Dear Sir,

With great hopelessness and despair, I must say that the services of Honda city car is the worst . I had bought this car one and a half year ago and since then it is troubling me. I have lodged a more than dozen complaints in last one year but I am yet to receive a response.My last complaint was as follows,

'Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of my previous complaints on e mail dated 22nd ,28th July,2009 ,29thNov.,2009, 6th Dec.,2009 and on Help line -22nd July vide no. 70900937, 4th & 6th August,2009 vide no. 80900105 and on 28th Nov.,2009 vide no.[protected] regarding the problem of battery getting discharged in my Honda city car ZX 1.5 EX1 no.RJ14CF 2567 bought on 4th June 2008 from PINK CITY Honda, Pink city motors , Jaipur.

I would reiterate that the problem still continues the same even after multiple full check ups in the workshop .
The battery ( Exide) people have repaetedly said that the fault lies somewhere in the inner electric circuit from which the battery gets discharged and it is not in the battery per se.
Last time when the battery got discharged, a new battery was put in on 6th Jan,2010 by the dealership.
Today morning when I tried to start the car, it did not start (presumably due to the same reason.)
Last one and a half year since I have bought this car, I have suffered a lot due to this problem .

I would request you once again to solve this problem or replace the car.

    Respected Sir,
    I am a customer of herohonda motors limited.I have converted my old hero honda passport to new goodlife hero honda pasport.my passport no is [protected].(chasis no-04k09c07930).I have converted it in my nearest dealer of Hero Honda named Networld Motors,Chowkbazar, Nalbari,Assam,Pin781335.
    Till now I have got about 2900 points.According to the rule of goodlife passport I should get a gift at 2500 points,But till now I did not get it.I asked the dealer named Networld Motors,Nalbari,Assam to give me the gift 0n 2nd 0f March,2010 but they have told that the company have given me in my account as it it is shown in the account in the website.I have told that though it is shown I did not collected it yet.I requested them to give me the gift then they misbehaved me and neglected me.They are trying to conceal the truth.
    As a customer this should be my right to get a gift according to the rules.
    I request you to take a quick and necessary action.

      Hi,
      From the first day when i got my honda activa from Haiku honda showroom, the fuel indication is not working. when i took it for first service in coramangala service station, i complaint about it. it was working for only one day. Again i complaint the same in the second service. they did the same and the indication worked for same for only one day. and the broken the mirror and not working the Headlight. i didnt check when i take my bike from there. On the evening only i checked it that the bike head light is not working.

      When i call them they didnt reply properly.The people who are working in the service station, they are not doing the service(if it is free service) properly. They One of my friend also complaint the same. After given for service only i face these problems. Then why we need to give for service. I dont know how solve this problem.

      Better you can write a strong mail about this to Honda representatives instead of begging these local dealer owners and service guys ... they just simply employed stupid guys who dont have proper tranings..

      please write a mail to all the big shots of Honda-India then it will work, my friend did the same for his Sony TV set that really worked out and immediate response from the regional sales manager and he got the new TV too in time of 3 days

        Sub: Complaint Regarding not replacing damaged part of byke under warranty

        Respected sir,

        I purchased a Passon Pro byke from your dealer JCT MOTORS locaed at Kesavadasapuram, Trivandrum on[protected]. From the first sevice onwards a small scatched seemed on the Upper Chain Cover. I asked the service engineers to replace that damaged part on warranty. They promised me the do so. But now my 4 the service already completed and my damaged upper chain cover was not replaced yet. They are speaking hard words and telling that no spare is available. For the past 10 months i am knocking their door for the same reason.But they are repeating the same answer "out of stock". And i am also not satisfyed with the forth service also. No water service done by them. The dust and mud remain with the byke. They arguing that they done all the work properly. I tell hill i will show you the mud. But the superviser was not willing to come with me the see the byke. So I humbly request you sir please look in to this matter and take necessary action as early as possible..

        I am also attaching the written assurance of JCT motors on 16/11/2009.

            i have purchased honda city in oct 2008, ac was working till mid march 2009, but aftr that my ac is not working, i have other cars of maruti and hyundai there ac is far better as compared to this.registerd complaint numerous time with dealer but in vain, the other way out is to use other car in summer and honda city in winter.help me out .registration no mp04-cc-5684.

