Dear sir,
i have purchase honda aviator from s.n.motors anand.(dop:-12.03.10) .i observed one problem in avaitor when press front wheel disk break aviator slipp down.this problem happen 3 times within 10 days & today i am also slipp & heavely injurd.i explain this problem to dealer (s.n.motors)but no proper response & ruf behaviour with me.i am not satisfy with avaitor & i need my money back.
pls.do the needful.

    Sir,

    I purchased hero honda hunk MP21MA3925
    Chassis no.-MBLKC13EA8GH01073 Engine no.-KC13EA8GH01041 on 27/08/2008, from Harsh motors katni M.P., from the date of purchase i got the problem of engine oil leakage. After 12 sercvicings i am still facing the problem of leakage, it could'nt be rectified, and i paid the given amount at each servicings. I am not satisfied with the company anymore.

    It is my humble request to you, Sir, please do the needful to me, which i will ever be greatful to you.

    i also booked my hero honda hunk bike at Cheran automobiles, trivandrum, kerala, india. i was told that i will recieve my bike with in 2 months. i booked my bike on 14april2010. but as of today i didn't get my bike. After contacting the delear he is not responding properly. kindly please take any necessary steps to get the bike

        Dear team.
        On 27 Jan 2010 my vehicle Honda Activa Registration No- MH 24 T 3444 was damage and for repaaring work vehicle was park in Ajinkya Honda Showroom on same day 27 jan 2010,Latur .Authorized Showroom of Honda motrocycle , but till date my vehcile is not repaired. reason the showroom employee says the parts of vehicle are not availabel.
        Three major parts are damage,
        in first face the repaired Chasis.
        in second phase they repaired Engine.
        and now the are saying Vehicle Handle is not availabel. in my life i never seen this type of poor serive .for two wheeler it take more than two months to repaire.is this problem from Company or from Showroom. request you to solve it ASAP. and wating for replay.

          Dear Sir,

          I'm posting this complaiint because I'm continuously cheated by HONDA SERVICE CENTER in Bangalore in DOUBLE ROAD, for the third time.

          I was continuously mentioning them about the bad mileage but every time they used charge min. Rs.1000/- per service no improvements.

          Once the mechanic in the garage confirmed to me that the oil is not changed even though it has been chraged, nnot only for oil but an additional charge towards labour charge of oil change.

          My last bike servicing was done on 02.03.2010 for which I paid an amount of Rs.1183/- which inlcudes things like general service, oil change etc and the labour charge for each of this.
          But the surprising part is that I had to request them to atleast put some water on my bike before handing over to me.
          Also the chain of the bike was about to break because there was nomoil at all on it, which I got again repaired in a local workshop.

          Request your support and help to take action against such BIG CHEATING to the Customers by HONDA SERVICE.

          had booked a Honda Shine At OM AUTOMOBILES, TATA BENZ SQUARE, BERHAMPUR, ODISSA ON 11th August 2010.one month has been passed away yet, i have not recieved a single call regarding my bike from the respective distributor of your organisation.i had also paid Rs.1000 for advance Booking.For which i had fade up by ur supply.

            The worst service I have ever seen, some 30 days before I drop my bike for a complaint saying rear suspension is not working, but they did not solve the problem. So I went again after 2 days service person told me that my bike rear suspension is not working and I need to change it. With insurance I changed it by spending 2000 RS. After replacing both the suspension now again it is not working. Service dealer is not capable of recognizing the problem exactly. Just washing the bike and give it to the customer.

            Dear Sir / Madam,
            I am Gowrishankar. V and I am very loyalty of Hero Honda bikes and Iam from Trichy, Tamil Nadu. I have CBZ Xtreme and i brought in 2007 and the Reg No. TN 01 AE 2234, Engine No. 07BBMM06719. I gave My Bike to service on 15 / 05 / 2010 (SAT). The dealer Name is KRT Motors Trichy. The complaint i gave is more vibration in the handle Bar and the foot rest so plz do a check up and also oil leakage in engine and the Rear Brake Noise. They didn't do anything they Did only water wash. They not fulfill my complaints and Iam not Satisfy after the service. what is the use of giving service? After Service My bike is worst than the what i gave. For this worst Service they ask me to Pay Rs.420. Bill Details the TIN No. [protected] and JOB Card No. RJ01104693. What is the use of that money nothing. Not Only me there is No. of peoples suffer with that service center more No. of complaints and feed backs are receiving but they do nothing not even taken any step by the management. I need a solution of this and i want by bike for smoother riding. Please consider this compliant.

            my name is varun. my bike no is pb 10 cs 0195(cbz xtreme). purchase from sai motors.i am also good life card holder( passport scheme). my card no. is[protected]. i have serviced my bike for hero Honda authorized agency(sai motors, gill road, Ludhiana). i told them to replace the clutch plates .they did the same. but after service its not running properly. the bike is still running as the mechanic do not change the clutch plates. so i m not satisfied with that service

            so please do the need full.waiting for your revert.

