Sir,
I had given my bike for replacement of fork pipe,
Reason as there was leakage of oil.
previously i had changed oil seal as told by them that it would stop the leakage & if it does not stop then we will replace the pipe(In warrenty) was told by them.
But when i gave my bike to replace fork pipe it was not replaced the oil was just wiped & returned my bike in the same condition.
I want a serious action taken on them
hi i am ankit sahay .i bought cbz xtreme euro ll version in 5th january 2009 from r.s. moters kanpur road, lucknow. and he said bike given minimum milage 50km/lit. but my bike milage is so poor 35km/lit . and whenever i went to service center they said its milage improve after servicing. i have 6 services and travelled approx 10, 000km but the bike milage is same no change its only 35km/lit. pleas help me.

    Hi,

    Am favorite of Honda Vehicles.

    I was purchased Honda Unicorn on 10.02.10 at Fortune motors.

    From day one i had problem of Handle hard , low pick and hweavy noise of chain.

    In march month i was given servicing to Fortune buit still same problems coming.


    So please resolve my vehicle problems with high priority.

    I HAD PURCHASED A MOTORCYCLE, HONDA STUNNER-CBF125M , FRAME NO. ME4JC40 2L98036481; ENGINE NO. JC40E 9109128; FROM SUPREME TRACTORS, HISAR (DEALER CODE-HR05000). AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE DEALER PROMISED ME AN AVERAGE OF MORE THAN 55 KM/LTR AS WELL AS GOOD PICKUP. BUT EVEN AFTER ALL FOUR FREE SERVICES AND ONE PAID SERVICE, THE BIKE IS GIVING AN AVERAGE OF ONLY 35 KM/LTR. ALSO WHEN MORE THAN ONE PERSON (EVEN TWO ONLY) ARE RIDING , THE BIKE FEELS PRESSURE AND ITS PICKUP AND SPEED GOES FURTHER DOWN. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR..................

      sir,
      we have bought honda city on 2.04.2010 just six days back ,today on 8.04.2010 its not starting up mechanic said its has some problem in its tool box. i dont understand what is the wid the car.This really bad on HONDA PART.............. we want our car changed in any condition.......................!As the car is not in working condition from only what will happen in the future. so please held us on the matter please

        Dear Sir/s
        I purchased one Honda Shine on 23.11.2009 at Gudivada, from one of the sub dealers of M/s. SRI KANAKADURGA HONDA, VIJAYAWADA. The bill was given by the above dealer at Vijayawada. The owner’s manual was handed over to me after nearly one and half months stating that the book did not reach them from the main dealer till then. Immediately after receiving the book I sent my vehicle for the first service and the service people at Vijayawada refused to do the first free service since the required period for submission was lapsed by then. Even after being advised by the people from Gudivada also, they refused to give the first service and they cut the 2nd service coupon for doing the 2nd service, as the first service. When I sent my son to collect the vehicle in the evening they have charged for engine oil change (by that time I have run the vehicle for around 500 kms only) and delivered the vehicle. After getting the vehicle at my house I observed that the vehicle is not even water washed because the water soaked mud stains on the vehicle are still in their place after the service. They did not do any service at all. I telephoned them and queried about the same. They replied that it is serviced. Due to work pressure I could not go personally and do anything about it.
        On 2nd April’10, I gave the vehicle for the third service (second service in real) – JOB CARD NO. 10JC00037 – at 9.00 am. When I telephoned the service centre on 1st April, they advised me to bring the vehicle at 8.30 am, but they came at 9.00 am for opening the centre, making me wait for half an hour, by giving me wrong time. My vehicle was the 4th one in the order of collection for servicing and they advised me that the vehicle will be ready latest by 6.00 pm. and they will make a phone call by then. After waiting till 6.00 pm for the phone call, which I did not receive, I went to the service centre at 6.00 pm.
        I queried for delivery of the vehicle. They searched for the job card from the file and and could not find the card. They queried elsewhere and informed that it is coming. They dragged till 7.00 pm and finally the vehicle came from the upper floor and they smooched the vehicle with a cloth, giving me the feeling that they are drying the water stains. When I checked the vehicle, ALAS, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT AT ALL WATER WASHED, showing the dirt stains on the tyres and the entire body, as they appeared on the vehicle before being given for service. When I showed them the same, they said, don’t worry sir we will do the same now and they washed the vehicle before by own eyes and applied some grease and gave the vehicle after making me wait for the vehicle for on hour. I was standing there, because there was not even space for sitting. WHAT A CUSTOMER CARE?
        The horn switch is not working and they did not replace it and I asked for the same. They said it is not covered under warranty. A GIANT INTERNATIONAL COMPANY refuses to replace a small part, costing less than Rs. 100/- within four and half months after purchase. Really saddening to note.