            I am sorry to say that the after sales service of Linkway Honda is so bad that I cannot refer any new customer for a vehicle to purchase from Linkway Honda, Chandivali, Sakivihar road.

            I booked my vehicle Honda City VAT during end of January, 2010 with a request that the vehicle should be delivered on 14th February, 2010 (Valentine’s Day) It was a surpise gift for my wife on the auspicious day. But all my plan went into the drain when the Sales Executive informed me on 10th February that it is not possible to deliver the vehicle on 14th February. The reason was my loan was not sanctioned. I submitted all my papers to Linkway Honda & they were suppose to arrange the loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank (recommended by Linkway Honda) & they informed me that Kotak will process the loan faster & they will disburse the amount within 3 days. Kotak was sitting on my loan documents for one week but with no results. I contacted HDFC Bank & there service was good & the loan was disbursed within 3 days. I request Linkway Honda Management to remove Kotak Mahindra from the panel of loan department so that such incident will not happen in future. Even Kotak disclosed all my confidential data with other banks which was a embarrassing situation for me & this spoiled my credit history with other banks.

            I received the vehicle at the end of February, 2010 from your showroom. I confirmed the timing before taking the delivery. When I came to the showroom for the delivery the work was half completed. Polish was not done for my vehicle & they have kept the vehicle down for delivery. I pointed out this to the sales executive who took the vehicle back for polishing & I with my family & relatives was waiting in the lounge area for nearly 5 hours. I received the vehicle late evening & the pooja of the vehicle was done at late night in the temple.

            I was asked to fill a feedback form in which I mentioned all these problems. But till today nobody from Linkway Honda called up. I never expected this type of service from Linkway Honda. I came to know that Linkway Honda is a ISO certified showroom. I don’t know how you got the certificate (may be corrupted people are sitting at ISO office).

            My 1st service was due after 1000 kms. I took the vehicle to Linkway Honda for servicing. Waited at the reception for almost 45 minutes. There was 3 major problems which I explained to the representative 1) when closing the glass the full door starts shaking 2) Leather panel on the right hand side of the drivers seat was not fitted properly 3) Polishing was not done properly. When I went to take the delivery nothing was done. The representative informed me nothing can be done it’s a faulty in all our Honda vehicles. Even the car was not cleaned properly from inside & outside. Worst experience on 1st service. I was totally disappointed (please check the feedback form which I have filled at your office)

            My 2nd service on 27th May, 2010 again the same problem was told to your representative nothing was done. I asked him what is the service that Honda gives. He informed me that we check the brakes, alignment, oils, etc.. etc.. etc… When Linkway Honda cannot wash the vehicle properly which is easily visible how can we trust that the above things has been done.

            I request all my friends not to put your hard earned money in buying Honda Cars. After sales service is VERY VERY VERY Bad. Honda should stop manufacturing cars if they cannot detect the problems.

            I request the management to kindly take up this issue seriously…

And servise is not good srevies is not fast but the billing is very fast. In there near me ther are above 50 People all the Costamer are complainig that the servies not good.                 I paid Rs.1000/= as advance for booking Hondia Activa Purple Colour Deluxe Model from Patil Honda from Bijapur, Karnataka but, with my continuous follow up with them they have given me delivery on[protected] and informed that Deluxe Model stock is not available. They have informed me Rs.46894/= ( i.e. 41000 ex price + 1130 Insurance + 3465 Accessories + 649 Extra Warranty + 650 Temp. Regn. ) . As I am staying about 100 Kms away from dealor, many times I asked them to send Rs.3465/= Invoice for fixing accessories but till date they have not sent the details. Very poor response in telephone calls. They have charged more and exhorbitant price and becasue of that they are avoiding to send the invoice. Inform dealor to reimburse the excess charges to me immediately. I am not at all happy about the dealor response. I am regretting for my mistake chosen for buying Honda Activa. I would have purchased any other brand which are available with very good services.
                I had booked for activa and aviator on 13 december 2009 vide booking no. 59530 and 59531 and Receipt Nos. 010254 and 010255 issued by Om Sai Autoworld, Charmoorthy Compound, Chincholi Bunder, Link road, Malad - West, Mumbai - 400 064. I was told that the delivery will take 3 months and 2 months respectively. When I called up the dealer on 16 march 2010 that is after the date of assumed delivery, suprisingly he replied that the delivery process of October 2009 is still in progress and I shall get delivery accordingly.

