Dear Honda,
I am D.Raja Rao,purchased Unicorn vehicle at jubiter Honda Vizag in the year November 2008,so after 1 year I bought to hyderabad.I went to Prathul Automobiles Pvt Ltd,Somajiguda branch with a complaint of "less millage & oil leakage from head".They took my vehicle for sevice and delivered after 5 days on 15/05/2010,with a billing of Rs:1770-.After 4 days again there is no millage & white smoke is coming from cylencer.So please do the favour by taking serious action because still my vehicle is under waranty.My Phone No:91-[protected]. One thing I have a Doubt that service persons had mite change my coporator & piston. What should I do because till date my millage is 14470 kms only.If I get angry I will go with my process its shore,so please take fast action.

    dear sir,

    As i posted the complaint,regarding the manager regarding irrespective response, for not changing the spares as dated on (21.05.2010) as my complaint was came into effective and the action was taken which was well satisfied to me, but as i felt bad on him as i asked about the manager in the respective agency, as the spares in-charge respectively full fill my complaint as i feel happy regarding his way of discipline and his way of approach as not by manager, thanks to higher authority to be part of me as a customer, i really felt happy about it thanks a lot to the higher authority once again.

    i bought new hero honda pleasure green colour three months before in M.S.K MOTORS, SATHY ROAD, ERODE, TAMILNADU at the time of first i had a problem, that the right side mirror will rotate in all the direction, i registered complaint regarding that they pasted a solution which start with quick....... but at the time itself it starts to rotate in all the direction, i said at the second free service i will replace it they replied okay, as i went for second free service dated(20.05.2010) i registered same complaint the right side mirror rotating at all the sides, back brake not at all working properly nad there is some noise from silencer, but i went for delivery on today i feel all the complaints remain the same as before, specifically the right side mirror remains same problem i said the problem to the MANAGER, i dont know his name but there is very big mole in his nose, he use to wear glass,his response WHAT? OK? WHAT SHOULD I DO? WE CAN'T CHANGE! THERE IS NO STOCK? i asked when will be stock available, he said I DON'T KNOW! I CAN'T REPLACE, BY SHOUTING HE WENT INTO HIS ROOM! IS IT A PROPER BEHAVIOUR OF THE MANAGER? HOW WOULD HE BE A MANAGER? WHETHER THE BASIC DISCLIPINARY IS VERY VERY POOR TO THAT RESPECTED PERSON, I SHOULD KNOW THE PROPER ANSWER WITH RESPECTIVELY.AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE MANAGER OF IRRESPECTIVE ANSWER, HOW WUOLD I REFER MY FRIENDS TO GO ON M.S.K MOTORS, SATHY ROAD, ERODE, TAMILNADU.     Dear Sir,
    I owned a Herohonda Pleasure on 20.05.2010 from Bharat Motors, Rasulgarh (Bomikhal), Bhubaneswar. From June 2010 onwards the fuel meter was not working for which I have contacted the authorised station at Kharavel Motors, Lewis Road, Bhubaneswar. Due to non response, I lodged a complaint at the area office at Bhubaneswar on 27/10/2010. But received no response. Repeatedly I contacted with the connected person Mr. Rao and Mr. Rath. Instead of providing services, I faced humulations. I have also sent my complaint to [protected]@premjis.com; but no reply is received for which desperately I am lodging this complaint. Please realise the if no service is provided to a customer for long more than six months, what is the use of big reputation of the company in the nation wide. As I have no e.mail ID, I am sending through my friends mail address for solution. Correspondence if any, may be sent to [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest.

      I had booked Honda Activa on 01 January 2010 by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer UNIVERSAL HONDA at Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The vehicle was booked in the name of Vijay Rathod. I was given a commitment of 90 days for delivery of the vehicle.

      I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, you will surely get a call next week.

      I want the company to take some strict action against UNIVERSAL HONDA for cheating the customer by giving unnecessary commitments and taking money from them.

      Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing for a customer to wait for scooter for 5 mths and still not getting any positive response. I have lost interest in buying the vehicle and want compensation from the company for unnecessary helsing the customers money and wasting customer's precious time for waiting for the vehicle.