              I've purchased a Honda activa on[protected] from Haiku Honda Bangalore( Dealer code:KA01-0002..Within 6 months of my purchase, the scooter has developed a crack on the plastic cover of the petrol tank(under the seat).When I've informed the same to their service center on my third free service,they are very reluctant to give me any solution for this defect and keep on telling me that this defect is because of misuse of the product.But my bike never met with any accident nor it fell anytime. This is clearly a manufacturing defect but nobody is paying any attention to my issue.

              I've booked this vehicle only because of its strong service background, I've heard from my friends and colleagues.But if this is the service a customer gets within the 6 months of the purchase,i really feel sorry on my decision and i'll never advice any of my friends or colleague to go with this brand.I am very much active with a lot of social groups and networking sites and i'll surely escalate this matter to all of them so that nobody will feel cheated like i am feeling right now.

              I'll really appreciate if you personally look into this matter and provide me with any solution so that my faith will remain intact with this brand.

                  On 22/03/2010 I had taken my 2wheeler Activa for its first service to dealer/service station: PICKUP MOTORS PVT LTD.(Faridabad). After servicing, while returning after few kilometers ( 5 to 6 km) of ride, vehicle stopped by itself and I was unable to start it, so I towed it back to same service center.

                  The vehicle was checked in front of me and following problems were found:

                  1. There was absolutely no ENGINE OIL in vehicle.
                  2. Kick was jammed and not functioning.
                  3. Service center engineers admitted they had forgotten to put engine oil.

                  This is serious problem because vehicle's engine had run without engine oil and in this case engine would have been badly damaged or in other words engine is Ceased. As per your Customer book of vehicle page no.19 : If engine is run under low engine oil level it would damage the engine.

                  However PICKUP MOTORS PVT LTD has taken back vehicle for repairs. This is a case of complete negligence of the servicing center.

                  Service center is offering me repaired engine.Why should I accept a refurbished/repaired engine?

                  I would like to have engine completely replaced or complete vehicle whichever is possible and at the earliest.

                  I have contacted customer-care on 23/03/2010 but they have not given me satisfactory reply till now.(complaint number [protected])

                    i have booked the Honda active in month of sept 2009.That time dealer told us your scooter will come late late due to stirke in plant.& give us time in November 09 when we ask in Nov 09 there is person Mr Varun Chabara (Honda Active sale manager Ambala Cantt) miss behaved & says take your booked money back.

                    After 2 days later we again call him & request because we dont have another optipon to purchase from another dealer.

                      I sent a total of three mails to you.

                      After sending the the first mail the staff of the Herohonda dealer from vijayawada posing as service engineers cheated me.

                      After sending the second mail service engineer Mr. Basavaraju came to kandukur. Though I tried to show the proofs there was no response from him.

                      After sending third mail, The managers of Herohonda showroom from Vijayawada & Ongole along with three unknown persons total 5 persons came in Quallis vehicle
                      no: AP-16 AH-3666 and thretened us on 6th by 3.30 p.m. they came to Kandukur to our shop. The details are as follows:-

                      What is your demand?

                      I replied that since you have cheated me, I request you to replce a new vehicle

                      They replied that you have used the vehicle for 1 1/2 years how can you expect a new vehicle. We will arrange new spareparts for the old ones. The mistake was done
                      inadvertantly.

                      I replied that it was not a mistake. It was clear-cut cheating. so you have to pay compensation. I don't want to be cheated again and again. I demand that you
                      should give me a new bike. Otherwise I will try to burn this bike before your showroom by dousing with petrol.Then their resoponse was like this.

                      we appreciate you! Inform us before you burn the bike. We will also see and enjoy. Even if you burn the bike or publicise our frandulent dealings to public
                      through media, it will not diminish or tarnish the brand image of Herohonda. Nobody will stop from buying our product.

                      please show me a place when there is no fraud or cheating. Justice is not perpetuated in judiciary. After the death of Mahatma Gandhiji, the father of the
                      Nation no body is practising truth or honesty. If we do not Cheat the public in one way or the other how can we live. We have dealerships in many places and
                      we enjoy a lot of influence through our Companies. What ever we say is truth. Company people cannot do us any harm. The service engineer also toe our line of
                      thinking. It is to your utter disadvantage. We can harm you if we so like. It takes us no time to harm to you. So becareful. In this way they warned me.
                      From 3.30 P.M. to 6.00P.M. this process of threatening continued unabated.
                      We recorded all this talk through our cellphone. For every complaint they want proof to be shown. I asked my friend to take a photograph of the Quallis in
                      which they arrived. When he was taking photographs the said five people surround him and snatched away the cellphone and deleted all that was already recorded
                      from the phone.

