I had ordered a Honda Amaze Automatic for my bosses Mom however was given a Manual transmission car. i asked for the replacement however was denied one and was said that they cannot do anything about it. i am now stuck with the car that i am unable to drive and have to sell it.

    During the month of May14 i bought a honda amaze from vivaan honda cochin [ vehicle reg. no. kl 07 ca 3753]. a few days later i got a call from honda care telling that if i recommend some one to buy a vehicle i would be rewarded with a gift. i recommended my neighbour dr. vidya raman and informed the matter to Ms T.V.Nobi, sales consultant and later on she herself contacted her. dr. vidya approched vivaan honda and booked one mobilio. i was not at the station and hence i mentioned the case to ms nobi over phone. on my arrival i visited vivaan honda and enquired about the gift. they denied it telling vague excuses. i urge the honda authorities to take up the issue with vivaan honda cochin. a reputed firm should not have deceived their clients. - dr george verghese E-17 Vetnest Soumya Nagar Alinchuvadu Edappally P.O.       i have bought unicorn on 16th august in vishnu priya motors(Vishnu Honda) vizag, they have cheated me by giving a bike with many duplicate parts and when i informed to honda company also they failed in making the bike perfect am a fan of honda so i bought this bike but honda company also cheated, now i will not prefer any one to buy honda waste of buying these, first the honda company was supporting this type of issues. they should be punished

          Hello Sir/Ma'am, I purchased new hero honda passion X-Pro bike on 19th december 2013. After 20-25 days, Chain of my new bike started making an irritating and annoying sound and I felt uncomfortable. I went to the Trinity motors showroom, Jagatpura in Jaipur from where I purchased my bike and talked to the manager. He initially told me that one of the parts is missing in your bike and you have to purchase the same. Sir, Is it possible that any part of the new bike after purchasing just after 20 days will be missed. I told him but he was just sticked to his view of part missing. Somehow, I purchased that part from showroom but the problem remained as such. Next time, When I went to showroom for servicing my bike, again I told him the same problem but he could hardly find any solution. Then he told me that the chain is loose and it needs to be tightened. This was also done but after 1 -2 days, it was making the same irritating noise. Today also I went there and talked to the manager but he told that you have to purchase a new chain set from us. How's this possible sir...I dont know!! Sir my bike is new and still in warranty period, then why the showroom peoples are not taking it seriously.             hi i am dr sujayesh halder a resident of diamond harbour, new town, ward no 03, ci office lane, south 24 pgs, pin 743331. i have a honda amaze top model number wb 22u 8713, which i bought from eastern honda, gopal pur kolkata.i have some problem in my wheels.i went to service centre and they told me that break shoes should change.and disc should either polished or changed.and told me to keep the car for four hour.i leave my car in service centre and came back after 4 hour but they told work was not completed due to insufficiency of material.they never called me and harassed me for 4 hours.and told me to come back after 2 or 3 days.they told me for repair of disc and changing of brak shoe it will cost rs 2600 and for changing disc it will cost rs 4000 and 2 hours time.i told them i dont have driver right now and i am a very busy person please leave me within 2 hour .they agreed.but on the day of servicing they harassed me for more than 5 hours.and gave me a bill more than they told. iasked them why the bill is more than rs4000.they told me that they told me the incorrect budget and i shold pay the extra amount.this is too much please give your kind attention regarding this matter. thanking you

                I HAD TO GIFT MY WIFE A HONDA CITY CAR ON 22ND NOV'14 BUT TO MY SURPRISE NUN OF THE COMMITMENTS MADE AT RING ROAD HONDA BAS ENGINEERING GURGAON SITUATED AT SEWA CORP PARK HAVE BEEN MET . WRONG COMMITMENT FOR DELIVERY, NO FOLLOW UP ON CAR COLOR SELECTION, NO CALL FOR UPDATE ON DELIVERY DESPITE BOOKING THE CAR ALMOST 2.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. THEY HAVE EVEN PROCESSED MY LOAN AFTER 6 WORKING DAYS OF SUBMITTING THE DOCS REQUIRED AND WHICH MADE ME CHANGE MY LOAN BANK TO A PVT BANK AS I WISHED TO GO WITH A NATIONALISED BANK AND WAS MADE TO PAY HIGHER AMOUNT OF INTEREST TOO .                   Greetings !!! I am Rakesh and I have a Honda activate . today I gave my vehicle for paid service at orange Honda medhipatnam Hyderabad . Firstly the guy did not understand what head light and tail light is ...I had issues with my bike vibrating in the front and my kmph dial, speedometer was not functioning... He made a note like a scribal... Evening they call me saying come and pick it up its ready . After I reach their they maid me wait for 15mins in the lobby as all other staff were chit chating ...Facebook page open on the system . later they made me go up and down a few times and finally I saw my vehicle ...which was still been worked on ...after I took my vehicle out for a spin I noticed non of my issues were solved . I was billed 925 . my bike was still vibrating speedometer and kmph dial not working and was feeling the same as I gave them in the morning and also my bike is Turing off when not accelerated. .. I told the manager he came out saying shut up don't shout ...and was rude to me ..I told him my concerns he then tried to solve it but said ...it can't be done today come back another day. I had wasted my day and my vehicle is in bad condition than before. I feel sorry to write this but... it just happened a few minutes back. There were other people who were mad like me saying work not done. Even after I had been specific about my issues it was not taking care. I hope someone checks this branch for their poor service and bad management and rude to customers... Thanks and regards Rakesh

