Sir/madam, I bought my Honda city from Dakshin Honda, in 2013 December, My car register number is KA 03 MR 4906.My car has this unusual problem where the AC stops Working specially while going out of stations, it works for some time than stops working. Only the blower works, AC starts working only after another half an hour. It stops again. It's so annoying. I have serviced this vehicle only at Honda authorized showrooms. Whitefield Honda also couldn't find out the problem even they had a full AC check. Again after for next service I gave my car to Dakshin Honda for service with the same problem and they to couldn't find the problem because the problem repeated . Why are Honda engineers not able to pinpoint the problem, please find what the problem is and rectify it as your service engineers in service stations are not able to rectify it. Please guide them .     Prime honda, vaishali the dealer of honda city doesn't have intrest to sell there new vehicles. sales person appointed for selling the new car are very lazy and they do not know how to behave with the customer. The showroom situated in a mall and i dont understand if a customer is going to buy a new honda city than why he will pay the parking charges. although the charges is minimal but through this practise the image of the dealer spoil. I was planning to buy a new honda city diesel car but now by going through such type of behaviour from the dealer i am bit afraid that after buying the vehicle the attitude will be more worst.       I had taken my Honda CR V car with registration number OR 02 AN 2577 to Highway Honda Bhubaneswar on 03 March 2015 for servicing. I was given an estimation of Rs 26, 000/-. It was also promised that my car will be delivered back the next day that is on 04 March 2015. When I requested for a drop back facility, as my car was due to be serviced at the garage till the next day, i was told that i should take a bus or an Auto richshaw from outside and that vehicle to drop me back is not available, by Mr Sanath. On 04 March, when I call Mr Sanath, he says that too many parts are broken and quite an amount of extra money is required and that he can not deliver my car, i need to go back again to the service centre and that it can not be delivered today also. When I said that you are not adhering to your promises and i will complaint, he said that I could do whatever I want and that he is not duty bound to call me and receive my calls. My car was test driven by Mr Sanath himself and this change in stance is not understood.

        Dear Sir, I am very much disappointed with the dealer Solitaire Honda ( Borivali ) with whom I have purchased my new car Honda City SMT. Reg No MH-01 BY 1543. I have bought this car on 19th Feb 2014. I feel, I have got cheated with them. On 6th Feb as per our sales agreement, with amicable discussion between sales representative Mr Sandeep and me, I had decided to buy 2014 model at price discount. They told me that they would give me the car of 2014 manufacturing of November month. After buying the car and when i received my registration paper from RTO Office Mumbai, I found the car is of July 2014 manufactured also the standard accessories like floor mat / carpet were missing in the car at time of delivery and they said that accessories are payable and does not comes along with company. They charged me for Honda assured insurance and insured my car with non honda insurance co ( other insurance company ). We had before Honda city petrol car. We were always a privileged customers of Honda and i had advised two of my relatives to buy honda city diesel SMT, but after having such bad experience from honda Solitaire Borivali, I will not advise my relatives and friends to buy honda cars and get disappointed like me. I would like to have the email address of honda company Japan to inform them about the complete issue. Pls provide me the contact details and email address of Honda Japan. Thanks Bhupendra

          Hi


          This is to inform you that My Honda Aviator which I bought from Dugar Honda On
          10Th

          July 2013.But after 1 and 8 months only I am facing problems of engine with
          this vehicle which is

          addressed by the authorized service center on dated 1ST march 2015 [Dugar
          Honda, Jakson House, Raghunathpur, VIP road, Kolkata-700059 and according to them, to solve the
          engine issue it will take

          around 2 to 3 days. But for your information I had already extended my engine
          warranty with 5

          years at the time of purchase. To repair the engine, service centre estimated
          approx 4000INR verbally

          which is too expensive.So being a subscriber of 5 years warranty from Honda why
          should I pay?

          I will not pay a single penny as it is an engine fault.

