I left my car on 1st of october 2019 at infinity honda gurgaon workshop for denting painting
They took much longer days as compared to committed days. They have very poor facility
To further of my surprise when i took the car on 8th of october 2019 lot of voices were coming from the car. I immediately called the concerned person.
He told me that due to dussehra workshop is closed so you can come tomorrow.
I went again on 9th and discussed with their gm about the issue. He took it very lightly and sad that nothing was not done by us but it is old voice.

Really i am feeling very bad about the attitude and more of the issues now coming in my car. They said now you have to spend rs 28000 to rectify the problem
I am sure that this was misused in the workshop during 1st october to 8th october hence all this problem is coming.

Please file my complaint against the infinity honda and get my car corrected at their own cost.

If no action is taken within 7 days then i will be bound to file my complaint in the consumer court.

    I have submitted my car to showroom of india to claim but the procedure by the authorised dealer has not been completed. I have purchased my car from avintika honda ujjain. And right now its at abhikaran honda and they are totally unable to proceed.
    Do whatever you can do. Its almost more than a week and i didnt get any approval.
    They are not processing it.

      I am owner of honda city car -

      Rj-14-cy-8410

      Which is in body shop from last 1 month in jaipur.
      Due to accident my left side car door damage, and insurance company already pass my claims for two new doors. Concern workshop order doors to their main factory in noida.
      But from last one-month doors are one the way never reached to workshop. And workshop person stands their hands as it is not in their control.
      My question from honda company are they offer such kind of services after sales. I think they need to tell their customer how much time they will take in normal repair before sale honda cars.
      I was thinking to upgrade my car with new honda city but now i never go for any honda car, i will share this same story to each social channel by that every indian think twice to buy any honda car.

        Hi Team,
        I am writing this mail expressing my utter disappointment about the pathetic car service and disappointing customer service received from honda cars. I am explaining the entire incident given below which I have already done numerous times to many customer executives
        My car Honda City I Dtech was given to remove for some body work and servicing on 6th Sep 2019 at Courtesy Honda, Okhla Phase 2 Delhi and was given an estimated time of 10-12 Days. After multiple delays and arguments, I received the car on 3rd Oct 2019 after 26 days later. Supervisor for the same was a guy named Sumit.
        During the period my car was stranded for 26 days, My extended warranty as well as roadside assistance was expired (26th Sep 2019). I was given no prior intimation for that.
        Upon receiving the car after service on 3rd Oct 2019, during the trial run outside the showroom I found the car to be unsatisfactory. I found the issues especially with clutch plates and driving of the car. The total amount I paid to the service centre was close to 85k for entire work.
        While raising this issue with service centre and after a heated discussion, the incharge there by the name of Mr Sunil gave it to me in writing and signed it that if any issue comes in the car the service centre will be responsible.
        Now 10 days later on 13th Oct 2019, I took the car to the wedding in jalandhar and the gear got freezed at midnight. Amidst difficulty I have to arrange the hotel at midnight. Next morning I took it to nearest dealership i.e Galaxy Honda in Jalandhar and take a cab for my return ride.
        Upon showing it to service centre they told me that the gear box is jammed up from the inside and in order to open it they will charge close to 12k.Shocked by this I have tried to contact Courtesy Honda and Honda customer care executive but it is of no use. Now the car is stranded there from last 2 days and I am running from pillar to post but it is of no use.
        I will have to resort to consumer forum and social media and if my problem is not resolved. I want my car in upright condition and I am not ready to pay any additional charges because of following reasons:
        1. No intimation was provided to me by Courtesy Honda and on expressing my concern after receiving the car they gave it to me in writing that If any issue comes up they will be liable. I am attaching the same copy as proof with this mail2. Even after spending 85K I am struggling with my car. Also both my extended warranty and roadside assistance expired while car was stranded in service centre only. No communication was given after inspection by courtesy honda that any problem is there with gear box

        Need immediate response on this !!! I have already lost more than 1.3 lakh because of this pathetic experience.

          I bought a honda jazz (Kl 07 cj 8816) car from "perfect honda (Pothen vehicles and services pvt ltd), kalamassery" on 16/03/2017.

          During the warranty period itself, i have noticed some fogg/moisture inside the music system and i have complaint this problem to the perfect honda service centre multiple times.

          First time, they told like they have repaired it and the problem is solved.

          Second time again i noticed this proble, i again went to service centre and they told that they will contact with honda company and will update adout the details. But i didnt get any reply in another 6 months.

          Then immediately after the warranty period is over, the display of the music system gone and again i went to service centre and complaint about this problem.

          Again they told that they will contact with honda company and reply me back. Its more than a month now and i didn't get any solution till now.

          Please help me for getting a solution on this.

