I'm Mr. R. Jahannath varshan from Vellore. I have purchased my Honda Unicorn from an authorised showroom in Chennai(KUN MOTORS, ADAYAR).Now i have to forward a complaint against the service of one of your authorized service centre in Vellore, Proper address- VELLORE MOTORS, No-14, 14th East cross Road, Gandhi Nagar, Vellore -632 006.
Here is my complaint following,
On 06-03-10 i gave my bike to the above mentioned service centre for first "FREE" service. They have changed only the engine oil. I thought since it is the first service they changed only the engine oil. They didn’t do anything further even the waterwash for the bike. They charged Rs. 170/- for the engine oil and service charge as Rs. 50/-. Will it cost Rs.50/- for a labour just to change the engine oil. Then what is the use of free services offered by you(HONDA). And I'm not satisfied with the irresponsible response from the service provider. When I enquired him he said we'll charge do whatever you want complaint anywhere we wont bother. Every service center is doing like this you wont get any service from HONDA without paying money. Is is true?. I'm sure if this problem exists then definitely it will be a hurdle for HONDA to develop customer relationship. This is not only my problem but it is everyone's problem with that service center.
Money is not a big problem for us, but we are relying on HONDA since it is an reputable company and we have faith in it. If this problem exists I don’t know what will be the outcome among customers. They didn't serviced my bike properly and their misbehaviour to customers provoked me a lot. That's why i here by to post a complaint against the inconvenience from your service providers. And if you continue with the same responses your valuable customer's didn't stay with you. So i need your valuable reply and suggestion. And also hope you will inform the respective Dealer showroom about my complaint.

Honda — MALFUNCTIONING OF VEHICLE
SIR i had purchased honda activa from universal auto products lal darwaja ahmedabad on13 nov 2008 this vehicle was taken to orange auto ltd tara towers surya nagar toli choki hyderabad for paid service with main complaint of overheating and emitting heat i paid rs 2410 for repair problem still persists vehicle is under WARRANTY invoice no 101w07805 date 29 sept 10 job card no 10jco7966 of 26 sept 10..i am a serving army officer posted at hyderabad request confirm they are authorised service centre and even after paying so much vehicle is with same problem even after 3 days with them for repairs kindly help and intervene to solve this manufacturing defect they repaired KIT CLUTCH ,,ROLLERCOMP WEIGH ,,,GEAR COMP KICK DR does honda activa develop these problems after 1 and a half years of purchase waiting for a suitable response SIR my no [protected] regards and thanks colonel singhal