                      The Manager of Ongole showroom asked my friend whether he knows them whom they are. He said that he is C.I. from crime branch. What is your Qualification?
                      I will book F.I.R. against you, I will spoil your life. Many big people are involved in this issue. I will see your end. He further said that he enjoys
                      a lot of political background. Later he asked my friend about me What is your friend's background? What are his other types of business? What is his father's
                      name? We will leave you if you tell all these things. With this incident my friend was frightened to the core.

                      Though we wanted to lodge a complaint with the police people, I was prevented by the persons at home. Later they went to Mr.RamanaReddy, the owner of
                      the Petrolbunk and asked him to interfere and find an amicable solution. They informed Mr. Ramanareddy that the fault lies with them. But no settlement
                      was possible through him.

                      As a businessman, I value every rupee. I don't want to waste even a single rupee unnecessirily. I came up on self efforts though Iam a person of the
                      specified nature, I have got ready to burn my bike worth 54,000/-. It is the result of your irresponsibility and forced irritation. They are in a position
                      to think that nothing will happen, as the Herohonda has a great brand value. They admit publicly that these type of cheating is common at every dealer.
                      They are asking me listen to their words and do what they have said. I want to teach a lesson for the dealer like this by taking all the issue along with
                      the proofs to the print and electronic media. I hope that no dealer will come forward to Cheat the customers this way. They said that everything you do is
                      useless. Nothing will happen to them. Nobody can change them. They remarked my efforts useless. Though the dealer is not ashamed of doing repeated Cheating,
                      you are not brave enough to do Justice for the Customer like me. Hats-off to you for your courage and sincerity. It is my last mail. I have not enough time
                      and patience to send mails. I have already lost my faith towards your timely response.

                      after they threatend me on 6.2.10, I tried to inform the Service engineer Mr.Basavaraju about how they threatened me. I phoned him more than 15 times but
                      he has not lifted and answered my phone. I think it is useless to deal with him. I want a reply and reasonable response from you in three days. If not I cannot
                      do anything except burning my bike.

                      I don't want the replacement of the bike. I don't want to buy any bike of your brand all my life. Take back the bike and return the amount of 54,000/-
                      that was paid by me at the time of purchasing. Your dealer has threatened me that he could do any harm against me. What can he do? He may disturb my
                      wealth and kill me. But Iam ready to face any conquence. Finally I am taking leave from you with infinite thanks, as your dealer has repeatedly Cheating and the
                      Company has been silent as a dumb person. If you are not in a position to know and enquire over the issue though I have informed you that I am getting ready to
                      burn bike; You will have to face and experience the consequences.

                      I want to spread the issue of your Cheating all over the Country. I am ready to spend on this issue. I will prove the power of the Customer to your
                      sleeping Company. I will close the curtain over the immense belief and faith on your Brand. Don't think that I have no such scope. I am a person who can do 100%
                      what I have already told you. I cannot bare any Cheating done by anybody. I take your Cheating as an insult. At first I though that your Mechanic was Cheat.
                      Later it was proved in the matter of your dealer and the Service engineer. I have already confirmed this. Please informed me in three days. Whether the Company
                      is also Corrupted.

                      I want to ask one Question. What is the aim or motto of Herohonda. Is it Service oriented or Cheating and threatening the Customers? When the dealers are
                      doing a lot of harm to the Customers what prevents you to take stringent action against the dealer. How many persons will you send to fight against the Customer?
                      Even Service engineers toe his line. I demand total Justice from you. Is there no method to check or control the dealer, Why do you pay a deafear to our
                      compliants? There is no proper response from you. I think your Company is in slumber. Open your eyes. Otherwise Customers like me will be put to a lot of
                      hardship and suffering. It does not answer well for the reputation and goodwill of your esteemed Company. One mistake will cause a lot of damage. So arise and
                      awake and take prompt action. Against the erring dealer and do me Justice.

                      Iam Mr. N.venkata subbarao. iam a resident of kandukur, prakasam district. i bought a two wheeler "Glamour" from associated auto service, ongole on 24.08.08. My vehicle reg.no. A.P.27 AB1167. I got the five free services at authoraised herohonda servicing centre. I found a noise in the engine of my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Associated auto service, Ongole where I bought the vehicle. The manager concerned said that the warranty period was over. Then I argued with them that i had three years of warranty period and how it would be over with in one year. they said that as i have not approached them for five services, so we are not responceble for your vehicle. Then i told that i had serviced the vehicle on authoraised service centre. You must responceble for me and my vehicle. Then they agreed to repair the bike and asked me four the four days of time to repair the vehicle.
                      after four days i called them phone and asked whether the repair was over? they said that we have changed the clutch outer. They also said they had to check the crank assembly also. They said that we have changed the crank for your safe. I asked them to check the bore also, as there was a chance of getting of its damage. They replied that the bore was O.K. They chargd 639 rupees show room bill and the mechanic named balu demanded 500 rupees for mechanical charges with out bill.
                      when i started the vehicle the same problem and noise was observed again. they said that noise would disappear in two days. After four days the noise was increased then i took the vehicle to Nagarjuna motors, kandukur. I asked them to check the trouble. They checked the vehicle and said the crank and bore was damaged. Then i checked the bill given to me by associated auto service, ongole. I found they noted that piston and rings were also changed. I was shocked to know that with out my notice they changed piston and rings. And they set some old crank and bore instead of the new one. I found some scrathes and cracks on the bore also. I wonder why the crank failed in two days. Where is the trouble, in spare parts or in service centre.