                It is surprising that both the above scooters are available very near to our home at Retails stores on ready delivery basis by them charging 3000 Rupees more than the Om Sai Prices. Please look into the company policy of making the scooters available at a premium and not giving delivery for booking.

                Your prompt reply towards the above shall be highly appreciated.

                Honda financial has a by the name of Garvin working for them who is the rudest and dumbest person I have ever spoken with. He was so insulting that my family and I will never buy another Honda again. The dealer knows me as I have bought Hondas before and because of my status in the community, and I told them that once they fire dumbass Garvin (from the Atlanta, Georgia office) I will consider buying a Honda. In the interim I will work to discourage everyone I know from buying a Honda. Honda has the rudest employees I have ever dealth with and do not deserve your business. BUYER BE AWARE!

                  I have purchased a Honda Aviator through HMSI Vahani Motors pallimuk Kollam Kerala, authorised dealer for honda bikes. This bike had a fault in design and kept giving abnormal sound in the fron sheild, inspite of me meeting the dealer 3 times they were not able to findout the excat problem. I went and spoke to the GM of the company on my 4th visit still no response. This bike is just abt 2 weeks old.

                    Dear sir its the reminder cum fresh complaint against the one filed on 07/02/2010 by me i.ei Mrs neelam thapliyal from dehradun. I bought Honda activa on 02/04/2010 chassis no. ME4JC445C98011150 engine no. JC44E0011017 vehicle registration no. UK07Z1131 from ESS ELL Motors446, Rajpur road dehradun.My free service details are
                    1) 26/04/09 325km
                    2) 26/07/09 1725km
                    3)30/10/09 2838km
                    4) paid service 07/02/2010 3730km
                    Fourth service was made paid by ESS ELL motors P{atel nagar Dehradun because I was late due to sudden death of my beloved father.
                    After 4th service acid got discharged from the battery which has left indelible marks on th front mudguard/ fender.On reporting the matter to the said service centre I was told that it would be a paid service as your vehicle has dents in it. Dents on the scooter occurred because it slipped on the wet road and vehicle has poor control on such situations unlike my previous vehicles.
                    I reported this matter to the said agency after the first service for which they advised me to leave th vehicle for atleast four days to have insurance claim. i couldn't make it because of my job obligations.
                    The said agency in the past persuaded me to have teflon coating done on the scooter as the company colour gets faded soon. As I refused to do the same they took hostile attitude against me after that and refused every cooperation since then.I called Gurgaon office on 18/02/2010 and i was told that area manager will have a look on the vehicle but no one has contacted yet.
                    Sir i purchased the vehicle on the recommendations of my friend Deepika khatri who owns three activa in the family. She was given excellent service by Paradise Honda Mohabbe wala dehradun.
                    With type of vehicular problem and its deffects I have faced and the callous behaviour of Mr narender Batra Manager of Ess Ell Motors Patel Nagar Dehradun I am feeling the vehicle has become a liability on me rather that being a proud owner now.
                    I request u to take corrective measures on your part to redress my grievances and eliminate the faulty design problem in the vehicle. Moreover Ihave decided not to visit Ess Ell Motors Patel Nagar in future. My phone no [protected] M [protected] Husband's no [protected]

                    REMINDER NO. 2 I am surprised that despite sending earlier reminder also Honda company is having deaf ear towards the genuine problem and trying to shield a rogue person like Mr Narender Batra Manager of Ess Ell Motors Patel Nagar for their vested interest. I am sure that a faulty product and a dissatisfied customer like me will definitely bring no good in future terms and company must realise this thing with a serious view. Sure the problems can come but always with the solution if viewed seriously. I t know that overconfident Mr Batra under the protection of the company is really going to harm company's interest while Mr Oberoi of Paradise Motors will really serve the people with interest.
                    SIR i am sure company is reluctant towards my complaint against ess ell motors patel nagar dehradun as it believes on the story of ess ell motors. Now i have no option but to approach media against such malpractices and befooling of the customer by your end. More over I will file the case against the said dealer and tha company in consumer forum.