        I dropped a written complaint in the box, because the service manager was not available for complaining personally and I have to wait for one more hour, if I have to meet him personally. The next day I received a phone call from Mr. Saleem, Service Manager, enquiring as to what happened and I explained every thing to him. He tried to bluff me that the vehicle is serviced and when I said that the supervisor also saw the dust stains and all and the vehicle was washed before my eyes, he regretted the lapse and advised me to meet him personally when I give my vehicle for the next service. He also promised me to replace the horn switch within 4 days, which also did not take place till now.
        REALLY A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS. The company is simply giving back the vehicles without doing any service at all, simply by applying some grease and charging for engine oil change.
        SOMEBODY FROM PARENTAL JAPAN CARE TO STRAIGHTEN THE AFFAIRS, SINCE, I HEARD, THE JAPANESE ARE SUPPOSEDLY THE BEST SERVICE GIVERS.
        LET US SEE WHETHER THEY ARE ANY DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!

          Dear Sir,
          I have purchased Honda Shine on[protected]. from the time of purchase i have been getting very poor mileage. I complained the dealer, who assured me that after the 1st servicing things will be fine. I have done initial 2 free servicing on time. The mileage has dropped from 44kmpl to 38kmpl. Today when i gave for 3rd free service and raised the issue, the works manager kept on arguing that the quantity of petrol at the pumps these days is not correct so i m getting poor mileage. I am an engineer and take utmost care of my vehicle. Avoid constant gear switching, drive in economy mode and switch off ignition at traffic signals. still i get only 38kmpl mileage.
          please suggest whom should i approach. should i go to consumer court or something?

            Sub: Dealer’s attitude is suspicious and questionable.

            Sir,
            I have booked for one HONDA Activa on 06.07.2009 with your dealer SHIVAM Automobiles, Bhubaneswar by paying Rs. 1000/- . I was assured of the delivery of the vehicle within two months. After repeated visit to your authorized dealer, I have been frustrated and irritated by telling that the delivery will still take some more time. The dealer was not giving any clear picture of when I would be able to get the delivery of my vehicle. After repeated arguments and a fight on 17.12.2009 after nearly six month of my booking, the dealer has again asked me to deposit Rs. 24,000/- and assured me that my vehicle will be positively delivered within a week and on 17.12.2009 I deposited Rs. 24,000/- with the dealer. As usual I again visit the dealer after a week to find out what is the delivery status of my vehicle. The same story was repeated by your dealer and as expected he did not give a clear picture.

            Now it is almost 11 months since I have booked my vehicle and I am shocked to say that your dealer is not in a position to delivery my vehicle. This is ridiculous, a company like Honda Motors, is not able to delivery a vehicle which has been booked 11 months back. Either the company is not willing to do good quality business or the dealer appointed by you is making a fool of you and your customers. Why should your dealer sit on my money and run his business. Do you still feel such dealer should continue as dealers ? It seems collectively the company and the dealer is playing with the customers and at the end of the day the one who losses everything is the customer and one who gains everything is the dealer and company.

            It seems all the efforts that I can put to get my vehicle delivered are almost exhausted. Now I just wanted to get my entire episode to your notice. Now the ball is in your court, either you act and see to it the customer is satisfied or I personally feel you don’t have any dam business to sit on and play with the money of the customers. If you really want to act seriously, my first and sincere request is please take the dealership from M/s SHIVAM Automobiles, Bhubaneswar immediately and appoint a new dealer. He is spoiling the goodwill of a reputed company in the capital city, Bhubaneswar . I would also like to bring to your kind notice that a lot of customers have already been delivered their vehicles, who happened to have booked their vehicle months after I did. I still do not understand the attitude of your dealer, why is it that he feels he can dictate terms with the customer. Please for God’s shake look into the matter and solve it immediately. Don’t forget at the end of the all that matters to any company are Customers Satisfaction. I am just waiting for a positive response from your end. Hope my vehicle would be delivered immediately.