          I am facing problem on engine given below :-


          1. Very low mileage [30-35km/L]

          2. Slight engine noise.

          3. Jerking with engine.

          4. Pollution failed

          5. Engine oil evaporate automatically.


          Being 1.8 yrs old scooter, I can't come to the solution, why it is facing this
          kind of engine issue.

          It's hampering the reputation of a brand name, Honda.

          Please suggest or do the needful from your end for this issue as I am not going
          to pay a

          single penny any more to this service center for this almost newly scooter.

I had bought one car in my company name Ten Buildcon Pvt Ltd on 30/12/2014 from Pearl Honda with the Temporary Registration.My Temporary registration has expired on 28/01/2015 and till date i had not recieved my permanent registration no. which i had prebooked with the RTO Uttar Pardesh before the delivery of the vehicle and reciept of the same given to Mr. R K Sharma who is handling my file in the showroom. I m not been able to drive the vehicle without its registration and with due followups from last since one month Mr. Sharma is not bothered to respond to my calls. Let me share you after such a long home work we have choose HONDA Brand as our Dream car...but we are not satisfied from HONDA Brand, Unsatisfied reasons are as under...!!! I bought Honda Amaze Car from your Dealer Landmark Honda The chassis no – MAKDF255LDN021723., Engine No- N15A12036991. Issue on the car are as under from the date of delivery 1 - From the date of Delivery WHITE SPOT and scratch on Roof, Bonet, doors and dikki. 2 – Spoiler not fixed well and spoiler color not matched with car color -color difference 3 – Vibration on steering 4 – Heavy Engine sound 5 – Water tank pipe leakage 6 – Roof rubber come out 7 – Gear hard 8 – Mileage not coming 9-RUST on engine As per Landmark Honda Sales Executive commitment I have chosen 2013 SMT model. there is not a single problem only its 2013 manufacturing model car is as brand new and go for it, we have to compromise only on color. Because of landmark honda sales executive word we have select it. we have paid all money which we have finalized with him. when we was gone for delivery we have found WHITE SPOT, and Scratches on the car roof, bonnet, doors & dikki, . we have shown all the spot and scratch to landmark Sales executive then he call his 3M coating guy and done 2 or 3 time coating on our car to reduce the white spot even its not removed, finally he was involved manger and they was told us no worry take delivery right now here many rush then you will come after vacation monday or tuesday we will rectify all your problems and give you proper solution. we have taken the delivery from landmark because of verbal commitment from landmark honda Executive and manager . after delivery next day when we was washed car we found almost more then 3 time WHITE SPOT on the roof it was come out then immediate we was call landmark honda executive, Hey there is so manny White spot on roof why you was given these PCS these PCS is not ok, then he was told us no worry you will come after vacation we will solve it. after holiday we was gone to landmark honda then they have checked all issues then they have done more then 4 times 3M coating in front o[censored]s (we have all the Evidence photo and videos ), The Rubb on car with paper, they have applied some chemical also even problem still there. then they told us give us car for one day we will shot out ...then we have told why you need car for one day ...?, Ans from landmark honda is we have to do some brush touchup or paint on car. IS it right to do Brush touch up or paint on Brand New CAR ?, as we have paid all money and bought new car why we will accept brush touch up and paint on new car... that time we have request so many time to landmark honda for PCS replacement then they told us we will not replace PCS as registration is complete. we was told from the beginning (date of delivery ) we are requesting to him is, we are not satisfied with these PCS so why you do registration...? and deliver us? Landmark honda push to us to accept these PCS because registration is over. Why Landmark honda Deliver us such a damage PCS ...? and there are so many above mentioned issue in car so how much we will compromise ...as its our dream car after such a long saving we bought these car and we are totally un satisfied with these car and we requesting to kindly replace our PCS as its not proper from the date of delivered. As we think Because of Landmark wear house car paint damage, and will never resolve. Dear Sir please see my all above problems from the date of delivery I am suffering a lot... and kindly replace these model ... we have registered Complain to Honda One 2 One direct on 8 Dec 2014.                     I already have bitter experience with the Suryabala honda when I bought my Santro car particulary related to suryabala honda service and later I changed to Chandra Honda service. But again, since the Dio model was new and the showroom was nearer to my place, I took a risk with the Suryabala Honda for two wheeler section. But, even during the warranty period, after service, one of the covers in the luggage box was missing. Now, when I approached them for regular service, Initially they said they had to see the vehicle for informing the service delivery eriod. But, when I went there, with out looking at my vehicle, just by seeing their token no. of the vehicle they had stated that I can take the vehicle only after three days which is also not assured. Even I talked to their Manager but the reasons stated were not convincing. Further, The vehicle has many plastic parts which are not up to the quality and are prone to damage easily.

