    sir we brought a unicorn from muthoot showroom during its service we told them about the sound in the engine but they didnot correct it even though we gave it for the second time this was the same problem for the aviator we brought 6 months ago... it also have a fault in the engine but they neglected we are requesting u to give the service facility to some other good company or the name o[censored]r firm getd damaged

    I am SivaKumar.M.I bought a Honda unicorn bike in Balaji Automotive on March 06/2010. From that on words my bike face lot problem free service now over and i gave the pay service on 05/10/2010. I gave the complain that my bike battery not in good conduction so replace that one i said but they charge it and gave after three day battery power gon i ask them to change it but they said we didn't have the stock and they said better you buy new one in out side like that reply to me i was totally up set and i worry lot.They spoil your brand name and good will

    4. Not a proper response from the management

      I am the owner of honda city car no.RJ14 6C 8221 . As a part of it's maintenence i had sent my car for servicing to the Pink city Honda Motors Ltd. (C-9 ROAD NO. 1 , V.K.I.A. JAIPUR ) .
      In addition to routine services , i asked for repair / change of backside bumper . I informed the respective inchargers ms. ranjita and mr. vishal about the various problems in the car . They assured me that all the problems i disscused with them have been taken care of .
      But to my surprise , when i recieved my car after servicing .....

      1. My car wasn't at all cleaned from inside. All the mats and the seat covers were in a pathetic condition , full of dust .

      2. The petrol in my car was in bottom , indicating the removal of petrol from my car .

      3. The damaged bumper replaced was not properly fitted ( photo attached ) .

      Please guide me the way of getting my car properly serviced . i hope you take my problem about my car seriously as a part of your resposibility .
      NOTE - my car was sent for servicing on 16th april , 2010.

      COMPLAINT
      I have following complaint :-
      1.Car registeration No. UP78 AZ 6386 Honda City
      2.Noise observed from front wheels
      3.I went to the Honda workshop for check-up
      4.one machanic mr. sharma attended my car as per instructions of mr. saurabh and diagnose that noise is from stayring hence stayring overhalling is required and assured that after repair there will be no complaints (Noise from front wheel) at all.
      5.finaly after one day I have given my car to workshop for repairing, they took two full day for repairing.
      6.when my car enter the workshop I received a call for battery replacement, I told them this is only 8-9 months old exide maintence free battery how it has become unuseful. Then they try for-go the issue. Afterwards when I visited the workshop
      and come to know from other customers as well as display at show room that this dealer obtain new dealership of car batteries and by hook or crook they try to sell the batteries.
      7.Another call I received for the change of front right wheel bearing, for that I have given the concent without satisfaction.
      8.At last I received back my car after two days the bill I have paid Rs.16, 600/= and during trail again having same complaint as before repairing. mr.saurabh again took my car for repairing, this time he dignose that right arm is making noise hence needs replacement estimate is 3 to 4 thousand and part will be available after 15 days time. I object then why stayring overhalling and bearing replacement has been done and charged the bill for Rs. 16, 600/= mr. saurabh didnot given any satisfactory reply for my different questions?
      By this way I have been cheated by your registered dealer Smart Cars Limited, Kanpur and suffering from harresment, which is highly objectionable and shame full for the company like HONDA.
      This is also advisable if HONDA will loose the controle on dealers like above the company will loose the image as well as sale will be effective. In India after sales service is very much important.
      I hope for a quick responce in the matter and get my car repaired without delay and free of any charge because I have already paid the bill Rs. 16, 600/=

        Hi,

        I have purchased a hero honda pleasure on 3rd April 2010 form a dealer named SIDDHI MOTORS in old sanghvi area. But its been now more than 2 weeks now, that i have not yet recieved my registration number from RTO, as i have already submitted my all the documents to the dealer. When ever i call up the contact person in the dealers shop, he's not responding back properly and not providing me the correct updates on why the registration is unneccessarily getting delayed.

        It would be really helpfull if any one can help me on the issue.

