Dear Sir,
With great hopelessness and despair, I must say that the services of Honda city car is the worst . I had bought this car one and a half year ago and since then it is troubling me. I have lodged a more than dozen complaints in last one year but I am yet to receive a response.My last complaint was as follows,

This is in continuation of my previous complaints on e mail dated 22nd ,28th July,2009 ,29thNov.,2009, 6th Dec.,2009 and on Help line -22nd July vide no. 70900937, 4th & 6th August,2009 vide no. 80900105 and on 28th Nov.,2009 vide no.[protected] regarding the problem of battery getting discharged in my Honda city car ZX 1.5 EX1 no.RJ14CF 2567 bought on 4th June 2008 from PINK CITY Honda, Pink city motors , Jaipur.
I would reiterate that the problem still continues the same even after multiple full check ups in the workshop .
The battery ( Exide) people have repaetedly said that the fault lies somewhere in the inner electric circuit from which the battery gets discharged and it is not in the battery per se.
Last time when the battery got discharged, a new battery was put in on 6th Jan,2010 by the dealership.
Today morning when I tried to start the car, it did not start (presumably due to the same reason.)
Last one and a half year since I have bought this car, I have suffered a lot due to this problem .
I would request you once again to solve this problem or replace the car.
