We brought a honda amaze s - petrol (Reg. No. Kl 05 au 7481) on august 3rd. We found the car stops suddenly after 70 days of purchase. We reported the issue with our dealer vision honda kottayam. They said the problem is with fuel pump, and they will replace it. The issue is not solved right now. Our car is on dealer shop for 1 month. We need immediate action and also compensation for our losses other wise we will go to consumer court...

From day one, i find it really hard to shift the gears between 1st and 2nd gear. The service personnel denies this and says this is normal. I know this is abnormal for sure because, the gear shift becomes smooth when the engine runs for a few kms, or perhaps when it gets heated up. So, certainly there is a problem when the car is cold. My car honda city as06m5337 was damaged by street dogs when i went to visit a friend of mine. The dogs entered from below the car and reached the engine where it damaged the wires. The wire were tore into pieces. There is no protection from below. Stray dogs can easily reach the engine and damage it. After i took the car back home from the service centre post service on 1st oct 2019, i realised after reaching home that the sun film on the tail gate of the car has been badly damaged. See attached photo.