          I have purchased Hero Honda Passion Plus Motor Cycle from Sukhchain Enterprises, Noamundi a sub dealer under Chaibasa Hero Honda Dealer in the Month of June 2008. After 1 year I found that one of my rear Shokup zerk get leaked. I have informed the concerned but no response for changing the rear shokup zerk and they told me it can be changed by paying the amount.

          Though I have got 3 years of warrenty why my shokup zerk not changed. They have told me that though I have completed the full servising schedule but again they told me you have not completed the after 1 year service schedule. As a sub dealer they have to told us about the after 1year service schedule to be finished then can you get the benefir.

          If this is the matter I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem.

            Sir,

            i have purchased a bike splendor+ on 08.12.2008. now my bike chain set gives a noisy sound & also very loos. when i complaint to service centre, but engineer not give me satisfaction answer. and till date 2 service done my bike both time i am not satisfied by the service. & it will not give me feedback form regarding service.
            In future i am not buying hero honda bike & also give suggestion my relaitve not purchaise any hero honda bike in future. no dught bike is very good but yur service center is very poor.

            hero honda company — problems after service

            made my bike service from one of yoyr authorised service centre name and address jagdev motors, b-4, gandhi path, queens road jaipur, phone no[protected], AFTER SEVICING THERE WERE SO MANY PROBLEMS, LIKE BIKE DOESNOT STRAT IN ONE KICK, NOW THERE IS FAULT FROM THERE SIDE THAT NUT BOLT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, THEY EVEN DONT LISTEN THE PROBLEM, AND STAFF PERSONS DON'T TALK IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER.I HAVE THE COPY OF BILL, I WILLDRAG THIS MATTER IN CONSUMER COURT, I[censored] DON'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAIN, LOOKING FORWARD FOR UR RESPONSE.

            i have purchased a bike super splendor on 27.03.2006. now my bike silencer got rusted and made a hole . and gives a noisy sound. when i complaint to service centre, the engg. told me you will come after 10 days, the company engg. visit our service center. he will check ur bike . whenever the agency told me that the company give s three years warranty on silencer.

            can you tell me which is right . may i claim it in warranty or not?

            Respected Sir I beg to say that I had purchased a bike Splendor Plus whose number is DL3SAR4490 and also insured it from your show room M/S SINGLA AUTOMOBILE, B-299, 300 Palam Ext., Sec.-7, Dwarka Delhi on dated 07/08/2005 but when an accident occurred with my bike I took it to your authorized workshop whose name and address mentioned above for reparing and accidental claim then your authorized employee of your workshop Mr. Harish told me that I should keep my bike in your workshop for servior verification for making the accidental claim astimate amount then they will repared my bike. I do this but next day when I come in your workshop for take my bike then he asked me to pay the amount of Rs.2, 559.82 and told me that this amount will be refund to me after one month by your company .I paid this amount of Rs.2, 559.82 as per your bill no. RTI/16663 but now it is going to be cover one year and I have not get my refund amount till yet. Also I am getting harashed by your workshop employees by their negative attitude and behaviour.

            Now I just want to inform you that with in one week if I have not get any positive response from your company regarding my complain then I will filed the case in court against your company also never recommend to any persone to purchase of your companies bike from this showroom.

            Hi I am suhel shaikh I bought new cbz extreme on 28 Nov 2008.
            after the bike registration in RTO, I went to bring my bike in HERO HONDA SHOWROOM, SHREE SAMARTH AUTOMOTIVE which is located in VERNA SALCETE-GOA I noticed that the bike was having some strong scratches on wind guard and on smoke silencer. So I spoke to the manager of HERO HONDA that to replace the parts of my bike. The manager was speaking very bad language with us and told me that he will not replace any part and he also challenge me that saying you can do anything from your side . so I directly went to Verna police station to register a complain when I speaking with a police that time I got a call from MR ATUL NAIK (SALES EXECUTIVE) he told me not to give complain and he promise me that he will replace those parts which was damaged.


            So friends in future i[censored] face any bike problem please don’t waste your time speaking with MR GAURISH RAIKAR ( HH MANAGER) because he
            Don’t have any manners to speak with customers. And feel free to speak with MR ATUL NAIK because he is the only respected person in HH.


