I m not satisfied with the service today whole car is dirty and also dust I am very disappointed my seat cover is also damaged and they charged too much amount but not done fake commitments done and force me to sign on papers pls and delivered my car at about 7 to 8 PM. Pls refund my amount and take strict action against this service centre . I[censored] want to contact than pls call on this no [protected]. Too much money charged but not satisfied with there services very bad service. engine water cap is also damage.

    Sir,

    I bought my honda amaze car from csd through arouse network pvt ltd on 30 sep 19. I got first service done vide invoice no. Sr[protected] dated 16 nov 19 through sugoi motors pvt ltd. On the same date, during driving on small speed braker, my honda amaze car got crack in front windshield from the bottom and in the middle. Subject car was again deposited to workshop of moti nagar on 16 nov 19 through the above mentioned service centre for defect investigatiion. Customer dissatisfaction to be monitored, clarified and justified with good reason from top management, same will be awaited at customer end. Also question arise on quality check / quality procedure followed during manufacturing at honda. My elaborated details are given below:-

      I am nlvv satyanarayana from andhrapradesh. I purchsed hondacity 1.5 zx cvt model in rajhmundry (Sri dhanalakshmi automobiles) 2017. My car no is ap 37 cq 9293.

      My minda i connect is expired in september5. Then i reachrged in september 24th. My amount is cut by net banking 2500. At that time also not working my i connect. Contact my dealer in rajhmundry at octber 5th qc manager, after 15 days not respond, and i contact ceo. After 15 days that ceo also not responding, and then go to contact sales manager. That person give assurene 1 week. That sales manager also not responding. I conatct 3 persons in last 1 month 10 days no body respond me... Devise courier to delhi saying... Last 1 month. But you have collect 2500 rupees last 1 month 20 days. But not provide service. So many times visit branch and contatct employes and ceo. But any one not responding. Coming 2 or 3 days my devise not submit me then go to consmer court. Very worst service in honda compnay. Very very worst services given to custmers. You not provide the service close the compnay. But dont misslead the custmers and dnt theft the custmer money. Very worst comany in india. Your compnay cheats the custmers.
      How many times contact branch...? Return my money 2500. Other wise i will go to consumer court...2 or 3 days... Very worst experince to me. Your compny is cheater. Howmany days i will wait...? You dnt provide service why you collect 2500 rupees...? Where is my devise? Delhi? Dealer? Or courier??? Very worst ser vice in andhrapradesh.

        Dear sir,

        I am sanjeev kumar saini. I bought honda city zx cvt (I-vtech) (Registration number: ch01bn0947, chassis no.- makgm669fh4303957 and engine no.- l15z[protected] on 20th july, 2017 on wife name dr. Poonam saini from courtesy honda, chandigarh. It is to bring to your kind notice that from 2013 onwards, we have 12 honda city cars and 01 honda brio, all top variants of honda, in our family. I appreciate the quality and comfort which is provided in honda cars, however, the following points need utmost attention from an end-user’s perspective:

        A) the digipad given in honda city zx i-vetch, stopped working on 25/09/2019 (Though it is under warrant). Further, it was later changed by courtesy honda dealer in the workshop on 14/10/2019. But now the newly installed digipad-1 again started the same problems like hanging, call drops, auto restarts and stop working.

        Please note that i had a meeting with mr. Amit kumar jain, area manager-service, hcil on behalf of honda at at courtesy honda chandigarh along with mr. Raman g. M services (Courtesy honda) and mr. Rajnish kaushal s. M services (Courtesy honda). I really appreciate his effort in understanding my problem point by point in digipad-1 as mentioned:

        1. Hanging
        2. Call drops.
        3. Auto restarts
        4. Stop workings.

        As per the conversation, mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil will discuss the above said problems with honda officials get back to me very soon. Further, i also informed mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil that i am ready to pay rs 5k to 10k to hcil if company wants, so that i can get a permanent solution to it.

        I want the digipad-1 be replaced with a new digipad-2 which is going to come in hondacity 2019 bs-vi. Kindly note that, i don’t want to change my digipad-1 again and again being a defective series of digipad, so kindly replace with new digipad-2 otherwise i will be forced to avail the last option i. E legal action against hcil for installation of substandard product. Many customers of hondacity insisted me to take the legal action against hcil, however, i personally believe that proper solution comes only with discussion only.

        Sir, i believe that honda is a customer-oriented company and my query would not be closed, however, handle the issues with utmost priority so that i would be associated with the brand always.