                      CHEATING DONE TO ME AT THE ASSOCIATED AUTO SERVICE, ONGOLE

                      1. They have not changed the crank, piston and rings but charged the bill.
                      2. They set some old crank and bore instead of the new one. I found some scrathes and cracks on the bore
                      3. They kept my vehicle with them more than 12 days for repair in the showroom
                      4. They demand five hundred ruppes for mechanical charges with out bill.
                      5. As a customer I feel insulted and a lot of time waste because of the irresponsible deal of the associated auto service, Ongole.
                      6. At the time of bike purchasing they have not given to me the tool kit and passport
                      7. They have charged Rs. 800/- more than the price mentioned in the invoice.
                      8. They refused to enter my vehicle in my friends passport
                      9. With out my notice they filled the sixth service coupon.

                      I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against associated auto service Ongole in this issue as early as possible. Here with I am sending all the proofs related to this issue.

                      I request you to please replace with a new vehicle, as a service centre cheated me largely. If not I want to go to customer's court for justice.

                      10 days back I sent a mail to the branches of vijaya wada, hyderbad,bangalore and the same mail today I am forwording to your head office.The mail sent to the above three branches.After sending the mail the responce from the company side is less than that of the "Ongole Associated auto service(10854) cheeting.

                      ANOTHER CHEATING DONE BY ASSOCIATED AUTO SERVICE IN ONGOLE.

                      1. 30-12-09 The ongole show room manager called me from the mobile no is [protected] and said that HERO HONDA MOTORS LIMITED service engineering team from vijayawada will visit our ongole show room today.so they asked me to counsult the team and rectify the problem.But I refused to go to showroom.once I was cheated by the associated showroom,so that I disagree with them to visit the show room.Then the same matter was sent to my mobile as a message and I sent the reply saying that I am not visiting the show room.

                      2. 02-01-10 the manager asked my shop address and said that the service engineering team is coming to visit your shop.After telling the address the service engineering team visited the shop in 20 minutes.Two persons came to the shop .One person is introduced as Mr.Chandra sekhar, service engineer and the second person introduced as senior engineer from hero honda motor limited.They bought the mail copy which I sent before. They discussed with the mail copy matter from 4pm to 7pm.in my shop.They tried to convence me and said that the problem accured parts will be replace by new one's.and I asked them to replace a new vehicle to me instead of new parts.After a few minutes of convincing they made me to agree for replacing the new parts instead of new vehicle.

                      3. 05-01-10 at 8.53 pm Chandra sekhar called to my mobile number from the land number
                      [protected] and to visit the show room at[protected]pm.and said that they will replace the parts .In the morning of 06-01-10 at 9.30am .I called to[protected],which I got the incoming number and I asked for chandra sekhar.A lady lifted the call and said that with the name of chandra sekhar no one is here .Then I said to her that service engineer chandra sekher called from this number yestarday night.Then she told this is vijayawada hero honda show room and none with the name of chandra sekhar working here.After that I called to vijayawada area office and took the chandra sekhar's mobile number from Mr.Srinivas. The mobile number is [protected].I called to the number and said that I am ready to visit the showroom because of your requesting.Listening
                      my word he was shocked and said that he never visited my shop in kandukur.He advised me to consult Mr.Basava raju,service engineer of this division.Then I understood that was cheated again by the asscociated auto service ,Ongole.I also understood that person who was introduced to me Chandra sekhar was not the real Chandra sekhar.A wrong person was introduced me as Chandra sekar.

                      4. Later I called Mr.Basava raju and explained the whole thing.Then mr.basava raju enquired and told me that the person who was introduced as senior engineer was the branch manager Balaraju,vijayawada hero honda showroom.and also told that he could not know the person who was introduced as Chandra sekar.I gave a complaint to him to rectify my problem.But after complaining , I was cheated again.I am asking you wheather the aim of the company is to serve the customer or to cheet the customer .Is the customer a fool in your view.I came to a conclusion not to buy the bike of this brand .I wish to advice my circle not to buy the bike of this brand as I was cheated repeatedly.I got irritated with the activities of the ongole associated auto service.The company is world wide imaged brand.But if it cannot rectify such a custmor problems it will comes to an end.Your company should take a severe action on such type of deals.Much flurting is taking placing hero honda company more than the political field.I hope that no one should be cheated like me.I had a good hope before this cheating .But I lost all my hopes after this issue.