            SPECIAL ADVICE TO HERO HONDA
            Don’t select the manager who doesn’t know how to speak with customer.
            If it goes on continue I am sure that HERO HONDA will loose their customers. Select the people who respect customer like ATUL NAIK.

            Hero-Honda Splender plus — Not recieving insurance claim

            Indian Railways — disloyalty in refund

            But I have not yet received the refund amount for my ticket.

            It’s due to your staff’s negligence & carelessness . My refund amount has been sent to somebody else’s address.
            And now they are not ready to give me the refund amount back.

            I have gone to the Railway office for four times Iam a working person due which can't go personally to the Railway office again and again

            Hi This is Siraj. My compain is against Hero Honda service center ARC motors which is located in Okhla new delhi-110025. The problem with this service center the attitude and behavior of all mechanic and staff members are very rude. they have no manners how to speak with customer.
            The supervisor of ARC motors is spoken very bad language and he bahaeves very rudely with customers.
            We are not expecting this kind of service from "HERO HONDA" Service center. If anything happen with this complain plz do it early else nobody will go there for any kind of service.

            Hi,

            I went to Honda two wheeler show room Gandhinagar (Gujarat) to purchase Honda Stunner BSF on cash payment. Before I went to showroom I had studied your official website to get idea about price.
            Today –[protected] according to your website Honda Stunner BSF Kick start bike’s on road price is 49, 748 Rs.

            After taking test drive finally when I asked them to make bill they made bill of 51, 700 Rs + 500 for accessories for kick start stunner for which on road price on website is 59, 748 Rs so there is almost 2500 Rs difference which is not acceptable. Even they have specified stunner kick start price 50, 077 on one hording there. When I asked about difference of price on website and showroom they told me that after 7th of this month price of Honda bike have been increased; but as far as I know Honda is a multinational company and they update their website every day. Finally I postponed taking stunner because of this disloyal behavior. I was thinking to buy Bajaj XCD; just because of Honda name and its service I decided to buy Honda stunner, but now I’m too much disappointed with commitment of Honda service and willing to buy Bajaj XCD because there is no big difference on website price and real price.

            i have purchased new CBZ xtream in dec 2008 and after second service in may, i got a typical knocking sound from engine.so may times i visited HH showroom in baroda but every time they told that this is not coming from engine. after driving some months with that condition i came to know that the small problem is now converted in very much serious problem. not only this imy bike have some other problems also every time i go they do somthing and again the problem arise after 2-3 days.

            i dnt know hw the people believes on Hero HOnda...

            Regretfully I beg to state that I purchased a Hero Honda Pleasure (Red) on 05/10/2008 from your Abhinandan Auto Centre & Electronics, Dasghara, Dist-Hooghly, WEST BENGAL, in the name of Smt. Soma Bhattacharjee. Engine No of the Motor cycle is - JF16EA8GH11172 and the Chasis No is - MBLJF16EB8GH11823. But in spite of passing away for a long period of time, I have received neither the Registration Book nor the relative copy of the Insurance of my Motor cycle. I have severally attended the showroom to collect those papers, but the owner of the showroom is too reluctant to give me those papers. Even he is not ready to meet me. Being an employee of Indian Railway it is not being possible for me to attend your showroom frequently on taking leave from my office. Now advise me what step should I take to get those papers or I will have no other alternative except to go to the Consumer Forum and to sue against your company at Consumer Protection Act.Please reply me as early as possible to avoid any litigations in future.

