I purchased new hero honda passion X-Pro bike on 19th december 2013. After 20-25 days, Chain of my new bike started making an irritating and annoying sound and I felt uncomfortable. I went to the Trinity motors showroom, Jagatpura in Jaipur from where I purchased my bike and talked to the manager. He initially told me that one of the parts is missing in your bike and you have to purchase the same. Sir, Is it possible that any part of the new bike after purchasing just after 20 days will be missed. I told him but he was just sticked to his view of part missing. Somehow, I purchased that part from showroom but the problem remained as such.
Next time, When I went to showroom for servicing my bike, again I told him the same problem but he could hardly find any solution. Then he told me that the chain is loose and it needs to be tightened. This was also done but after 1 -2 days, it was making the same irritating noise. Today also I went there and talked to the manager but he told that you have to purchase a new chain set from us. How's this possible sir...I dont know!!
Sir my bike is new and still in warranty period, then why the showroom peoples are not taking it seriously.
Sir, I want to get this problem resolved as soon as possible and also take any strict action against "TRINITY MOTORS", JAGATPURA, NEAR MODEL TOWN, JAIPUR, PIN-302017.

Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
WRONG COMMITMENT FOR DELIVERY, NO FOLLOW UP ON CAR COLOR SELECTION, NO CALL FOR UPDATE ON DELIVERY DESPITE BOOKING THE CAR ALMOST 2.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. THEY HAVE EVEN PROCESSED MY LOAN AFTER 6 WORKING DAYS OF SUBMITTING THE DOCS REQUIRED AND WHICH MADE ME CHANGE MY LOAN BANK TO A PVT BANK AS I WISHED TO GO WITH A NATIONALISED BANK AND WAS MADE TO PAY HIGHER AMOUNT OF INTEREST TOO . THE COMMITMENTS MADE BY SALES TEAM ON BOOKING HAVENT BEEN KEPT AS THE SALES PERSONNEL HAS LEFT AND THE NEW ONE IS NOT ENTERTAINING THOSE COMMITMENTS ON DELIVERY .HIGHER PROCESSING FEE OF ICICI BANK HAS BEEN IMPOSED AS THERE WAS A V LESS AMOUNT OF PROC FEE WITH NATIONALIZED BANK. I HAVENT BEEN PROVIDED WITH CORRECT DOCS OF THE BANK LOAN AS REQUESTED BY THE FINANCE MGR AT RING ROAD DESPITE MY CALLS TO HIM FOR PRE CLOSURE AND NO INDICATION OF OPENING NEW ACCOUNT WITH ICICI ETC... THIS IS CHEATING A CUSTOMER OPENLY IN WAY OF MAKING FALSE SALES COMMITMENTS. ITS BEEN A HOPELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RING AND EXPERIENCE AT RING ROAD AND WONT BE WANTING TO REFER EVER TO ANYONE DESPITE MY RESIDENCE BEING JUST BEHIND THE RING ROAD . VVVV UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE.. THAT TOO BEING A PREMIUM HONDA DEALER.. THE MANAGERS THERE COMPLETELY LIE ABOUT DELIVERY ON 21ST WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING NOW.. I AM AT A TOTAL LOSS OF EXPERIENCE AND THE WHOLE HAPPINESS OF PURCHASE HAS GONE .AND THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE AND CELEBRATION WITH MY WIFE HAS ALSO BEEN LOST IN DESPERATION .I ALSO MIGHT BETAKING THIS THING TO PRINT MEDIA AGAINST THEM SO THAT NO OTHER FUTURE CUSTOMER COMES IN THERE FANCY FULL SALES PPL . DAMN IRRITATED, DEPRESSED, AGNITED, ANGRY . THEY HAVE TAKEN THE WHOLE AMOUNT FROM ME AFTER WHICH THEY HAVE REJECTED THE DELIVERY ON TIME AS TOLD TO ME .