I was given a commitment of 100 days for delivery of the vehicle.
      OCTOBER 26 2010 THEN FULL PAEMENT Rs.33438 BY CHQUE AND 20, 000/-BY LOANE HDFC DATED 01NOV.2010 BUT NOT DELEVER MY HONDA ACTIVA US ON DATE
      I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, AYEGA TAB DEGA JAWO

        My bike was given for services on May 23, 2010 in "City Works - SHAYAMA AUTO MOBILES P.VT LTDService Station" at PISKA MORE, NEAR HEHAL POST OFFICE, RATU ROAD RANCHI 834005. But the service was very poor, They had delivered my bike on May 23, 2010 after complete servicing. Now they had fitted the CHAIN SPOCKET & brake loosely, which I didn’t understand at the time of delivery. In the MORNING the loosely fitted CHAIN SPOCKET & BREAK I was to meet with an accident. Since there was no vehicle I was saved.
        Now I went to the service station again on May 24, 2010, the manager of the service station NOT MEET WITH ME WITH service engineer

        I cannot ride my bike properly, my riding is not smooth as it was earlier. I find it several TIMES problems now. I cannot understand what I should do now. Please advice.

        Hero Honda is panelizing me because I had done regular servicing of my bike from your authorised service center. Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful at the earliest.And i m, request to you pls provide a seniour officers from zonal office ranchi for prove that my bike is not service properly.

        Hero Honda Glamour — claiming for a new motorcycle

        sir we have buy a new hero Honda glamour bike on 3/04/2011 at machilipatnam but the bike was exhibits a huge heat for a small ride of 5 to 10 km and also a problem with the gear box the mileage of the bike at the beginning was up to 50 kmpl but now it reduced to 40 kmpl

          I am intrested to purchase Herohonda CBZ Xtreme from your dealer Aditya Motors at Baripada.I am intrested to get the vehicle resistered at R.T.O Office,Baripada since i need a particular registration number.But your dealer refuses to honour me with above condition with a plea that there is standing instruction from the company to sale the bike and do the resistration by the dealer himself only there by causing me a financial loss of about Rs 1000.Please confirm if the fact is true or not by my e-mail id

          As per my knowledge the best bike product is HERO HONDA and i also use this product last eight years, after new generation i have decide purchase new bike "CBZ EXTREME" in our area St.Gujarat City Surat and Authorized Dealers- Navjivan Authomobiles, d-5 navin flourine compound, bhestan main road surat, but i have problem of reference so i can not purchase my dream bike to my birthday 22nd may 2010, in NAVJIVAN AUTOMOBILES Mr, Nisit Bhagat have handling charge to given bike which he know the person and i have no reference in his office so i could not purchase bike. I also booked in Navjivan auto. with rec.no.[protected]/C1/001864 amt. paid rs.1000 date 07.05.2010, all this process and my loan process also complete in HDFC bank but one problem "REFERENCE". I have not reference with Mr, Nisit Bhagat so i could not purchase my dream bike.I also talk with Mr.Bhagat but his attitude not good with customer and i have not purchase your product in my memorable day.
          My heartly request to your company pl. not misguide your customer like this and also suggection to Mr. Nisit Bhagat about customer communication.

          This is Imran Khan, one of your graceful customer belongs to Hyderabad, AP State. Sir, i want to purchase one new black model CBZ Extreme, but the problem is wherever i approach to Hero Honda showroom in my location for this bike, every showroom answered me not available right now except few...i asked them how many days it will take to available in your showroom, answer is "can't say" when i insist them a lot then they answered me go with finance, you will get "tomorrow"... Honestly i can say they are spoiling the prestige of HERO HONDA. if they sells this demandable bikes to financers, it means your customers interest will get down very soon with HERO HONDA bikes, anyhow in this situation customers compromise with Suzuki, Bajaj, TVS. Finally, please this is a kind request to you pay interest on your customers not financers.

            My bike was given for services on May 12, 2010 in "City Works - Milap Service Station" at 14, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700020. But the service was very poor, I had complaint and give the bike again on May 17, 2010. They had delivered my bike on May 19, 2010 after complete servicing. Now they had fitted the Clutch plate and brake loosely, which I didn’t understand at the time of delivery. In the evening the loosely fitted clutch opens and I was to meet with an accident. Since there was no vehicle I was saved.
            Now I went to the service station again on May 20, 2010, the manager of the service station scolded on the service engineer and asks me to repair my bike.

            I cannot ride my bike properly, my riding is not smooth as it was earlier. I find it several problems now. I cannot understand what I should do now. Please advice.

            Hero Honda is panelizing me because I had done regular servicing of my bike from your authorised service center. Please take the necessary actions on them and do the needful at the earliest.

              Iam SIRAJ and iam having a HERO HONDA HUNK Bike . My LEFT REAR COWL was damaged . I planed

              to buy a new LEFT REAR COWL for my HUNK BIKE . But for the past 4 MONTHS i can BUY any where in

              chennai , and we have taken this problem to the related peoples in the showroom , and the spar parts shop .