                      By all the above this cheating I had lost my business and financially lost.I want some comprensation from the company. If the company cannot ,I will go to the consumer's court for justice. and I will give this infermation to media for all the above cheating.I should get the response immediately.such an educated and business people like me was cheated easly how can the uneducated and rural people might not be cheated by you.

                      Hero honda company is the mother and the vehicle is like its child.The cheating in the showroom is like the mother gaves poison to her child.

                      Some wrong persons asked me to come to the showroom what does it mean ? I think they are ready to do any harm to me.How can i be peaceful after learning that some wrong persons were introduced as service engineers? I feel a lot of mental tension over.

                      After sending the the first mail the staff of the Herohonda dealer from vijayawada posing as service engineers cheated me.

                      After sending the second mail service engineer Mr. Basavaraju came to kandukur. Though I tried to show the proofs there was no response from him.

                      After sending third mail, The managers of Herohonda showroom from Vijayawada & Ongole along with three unknown persons total 5 persons came in Quallis vehicle
                      no: AP-16 AH-3666 and thretened us on 6th by 3.30 p.m. they came to Kandukur to our shop. The details are as follows:-

                      What is your demand?

                      I replied that since you have cheated me, I request you to replce a new vehicle

                      They replied that you have used the vehicle for 1 1/2 years how can you expect a new vehicle. We will arrange new spareparts for the old ones. The mistake was done
                      inadvertantly.

                      I replied that it was not a mistake. It was clear-cut cheating. so you have to pay compensation. I don't want to be cheated again and again. I demand that you
                      should give me a new bike. Otherwise I will try to burn this bike before your showroom by dousing with petrol.Then their resoponse was like this.

                      we appreciate you! Inform us before you burn the bike. We will also see and enjoy. Even if you burn the bike or publicise our frandulent dealings to public
                      through media, it will not diminish or tarnish the brand image of Herohonda. Nobody will stop from buying our product.

                      please show me a place when there is no fraud or cheating. Justice is not perpetuated in judiciary. After the death of Mahatma Gandhiji, the father of the
                      Nation no body is practising truth or honesty. If we do not Cheat the public in one way or the other how can we live. We have dealerships in many places and
                      we enjoy a lot of influence through our Companies. What ever we say is truth. Company people cannot do us any harm. The service engineer also toe our line of
                      thinking. It is to your utter disadvantage. We can harm you if we so like. It takes us no time to harm to you. So becareful. In this way they warned me.
                      From 3.30 P.M. to 6.00P.M. this process of threatening continued unabated.
                      We recorded all this talk through our cellphone. For every complaint they want proof to be shown. I asked my friend to take a photograph of the Quallis in
                      which they arrived. When he was taking photographs the said five people surround him and snatched away the cellphone and deleted all that was already recorded
                      from the phone.

                      The Manager of Ongole showroom asked my friend whether he knows them whom they are. He said that he is C.I. from crime branch. What is your Qualification?
                      I will book F.I.R. against you, I will spoil your life. Many big people are involved in this issue. I will see your end. He further said that he enjoys
                      a lot of political background. Later he asked my friend about me What is your friend's background? What are his other types of business? What is his father's
                      name? We will leave you if you tell all these things. With this incident my friend was frightened to the core.

                      Though we wanted to lodge a complaint with the police people, I was prevented by the persons at home. Later they went to Mr.RamanaReddy, the owner of
                      the Petrolbunk and asked him to interfere and find an amicable solution. They informed Mr. Ramanareddy that the fault lies with them. But no settlement
                      was possible through him.

                      As a businessman, I value every rupee. I don't want to waste even a single rupee unnecessirily. I came up on self efforts though Iam a person of the
                      specified nature, I have got ready to burn my bike worth 54,000/-. It is the result of your irresponsibility and forced irritation. They are in a position
                      to think that nothing will happen, as the Herohonda has a great brand value. They admit publicly that these type of cheating is common at every dealer.
                      They are asking me listen to their words and do what they have said. I want to teach a lesson for the dealer like this by taking all the issue along with
                      the proofs to the print and electronic media. I hope that no dealer will come forward to Cheat the customers this way. They said that everything you do is
                      useless. Nothing will happen to them. Nobody can change them. They remarked my efforts useless. Though the dealer is not ashamed of doing repeated Cheating,
                      you are not brave enough to do Justice for the Customer like me. Hats-off to you for your courage and sincerity. It is my last mail. I have not enough time
                      and patience to send mails. I have already lost my faith towards your timely response.

                      after they threatend me on 6.2.10, I tried to inform the Service engineer Mr.Basavaraju about how they threatened me. I phoned him more than 15 times but
                      he has not lifted and answered my phone. I think it is useless to deal with him. I want a reply and reasonable response from you in three days. If not I cannot
                      do anything except burning my bike.

