Saled Quality Manager, Sheuli Ghosh after my complain they send their driver to pick up my car and they spent two whole day just to resolve the simple horn issue ..they kept on saying to me the they are directly working Honda technical staff to identify the issue .even after spending two days they couldn't completely resolve the issue . They told me that they identified one electrical circuit issue which they resolved but I need to take the car with their service center after one week because Honda technical team suggested to replace the horn with their new upgraded horn . Now my point is if Honda is aware about the horn issue, why don't they resolve it and they are harassing the customer again and again. I am being a new customer where I spent aprx 7 lac for this car and if I have to suffer like this, then it is really unfortunate, I can’t believe, this kind of service I can get from a company like Honda. I am doubting whether Sreehonda, the dealer has efficient technical staff to give best service to the customer, they are not structure enough from the very first day I have noticed . I am working in a company like IBM, we know how to give the best service to my clients . But you don’t know. Sorry to say that. They don't care about the customer satisfaction . Complain: Fluctuation in the sound of horn, parking light and reverse light as well, when the vehicle is running or the engine is start only. This complain is from very first day of purchase of vehicle. Compliance: NO COMPLIANCE AGAINST THE COMPLAIN DATED 25.02.15. Comments: The attitude of dealer is NOT satisfactory, they jus buy the time and say to contact the factory where the Honda car manufactured. Important: More than five time we visited the dealer and workshop regarding this problem, the workshop manage changed the horn but the problem still continuing.