              My Name is Mayur Karote and I'm from Pune.

              I have a complaint regarding Honda Activa Customer Satisfaction and Service.

              I had booked Honda Activa on 12th January 2010. I was told delivery date of 75 days.
              I made complete payment of Activa. On March 19th, I got a call from showroom dealer. (Dealer Name: Kothari Wheels, Tilak Road, Pune 2)

              I got Delivery of vehicle on 23rd, where i was told that I'll be getting All documents ( R.T.O. Registration, Invoice, and other Documents) on same day.
              But on Delivery day, It took 2 hrs. I need to fight to get delivery of vehicle.

              Staff out there was so arrogant, that they also said me "Who called you here, Why you came". This was not at all customer satisfying experience.
              They had not provided me with Invoice and registration number of vehicle also. I need to fight to get my receipts also.
              I spoke a manger for the same. Manager name was Santosh(Mb: [protected]). But it didn't work.

              I keep calling to showroom for RTO registration number, they always give me a new date, where on called on the date, again new date.

              This is so frustrating, so again called manager Santosh, who also seems doing same process.

              I tried Pune Activa Head office no. (Pune Office: [protected]. But nobody picked up.
              same is the case with Gurgaon office.

              I hope this written complaint will do the work.

              Pilot Honda at Mulund (west) is cheating to customers for doing servicing two extra coatings on body external & internal of Activa Honda recently and demanding Rs.1300/-and nothing doing and simply washing the veh and even old impressions also not yet removed. What is the meaning of Free service. Simply collecting money.My veh MH-03 AY 613 recently spent for servicing Rs. 1700/- is quite completely not satisfied. and hence do needful and necessary action in front o[censored]s and also making rounds for 05km on the same servicing day. Even for Armed forces personnel making fools, What you will do for general public.Customer satisfaction to be maintained.

              I have a complaint regarding Honda Activa Customer Satisfaction and Service.

              I got Delivery of vehicle on 9th Dec 2010, where i was told that I'll be getting All documents ( RC Book and other Documents) within 25 days. But I didn't get till today.
              I visited two - three times but it didn't work, the staff was so arrogant, that they also said me "Who called you here, Why you came". This was not at all customer satisfying experience.When I called there on given numbers on the receipt. One madam receives the call and get connect it to the respective department, but nobody picks the call upto 15 or 20 min.
              I want to do servicing of my vehicle.I don't know what is the date of servicing. When I visited there the staff said we will going to call you for the documents. As per the previous knowledge the first servicing it should be done after 1 Month or after run of 1000Km. But no documents are provided for same. And when we call or ask to the staff they speak arrogantly or one madam receives the call and get connect it to the respective department, but nobody picks the call upto 15 or 20 min and no response.

              I keep calling to showroom for RC Book and other documents, they always give me the same reply within 25 days again 25 days. I didn't get how many 25 days.

              I hope this written complaint will do the work.

              I am Nitin, I booked Honda Activa from KOTHARI HONDA, tilak road and i had a very very disgusting experience.
              Booking date : Jan 2011, Delivery Date ; July 2011, 2 times difference amount was paid, did not get documents like Service booklet yet (SERVICE BOOKLETS ARE OUT OF STOCK).
              I was given Rusted accessories, only when i declined to accept they changed it for new accessories.
              they do not give battery warranty certificate also.

              Please book Activa from anywhere else except Kothari Honda, Tilak road.

              KOTHARI HONDA is a confused office with illeterate people who are out of sync of process, infrastructure and no valye to customers
              Hopeless service with very rude and arrogant staff. No coordination at all.

              really Kothari wheels is a big big cheater. they will not give you any written committment for anything.

              not even for delivery. while booking they committed me delivery date but then tell us that no we have not committed any date to you. the same thing happens with Accessories. they have charged me the accessories as std. fittings Rs. 1100 and Accessories Rs. 3200.00 while purchasing the bike they told me that coating is included in the accessories. but when i went for first servicing they told that no it is not included in fittings & it will be charged extra. just for oil changing they charged Rs. 500 for the first servicing & Rs. 550 for teflon coating.

              Even the staff is very very arrogant and they dont have any manners to talk with the customers.