                    Hi I had purchased HONDA AMAZE SMT(PETROL) with regd no KA51ME0052 on[protected] From the date of purchase i am getting hell lot of problem with car battery It is getting drained if i do not drive it for 3-4 days.It is really pathetic. i have already contacted honda services for 10 to 15 times but they only get it started for once and again i face the same issue. everytime they blame me for this.even i own a Maruti suzuki swift diesel variant, which has no such problem. if i use that after 1 month also, it gets started without any problem i thought honda is a bigger brand, but i was wrong.the quality of the car and service, both are really worst This is the final time i am raising this issue, if i wont get any help from honda, then i am going to lodge a complain. how can the battery be drained in 3-4 days. i need it to be replaced asap Regards Alok mob-[protected]

                      Dear Sir, I am very much dejected with the experience of services dealer of world reputed car company Honda .I have booked my Honda City VMT Petrol model carnelien red color from Hallmarrk Honda Thane (w) on 31 st July .I have been told by sales person that though there is waiting still we will be giving your car on Ganpati festival but expressed their inability to deliver & promised to give on Dassera but again fail to keep their promised. Then start neglecting my phone, after 4-5 attempt they used to respond by giving lame excuses in very arrogant manner. Lastly sales person said he will give the no.of his boss & ask me to talk to him .But to my surprise boss was replica of his subordinate & he was also behaved same manner.Since they promised me occasion I have taken some loan from office and the instalment of the same has already started. Sales team is continuously blaming to company & in between offered me different color model. . This compel me to think that they must have offered my car to somebody else!.Lastly on 1 st Nov. I met top boss of Hallmark Honda & I got a shock of my life he offered me SV lower version than what I booked. I can not dream that how Honda is associated with such un professional team. After my rejection he promised me to give call on 30 th Nov.but haven't told me when he is going to give me vehicle(Dec/Jan) . This is an mental harrasment, social embarrassment & what about my interest? I am repenting by booking a Honda car. I expect you will take cognizance of my complaint & will get back to me with in a day so that I am free to take my decision of canceling my booking & think of some other car.Awaiting for positive response.                         Dear Sir, car was booked on 21/10/14 for the above, accordingly amount was paid 51000/-on the same date balance was sent to the dealer fron HDFC Bank and remaining balance paid by me.To my surprisingly partaly damaged and repainted car was offered to me on the day of delivery, i protested and refused to take the said car.Iwas asked that with 2/3 days I will be given another car, In spite of promise they still did not give me the car.I have been paying interest on the loan taken from the bank which is being utilise by the dealer.I requested the dealer to keep the booking amount and balance take from me on delivery of car, he did not agree to that.                           Every time i send me car for service in Harmony they create one or the other problem. This time there is problem in Brake shoes. Harmony Honda has directly asked me to leave the dealership and are not ready to act upon the damage they have caused. I am totally frustrated with them. They are least bothered about what Honda 121 asks them or what customer says.

                              Hi Team I have booked Amaze Petrol EMT car from HallMark Honda, Thane. Prior to Registeration I have been asking HallMark please let me know the LBT cost and If you unable to process registration and LBT Please pay me back all money including interest. They assured me that there wont be any issue and you will get vehicle after 3-4 days of registeration. Now HallMark Honda is asking me to pay LBT by my own and without given in writing that I wll pay LBT by own, they are not giving me delivery.                                 IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR/FAILURE IN COMMITMENT: M/S Dream Honda Vapi. I undersigned book SVMT Petrol Carlean Red colour car on 10th Aug.2014 with 51, 000/- advanced till date i didnot get the delivery of the same. I ask Mr.Zubin Manager of above site in not properly answer. He told the car is dispatch from Noida on 31st Oct.2014 & till date i did not get the delivery of the same.                                   I'm Mr. Pravesh Kumar from Dehradun. I own a honda Brio. A couple of days back i had given my vehicle for service in Divine Honda (Dehradun). I was provided with a new front bumper (with paint job) in my insurance & i got a paint job for the driver side door and right front quarter panel too. The problem i found was the paint job was done so horribly & was all spread over the body. A major service was recommended by honda. And i'm not satisfied with the service either. Give me a call as soon as possible. Contact no.- [protected], [protected] Vehicle reg no. - DL 4C AN 7625 Today morning i went to Divine Honda & paid in grand total Rs9423/- which is not even worth it..!!

                                    Yesterday i got the 4th paid servicing of my car done in Vaishali Honda (Patna)..they neither washed nor cleaned it just installed right bumber button worth Rs.200 and give me a bill of Rs.1300/-.. !!! very very poor and pathetic service centre of brand like honda i am repenting why i bought Honda car..my biggest mistake of life. no any responsible authority to answer of my any query in this service centre .will never suggest any one to buy HOnda car in near future.