          Bought honda unicorn 150 on 21st january 2019, from first day itself it giving trouble (Handle bar issue, gear issues, engine sound issue. Each and every from service centre they doing something but till issue not solved, within 3 months clutch pad issues too. Then oil leaking like old bike. Every time the fixing but still oil leaking. I bought bike for cash not they free. From customer care service simply they telling service centre but service centre not solved my problem till. Really very very worst from honda if you not solving problem means why you selling bikes.

            I booked honda jazz vx petrol edition from narbheram handa jamshedpur, jharkhand on 29th september 2019 by giving booking amount.
            They told me to deliver the car around 15th october 2019 but on delivery date they told me that they could not deliver the car till 30th october 2019.
            Even today i. E. 15th november 2019 they are not in a situation to confirm the delivery of car.
            I am very much upset and regret that i booked a honda car as it is very disappointing experience for me.

              I renew my car insurance from rr honda.
              On 1st november. They don't give me any valid receipt they told me your insurance is renewed but u will get soft copy of insurance on your mail. And hard copy by courier in 7 days. Now today is 15 november i didn't get any soft copy nor hard copy. I call them they sir today evening u will get soft copy o[censored]r insurance. And from now they r not responding my phone calls. Plz resolve this problem as soon as possible. I want my insurance soft and hard both copies.

                I am purchase Honda amaze SMT petrol 2019 model last 5 month back. But suspension isn't good. Small speed breaker is touching bottom side. Very bad experience with suspension I am already told near me showroom at khammam.. But no response. Front windshield isn't good. In heavy rain roads are not seen. And also front power windows are open and closes some vibrations are there

                  I am deeply concerned and disappointed with the sudden lack of trustworthiness of the brand Honda and its dealer.

                  I had booked one City ZX MT (Golden brown) from the dealer Apco Honda in Kozhikode on Oct 30, 2019 with an assurance to get it delivered by Nov 20. I didn't take a test drive neither showed my preference to any other color or variant. It was booked after availing exchange bonus and other festival offers. The RC of my old car was also kept with them. But recently I was informed that the specification was not available due to non-production of BSIV vehicles and was left with having no option but to go with the only available color "white" in MT version or the automatic version of the same specification. I have made a complaint (comm id: 1-[protected]) with the customer care of Honda India and was assured with a solution to the utmost level of my satisfaction. So far, no satisfactory steps have been taken neither by Honda nor by the dealer even after sending two mails to the customer care. The questions coming in my mind are:

                  1. why did the dealer take the booking when the color was not available? Interestingly, another dealer of Kozhikode had confirmed non-availability of the color with the poo at the time of booking.

                  2. How could Honda stop production of vehicles when the booking was already made?

                  It is a breach of contract as signed in the welcome docket. Honda and the dealer both should be held responsible for the act and both should look for a mutually beneficial solution.

                  I demand for my specified car within Nov 20, 2019 as was promised.

                    I’ve purchased a honda city zx (Top end) on 27/10/2019 with chase number (Vin no.) :makgm666gkn400885. It hasn’t been on road for even 200km and the front tires got busted while the car was on the run. I was so disappointed with honda for providing such low quality tires for such expensive cars, i want an acceptable remedy for the situation. I’ve contacted and submitted the car with the showroom but they aren’t much positive with response, and its been a couple of days and it seems like it takes time. I can’t just wait months for a couple of tires.
                    I wish to have a responsible reply as soon as possible.

                      I got may hond city car bearing registration no up79 c 3807 front door handle latch repaired twice at pushp honda dadanagar service centre kanpur in span of one month and same got defective immediate after repair.
                      I have been pursuing mr mohit / mr jaiswal for last one month for confirming spare availabilty to get it permanently repair but their response is very very poor and not of hinda standards.
                      I request to get my complaint attended urgently or else i will have no option but to approach jago grahak for expenses incurred as i have to travel 120 km to reach honda centre

                        We brought a honda amaze s - petrol (Reg. No. Kl 05 au 7481) on august 3rd. We found the car stops suddenly after 70 days of purchase. We reported the issue with our dealer vision honda kottayam. They said the problem is with fuel pump, and they will replace it. The issue is not solved right now. Our car is on dealer shop for 1 month. We need immediate action and also compensation for our losses other wise we will go to consumer court

                            We have bought honda jazz in may 2016 and since beginning we had issue with a/c of the car. Every service when we complained they will give us some reason and charge some money to repair. Last week a/c stopped working totally and when we went to showroom for repair, they told us compressor is totally dead and it cannot be repaired so you have to replace at approx rs 40k.
                            Standard reponse is warranty is for 2 years or 40k km whichever is earlier. I think they are selling horrible quality products in india to maximize the benefit.