            I shree Rasmi Ranjan Biswal AT- Harinababi, Po - Lataharan Dist- Puri Orissa, I purchase a Hero Honda Passion Plus Spoke Red colour on dated 15.03.08 bearing frame no MBLHA 10EG8GC03059 engine no HA10EB8GC23819 from Jagabalia Automoble, Kakatapur, puri, orissa of Sub dealer Bharat Motors Pvt Ltd Bhubaneswar, According to the Company rules we take for 1st service on dated 02.04.08, 2nd 03.06.08, 3rd 22.12.08, 4th 06.04.09, 5th 19.04.09 paid service 1st paid on 07.06.09 2nd paid on 10.08.09 also we change the company recomended engine oil on every service from 5th free service mechanic as well as we recognised that vehicle exist more black foam from silencer & both shockabsorbor totally weak.At that time that subdealer said to me we have no stock so latter we change that part.After that we go to that place for service of our vehicle but they did not change any parts lastly they told to us that you go to Bharat motors Ltd for change of that spare parts we came to Bhart motors on 10.08.09 entry my vehicle being job no 32653 / 09-10 they only change gasket cylinder and gasket assy cylinder head on payment they also refuse to change the above said spare parts. After running from Jagabalia automobile to Bharat motor our vehicles problem did not solve.
            so lastly we wants to inform you for my problem and I hope you solve my problem if you did not solve lastly we go to put the consumer court.

            Hero Honda Karizma — Does Not Work according to terms and conditions

            I went to hero honda service station for servicing my karizma bike.As i was late for my 4th and 5th service which was due on july and 27 october of this year i told them to cance l my 4 and 5th service but they simply say no.Thery said that we will cancel your all service and you have to give labour charges for the service and i said this is not fair and after that i talk to hero honda toll free number.They said your 6th service is available after tat have done my service.
            On the other side they doesnot work according to the terms and conditions written on the back of every service book.I told them to do according to this they said we dont do,we do according to our own rule and when i went to service station to take my bike back my bike was not washed proper servicing was not done.
            i m agree with akshay he is a very good person.
            his bike is not working properly.

            The above detail ticket travelling with id proof of state government issued through revenue deparment and having Bank pass book with photo identy being ladies travelling there will not be any pass post or driving license third is she is not an employ then even though they know this id is actual ticket collectors are taking the advantage and collecting the fine of about 600 six hundred rupees in this regards what can we do I would like to give a complient against this issue please cooperate and advice me futher./

            Respected Sir I beg to say that I had purchased a bike CBZ Extrm whose number is RJ07SF4531 from your dealer M/S KARAN AUTOMOBIle, Musium Chouraha, Jaipur road, Bikaner, Rajasthan on dated 26/01/2008 but when I have facing high oil Consumption problem with bike then I am going to service center but they are not responed properly after manny efforts from myside then they were changed my some of parts under warranty and some of from my payable for resolution of this problem but still not have any change with my bike also I am facing much more problems after their service then again I contact service center but they not respond also I am badly Insulted by dealership Manager and getting harashed by your workshop employees by their negative attitude and behaviour.

            Now I just want to inform you that with in one week if I have not get any positive response from your company regarding my complain then I will filed the case in court against your company also never recommend to any persone to purchase of your companies bike from this showroom.

            I am amiya and I want to buy a hero honda pleasure of red&black color from JMG automobiles of cuttack, orissa.My complain is, when i went to the show room everytime they were saying that we dont have stock, we will inform you when will we get it. My question is are you not supplying any pleasure to them since 3 months. Or they are fooling us. Everytime the same thing, is it fair?. Once I had asked them to say me the exact date when will I get it. they told me we cant say like this, you have to wait.

            Is it good and fair to cheat your customers...?
            If you know that for two months there will be no pleasure available, the simply say the customers regarding this, that you will get your bike after two months.
            Be fair, so that your customers will feel you as a reliable company.
            And one more thing, why are they denying to book the pleasure ? and saying booking can't be done right now.


            So what can I do...?