                  This is to bring you in notice that recently 02/03/2010 I had purchased Brand new Passion Plus from Swastik Motors ( Bhandup ) who is sub dealer of Spectra Motors ( Navi Mumbai ).
                  I had paid whole payment in cash of Rs.49500/- but there is some problem in handle which is bend and wobling problem in my bike I showed in Ranjit Motors Engineer told its major problem show to your dealer then I went to my dealer he told go to Spectra Motors then today I went there then asked me for service book which I was not having then he refused me and asked to go to Ranjit Motors alongwith service book.
                  Hence I will go to Ranjit Motors tomorrow because it is my hard earned money for which I have to take care and face the problem solved by my own HERO HONDA such a big company is not at responsible for their customers whether their dealers or sub dealers give proper service or not to their customers because this is India in this country nothing will happen whether customer is satisfied or not once our product is sold to hell with customers.I am sorry for using this kind of words as I am very much upset and dissatisfied with this kind of service from your big dealers since from many years.
                  Request you to please look into this matter and revert ASAP as per your convenience.

                  Hero Honda Passion Plus — Poor Responce to customer

                  I have given my bike for servicing to J.S. Motors Vishrantwadi Pune. They gives very poor treatment to customer. When we are telling any problem about bike then they behaves with us as I am very bad driver & drives bike very poorly. I am complianing about my fuel indicator that not shows proper fuel. But every time this problem is unsolved by service centre.
                  even my new passion pro fuel indicator is not displaying proper fuel.

                    Today, I was driving my Honda City (Car No MH 43 R 8746) with my wife, elder daughter aged 10 and younger daughter aged 3 months. To my surprise, at a traffic signal, a lot of smoke was coming from the power window switch causing discomfort and unease to my new born child. Fortunately, I immediately stopped the car, else the consequences could have been disastrous.


                    I had heard about this complaint in the USA and that defective parts were being changed. When my car was serviced 2 months back, I had specifically asked the lease plan person to check the power window and he assured me that this problem was only in USA and not India.

                    This is highly irresponsible on the part of both Honda City (Not to warn its indian users) and would demand a proper explanation to this lack of concern for customers.

                    I also faced the same problem today. I am having HONDA CITY Zx model 2007, CH04 9242. Today while I was taking the car out from garrage, smoke started coming out of power window. I called the service centre. They came and taken the car to service centre. The power window switch was replaced on payment basis as they say that this does not fallin the declared faulty series.
                    But I was driving the car it could have resulted in big loss to me also.
                    The issue is same and is major fire Hazard threat to all Honda city holders.
                    Immediate action is required by Honda city mangement.

                      I have purchased HONDA ACTIVA Mode code SCV110. PSCNO.082052, DEALER CODE APO30001, from JUPITER AUTOMOBILES, GAJUWAKA, VIZAG in MAY 2009.

                      For the first three months after purchase there was no problem. I took the vehicle for 1st servicing to JUPITER AUTOMOBILES, Gajuwaka.

                      When I took the vehicle for 2nd servicing to JUPITER AUTOMOBILES, Gajuwaka, I told the service people that I am getting back pain upon which the mechanic said that due to shock absorber movement the back pain is coming and he hardened the movement. After that the vehicle is not moving speedily and whenever any bumps are there I have to slow down the vehicle. I started getting neck pain also apart from back pain after the 2nd servicing.

                      For 3rd servicing I took the vehicle to Service Centre, Head Office, Visakhapatnam JUPITER AUTOMOBILES. The head mechanic told that after removing the present joker, he will put a old joker so that the problems will come down but there is no stock of old jokers. They are unable to solve the problem. The service supervisor asked me to leave the vehicle for one day for rectifying the problem. As I was not satisfied with their response, I could not leave the vehicle with them for one day. I did not give the vehicle for 3rd servicing.

                      Hence, I request you to kindly replace the old shock absorber with latest new shock absorber that too in my presence.

                      As the warranty period is expiring next month, kindly take immediate action.

