Sir, On dated[protected] my Car number KL 07 AV 1200 service by your new dealer M/s Vivaan Honda Kochi Kerala not keeping brand of Honda standard service quality M/s Vivaan Honda Kochi Kerala service quality was very poor car not cleaned properly after holding day’s service center. The dealer Service manager behavior was not good with us Rs 3378/- unnecessary amount charged for name ac repair and without service.     Hello I regret to inform you that I am not please with the sales experience I have had after booking Honda amaze silver booked under the name T P Sameera. We placed an order with clear instructions that we need the delivery of the vehicle asap. However inspire of accepting the payments . We are being made to wait and everytime we go to anticipating a delivery we are being sent back citing unnecessary concerns. I find this totally unprofessional and just shows the lack of expertise of your employees in communicating to the client.       Hi, I had been looking to book Honda Amaze since 15 days from Delhi and Meerut both. I got a call on 2nd Jan from Honda Motors, Meerut by Mr. Prashant. HE said if you give the booking amount today itself we will provide you the car with the last year's price itself. He also offered a discount of 30K on the total on road proce of the car. As a result, I sent him all the necessary documents on his email id on 2nd itself. And also handed over a booking amount of 7000 rs as asked by him. Now we got a call from him on 6th Jan that system is updated and we won't be able to provide car with the last year's price and you need to pay 29k approx more for the same car. We had a word with his manager too but he wasnt ready to even refund the full amount paid to him on his words. Please look into the matter at the earliest and help me.         Starting Problem With Pickup issue

        Dear Concerned, I have bought new Hero Pleasure on 28th July 2014 from Sri Sai moters BSK 3rd Stage Bangalore and within 2 month time starting problem occurred and went to service center and they said there is problem in battery and recharged it. it was fine for weak time and then again same problem. Now its two service finished and facing same problem. Even they say some time there is a problem in corborator. Very poor expns...

        Dear sir This is to inform u that my car Honda amaze UK 08 AG 8962 having tyres of MRF and running km is 7996, my two tyres are burst within 40 km same day while I was driving on hils I was coming from dhanulti to haridwar on date 3/01/015 at mid night I show car to divine honda delar at roorkee then they called con ern person from MRF and show problem to but I didn't get any response from him and they they told that this is not mfg deffective but I was totally surprise that how two tyres are burst of same side I need solution and hope for response from MRF Regards Mahender singh [protected]

          Sir I hav booked honda city vxmt golden brown from platinum honda meerut.they hav promised me to give delivery by 10 january and also hav collected rs 400000 against my model.but now they are denying to give me delivery timely.they are doing false promise and blackmarketing of the car.I hav the ururgwncy of car due to my marriage.can I get my delivery timely.because its more than 3 months of booking.

            Hello, I purchased a black Honda Amaze TN10 AR 5541 during first week of November 2014 from sundaram Honda. My car sticker near the door was not removed when i received delivery of the car . when I asked the sales person he agreed to get it ready for me . So I was happy that it would be rectified. I received call for feed back of car purchase and I rated 9 . giving the experience for car purchase was good and was happy for purchasing the car. I gave my car for the first free service after a month. At this time they agreed to clean the sticker in the doors and paste new one. As agreed the stickers in the door was corrected and I received my car. In a week time the stickers started coming off and its getting worse every day. Please refer the attached 3 photos of how the stickers has come off. I checked another Amaze car and find that the stickers of the doors was in perfect condition. But the stickering for my car was not done as per the regular standards followed for all cars. This is purely a defect sent to me and Now my car looks ugly . I checked with one of people in service station who requested not to disclose his name and they said that the stickers cannot be done for my car like other amaze cars usually have. For doing this car's doors need to be sent to Noida plant to get the actual look. What can I do at this point. I am really frustrated and my buying experience is becoming worse. Now I have come to a stage where I would not suggest anyone to buy from this car dealer. The sales person Naveen from sundaram Honda was very kind enough to explain and address my issue. but the actual problem is the defect was right from day one when I received the car. I am not sure if the car was given to me in right condition is a mistake from dealer or a issue from a manufacturing stage and sending the car to dealer..               We had recently booked a VXMT Honda City. The sales men were very eager and good with us just to close the sale, he made end number of promises and agreed to whatever we send just to close his sale, However it was just and unethical means to close the deal. He promised to diliver the car to us on 29th of Dec or latest by 30th Dec morning, Keeping upto their malafide intentions these people were actually playing with our emotions and were actually cheating on us. They actually just intended to push the sale further to Jan 2015 so that hey can extract extra money from us. Now when we are asking them to cancel our order neither are ready to accept their fault nor they are refunding our deposit. I would like to file a case of fraud and cheating against them, if required i may not even hesitate to file a case in the consumer court. Its really very irritating and frustrating, i hope you take actions against them.

                Always i prefer to give my bike to Honda Service Center, Now this is the time to search outside service center for service. It's really bad service ever i faced in Saphire Honda, they will not respond properly and services too as same. One week back i given my bike for servicing they told it will be ready by evening, then i went. Their is only one reason to give it is near to my office. Then i called at evening for confirmation whether it is ready or not they said it is ready for delivery. See how reckless for response side. I went to service center and i paid amount of cost for service, they given delivery slip after that they are saying bike is not yet ready...:( it's so bad. After that i wait upto 2 hours. In that time i informing to their employees "Check my bike is ready or not". After 2 hours they get my bike out after water wash with out cleaning water...;( They are many employees (Cleaning boys) standing idle, no one taking care.. It's really ridiculous, how they treating customers. I will not prefer Service at Hondaa to my Friends/Colleagues. This is second time i'm facing this issue.                   Hi I am Urvish Merchant from Surat. I had registered complaint against Honda on Sunday dated 21/12/2014 as my Honda CB shine was damaged during 1st servicing at Kataria wheelers (Kataria Arcade, Opp. Rajhans Cinema, Dumas Road, Piplod, surat - 395007). I spoke to service manager on same day and he was not ready to take any responsibility. Old scratches were already identified and mentioned on Job Card by the employee of Honda.                     Honda bike No.4132 he was a young boy driving very rash almost just miss my mother would have died while she crossing the road.. she fell opposite side thank God nothing happen.. who gives us safety.. please take action.. if she fell front she would have died...