              I am D N Mukharjee Purchased a new herohonda hunk on[protected] from pathancoat, Military Canteen store department, pathankoat, Now The rare right socker got leakkage when i complained to the service centre thenat vishal auto agencies varanasi then they reply me very wrong way that disappointed me about the herohonda service, they told me very rudely that they doesn't have this spare part, so i AM REQUESTING YOU to get available the spare part here in Vishal Auto agencies and please told them that dont behaves friendly with the coustomer so coustomer believes in your service .

                  I have purchased a honda activa from Muthoot Honda ,Thiruvalla,Pathanamthitta district, kerala on ( 07/05/2010) , I got it on 11/05/2010 .It has some starting troubles from that date . i complainted to the dealer next day but they have cold response , they said it only a battery complaint , every day i went to show room to change the battery they said several excuses, In this reason i can't go to office last one week properly , they opened the battery portion several times and now scraches in that portion , Vehicle is in my hand I can't use.                     Above mentioned are details of my White Honda City Car purchased in 2007.
                    Unfortunately the car has met 3-4 accidents since last 3 years of its purchase. Besides this we had regularly sent our car for service at Dealers Service Centre Only.
                    Service normally takes 1-2 days but when vehicle is sent for some other work they don't return vehicle before 1 month. First 15 days they don't touch vehicle only.
                    I had sent my car on 28 March 2010. 1.5 months have passed they haven't returned car back to me. They don't take my calls. They have also made a estimate bill of 1,00,000.
                    It is really harassing us Mentally. Kindly understand. You dealer in Indore takes too much time & money for service of cars. This is truly unprofessional.
                    Since there is only one dealer we don't have any other option but to send our vehicle to him only. Thus he takes his own time & charges his own amount of money which is not just right.
                    If we don't receive vehicle in next seven days we have no change but to file an application in Consumer Court.

Last month this car has been accident and we are sending the car Dt.14.05.2009 in your company service centre Pink City Motors Pvt. Ltd. Jaipur, JOB CARD No.- 1469 DT. 14.05.2010 and your date of delivery time is today 16.06.2010 but our Honda City car not ready for delivery because some spare parts not available in your company service centre.

                      Subject: Unsatisfactory service of vehicle (Honda shine)

                      This is to inform you that myself, Keshavbhai P. chauhan under signed, purchased vehicle model “Honda Shine” from Apex Honda Showroom situated at Kankariya Shahalam Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad – 380 028, Gujarat, India on 26/08/08. Engine no. & Chassis No. of my bike are JC36E9235725 & ME4JC368G88055013 respectively. Bill no. is 08IN02654 dated 26/08/08. At the time of purchase I paid Rs. 578/- for 5 years extended warranty for engine, but the extended warranty book was not provided to us by the dealer. I did all the services of my vehicle at company approved Apex Honda service station as per company norms and schedule.

                      After regular services at Apex Honda service station, my vehicle has been found with following faults/defects as informed by the Apex Honda servicemen.

                      (1) Many manufacturing defects/faults in engine are observed since 1st service of bike but company service station washes their hands off to solve our problem regarding bike.

                      (2) The vehicle provides less average and consumes more oil.

                      (3) Engine has manufacturing defects that generates heat even in short traveling distance (5 Km)

                      (4) Kit chain Socket (S) (02380-Kte-P10) was changed by service station within 1 year and charges are applied to us though bike is under warranty period.

                      (5) Company service station did not provide us 5 years extended warranty book, though I paid for the same at the time of purchase.

                      (6) Recently my vehicle is under service since date 10/05/10, and engine boring is done of my bike at Apex Honda Showroom, Apex Honda service station, Apex Honda Showroom situated at Kankariya Shahalam Road, Maninagar . It clearly proves that bike has manufacturing defect and bill is given for same to us though the vehicle is under warranty period.


                      (7) Regular complain was done for the same to service manager of Apex Honda service station, Apex Honda Showroom situated at Kankariya Shahalam Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad – 380 028, Gujarat, India. I have been complaining since last 1 year and 9 months but could not get any satisfactory answer from the company service station manager against our problem regarding our vehicle.

                      Note: Finally Apex Honda service station, Apex Honda Showroom situated at Kankariya Shahalam Road, Maninagar suggest to put bike in service and open the engine of bike to resolve the problem on 10/05/10.

                      Even they are not ready to give the same in written format. They are not even providing me the information that how to complain further to higher authority.

                      So kindly let me know the further proceedings regarding the problem within 1 week in written format.
                      Otherwise I have to complain in consumer forum against your unsatisfactory service.