                        Dear Mr Jagjit Singh,

                        I rasbihari lalwani son of brijkishore lalwani whose name i had booked a honda unicorn bike at ur pilot 2 wheelers showroom at chembur on 10th feb 10 at taht time i was told that within 45 days i have to make the payment & within 60 days i will get the bike on road by mr sunil ur staff at chembur branch.
                        Now after 45 days when i had gone to your showroom at 26th march 2010 Mr sunil was not interested in talking to me & he told mr vaibhav to attend.
                        Mr vaibhav was not interseted in taking payment after speaking to Ms Rekha he took a post dated cheque of 10th april 2010 from me & i was given in writting that i will get the delivery by 25th april 2010.I had booked the bike for 66000/- but when i gave the cheque i was asked to pay 68000/- as the bikes price had increased accordingly i paid rs 68000/ -.
                        Now 1 week after that i am getting a call that the bikes price have been further increased to 70000/- & i will get the delivery in May.

                        This is not at all fair you are the cheating the customer firstly by not giving the delivery on time & secondly by asking more money everytime & on top of that ur salesman Mr vaibhav has no manners to talk to a customer he is not helping m solving the problem rather he is talking to rudely & keeping the phone.This is not the way to speak to a loyal customer who has waited 3 months to buy a honda (although making cash payment) bike instead of bajaj bike such type of customer service is not accepted at all.

                        Now i accept a solution from your side fort the above scenario.

                        Kindly look into the same or get back to me as earliest or else i have to move to the consumer court as i am myself working in the managerial level in reatail industry.

                          Dear Sir .,
                          I had given my vehicle Hero Honda Ambition for regular service to the top rogue Hero Honda dealer namely Prakash Motors at Lalbagh Road Bangalore . After keeping my vehicle for almost 5 days , they have returned the vehicle with a billing of Rs 6000/- , without any engine problems in the bike . Any way i have paid & taken delivery of the vehicle . Immediately while riding back home , when i have applied the brakes my vehcile has tumbled & i have fallen down from the bike . When i have taken the bike back to them , they have checked & informed that the brake drums are also damaged & they do not have stock & hence they have removed the front brakes from my vehicle & delivered it again back to me , Now inspite of past 6 months neither my bike has been repaired nor are they giving any satisfactory answer . I have even tried to contact the Hero Honda Zonal office , but it seems they are all hand in glove to cheat the customers & have bluntly replied to contact the dealer again . I have even shown my bike to another service station & they have confirmed that Prakash Motors is the worst dealer in Bangalore & also they have fitted duplicate & non-genuine spare parts in my vehicle . It is disgusting that inspite of paying more than Rs 6000- for service , my vehicle is not repaired . I being a doctor require the bike for my regular commuting & such kind of rogue dealers only add to tarnish the brand image of the company .                           I totally agree with you. Really bad service and for them customer is like any spare parts.
                          Any request is like to speaking to deaf person.
                          Yes, you are absoulutely right this delar Praksh & PArshawa are the top cheats in Bangalore .In case you want to intiate any legal proceeding & claim damages from them, Please contact me & i will provide you free legal services for this . Bcoz i have akso been cheated before by this Prakash Motors & later they paid my money back after lot of arguements, .
                          i agree, they r the no.1 cheater in hero honda brand for selling and service.
                          Perfect, I also have faced similar problems and many times.

                            I purchased honda Unicorn in june 2008 from Durudwesh honda Bangalore. I have finished all Four free services from the showroom. So i used to change engine oil in every 2000 KM from other service station. Every time when i was changing the oil.only 100ml or 150ml dirty oil only will come out.
                            Now Last week i changed the oil and then while riding oil coming out through the plugg means top of the engine body.

                            So i consult with mechanic and he was telling It should not come oil like this. Some problem inside engine.An he was telling borr (some mechanical word)has to be changed.

                            After i brougt the vehicle with in 6 month tree time gasket gone then i repaired it from the showroom and i complained them also. see this vehicle is less than two year old and month on month am geting problem from the vehile.

                            I am working man and i have to go to my office. I cannot go every day to servece centre to repair it and spend money

                            may be this problem happened in the starting itself. But am not knowing because if am giving to durudwesh honda for servise i have to give in the morning and taking in the evening.and am not seeing anything and the customers are not allowed in to the work place.

                            I brougt this vehicle becouse of the brand ,product and service and now i understood that my concept was wrong.
                            This is not a problem with durudesh honda. This is the problem with manufactures means Honda Unicorn manufactures.