                      We have purchased new car Honda Amaze on 26 / 09 / 2014 and after second service there was some starting trouble with different smoke. So give back for service on 14th November. Still today the car is not delivered and they are telling that water gone to some parts. When we send e-mail after a month of time we got the reply that they need to do something with the engine one Mr. Parampreet singh send e-mail response and not able to talk to him still today over the telephone.                         We have booked a Honda city petrol VMT silver model from Basudeb Honda, Ranchi on 28 Aug 2014. The dealer told us that there is a waiting period of three months and the car would be expected in November. Till today the dealer is unable to tell the waiting number of our car. Every time we call the dealer he postpones the delivery date by a month. Still there is no assurance when the car will be delivered. There is very likelihood of adjusting waiting numbers of cars as was evident during conversations with the dealer. Since we are staying some 400 kms away from Ranchi we cannot regularly visit the dealer. Now he has stopped picking up phone calls and does not respond even to messages. Even if he picks up after several calls made throughout the day, he has the same standard reply that he cannot say anything and that the car might be available next month. With this kind of attitude towards customers we really have to think whether we should go ahead with Honda or not. Since we are purchasing the car through CSD for which permission has to be obtained after a cumbersome procedure and has a limited validity, it would be convenient for us if Honda tells us a fixed date for delivery and stands by it so that we don't have to again go through the cumbersome process of extending the validity of permission from MoD.                           i am puches a chouk cable from hoshangabad show room and worker issue it cann't put but after 2 day i am go another show room seoni malwa but that chouk wire has jaam like old one and both show room not take any responsability about spare please help me. they take lebour charge and they have no spare for install on my bike.my bike no. is mp04mx3198 and there worker not good manner ie. miss behave. kindly help me.

                            Hi, This is with reference to the damage done by Capital Honda service people (meenambakkam) when I gave the car for servicing on 20th October. I have already briefed Mr. Shivakumar([protected]) over what happened and following up with him for past 7 weeks on this. I had come on October 18th initially for servicing my vehicle and I was made to wait for 4 hours without any response from the staff there. I got pissed off and went back when one gentleman finally came and apologized for what had happened and assured me to pick the car for service on Monday. On October 20 my car was taken for servicing and fixing the windshield mirror which was broken.There was no followup call me and I had to call everytime to ask for status of my vehicle. Finally my car was delivered on 2nd November at around 9.30 PM and whatever complaints I had mentioned in servicing weren't attended. I called the service engineer to ask for it, but my call wan't picked up. Finally to my horror, I noticed that the dashboard had cracked inside and I wasn't even intimated on that. It was during this time I decided to escalate and called, Mr. Shivakumar. He said he had been talking to the management on this and that I will get a positive reply. It was then I was being asked to email to this I was asked to send an email to '[protected]@capitalhonda.in' to take my claim forward.I had sent repeated emails and no one bothered to reply. As a basic courtesy somebody should have responded but sadly nothing of that type happened. It has been more than a month since this happened and I will appreciate if you can take some steps to get the fixed soon. I'm planning to sell my vehicle and the sooner this gets fixed, the better it is for me. I have followed up with the service people, the customer support manager, emailed the customer care, nothing seems to work. I don't know what else I need to do to ensure my concerns are addressed. As a last resort I'm emailing this to you. Hope atleast this time somebody answers. This is indeed a very bad experience for a loyal Honda customer.                               i gave my car for couple days of repair work to my service agent in Kottayam, Kerala. Now it is about 20 days and still they haven't returned the car. They are blaming parts shortage or damaged parts during transport from main office at chenni. We buy the car to use it. Not to keep in your garage.

                                This is in reference to Honda city purchased in March'14 from Delite Honda, Mathura Road showroom. In the services provided after the purchase of the car, in all the services, we has faced tremendous issues. After the second service, the car had paint spots all over the car. The car came today after the third service and we found that the side mirror which was automatic is not working now. When we asked the advisor about the same, he casually said that one of the workers would have opened it manually. It is sad that such a well known brand has such inexperienced workers and they don't know how to handle the car with care. The service is highly disappointing and no one takes the ownership of getting it replaced.

                                  I had given my car for service on 11-dec at Whitefield Honda service station, KR Puram, Bangalore. When I received my car after the service I noticed that there were many scratches on the left side front door. I immediately bought this to the manager's notice but he was arrogant and was not ready to listen. I wanted them to show me the cctv camera recording when I entered the campus to prove my point but he didn't agree for that. I was under the impression that Honda sets high value in customer service and support. I have been proved wrong. I have registered a complain with Honda customer support but yet to hear back.

                                    is it failed model in honda . now only i brought dream neo for my brother . i ride only 71 km. rear wheel get wobble i asked to the dealer he simply replayed its manufacturing defect. all the dream model are having same problems. they try to covey me only. when bye this bike they are compared with other company economic bike. i request honda to correct your manufacturing problems first . i hope honda know about the wobble effect. if wobble in wheel its reduce the tire life, braking performance, reduce the life of transmission system, and fuel efficiency. obviously it make discomfort of rider. so its increase maintenance cost of customer. simply over all life of bike is low