                    I BOOKED BLACK DELUXE ACTIVA ON 25-12-09 FROM ESS ELL HONDA RAJPUR ROAD DEHRADUN, ON 2-04-10 PHONE CAME FROM ACTIVA SHOWROOM THAT UR ACTIVA HAS COME U CAN TAKE THE DELIVERY, THE ACTIVA WAS BOOKED IN MY NAME UMESH PUNDIR AND NOW MY COUSIN WANTS TO PURCHASE THAT HONDA BUT ESS ELL HONDA IS SAYING THAT THE AVTIVA WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE NAME O[censored]MESH PUNDIR, I SAID THAT VEHICLE HAS BEEN BOOKED WHAT IS THAT RULE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERED IN THAT NAME ONLY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY ESS ELL MOTORE THE STAFF IS ALSO VERY RUDY.

                    Paradise Automobiles/Activa — Late delivery of Scotter

                    Dear Manager

                    I booked a Activa (Deluxe) Scootter vide receipt no. 2459 on 18 Dec, 2009 at Pparadise Automobiles, Chanderbani Chowk, Mohabewala, Dehradun, Uttrakhand, They confirmed the delivery of scooter after Ninty days. But unfortunately after waiting more than hundred days they are not listened to our request about the delivery of booked scooter. Even they are not behave like a gentleman with customers. After waiting more than hundred days they told me to cancel your booking and purchase scooter from other company.

                    I am totally dishearten from the behavior of agencies official.
                    Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful.

                    Very strange to see that the honda officials have not even bothered to revet on this issue raised. They cannot do away with their responsibility of attending to customer grievances. They are liable for all mischief done by the dealer appointed by them.

                    I was purchased Honda Stunner on Feb 2012 from ESS KAY HONDA, Before purchase bike sticker had already damaged but dealer said we will get sticker with in one week, but now third month is running. Dealer responce is very poor, they don't know the imprtance of customers.
                    Worst service ever i have got from any service station the person there named Gagan i don't know his designation. But he don't know how to speak / Deal with customers i recently face a problem with him he will not provide proper information regarding the progress of serviced vehicle and in the end time gives excuses for not delivering the vehicle i am very much disappointed with his behavior. Owner Mr.Narender Batra should have to take some strict action towards this issue otherwise there customer will not be satisfied and they have to look for some alternate service center due to of person like Gagan If any other person faces the same problem or if any from that service center may contact me in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
                    I want Gagan named person to be kiced out of Honda patel nagar service center...

                      i hav registered KARIZMA ZMR On 7/12/2009 fron spectra auto showroom , nerul , navi mumbai , and at that i got the response tht within 2 months i will get the bike with white colour .. but yet i didnt get it

                      also they told me that if i pay 30,000 to 40,000 more on the spot .. thn they will gave me the bike on the spot..

                      trivandrum, kerala.they said me to wait for 40 days to get the vehicle.but after 50 days i did nt get it. when i asked the dealer about it but their responsible is not good.they are saying unbelievable reasons. i want the bike urgently

                        I have booked my Honda Activa on 04/02/10 after paying Rs.5000/- cash vide money receipt no. 5956 through Vikas Motor Co. 225C, A. J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata - 700 020, Phone:[protected] / 29, Fax:[protected], Email: [protected]@vsnl.net, VAT NO. [protected].

                        I was promised the delivery in 3 days, which they had failed. After 13 days i.e., 17.02.10 they took the balance amount of Rs.45,784/= in cash vide money receipt 6231 being full and final for its price and had confirmed the delivery in 3 days.

                        Today it's 23rd of Feb '10 and yet no sign of delivery. They had informed that it will take another 3-4 days to deliver the same, which i suppose will not be done.

                        Upon calling the dealer the call gets transferred to multiple desks and finally being disconnected.

                        I am completely helpless and don't know what to do.

                        Thus, thought of writing to you maybe could get some help from you.