                            Sir,
                            I have purchased one Honda Unicorn vehicle from the dealer M/s Hassan Honda, Pondicherry on January, 2007. From the beginning, I have given so many complaints to the dealer that Unicorn is not working properly due to engine problem. Even First service, I have mentioned that the engine gave more smoke with oil smell and noisy sound. Then, at every time I approached the dealer for repair, I requested them to look the engine problem and rectify the same. But, they have not responded and informed orally that we will see the engine till the vehicle run atleast 7500 km. Now, Unicorn crossed 21, 500 km. Still, the dealer has not cleared my doubt and rectify the engine problem.

                            As and when I approached for any repair, they orally informed that the spares to be replaced. Still my vehicle is not working properly even though I changed the spare parts as per the advice of the dealer. Hence, I am not satisfied the service of the dealer.

                            In this connection, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and instruct the dealer M/s Hassan Honda, Pondicherry to replace my vehicle, as I am not in a position to bear more cost for repair charges.

                            I Mr Shyam Sunder Ily had taken taken Honda Unicorn at Aadi Moters Pvt Ltd(Malakpet) on 29/11/2008.

                            We have gone through First 4 Free services in the same showroom by 07/07/2009 with 11500Kms & later 3 services had done at outside servicing center as on reading is 20300(approx).

                            "Suddenly i got a problem that their is lot of smoke coming from the silencer & some noise cuming from the Engine."

                            We have given the bike for serviceing in the show room (Aadi Motors) on 07/04/2010 at 8.30am with job code 73878

                            I explained the problem to the mechanic, he said there is problem in engine so need to open the eggine to check the problem.
                            when i asked why the problem occurs he said the might be the problem due to the petrol, so he said that he will check the problem and call back with the problem,when asked about the warranty he said that their is 2 years warranty on engine.

                            There is no call back from the show room regarding the problem and when we called back for the reason their is no exact status and respones from the show room.

                            When i called on the same day(07/04/2010) for 3 times they said that engine is not open yet all. and they said that they will call back me.

                            But they din't call me even for a single time & when i called them on 08/04/2010 around 12.00noon they said that the engine is not yet opened & again i called them around by 3.00pm they said a silly reason that "MECHANIC IS NOT THEIR TO CHECK" again when i called them for 3rd time on the same day at 5.30pm & said that "THEY HAD OPENED THE ENGINE AND NEED TO KEEP THE ENGINE FOR OBSERVATION FOR 1 NIGHT"

                            THEY DIN'T EVEN INFORMED ME AFTER OPENING THE ENGINE & THEY SIMPLYSAID THAT THE ENGINE IS KEPT FOR OBSERVATION.

                            Suddenly i got a call from the showroom on 09/04/2010 at 01.21pm from [protected] that their is a problem in the engine when opened & need to change the parts in the engine & the estimate charges will be around Rs 6000/- & when i asked about the warrenty he said that he will conform and call back with in half an hour.
                            Later on i got a call from [protected] at 04.50pm that their is no warrenty for engine parts,when i asked why ? they said that "instead of 7 services only 4 services had done in the showroom" so,i said them that im out of station will come back next day but i was not possible for me to come back on next day so i got time today(13/04/2010) and visited around 12noon.

                            I met the mechanic & asked about the incharge,they took me to Mr.Nair.
                            When i spoke to him he saw my servicing records and said the same reason that "instead of 7 services only 4 services had done in the showroom".

                            The major complaint is that " I HAVE WARRENTY FOR ENGINE " but they saying that need to pay around Rs 6000/- for serviceing.

                            I have warrenty for the engine then why should i pay ?.

                            Kindly look into t he matter & do the needful ASAP.

                            I am working as a Regional Finance Executive in a multi national company at Mumbai. I purchased Honda Unicorn black colour barring no ME4KC093H98091389 from your sai point, ganesh wadi, Thane, vide tax invoice no 1677 dt 9/9/2009 with extended warranty of 3 years.
                            I have done servicing at your Thane/ Kharegoan kalwa service centers as per the dates alloted & I have installed security systems to avoid theft and other mischevious activities.
                            I have not been advised by your service centre personnel to remove this as it will create problem in the vehicle in the long run.
                            But due to my bad luck the vehicle has come under repair/maint & I had to consult your service center at Thane.I have been told that Some repairs are to be done ( I got good co- operation from Santosh & Devendra during repairs).
                            To my surprise they have billed me for CDI unit covered under warranty period, the reason being the installation of security system.The person named Riyaz confirms that CDI unit is covered under extended warranty policy no [protected]/certificate no HMM215470.
                            I would like to inform you that such a reputed organisation like your should not follow such type of fraudulent practices.
                            Hence I am requesting you to refund my amount paid by me vide bill no 317367 dated 21/7/2010 for Rs 2740 immediately.The vehicle has not completed 10 months as on date.
                            plz do not give excuses for instaling the security system in the vehicle which is removed now.