                            Is this honda quality? Compressor is dead with 18k km?

                              Hi.. I bought honda amaze car from ring road honda (Iffco chowk, gurgaon) on 29 sept'19. I have also got 2 years extended warranty for my car.. When i asked for the extra warranty letters the sales person first told me that it would take some time and would handover to me in 1 week time.. I was fine with it. After 1 week, when i received the extra warranty letter the start date of warranty shows as 31st july 2019 (How is it possible).. I purchase the car on 29th sep 2019 then the warranty should start from 29th sep and not from 31st july.. No transparency..

                              I have logged several complaints to the honda company and ring road honda dealer however no permanent solution has been provided on it.. They are saying to write the correct date on a letter however it can't be changed in their system..

                              They have cheated me as this issue can only happen when the car have been first sold to other customer however got declined or returned by the customer due to some reason.. This car should have gone back to honda company.. But they have sold the same car to me as a new one..

                                I am holding honda city purchased in the month of apr-2018 and there was issue with ac observed and given it for honda pride service (Miyapur - hyderabad) for diagnosis and rectification, i have visited for 2 times and took almost week time to find the cause and resolution. Finally they concluded that there was some connector issue but was the workaround provided. Since after using my car there is no issue observed for 2 months and issue occurred again. It is like ac is on for few mins and getting automatically off and occurring again and again.

                                I want this to be escalated to very high level. I need a permanent solution. If you want you can replace complete ac set up (As it is brand new vehicle). I had very good impression earlier on honda, but now i am very much disappointed.

                                  I dr chamaraj husband of dr surekha who owner of honda amaze in hospet karnataka.. We thought of complaining many times regarding service issues in hospet adithi honda.. We are costumers of this since last 3 years.. We are not getting proper service.. This time am fed up and frustrated with the response am getting from them.. This on 6 the november i sent my car for service.. And i told all the problem am facing like window not closing properly and a. C butten and previously 3 month back they replaced shock absorber that also not working properly.. And head light issues also and in the evening they told no parts available to replace at present for ac and window.. And i told ok u give my car back after service and i will come again for window and ac.. When i get back the car it was not cleaned properly more than that if i ride at speed of 80 km car is vibrating and steering is moving and vibrating with lot of sound which was not there before service.. They are not checking the car after service before giving to customer. Now with the same car i stuck on the way to my work place.. I lost very important meeting.. No body is responding properly there.. This is not the first time it is happening many times we faced same problems but because we are busy in our work never complained but this time am hurt and frustrated with the service they providing.. Just because of service issues again we never want buy honda.. Please ho through my massage and convey my msg and do justice for us.. And also please take this matter seriously give us good service

                                    I bought 5g activa (TN06W5386; Engine - JF50E[protected] with Extended Warranty 3 years

                                    Hardeep Motors at Triplicane High Road Chennai assured best of service while delivering vehicle

                                    I have not received any call last 9 months and yesterday he called for service once free service expired and paid service to be done

                                    Further I enquired about my warranty status, manager informed its already expired. Dealer has looted me and making money from all customer and not to come at dealership. Today he make me seated for long and then said need to be pay extra money to regularize it

                                    They are cheating customer and making money, Request to take action against him

                                    I have very good regard on brand please act on dealer

                                      From day one, i find it really hard to shift the gears between 1st and 2nd gear. The service personnel denies this and says this is normal. I know this is abnormal for sure because, the gear shift becomes smooth when the engine runs for a few kms, or perhaps when it gets heated up. So, certainly there is a problem when the car is cold. The gear shifts are pathetic as they hamper driving experience in the traffic and renders honda city a piece of crap to use in the traffic.

                                        New honda city registration no wb26bd8717 only 6 months old and running condition as on date running condition is less than 1000 km. One tyre of the said vehicle has brusted during running condition without punched from nails or any objects. The deelear have accepted the defects in tyre and reffered the matter to his tyre manufacturer vendor, but the vendor have rejected the proposal.
                                        The vehicle is now in warranty period but the honda car india ltd now showing inability to any help even aftet several request. My warranty agreement is with honda car india ltd only not with the tyre vendors. It is requested may please consider my request to resolve the issues immediately.