                        Looking forward for same and oblige.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that one vehicle HONDA ACTIVA was booked on 10.09.2010 through M/s.Satnam Motors (Pvt.) Ltd., 36, Main Tonk Road, Jaipur and an advance of Rs.1, 000/- was also paid vide their Receipt No.54825 dated 10.09.2010 for this purpose (Copy enclosed). Yesterday the 20th September, 2010 when I went to take delivery of the vehicle they compelled to purchase all accessories of the vehicle and Anti Theft Lock and also they compelled me to pay coating charges, additional cost of which is to be paid around Rs.5, 500/- hence, I request them to deliver the vehicle without accessories and other extra fittings. They told strictly that the vehicle will not be sold without purchasing of accessories, because now-a-days demand of this vehicle is very high, hence they sell the vehicles to those customers who like to take the accessories. They also said that I can cancel the booking if I do not take accessories. Their behaviour with customer including the owner of the company was very rough & rude.

                        In the above situation I am compelled to cancel my booking.

                        In view of the above, I want to know that is it correct that Honda Activa is not being sold without purchasing of its accessories. Can your dealer insist the customers to take delivery of the vehicle with accessories only?

                        The brand image of Honda Activa is spoiled by such Dealers. Will you take any action against such Dealers or ignore it !!!.

                        Still I want to purchase the Honda Activa without accessories but in Jaipur the vehicle is not readily available with other dealers. If so it will take another 10-15 days for new booking.

                        Kindly look into the matter and I am waiting for your early & prompt action in this regard and help me to purchase the vehicle today itself.

                          I am physically handicapped person and I was urgently need in Two wheeler Activa Delux model as my old scooter BAJAJ passed 16 years and now not help me too much.

                          I have registered Activa Delux on[protected] with delivery month of March, Though I am handicapped and Vehicle for me like my legs. So as in special case I tried 2 to 3 times to CR scooter dealer but they are not even responsing for the same.

                          For Govt. I thing Govt. has to provide us (handicapped people) with a priority base vehicles but in India we are still facing no system

                            I've very bad experience with Honda Two Wheelers India Ltd. nowadays. I have booked a bike on 1st of Jan '10, and still I haven't got my bike. This is really painful service.

                            Dealer I booked bike from:

                            Almost all 1.5 month period have been passed, no updates yet. Sales person keep on telling that he is helpless, and give the time period of 10-15 days.

                            I registered an official complain with Honda. They didn't reply to me back after I provided all the details. Then I called up the customer relation executive on "+[protected]", but the person on phone tells me that "Don't call today, company is closed today, call tomorrow".
                            He even didn't reply my next question: "Don't you have 24X7 support?" and he disconnected the line half way.

                            Now only you are the line of hope for me. Please take necessary action against this. you may call me on "[protected]" for more details.

                            i have booked black unicorn on june 2nd by paying Rs.1000 in adithya enterprises[protected], diamond plaza, nadakkavu(po), kannur road, calicut-673011
                            four times i visited there showroom according to their demand. finaly they told to pay full amount Rs.60530.00 (bill no. 03471). on 18th August i paid the above amount at a deal that on 20th August bike will be delivered. today i went, it seemes that there no stock of bike in company .
                            so please conceder my complaint...

                              Hero Honda and All dealers of two-wheeler (HH)'s nafakhori by late delivery and Holding Stock, best milibhagat with politicians, No control over making fool to public in this country like Sugar and other lots Of product.

                              Cause: (as per public poll) govt. and all industrialist fix price for budget for there product to maximize their profit by making public fool. Product holding are till budget because they now that their product will be Sold at some more prizes. As per the production (heroHonda Activa) plant in our country it is enough to reach demand .i[censored] see the figure.
                              And if we get information through RTI I am sure that before and after the budget the issue (delivery) figure of Activa has huge difference.

                              I[censored] go to any dealer of hero Honda they said you have to wait (3 Months but it can be within two months at time of booking) for product (Activa).I have booked active dlx(black)80 days before from Punjab Honda,ahmedabad, now time comes todelivery they said you have to wait for few days.(because feb month end has the budget)

                              Is There Real Shortage or Political business?