                            I bought the Honda Unicorn on 17th June2009. Single hand driven, well maintained and serviced at scheduled time on Honda work shop.

                            Only after one year I had to get the disc brakes replaced.
                            Another after 6 months I find engine so noisy.
                            I gave the bike the for service, stating the problem at Race Honda, Patparganj. I was told that there is some clutch plates problem and that has to be replaced. I left the bike at work shop for 1 day.
                            The next day I was supposed to receive the bike, I was informed that engine has been put down and there is major fault with it.. I dont understand without informing me how can they take such an action.
                            After 2 days I got my bike back with some valve and rings replacement as per their mechanics.

                            But till date bike's main problem got worse than before. I again complained about it, to my knowledge i was told that there is CRANK SHAFT PROBLEM and it is not available till date since 4th JUNE 2011.

                            Honda is known for its best and silent Engines. That's the only reason i bought this bike.
                            Honda mechanics just ruined my bike to its worse.
                            I want replacement of CRANK SHAFT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN WARRANTY AND ENGINE AS IT WAS EARLIER..

                              We have booked honda activa on 7/12/09 from Silicon Motors, RV Road, Bangalore, but I didn't get honda activa, after I paid full amt to the dealer and he has told me aftr 15 days vehicle will be delivered. But in mean time i came to know that if we pay extra Rs.3000.00 immediately we will get the vehicle. Really i was fed up with your dealer attitude and get other brand vehicle same day. Without paying extra amt.

                              my question is

                              1) Why should we have to pay extra 3000.00 ?
                              2) Whether it is company policy or dealer policy ?
                              3)Dealer will not give interest to our deposit.

                              But it is indirectly cheating to the customer who has paid full amt to the dealer.
                              my request please go through our complaint and take necessary action against who were dealing like this and allow us to buy your vehicle. within the period.
                              otherwise it spoil honda activa image.

                                  Chassis no.-MBLKC13EA8GH01073 Engine no.-KC13EA8GH01041 on 27/08/2008, from Harsh motors katni M.P., from the date of purchase i got the problem of engine oil leakage. After 12 sercvicings i am still facing the problem of leakage, it could'nt be rectified, and i paid the given amount at each servicings. I am not satisfied with the company anymore.

                                      On 27 Jan 2010 my vehicle Honda Activa Registration No- MH 24 T 3444 was damage and for repaaring work vehicle was park in Ajinkya Honda Showroom on same day 27 jan 2010,Latur .Authorized Showroom of Honda motrocycle , but till date my vehcile is not repaired. reason the showroom employee says the parts of vehicle are not availabel.
                                      Three major parts are damage,
                                      in first face the repaired Chasis.
                                      in second phase they repaired Engine.
                                      and now the are saying Vehicle Handle is not availabel. in my life i never seen this type of poor serive .for two wheeler it take more than two months to repaire.is this problem from Company or from Showroom. request you to solve it ASAP. and wating for replay.

                                        I'm posting this complaiint because I'm continuously cheated by HONDA SERVICE CENTER in Bangalore in DOUBLE ROAD, for the third time.

                                        I was continuously mentioning them about the bad mileage but every time they used charge min. Rs.1000/- per service no improvements.

                                        Once the mechanic in the garage confirmed to me that the oil is not changed even though it has been chraged, nnot only for oil but an additional charge towards labour charge of oil change.

                                        My last bike servicing was done on 02.03.2010 for which I paid an amount of Rs.1183/- which inlcudes things like general service, oil change etc and the labour charge for each of this.
                                        But the surprising part is that I had to request them to atleast put some water on my bike before handing over to me.
                                        Also the chain of the bike was about to break because there was nomoil at all on it, which I got again repaired in a local workshop.

                                        Request your support and help to take action against such BIG CHEATING to the Customers by HONDA SERVICE.