                      I don't want the replacement of the bike. I don't want to buy any bike of your brand all my life. Take back the bike and return the amount of 54,000/-
                      that was paid by me at the time of purchasing. Your dealer has threatened me that he could do any harm against me. What can he do? He may disturb my
                      wealth and kill me. But Iam ready to face any conquence. Finally I am taking leave from you with infinite thanks, as your dealer has repeatedly Cheating and the
                      Company has been silent as a dumb person. If you are not in a position to know and enquire over the issue though I have informed you that I am getting ready to
                      burn bike; You will have to face and experience the consequences.

                      I want to spread the issue of your Cheating all over the Country. I am ready to spend on this issue. I will prove the power of the Customer to your
                      sleeping Company. I will close the curtain over the immense belief and faith on your Brand. Don't think that I have no such scope. I am a person who can do 100%
                      what I have already told you. I cannot bare any Cheating done by anybody. I take your Cheating as an insult. At first I though that your Mechanic was Cheat.
                      Later it was proved in the matter of your dealer and the Service engineer. I have already confirmed this. Please informed me in three days. Whether the Company
                      is also Corrupted.

                      I want to ask one Question. What is the aim or motto of Herohonda. Is it Service oriented or Cheating and threatening the Customers? When the dealers are
                      doing a lot of harm to the Customers what prevents you to take stringent action against the dealer. How many persons will you send to fight against the Customer?
                      Even Service engineers toe his line. I demand total Justice from you. Is there no method to check or control the dealer, Why do you pay a deafear to our
                      compliants? There is no proper response from you. I think your Company is in slumber. Open your eyes. Otherwise Customers like me will be put to a lot of
                      hardship and suffering. It does not answer well for the reputation and goodwill of your esteemed Company. One mistake will cause a lot of damage. So arise and
                      awake and take prompt action. Against the erring dealer and do me Justice.

                      I purchased a Honda Shine on 15th February 2007 from: Amrit Auto, Arya Nagar, Jawalapur, haridwar.

                      I thought that Honda two wheeler co. is a well known company and giving his services to his customer at best level. But I was totally misunderstood. I have problems due to the mileage of my vehicle. It is just 35 km/ltr, which certainly is very low. But at the time of purchase this vehicle they show me 65km/ltr as per their catalogue. I had made a complaint to M/s Amrit Auto, Sant Bhawan, Jawalapur haridwar, but it did not help the cause.

                      I was very disappointed workshop of M/s Amrit auto motors, Sant Bhawan, Arya Nagar Jawalapur. By seeing the method and work quality of their workshop, nobody take care of my bike problem neither nobody give response to me also.

                      Man who sitting at Amrit Auto is not responsible for any thing he is only occupying the chair. He told that this is only fault of company and there is not any way for this problem.

                      Since 11th September 2007 this bike is as it is standing on Amrit Auto. I have no need for such bike with average 35-36 km/ltr.

                      Then I registered my complaints to Consumer Court at Haridwar. But not any action taken by court against dealer. Court made decision in the favour of dealer only. And ordered to me to collect my vehicle as it is.

                      I was very shocked when I received the court decision.

                      I feel again a very bad experience about the HERO HONDA SHINE.

                        Hi i purchased Active Delux two months back. Now facing the problem in auto start. Service center is not responding properly. They do charge the battery only. This is the temporary solution. Honda company should take it seriously and think about the better solution.

                          Recently on 26-02-10 I bought hero honda splendor plus motor cycle from Suguna motors, M.T.P. ROAD,
                          COIMBATORE, it was agreed to deliver with all extra fittings,like seat covers, handle covers, tank covers and ladies handle, registration and insurance cahrges at a price of RS 45,600, when i took delivery, iwas not satisfied with all these covers, since their quality was not good more over i doubt wheather they are genuine parts, Later 3 days back I found there is no oil in the engine, I dont know how to trust these dealers who cheat the customers,

                          I own hero honda splendour plus bearing registration number PY01BK3868. I am SYED KHAJA NAWAZ, Advocate Currently residing in Chennai, I purchased my two wheeler from Valli Motors-Pondichery. I did my 1st service in OM Motors-Poonamaallee, Chennai. From 2nd to 6th service i seviced in Reliance Motors (P) Ltd, Mount Road, Chennai. From the 1st service i have mentioned that the bike hangs towards left side (i.e porg bend) while driving and noise arises from silencer. But till the last service i have paid money and intimated to Om Motors and Reliance Motors, Chennai. But no use. It is not rectified. Only 4500 Km has reached. But a sum of amount has been paid by me for some spare parts. i already have filed complaint in this forum. From Gopalapuram Regional Office they called me and intimated me to give service in reliance motors. Their service was poor from 2nd to 6th service. I intimated all times about the worst quality of my bike. Now i have no option of seeking consumer court. I have a right of getting a report about the worst behaiour of my vehicle. Take further steps or will seek the legal authorities against Hero Honda.