                      Recently my bike is under service for same problems mention above and company service station at Apex Honda Showroom, Apex Honda service station, Apex Honda Showroom situated at Kankariya Shahalam Road, Maninagar since date 10/05/10.

                      I hereby attach copy of service schedule provided by company and services done by your service station which gets matched with your schedule.

                      Please do the needful as earlier as possible. I am waiting for your kind attention against my complain and satisfactory answer.

                        I am having problem with dealing of Honda Activa Dealer His Name is GURU NANAK HONDA AMRITSAR PUNJAB 143001 @ Rani ka bagh. He is very uncomfort person and not have sence of dealing of customers. first he committed me the price 46000/- for Activa 110 cc Black color. and when i reached to buy the Activa he change his words and demand for 53000/- without R C just for vehicle and accessory when i made an argument against this he started using rough language against me and start abused. My complaint is this that this dealer is working as a theft person (dakoo) The actual MRP of the vehicle is 41500 and he take 53000/- for the same which is not bearable. I was committed to buy because i booked him in advance and have to buy in high prices.Now the company have to take action against this person to save the image in front of the customers and consumer. I am just fed up with the attitude of this dealer. Its my request to company that pack up this dealer and save his prestige in the city. I do not want to give my name because I have to take Service from that Basted. So my request to the company pl do not highlight my name and address

                          I bought a kaizma bike(Reg. no. WB 12 Y 0224) from AMIT MOTOR CYCLE(HOWRAH) and from that time the fibre body parts of my karizma bike were torned regularly.Although the fibre body parts were one's changed from the AMIT MOTOR CYCLE WORKSHOP,but it torned again. I ask from the supervisor that why it happens again,he replied that it happens from the defectiveness of bike or the fibre body parts.the supervisor promising me from 3 to 4 months that he will change it but still he doesn't change it.they doesnt provide a satisfied service to the customer.
                          By their fault the reputation of hero honda company is becoming very bad.

                          I bought a Hero Honda Hunk in October, 2009(Reg. No: WB-12Y-9665)from Amit Motorcycles (Howrah, West Bengal). There was a manufacturing defect with the lower Chain cover . I showed it to the Riddhi Motors Service center at Howrah the service center supervisor said that I will get the free replacement as it is a manufacturing fault.
                          Since February, I didn't get it replaced . Whenever I asked the answer was the spare is not in stock at every service center( Riddhi Motors, Amit Motors and also at Bansal Motors). The Supervisor at Riddhi motors is promising that whenever the spare will come they will call me for replacement.

                          By all these kind of faults, the reputation of Company is falling day by day

                          Please take necessary action and get your customers satisfied.

                          Dear Her Honda Dealer,

                          I am highly unsatisfied with the services of your service center based at Gurgaon(Auto Needs Hero Honda Authorized Work Shop Plot no. 41-47, IDC Industrial Area opp. Sector-14, Gurgaon) My bike is with them from two days and i was told that it will take another three days for a normal service only(this is 4th service and its free as i bought my bike on 7th March 2011.

                          I gave my bike (Hero Honda Hunk no. HR 26 BJ 3371) on 29th July 2011 at 11:00 AM (job card no. 5572) with following complains:-

                          1. Fuel meter check.
                          2. Horn Check
                          3. Battery Check

                          i was committed to pick my bike back at 3:00pm on the same date i.e 29/7/11.When i reached there at 3:30 pm, i was told that your bike is ready and all the complains has been resolved. I made the payment of Rs. 200( copy of receiving is attached as bill copy.jpg). When i made a trial ride i found the same complains again.

                          When i asked i got following replies from service center employees:-
                          1. Fuel Meter:- That fuel meter is not functioning and they need to replace(for that i need to come again after 7 days).
                          2. Horn check- A screw of horn was missing and they do not have that screw.
                          3. Batter check- Needs to put the battery on charging(which could be put on charging earlier also).

                          When i escalate the matter to works Manager( Mr. Nabab Singh) i got a reply to come next day i.e 30/7/2011.

                          30/7/2011:-

                          I reached at the service center at 11:00am to collect my bike. I found the same problems again and i was asked to visit again to collect my bike.
                          This time they told me that your battery is damaged(a battery which was working earlier now it is damaged)


                          In short i am highly unsatisfied with the manager (Nabab Singh and his employees revert) My bike is still with them and now a got a date of 2/8/2011. Kindly look into the matter or i will go to court.

