Always i prefer to give my bike to Honda Service Center, Now this is the time to search outside service center for service. It's really bad service ever i faced in Saphire Honda, they will not respond properly and services too as same. One week back i given my bike for servicing they told it will be ready by evening, then i went. Their is only one reason to give it is near to my office. Then i called at evening for confirmation whether it is ready or not they said it is ready for delivery. See how reckless for response side. I went to service center and i paid amount of cost for service, they given delivery slip after that they are saying bike is not yet ready...:( it's so bad. After that i wait upto 2 hours. In that time i informing to their employees "Check my bike is ready or not". After 2 hours they get my bike out after water wash with out cleaning water...;( They are many employees (Cleaning boys) standing idle, no one taking care.. It's really ridiculous, how they treating customers. I will not prefer Service at Hondaa to my Friends/Colleagues. This is second time i'm facing this issue.