                            I am Doctor Manoj Jaiswal Purchased Activa ffrom Honda Company from Shri Krishna Automobiles,shop.no.12,opp-modern sweet,katrap,badlapur-east.on dated 01/10/2009.My Residential address is room.no.03,ANAND NAGAR,bEHIND SHRIRAM TALKIES,VITHALWADI,KALYAN EAST. I have been facing lot of problem from my 2nd service. I lkept my activa honda for servicing with V.J.Automobiles pvt/ltd,Sri Sainath complex,shanti Nagar,Ulhasnagar-3..
                            I have kept myt activa for servicing from 25/02/2010 to 3/03/2010,work done vibration problem,oil change,colour coating & oiling ,bill was 1251. they delivered my vehicle on 3/3/2010. when I was taking my vehicle i saw that the work was not fully done also there was scratch done my left panel, vibration was littlebit, mr sachin salesperson &salim shaikh manager said me the problem will get solved automatically after driving in two days, On 5h march 2010 again problem of starting & vibration arised ,I then agaian kept my vehicle with vj honda hey delivered me on same day, On 7th march again the problem arised in the morning of starting when i was leavig to my clinic , I have to take the vehicle pushing with hands to Vj Honda nearabout 1 kms ,the n again i have to keep my vehicle for same problem of starting & vibration + for panel colouring which was damaged by their coating expert from 7th march 2010 tpo14th march 2010,then delivered me the activa on 14th march 2010 saying that problem have been solved with the bill of 2222 which i have paid, On 15 th march in the night i was with my family with son & wife ,the activa creayted problem & i with family escaped accident, again on 16th march 2010 went to vj honda, they told m,e the problem will get solved ,delivered me the activa on 18th march 2010, Again on 19th march 2010 i was with my family once again escaped the accident,Again on 20th march 2010 I have given my activa to vj honda to till date ,there is no response from them.

                            I want to filre the complaint against the company for giving me the damaged piece since from from last couple of days the the company experts couldn't solve my activa problen,also they have given false statement,I have faced three accidents which i have escaped two while with family, IAM A DOCTOR BY PROFESSION, I have bear loss by wasting my 2to3 hrs for activa in service station. even i have face dehydration & decentry problem,with financial loss by company & sevice station.

                            Pls Sir,Help me to sort out my problem to get positive response from company side .i think companies expert are enable top solve the problen ,so company should give me the replacement of the activa honda.

                              i had booked a honda unicorn past 2 months back, at that particular time they told me that , it will take 30 -45 days max . now on 12 th march and told me to pay the full amnt in cash ,i agreed and done so , in return they told me that it will take around 3-4 days to get ur bike, i said ok. from then ownwards they are giving the time of 2 days ,but the 2 days had not came yet . and finally they told me that ur bike will be get dileverd in next month . so pls help me out of this situation .

                              Hi Everyone, the big reputed company of the world. My complain to u all is why there is shortage of CB Unicorn bikes in Maharashtra. In mumbai i had visited end no. Honda dealers showroom to book new CB Unicorn bike, but from every dealers i got the same response that there is waiting for 3 to 4 month because the company is promoting the CB Unicorn Dazzler bikes due to which the production of CB Unicorn is almostly closed . In Maharashtra the demand for CB Unicorn is very high you also realized that & you taking of advantage of that, instead of only concentrating in promoting CB Unicorm Dazzler bikes have some time to fulfill the demant of CB Unicorm bike to the customer.

                              Two month before i had booked the CB Unicorm bikes, when i visited showroom to check the status of the booking, one of the employee of the showroom said that to go CB Unicorn Dazzler, why i should go for Dazzler ? even though i had booking from last two month.

                              That's all i like to say, Now its upto you how u deal with this situation.

                              We are the payers of the bike and we are the one to promote you all but what the heck that your dealer .

                                This complain regarding two thing one honda activa delivery and the other against the pashankar show room.

                                i had booked the vehical-honda activa with pashankar showroom at janglimaharaj rad in Pune,Mahaashtra.That was in month of october 2009. i was told i'll be getting my vehicle by jan 2010 end that is 3 months later. But i got it only on 15 th of march 2010 that too after setting the condition of either getting the vehicle or getting the money back. the threat worked and what seemed to be immpossible became possible. out of nowhere the vehicle was available with them and ready to be delivered.When i use to make calls to showroom to know the status of the vehicle delivery i was kept waiting on phone for longtime. that ofcourse resulted in affected the phone bills.

                                Even as i got the vehicle it had a scratch on it. when asked to ment it the showroom service people procrastinate it till date that is 22nd of march its still bearing the scratch marks.