Its about 2 years since I bought jazz and did 5 Services from honda dealer.My Jazz's Air Conditioner (A/C) is not working properly and its not cooling at all. In my last service told honda dealer about the complaint and they changed the A/C gas and charged me Rs.500. but still the Issue exist, How come car that is just 2 years have such a comlaint.                           I own a 2007 Honda accord 3.0 V6.A few years ago I experienced a problem where the VSA+warning+check engine light would come on and my car would go on limpmode(car hardly moves can barely climb any slope, basically un-drivable).Since three years ive been sending my car to Apex Honda at Kurla, Mumbai .They did all kinds of tests and after having my car for more than 4 weeks, it was sent back to me yesterday with a letter from the service branch manager saying EVERYTHING IS OK. So today i set out to sell my car and guess what, 10 kms later i have the same problem.Basically i cant drive this car, nor can i sell it.My question is can Honda not repair on of their own cars with such an extreme fault.Ive read hundreds of posts online with the same problem but there is no answer for it.Please tell me what i should do.I do not want to file a case and fight for years but if im loosing money for Honda's fault i might as well loose it on a case where i have a chance to fight.Please do something about this, i stand here a Honda customer and now i just want to run away from it.Make me a believer in Honda again, help me out.

                              Hello whom so concern, Complaint no one: please note I’m buying one Honda active 125cc delivery get dated on 10th Aug 2014 from GLOBUS MOTORS –PITAMPURA and till date not receive RC after so many time visit to concern dealer. Complaint no two: please note at the time of buying they are giving option if I scooty buying along with all require accessories from them delivery immediate otherwise waiting is approx next six months and they charge approx. extra around rs 6500 for immediate delivery. Please take necessary action on this dealer and resolve my problem

                                I DR.S.MAHESH KIRAN a Paediatric doctor had booked a Honda city VXMT model by paying 25100 RS on 12/11/14 at Express Honda showroom at Tirupati. BOOKING NAME : S.SRINIVASULU COLOUR : GOLDEN BROWN METALLIC MY GMAIL ID :[protected]@gmail.com PHONE NO : [protected] As per the promise made from the company we were going to get our car with in three months and would be intimated before 15 days to adjust our financial matters. COMPLAINTS :- ISSUE HAPPENED :- 1. WE WAITED FOR THREE MONTHS FOR THE CAR AND EVEN PRICES HAVE BEEN INCRESED IN THE WAITING PERIOD OF 60000 IN THE MEAN TIME BUT WE HAVE WAITED FOR YOUR COMPANY CAR. 2.AS intimated we never got call from the showroom before 15 days and were asked to arrange money with in two days on 1/02/15 and after that when we personally visited the showroom their was no car and we were informed that it is on the way and will be reaching here on 05/02/15 at express Honda showroom in Nellore which is owned by same dealer. 3.((When we called)) the show room on 05/02/15 they said car is at Nellore and asked us to start the financial process and we said ok to their suggestion and started our process saying him that we will take car on 09/02/15 of this month . 4.WHEN WE CALLED ON 07/02/15 OF THIS MONTH FOR ORDERING ACCESORIES BEFORE DELIVERY WE WERE HIT BY THE NEWS THAT THE CAR ALLOTED TO US HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ANOTHER PARTY. COMPLAINTS :- 1. We were never been intimated before 15 days as promised by the showroom. 2. The number given to us to contact was never operational. 3. When we visited the showroom their were no one to even talk to us and their was no vehicle which they said has arrived and we just had to test drive a vehicle and had to return back 180kms with out any use on 31/02/15. 4. When we called they have said to arrange money which after being arranged with in their intimated time i.e 09/02/15 they have delivered our allotted car to another party. 5. We were not informed about giving our allotted car to another party before and we were not asked regarding our con cent for the above action of giving the car to other. 6. Until we call them we never knew that our allotted car was already given to other party as we have arranged finance form the bank suggested by the showroom and also the down payment. 7. We were reportedly asked to pay amount in Tirupati branch and take delivery in Nellore branch which was not acceptable to us. CONCLUSION :- We will wait for your feedback regarding the complaint or else WE WILL CANCEL OUR BOOKING go to forum court for the loss faced by us by keeping advance amount of 25, 100 with out any result for three months, incresed car prices in the mean time period of waiting which we may have escaped if we took any other car in november and the trauma they caused by giving our allotted car to some one with out our consent and for the failure of not delivering the car with in the time which company had promised. PLEASE DONT LOOSE THE GOOD WILL OF THE COMPANY BY THE MISTAKES DONE BY THE SHOWROOMS WHICH YOU ARE GIVING DEALERSHIPS WHICH LACK AMBIENCE AND FAITH. IF YOU FURTHER DONT LOOK IN TO THESE SHOWROOMS IT WILL DEFAME YOUR BRAND NAME WHICH ALREADY HAD STARTED .