            Sir, In first week of December, 2011, I took my Hero Honda Passion Motorcycle bearing registration no. MH01 AJ 9256 for regular servicing to Ranjeet Motors' workshop at 'L'-Kothari Compound, Near Tiku JIni Wadi, Manpada, Thane West. My motorcycle was having starting problem since since 3-4 days. It didn't get start even after several kiks. I explained this problem to one of your supervisors there namely Mr. Prasad. Although, I was having only starting trouble with the motorcycle, Mr. Prasad after seeing the motorcycle informed me that it was having many problems, although, I was having only starting trouble with the motorcycle. He convinced me that the motorcycle will be perfectly alright ( including 3m coating) but it would cost me Rs. 2, 500/- approximately. Actually Rs. 2, 500/- is too much for motorcycle servicing, however since they claim to be duly authorized by Hero Honda Motors Ltd. I believed Mr. Prasad and agreed to pay upto Rs. 2, 500/-. After servicing they charged me more than Rs. 3, 000/-. But the problem ( starting Trouble) what I was facing before servicing of the motorcycle is still there. Despite, having my own motorcycle, I am compelled to take auto or bus whenever I have to go out... and the motorcycle is enhancing the beauty of my garage... I have reached there at 2:15 pm . when i compaint to manager he said come after 2 days ..I said that It was not my fault they said do the complaint where you want to do...
            i suggest some modification in motor cycle
            nowa days it is compulsory to wear helmet while travelling.BUT while shopping, seeing movies in theatre, we are to carry this helmet with us. It is suggested to modify the bikes design so as to keep the same in the bike itself. Scooters are having this provision to keep it under the seat cover.

Complete address - nh-17 highway maine-et-loire culwaddo, cuncolim.. It's was given on 23rd and delivered on 27th.. Work not completed to satisfaction and attitude of the works manager sneha hard as desai & owner main manager was disgracefully, pathetic.. I is disgusting to know the the mechanical has no knowledge of the servicing of bike.. As for pune i have honda dreamyuga where sterling honda is the place i take my bike too.. I collect my bike on the very next day post service.. I will never recommend anbody to you guys it's bad experience that you receive.. It's hopeless to purchase ur disgusting product.. Damn

              I purchased Honda Aviator 7months.Its quite disappointing to see their service and product.The day i took it out of the showroom it showed defect,all they do is tell take it here take it there.In last 6 months my 2 service is used within 500 kms & each time there is a problem in it let it be the battery,charger etc
              The company buys the scooter from customer fixes it and resells them,leading to defect in it..
              So,please be careful before buying
              I have purchased Honda Aviator one and half months ago from Uran, NaviMumbai. Its quite disappointing to see their service and product. The day i took it out of the showroom after 8 to 9 days it showed defect. A part inside Aviator and fan had broken. From that day onwards our Aviator is in their showroom and dealer is not co-operating us. So Please take take due consideration on the issue otherwise I have to merge a complaint aganist the dealer and the company.They are refusing that they do not have the part and giving the reason that the company does not have the original part.Today it is 13, dec if the action is not taken within two days then we are not responsible.                 i have bought honda shine on[protected]. First day i observed - in reserve position, eventhough there is petrol in the tank the byke was not moving. From the day onwards the byke is stopping during slowing down,pressing clutch while changing the gear . Milage is only 30. Gear moment is alos not good . I am not satisfied with the byke.
                I bought a honda shine bike at Namakkal on Aug`10 . Two free services had done by Service center. There is no satisfaction of their service. just washing the bike and changing the oil. They billed Rs.230/- for second free service.
                What is the use of this much free service to customer? Even they took 12 hrs.
                I feel very worst Service done by them. After service bike keeps sound like as bulluck cart. And Engine makes very noisy than other bikes.
                I owned another bike they are servicing very nice and proper.
                If you are not having enough time or enough servant or place for service then make possible to give service center branch or more technicians.

                    I booked CBZ xreme bike in chennai on 4th Apr'10 but still i didnt get the bike... the retailer always postponing the despatch period... intilally they told to despatch the bike within 25 days... but i am waiting for almost 3 months...

                    I hate entire hero honda becuase of this delay... also i am going to buy pulsor bike...

I have booked one honda pleasure scootret from galaxy motors , authorised showroom at Bilaspur CG. at the time of delivery , galaxy motors forced us to pay for accesories which was not required to us. he told that without accessories he will not give pleasure to us and also seize our booking amount Rs 1000/- . since the vehicle was urgently required to us we paid the amount .                           I approached M/s CR Scooters service station @ Jetal pur bridge road for no Auto-Start & noise in engine problems alongwith lots of kicks required in the morning problems.