          If they take proper action in my first complaint itself, i can cover the problem during my warranty period itself. But they purposefully delayed and its more than 8 months.

          Kindly please take necessary action on this.

            Its been more than 10 days my vehicle is in service center, it's not even 12k km and not more than 9 months i took my vehicle, the complain was ac was not working, why do you need 1 week to repair ac, am not having other vehicle
            If i was a driver how would i pay the loan or if i had given car for rent i would have got 14k by now i could have payed the rent, i am going to office in bus i cannot attend business meeting
            They are not contacted me and not given the car till now this is the worst days of my life trusting honda cars

            Honda city's infotainment system that is they call it a digipad is not working properly. This get frezzed at a time, starts working erratically. Plays on its own and changes the menu and touch doesnt work most of the time.

            The Car no is UP32-HU6198 regieted in Lucknow, UP with details added on Honda App in Mobile.

            Kindly do the needful.

              My honda brio bearing reg no kl xx x 2244 is having driver seat shaking problem. Approched the perfect honda kalamassery ernakulam centre for replacement under extended warranty. They denied it saying, even though it comes under extended warrenty they cannot replace it free of cost as the seat is broken. We take exended warranty for such manufacturing defect replacement and they are denying it. We have paid for extended warranty for these types of replacements which are due to manufacturing defects and now if they say they cannot replace it will be against consumer rights

Staff and icici dinesh have checked documents and told me they will pass the claim. After 6 days both the people are not supporting and asking for FIR. I also called Mr nipesh nahata but no respnose. Why u tied up with icici lombard ?

                  Have purchased honda city vmt in sep 2018 and the battery failure exactly a few days after its one year completion
                  Company has given one year warranty for the initial battery.
                  A customer buys a car worth 12 lakhs plus and company fits a battery which gets failure exactly after a year. Why the company should go for such a company battery for the customers.

                    I have visited prakash honda kangra h p for second free service (Wrv-honda gbm) on dated 10.12.2019. (Hp-36e-0344) on seeing vehicle in sunlight it is observed that during washing something has been rubbed on the body and circular scatches deep scratches are there on the vehicle. I have informed the concerned telephonically on seeing the vehicle. Now no one is taking it seriously. I request you to do needful done.

                      I bought honda amaze v cvt ivtec from planet honda rudrapur uttarakhand on 29th sept 2019.
                      Model type : amaze 1.2 v cvt (I-vtec) color : modern steel metallic
                      Chassis no. : makdf56hek4101130.
                      I was told at the time of delivery that this is manufactured at the same month i. E. Sept 2019 but later on i found that it was a make of may 2019. Front window of both driver and passenger are making annoying noise when i pull it up and down. Boot is not opening properly when i am holding the boot key in the remote or via boot opener lever. I think this car is used by dealer as a test ride vehicle. I was not even shown with form 22. Overall it doesn't feel like a new car. I am feeling like cheated.

                        I purchased a new honda city from cherish honda gurgaon on 7 jun 2019. After 10-15 days i observed a sound in low speed from left side of car.. Some friction sound.. Same i informed to dealer and same was rectified as per dealer.. But after some time same problem was observed again i went to dealer again same was rectified... But sir same problem arises and two days before i handed over car to dealer for necessary corrections.. Same thing i mailed to honda also.. After discussion of dealer and honda they decided to change the clutch plate and after that car is handed over to me with tha assurance that problem is completely rectified and will not occur... I checked and found okk... But after running around 50 km same sound occurred again yesterday... I informed dealer.. Again they told me to bring car for corrective action.
                        Dear sir i opted honda over maruti for quality but seriously iam disappointed... Iam going through mental harassment... Because i payed a very handsome amount for honda city.. Still iam facing this problem... If there is any manufactureing problem pls resolve tha same.. Or replace it

                          I put my mobilio car to replace rhs doors after meeting accident of[protected] with expected delivery as 8.10.2019 vide emerald cars pvt. Td, gandhinagar. Claim receipt no.1424 (B-43). Upon inquiry came to know that you have not yet dispatched the replacement doors from your manufacturing unit that is causing lot of inconvenience to me. As deepali is fast approaching, you are requested to take up the matter at appropriate level and ensure that the replacement doors are supplied to emerald cars pvt ltd gandhinagar at the earliest possible without any further delay.