                          I bought a KARIZMA ZMR bike (Reg no.-UP 53 AW 0544) FROM Brij Automobiles, Gorakhpur... From the time it was despatched from showroom there was a problem in its cut-out switch which was exchanged with new hero honda CBZ's cut-out switch on compaining because it was out of stock, due to which short circuit of whole wiring set of my bike has been occured 3-4 times..Frankly speaking i have not used my bike for not more than 10 days since the date of purchase(13 may-2011), I have several times contacted higher officials (MR. Sunil Verma[North Zone Head], MR. Aman[Company Engineer]), but it didnt work..Still my bike is in custody of Brij Automobiles..I am fed up of explanations/excuses given by these officials...Thus, I thought its the last way to post a comment on the web site page of the company..

                          I hope to get a feedback from the higher official of the company..

                          I bought a Hero Honda Passion Pro in October, 2010 (Reg. No: RJ-14-BB-0978) from BPS Motors (Jhotawara, Jaipur). Since my purchase, there was a serious problem in it regarding SELF START. I showed it to the BPS Motors Service center at Jaipur, the service center supervisor said that I must get the battery replaced as it is due to the fault in the same.
                          I get my battery replaced as directed by the service supervisor but the problem remains the same. Since then, whenever I asked for the help the answer was the problem is in the SELF START and I must get it replaced too, and when I asked them to do it the answer was the spare is not in stock at the service center BPS Motors ( Jhotawara, Jaipur).                             Dear Manager,
                            I purchased a Black Karizma ZMR on[protected] from Oswal Motors PVT. LTD (A-20, G.T Karnal Road New Delhi-110033), from the very next day while driving i saw the neutral light being switched on in 2nd and 5th gears respectively.I complained this thrice in 2 consecutive services from B.K Motors(A-81, G.T Karnal Road Azadpur New Delhi) as well as i went their after the last service, they said that they have already fixed the problem, but the fact is, the problem still persists.And they have also tampered the right side upper fibre of my bike and they are not admitting that they had done so. I gave my clean and not touched bike to them, so its their responsibility to take care of it and any mishaps which takes place under their surveillance is their mistake not mine.And Now the fuel tank is getting heated up very early even in driving 5 kms only.
                            In my view the biggest mistake of my life was buying a hero Honda bike.
                            In future I would rather go for a Honda scooter but not a hero Honda bike.

                                hi i am from telco colony, jamshedpur. On 08.05.2010 i was gone for paid servicing at hero honda service centre(kalimati road, opposite Gurudwara), there are taken more price to change one clutch cover gasket( Super Splender), which was Rs. 48/- on pack(incl. all tax), but they are taken 49.50/-. I was reported to Manager, but he was says that our new price is 49.50/-, so all old material to be sold by the new price.

                                please look in to the matter. In future, it may be a big problem.

                                      This is regarding my New Honda Shine Motorcycle in which during running Ignition Switch got loose which I could not understand and finally one night at the time of starting the vehicle it fell from its position and lost somewhere below handle. I was not able to locate the Ignition switch due to darkness.

                                      In morning I found the Ignition switch trapped below handle in wiring harness. I started the vehicle in same position and took it to nearest Dealer point (M/s Ganpati Honda, Sector 14, Gurgaon) from where I purchased the M/Cycle) in evening after completing my duty.

                                      Initially dealer as well as Customer Care of Honda, India informed me that due to Road condition of India the bolt might have loosened and ultimately fall of Ignition Switch from its original position.

                                      Further I raised a point that this may happen to any bolt like engine, handle, wheels etc. which will lead to severe accident and may be death of a rider. After these queries the style of dealer as well as Customer Care changed instantly and started blaming me that I would have loosened the Ignition switch and they can proove this. I got surprised with the behaviour of persons from Dealer and executives of Customer care and also got afraid with the threatening given to me.

                                      How a person can expect this kind of response form Dealer and customer care of esteemed organisation like Honda. I wanted only assurance letter for quality check for my Motorcycle which they refused to give me in written.

                                      Ultimately they handed over my motorcycle after taking payment for 02 bolts with this remark do whatever you want to do, we do not care.

                                      This is the recent experience of mine after taking decision of purchasing Honda Motorcycle which I want to share with every body.

                                      I bought a honda motor bike(shine) Chasis No# ME4JC36CJA8091922, Engine No# JC36E2132706 from Ganpati Honda, Gurgaon (Haryana) on 12 Sep 2010. After running only 600 Km (Six Hundred Km) it has develope engine problem and releasing lot of smoke, also from very start the bike didn't get start without choke and self start only work after running of 7 - 10 Km...Now bike is standing at workshop of Honda Ganpati as got feedback from workshop person that engine needs to open and work need to be done on engine...Kumar Abhishek