                          The supervisor available told me that the engine will be required to open, but we have no spare.

                          I told them to keep the vehicle and open engine and do needful after getting the spares.

                          To this, they replied that they did not have spare from last 3 months, and company not sending the spares in sufficient amount related to engine and whenever it comes from the company it gets exhausted.

                          Hence I request all who are going to own this vehicle and those who alrady have this please think twice before going for such company and such dealers.

                            i have booked my unicorn four months later.still i could not get it. i asked the dealer and they told me to waiting two months more. why the delivery was taking too time.

                              This is my second time I am writing complaint.I had booked HONDA UNICORN on 25th Feb 2009, at the time of booking I was told waiting period of 1 1/2 to 2 months, which is getting over.I stay at vasai & I had booked my vehicle at ADITYA HONDA-VASAI(WEST).Every time I go to to the showroom I don't get a positive response. I always get the same answers that there r no vehicles in company, pls come after 15 days.How much should we wait? Is this kind of service u give to ur customers.I[censored] r not able to deliver us the vehicle within the waiting period then why ve u taken booking amount of 1000/-.I am not the only there r many others like me.

                              Honda Unicorn — no delivery after 3 months booking

                              i booked a honda unicorn of black color on 27 july and till today i haven't got the delivery. from 2 months they are saying this is due to transportation problem but other than black are delivered more than 3 times till now.

My frnds have also same complaint regarding the long deleivery time. We have already lost the first impression beacuse of this. Before booking the manager of Johns Honda promised me to give bike within months, but today six month has been completed still I have not received the bike.                                 i had purchased my honda stunner in july 2008 since the day i purchase it i m feeling very bad experience.,all r the parts got very rusty,like,disc plate,front footrest bracket,muffler,chain case,frame,also thaere is problem of paint oeel off in rear grip,battery cover and welding of fuel tank is also got damage from joint,but none of honda engineer is concerned about it.reflector of light is is also faulty but they are saying it a normal phenomenon,plz help.

                                  I have booked Activa today through Honda dealer Universal Honda, Khanpur, Ahmedabad. When I went there I have been forced to book the vehicle with accessories worth Rs.3137/- Which is available in the local Market for Rs.1000/- to Rs.1200/- or else they can't take my booking. I have tried to explain them that I wan't to put a different type of accessories but they have told me they can't help me. Can you please advise me .

                                    i have paid full advance three months ago for a karizmza zmr.and still have not got my bike.every time i try to contact the dealer he gives ridiculous answers every time.
                                    Dear Sir, Let me say that this is not a complaint.But my necessacity.
                                    I booked for a Pass Pro Kent Blue with Dgl Meter and MRF tyres on 10th June and 2nd July2010
                                    by paying Rs.3000/- and Rs.6000/- vide Rt No.4430/10.06.'10&5946/02.07.'10 in
                                    Nagappa Auto. But I could not take delivery of the same because of short supply from
                                    factory.On 10.07.2010 I sold my HHonda CD-100 and accounted for Rs.6000/- Now I am
                                    with out MC and could not reach my destinations in time so I my daily business is deeply affected.

                                      We bought Honda Activa DLX on 29/03/2010 after 5-6 months from the booking date. They have issued T/R & Tax paid receipts today i.e., 09/04/2010 after regular followup for the same. Moreover, they forced us to buy all the accessories at very high prices compared to market prices from them only, otherwise they denied to deliver the vehicle and today they forcely charged Rs. 500/- only for T/R and they issued bogus bill named as " Rajesh Consultancy".

                                      Kindly take necessary action on this dealer to avoid these kind of illegal business.

                                        I am disappointed that within a month the activa honda side stand broken by default and i want to know the replacement process,
                                        i have to suffer from one major factor, i have paid Rs. 55.500/- for purchasing this honda activa with accessories TO JMV AUTOMOBILE, the subdealer of Honda activa and i request them to change my foot side stand cover they have told me that they will not repair or replace it, they can deliver the honda activa by opening the showroom but they will not provide me a service of honda activa and even when i contact the dealer DHINGRA AUTOMOBIE they also denied to replace the service of this stand

                                        tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer

                                        and i have also done first service on dated 15/09/2011 and paid Rs. 480/- for engine oil, gear oil and speed oil etc.