                                  Dear Sir \ Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that we have had 3 instances of Tyre burst in our new Honda city car purchased from Divine Honda. During the first 2 instances we ignored taking any action due to the busy schedule but now we are concerned about our safety and the quality of tyres being provided through Divine Honda. We have tried reaching Divine Honda and they have redirected us to Goodyear. We had also logged a complain call with Goodyear on the same and the engineer who inspected the tyres simply blamed it to rash driving. I am really unhappy with the way this case is being handled for us. We were hoping that rather than playing this blame game some action would jointly by Honda and the tyre company from where they purchased these tyres. Please note we are using vehicle for more than 20+ years now and have never experienced such things before. I have tried to reach this forum hoping for some positive response and action against this scenario.                                     I have purchased a HONDA AMAZE Diesel Reg. No. KA05MN2387 DURING JUNE 2013 FROM MAGNUM HONDA DEALER AT BANGALORE. WITH IN A WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR IT HAS FACED SEVERAL FAILURES AND FOUND THE CAR IS NOT SUITABLE FOR INDIA AND NOT AT ALL RELIABLE FOR LONG DRIVES. THREE TIMES, THE WINDOW GLASS SLIDING ( FRONT LESFT SIDE) FAILED, OFCOURSE REPEATEDLY PROMPTLY THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS RESPONDED IN ATTENDING AND FINALLY AT 3RD OCCASSIONS THEY MADE IT ALRIGHT, WITH IN A RUNNING OF 6500 KMS ON THE WAY TO MYSORE THE BREAK PADS FIALED CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FRONT RIGHT WHEEL BREAK DISC DAMAGE, BREAK SHOES COMPLETELY WORN OUT. I APPRECIATE THE REPLACEMENT WORK PROMPLTY ATTANED BY INSPIRE HONDA AT MYSORE FREE OF COST AGAINST WARRANTY. AGAIN THE SAME BREAK FAILURE, RIGHT WHEEL, BREAK PADS FAILURE OCCURED WHILE TRAVELLING TO MANGALORE FROM BANGALORE, GHAT SECTION. THE COMPLAINT ATTENDED AT PENNINSULAR HONDA AT MANGALORE SATISFACTORILY. THE SERVICE SUPPORT GIVEN BY THE DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTRES AT MAGNUM BANGALORE, INSPIRE AT MYSORE AND PENNINSULAR AT MANGALORE ARE GOOD. MY QUESTIONS ARE: BY REPEATED FAILURES OF THE BREAKS FOR A SHORT DISTANCE DRIVE I FEEL THE CAR IS UNSFAE TO DRIVE ON HIGHWAYS AND LONG DISTANCE DRIVE IS UNRELIABLE AND LIFE RISK I FEEL THERE IS SOMETHING DESIGN PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT DISC BREAK SYSTEM( PADS RELEASING). THIS IS A SERIOUS CONCERN AND ROAD SFAETY IS AT RISK. MY FAMILY MEMBERS TRAVELLED WITH ME BOTH THE TIMES HAD TO ARRANGE FOR A DIFFERENT VEHICLE FOR CONTINUATION OF THE HOLIDAYS, TILL OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED, SPENDING HUGE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE, STAY ETC., CAUSED HUGE INCONVENIENCE AND FAMILY MEMEBRS LOST THE HOPE ON THIS CAR AND AFRAID TO TRAVEL FOR A LONG DISTANCE, THIS IS THE IMPRESSION CREATED WITH IN YEAR OF PURCHASE, NOW, I HAVE TWO OPTIONS 1. STRONGLY REGRET FOR OPTING FOR THIS VEHICLE, AS I HV ENJOYED THE DRIVING OF SANTRO XING FOR VERY LONG 10 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM, WHATSOEVER. 2. SELL THE CAR AND GO FOR ROAD SAFETY AND RELIABLE CAR 3. IF CONTINUE TO HAVE THE CAR, USE ONLY FOR BANGALORE CITY DRIVE, LOOKS SUITABLE ONLY FOR IT AND FOR TRAVELLING OUTSIDE HIRE BETTER VEHICLE. IMPRESSION CREATED IS HORRIBLE AND NO CONFIDENCE ON THE RELIABLE PERFORMANCE OF THE VEHICLE. PL COME OUT WITH YOUR SOLLUTION, PERMANENT FOR ENSURING THE RELIABLITY AND ROAD SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE VEHICLE LOOKS GOOD FOR DRIVING AND EXCELLENT ENGINE, GEAR BOX PERFORMANCE, OTHER FACTORS AS METNIONED ARE A GREAT CONCERN, MAY DANGEROUSLY BRING DOWN THE SALE. AS I AM IN PUBLIC SECTOR COMPANY, MANY HAVE SHARED WITH ME THAT THE CAR HAS GOT A PROBLEM WITH BREAK SYSTEM AND IS UNSAFE TO TRAVEL ON HIGHWAYS. ONE OF MY RELATIVE WAS ALSO THINKING TO BUY THIS CAR AFTER SHARING MY EXPERIENCE HE IS HAVING A SECOND THOUGHT, THIS IS THE MARKET INFORMATION. PL REPLY