                              hi this is kishore frm rajahmundry.i paid advance on feb for new activa.they never gave me a responce.when i called them they told to me after the bike comes we will call u.but havent called me.when i called them last week they told me to come to show room.then i went then they are saying that acceserioes are compelsary i.e 6600 rs extra.i told them i dont want acceserious.with acceserious only they gave me the bike.for t/r.they took 450 where as the ost of t/r. is 15 rs, and the handling charges are 550 they are demanding.so u honda people just go to KODURI HONDA in rajahmundry and just check out .just watch it.if we give them black i.e.,[protected] we will get any bike on the spot.so honda had good reputation .please dont spoil on giving permission to such people.in that shoeroom raju sales executive is there he is most cunning broker.my contact number is [protected]

                                M/s.Aries Automobiles, Moghal ka Nala, Ring Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, who happens tobe sub-dealer of
                                M/s.Prestige Automobiles, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.

                                The vehicle got its first service at M/s. Mody Motors, RP Road, Secunderabad on 09/01/2010 vide coupon no GB650139.

                                The problem is that
                                The vehicle is emitting a smoke
                                The ignition plug is filling with carbon and oil every day
                                The kick is slipping
                                The gears are not backing to neutral

                                As I to work in automobile industry in back office, I can somewhat understand why the vehicle emitt the smoke and why the ignition plug fills with carbon and oil everyday.

                                Hence, I request you to please replace the vehicle, which have a faulty engine.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am writing to you after frustration.
                                  I had given my car to arya honda mumbai for servicing. The driver cam and to pick up the car.
                                  I gave told them to do servicing and if any replacments needs to be done they can do it.
                                  Also I told the driver who came for pick up that my right hand rear view mirror was loose, they have to fix it and also the matting in the deckie needs to be changed.
                                  After they took the vehicle, I went to pick it up after 10 days, as i was out of mumbai.
                                  When i got my car to my surprise, the right hand rear view mirror was still loose, there was no matting in the deckie, also all the petrol was gone, as when i gave the vehicle it was full tank, and when i got it back it was empty.
                                  when i drove it, I have a automatic transmission, it gave a big sound and a jerk when i put it in the gear. I never had this problem before.
                                  And they charged me a whopping Rs.30,000.
                                  Also the care did not feel and different when driving just felt worse.
                                  Honda should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services.
                                  As i work on the ship i use the car just 3 months in a year. no one else will drive the car.

                                  you are not the only one sir. equally linkway honda, andheri, mumbai is also careless about registering that the customer says and they do like mechanicals objects whatever their ISO procedures says. they just do the basic level of cleaning of the vehicle from outside and basic vacuuming from inside so that when they return the car the customer gets the feeling that that car is serviced.
                                  everytiime i give them a list of check points say 4 or 5 and most of them dont get done.
                                  during one of the service it was so pathetic that they didnt even care to clean the battery overflow never the terminals. sometimes i wonder whether they have recruited knowledged and trained mechanics or else housekeeping trained personnel to do servicing - since both are called "service".
                                  this has happended with me for the four services and they continually are hopeless. in this regard. this time i am planning to try another service center. will update upon the level from theirs.

                                    I had booked hero Honda Pleasure 20 days back. I had booked the vehicle with Porvorim,Goa dealer by name "Wheel Magnets".
                                    Inspite of paying full amount at the time of Booking and the concerned person in showroom told us that the vehicle will be delievered if full payment done at the time of booking within 20 days is delayed for another 20 days and the person does not know that even after another 20 days it will be definitely delivered or no.
                                    If this is the case then how can a person go ahead and book for such services?
                                    yes, for some people its a joke. Otherwise, they have the target for the month which could have been achieved and they delay it simply because, your booking could fall in the next quarter or month.

                                    Its simply bullying the customer. Dont pay the full amount untill the day of delivery.

                                        my name is shyam narayan.Iam from cochin.I bought a honda unicorn bike in august.My problem is even after repeated complaints with honda and escalations.The missing issue of my bike is not resolved.They are saying they are not able to find the issue and everything is normal.but then why is this problem reoccuring?.I checked in to authorized service center aryabhangi honda a couple of times when the problem was live and about four times when this was irregular.but every now and then they say this its alright now and give me the bike in the next few km's the problem again arises.What should i do now.?