                                        I jubin roy, a customer from kalpetta, wayanad booked Honda activa on 21stNov 2013 at KTC motors, kalpetta, SreeAyappan complex, kalpetta P.O wayanad PH:[protected] having been waiting for this long, I deeply regret to inform you that I received a condemned or showroom assembled activa on 12th FEB 2014 evening
                                        The details of the vehicle are as given below:
                                        Honda activa, colour black,
                                        Since the vehicle was delivered on 12th feb evening hours, the executives wanted to finish the formalities in hurry, but I noticed most of the fibre parts are pretty old or full of scratches some of its are the front portion, the left side covers and floor side metal coverings, silencer
                                        Immediately I reported the issue to the manager Mr.Shaji Mob:[protected] he said we will change it on 1st service when I refused the offer, he showed me few VECHILE IN THE SHOW ROOM AND ASKED ME TO SELECT ONE, I THOUGHT THEY ARE GOING TO ALLOT A NEW ONE FOR ME BUT SURPRISINGLY HE SAID THE VECHILEIS ALREADY TEMP: REGD SO PLEASE SELECT ONE OF THESE AND WE WILL CHANGE IT FROM THOUSE VECHILE TO MINE, at the moment I could see only the external faults and they changed 2 covers and 1 metal cover.by then I was really desperate, I took the vehicle, on the road I knew it has some major issue either with chase or fork
                                        Next day morning I stared the vehicle, wanted to take a turning, suddenly the right side handle got jammed and the vehicle moved little further hit on a small stone and I fell down
                                        I had no time in the morning; I took it to the showroom in the afternoon they said its perfectly all right nothing wrong
                                        I was not able to drive and again I took it to showroom on 14th feb they changed something and paid for some workshop issue bill given for 829.00/-?
                                        Now they assured it’s perfectly all right, but the problem persist
                                        Yesterday that’s 18th feb 2014 I kept for a check-up again, now they are insisting me to change the fork assembly and wanted me to make claim, since the problem persevered right from delivery I really don’t wanted to make a false claim, so I decided to speak to the manager shaji when he realized that the problem can never happen either it’s an old vehicle nor they have changed to some other vehicle, there is always a rumour that Honda people change parts from new one and sell it outside, however the manager never wanted to talk to me and he absconded from the showroom
                                        I phoned up to Calicut KTC and spoke to mr.dineshan who himself claimed he is in charge of kalpetta, he said I will speak to shaji and come back to you, nothing happened, in the evening I again called him on mob;[protected], the person who attended the phone said dinesh spoke to you in my phone he is not here, but shaji says that it’s because of some accident
                                        All of its parts mainly fork assembly, handle, fibre parts, silencer are 100% not new
                                        >Now I wanted to know why they change things from one to another vehicle
                                        >either you take back this scrap and give me new vehicle or pay my money back

                                        I have bought White Actica 3G from Simran Honda Ludhiana on 1st April. I have complained at 57km and 157km till 20th April to the Dealer that the engine is having abnormal vibration and the ride is not smooth. They accept that there is noise but they are trying to convince me that is happens for some units from the total lot and it is not a big issue.

                                        My problem is that I donot know the exact reason but there is definitely some fault in the vehicle as I have ride other 3G Activa also which is not having any such prolem.

                                        Till date no satisfactory response from the Agency and I donot know how to contact the regional Manager for Honda.

                                        After 2 days i suffered multiple issues in my vehicle (jerking in riding, Engine sound and lock system of my seat). Considering them to be manufacturing defect I visited ASR honda for replacement but they suggested me for 1st servicing after 3 days of purchase. I registered my complaint on Honda customer care on 3/04/2022 but it got closed without any resolution. After that i again logged my complaint on 6/04/2022. But till date i.e. 3/05/22 it has not been resolved. I have contacted customer care multiple times but I found Honda ignorant to my problem. Please look into this matter and replace my vehicle as soon as possible.