                                      Dear sir, I have received your offer for the new honda city 2015 car for an amount of 11.75 lacs when i already have a booking of honda city 2014 which i have booked in october for an amount of 11.16 lacs and after making payment to you on the 28 january 2015. You have refused to deliver the car to me on the basis of the hike in car prices...you have not informed me about the hike in car price before i made the payment. You have accepted the previous price and generated receipts of the previous amount thereby accepting the price and your promise to deliver the car to me.I have been very considerate and paid up the full amount despite the car being of manufacturing date 2014 and upon taking delivery i am at a disadvantage of the car being of the previous year whereby i have to incur a deprecation of 10% on the car upon delivery. Your offer to me for the new 2015 car is not acceptable to me at the new rates when i already have a booking of October 4 2014 which your executive has failed to deliver and there was no communication from his side about payment and no follow up about the expected arrival dates of the car.I am attaching the documents of the follow up that i have done with your executive on email, phone, messages to which there were no replies regarding to hike in prices or communication so as to when the car will arrive. After this kind of experience with you i do not wish to enter into a new deal for the 2015 car at those prices.If you wish to honour your promise of delivering the car of 2014 to me you at the prices on which i have agreed to receive it.No consumer will buy an old 2014 model at 2015 rates.I do not wish to avail any accessories of your choice by paying you 2015 rates of the new honda city 2015 that being said 56000/- rupees more for honda city 2014 and taking accessories.