                                  I perches new hero honda plesur at 14th December 2009 from shreyas motors Amravti

                                  i go to there 4 time for 1st servicing but every time they say come tomorrow its far fro my home near about 10km i go there in the morning 10am but every time thy say today they have work load come tomorrow

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My vehicle no. UK07-V-9570 bearing frame No.[protected] and engine No.9001205 I made it sure that all my services where on time in spite of the same, the service providers at various cities have not filled up the record book intentionally and now my mobike(stunner) has got it's engine ciezed as told by the honda dealer(Shri krishna auto nandram pur bass road dharuhera[protected],[protected]) i asked them for the engine warranty as my mobike hasn't lapsed the 2 year tenure yet i am somehow not satisfied with the verdict i need an enquiry on the same. The date when i deposited my bike in their yard was 18/03/10 and the date they promised to deliver it to me is on 22/03/10 .kindly let me know how to proceed with same because i am expecting warranty on my engine .

                                    my complain is that i am so frusted by your service your dealer RUSHAB AUTO NASHIK is not taking any kind of action on my COMPLAIN.
                                    the complain is that my bike's petrol tank colour is coming out in bouble and directly the metel is been seen.
                                    even of complaining more than four times their is no responce

                                    I hope this will be the last application of complain we are sending, after this it will be not tolerated at all.

                                      My name Ajesh Tomy,my native Cochin,Kerala.I have been using honda activa scooters since 2005.This is the 3rd time i am purchasing the same product(Honda Activa).1st time i brought it from Arya Bangy honda dealer(REGN NO. KL-07-AX-9279),2nd from Muthoot honda (KL-41-C-3339).and the 3rd unfortunately from Arya bangy itself(KL-41-C-4651).I got a worst experiance from the dealer Arya Bangy when i given my scooter for an accident claim.I have submitted all the original documents at the time i have given the scooter for claim.They havent did anything for 1 week.After a week i made a call to know about the work status.2 days i continued to call and after that i got the reply that the work havent started.When i called once again they told me that the reason is that i havent submitted the xerox of documents.The originals is with them.I got the reply from a staff (his name MR.Vinayan) that they will start work only if i came there and took the xerox from a nearby shop and give to them.He told no Xerox machine there.Even now i havent got my scooter back.I am owning 3 cars & 2 2wheelers all different brands.This is the highly worst experiance faced in my life.Expecting some response.....

                                        I bought Honda Activa in the year April, 2008 - Dealer- Planet Honda Bangalore.
                                        Usage- Single hand use
                                        I always use Auto Ignition to start the vehicle and never used Kick start to start the vehicle.
                                        Till now six Vehicle servicing was done ( 4 Free service + 2 Paid service and all SIX Servicing done at Planet Honda Service Center, Chandra Layout, Bangalore and never got repaired/serviced vehicle other than the Planet Honda Service Center).
                                        Yesterday i had given my vehicle for servicing (6th Servicing) as usual at Planet Honda Service Center Chandra Layout, for my surprise service Engineer from Service center called me and informed that Kick start -Gear teeth broken and need to be replaced otherwise it will create problem (jam) while vehicle is running and replaced the Gear Component and charged an amount of Rs.232 for the component.

                                        My complaint is without using the Kick start to start Vehicle in the past two years how the Gear component teeth broke and all SIX servicing was done at Planet Honda Service Center Chandra Layout, Bangalore.

                                        From starting i have been trobuled by the vehicle too much & after go throgh at service centre many times, i was unable get out of the problem.
                                        Now its being troblubling too much more than before.

                                        i purchased honda activa (duel break) from RAJ MOTORS-AJMER (Raj) Bill No, 09TN04659 dt.14/09/2009
                                        Activa Breack fitting which connected to front wheel that fitting is vibrating when move on vehicle
                                        I service activa 4 times in Arora motors( company work shop) Pali, I already complaint to arora motors all time, but they reply that this is company foult and we are unable to solve this vibrat proble.
                                        I m facing mentally & sicological problem when move on activa

                                        plz give me our complain no. or give me contact no. so that later i can consult and can solve our problem.
                                        I booked Activa in grey color during 31 jan 2010 but got delivery of the vehicle in the month of April 10th 2010 on Saturday from india garage showroom in st.marks road.
                                        During delivery i went alone to take the delivery of the vehicle No KA-01-EP-6265 against JC No 159512 dt 13/04/10 but while starting the vehicle it was getting stoped. But I pulled the choke and started as they guided me. while coming towards my house on the way the vehicle getting stoped and the break is not catching. so i called Monday to Girish the sales man of india garage but he told me to bring the vehicle myself.
                                        Tuesday while bringing the vehicle to their place i met an accident and i had to take the vehicle to service centre to claim the insurance. during accident i hit my vehicle to Innova and the car got dent. Innova owner asked me to pay for the rectification for his car.
                                        He took me to Audogodi police station and i had to pay 2, 500/- for that. Now i took my vehicle to service centre and claimed for the insurance and i complained to them about the previous problem. They said while taking the vehicle it was working so its none of their problem. Mr Girish of the show room of india garage told its me who doesnt know how to drive.
                                        Now I just need to know whose mistake is this that i have to pay 50% of the insurance claim of my vehicle and for the rectification of the Innova?

                                        Can anyone tell me what i was suppose to do in that case?