                            I am facing a concerns in work done after repair done in workshop, body parts are not fitted properly neither paint works done also they have made a scratch after i submitted it to workshop, already raised complain for 4 times but not getting satisfactory solution, there top authority after getting touch with workshop also not ready to listen, they are just giving excuses by denying the concerns they are already missed many delivery dates.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i have exchanged my old car santro xing n bought wrv last year may end i. E 2018 from prime honda opp mother dairy. Person involved name was mr arvind. I kept asking him abt status of my old car which he answered me saying in its our stock till separate 2018. Afterwards he stopped replying to my messages. So when i visited dis showroom for service of my car dis year in june i. E 2019 i went to concerned department and net mr aman dere who came as mr arvind replacement n i came to know mr arvind got promoted. I asked abt my car to mr aman n he checked his computer n told me that car is in stock. Now recently when i again contacted mr aman to know status of my car he told me that what maximum he could find is car is been sold last year nov i. E 2018 itself with no information provided to me... When i asked for more details mr aman told he can't tel much details and i am supposed to speak to mr arvind only as he knows more abt my car. When i contacted mr arvind i came to know that my car is been sold last year and in different state i. E punjab with no info provided to owner... When i insisted he gave me sm transfer documents. When i checked on vahan still car is coming in our name. When again i asked him he told me dat since car been sold in punjab number got changed but after almost 2 weeks also he is not able to provide me any details abt car or new rc or owner.
                              I have proof of all what i have written and can provide whenever required. I have all whatsapp chats and phone call recordings.
                              My concern is since i have given car to company i know it's company decision where n when to sell dat. But as owner of dat car is it not my right to be informed by company regarding proceeding.
                              Also i hv never received any info form mr arvind himself since i am asking abt this. Isn't his duty to get back to me.
                              I feel why he has not kept all documents after selling the car. Isnt it's his duty to keep n provide me.
                              I wanna know who will take responsibility if that car is been used for some illegal activity.
                              I can proof later as i have delivery note as mr arvind keep telling me that... But my concern is y i m not been informed... Isn't its my right?
                              Dont know it all may b a coincidence but to me it's looking so big scam. Kindly provide me mail id of highest concerned office.. Wil provide all proofs of above mentioned story.
                              Looking for immediate and suitable action to be taken against person behind all this
                              I would like to receive acknowledgement reply and info abt action taken by concerned authority

                                I met sales paeson agra n finalised honda wrv vmt model.
                                Provided required documents.
                                The rates given by sales person in agra were vary and i felt that repaetely revised amt is quoted and no aaurance in writing given that what i shall be getting in terms of accessories and insurance benifits.
                                Sales person got irritated while i hv given him rates i received from other place. Being customer i hv right to inquire rates and get the best deal.
                                In total seeing the unprofessional attutude of company like honda i am totally confused and unsatisfied.
                                Please see my request and provide me the best sulution if you can. Or else since auto sector is already very down this time i hv lots of options to move.

                                  I got my honda wrv car pb10gn 4948 serviced from vidhata honda, ludhiana on 21.09.2019.
                                  After service i found that my navigation micro sd card is missing from the car. I have brought the matter to the notice of feedback taking official, official number and service adviser
                                  But of no use.
                                  I was having trust on the honesty of your staff. But i am very much disaapointed with this

                                    I want to inform you that honda wr-v car was purchased by me from your dealer agency abhikaran honda indore on july 2019. The car currently runs at 2000 km and its front passenger tyre gets a bubble. The photo of which is attached to this mail. Your dealer was also made aware of this subject but no action was taken by him even after 15 days. Looking at honda's brand and quality, we had chosen this brand, but we never expected such poor service and low quality of honda. Therefore, you are requested to please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.

                                      I had purchased a honda city in march 18 from sunshine honda having a car no rj45cf0707, from starting we are facing a problem of ac that same is not working property and cooling is not upto the extent of honda. We are very confident about honda cars as we have already anothers honda city and amaze. And we are happy with services provided by pinkcity jaipur. But by mistake we have purchase a car from sunshine honda but after 1st service we are getting a problem of ac that same is not working properly. Every time they call us and take our car in morning and again provide again us in evening and stating that now your ac is working property (As per them after 1st service there is shortage of gas for ac and they have check for leakage but they not found any leakage). Previously my complain id is communicate id-[protected] and if my problem is not sorted me and my family never refer to buy honda car to any our relation

                                        I have given my accidental honda amaze raj 19 cj 2008 to company for repairing, they have returned my car after 22 days and still my car has so many defects 22 problems still unsolvedi am not satisfied with the services given by the company that they have taken a lot of time and my car is still in a bad condition and i have suffered a lot. I was unable to complete my routine without my car. As i am a heart patient and dr suggested to drive only four wheeler (Not to drive two wheeler) so because o[censored]rgency i have given my car to a private outer service center for repairingas i suffered a lot mentally and physically i want that company will pay both the amounts 1- the amount which i have paid to the company for repairing.2- the amount i have paid to the outer private service center 3- they will repair the objects that they have damaged during the service when my car was in the company[protected] [protected]
