I have purchased a honda jazz vxmt model on 31, aug 2019. I found the issue with clutch and acceleration and same was complained on 13 dec, 2019. As of now, this issue was not taken up by honda. While driving a vehicle on 21 dec, 2019, vehicle got stopped. Vehicle was taken to the nearest service center i. E. Premium honda at kottyam. After the inspection, they told that clutch plate has gone completely and replacement will be on chargeable basis.

Already i have raised the issue of clutch and accelerator on 13 dec, 2019 and it was not addressed. Now, honda is asking for money for replacement of clutch. With above information i am not at liable for making payment for replacement of clutch.
I am very much upset with your services.

    I bought 2 yrs 8 months back honda jazz from shree honda show rom. I kolkata.

    The after sales service support is very poor and especially the insurance cell both in show room and workshop misbehaved with me and i expressed my highest level of disatisfaction
    With shree honda and would not encourage anyone to buy honda car from this dealer

      During service at express honda at guntur, andhra pradesh, my car navigation has been stolen which i didn't realized till the next subsequent service. During subsequent servicing, service person said navigation card is not available in your car. I contacted chief executive of the show room where i bought the car and he convinced that navigation card stolen. He instructed his service supervisor to provide a new card without any extra cost. But supervisor is denying me a new card. Now i am using my car without navigation and i stopped giving my car to service also. I am helpless and i didn't expected this from honda.

They have did my interview through telephonic interweave and they sent me offer letter and training adress and said that i have to pay first 1990 (For uniform) then 6200 (For laptop) 10400 (For salary account).           I purchase unicorn byke of your company on oct'19. After purchase this byke silencer, bune sas, ladies foot rest & hangler become rusty. Before this bike i purchased 5 bykes from hero moto corp. I not at all faced this problem with hero moto corp. I am very disappointed with your unicorn byke. What can i do? How solve this problem?             I am having honda jazz 2015 model
            In may heater assembly of my car got changed at dealership joy honda hisar
            Now it is again getting problem.
            When i went to dealer ship they told me to get it changed again, as it was summer season so heater was not in use. When i went to dealership they said that part warranty is for 6months
            Is this kind of parts honda is manufacturing that not even work for 6-7 months

              I purchased honda city petrol, manual transmission in jully 2018, since purchase i am facing the problem of gear shift from 3rd to 2nd. The vehicle has been sent 3-4 times for the same to the service station. They have changed the synchronizer to resolve the issue, but even after doing so the issue is not resolved.
              Now the service guys tell me that my driving style is not correct that's the reason iam facing this issue.
              Dont forget to see the attached video to understand how serious is the problem

              Infact on browsing i have come across many such similar complaints about gear shifting. Honda wake up..

                We brought a honda amaze s - petrol (Reg. No. Kl 05 au 7481) on august 3rd. We found the car stops suddenly after 70 days of purchase. We reported the issue with our dealer vision honda kottayam. They said the problem is with fuel pump, and they will replace it. The issue is not solved right now. Our car is on dealer shop for 1 month then the complaint solved by replacing fuel pump set.
                Again the same issue noticed after 1 month. Today our car stopped suddenly while driving and can't start again. We need immediate action against this kind of manufacturing defects, otherwise we will go through all possible social medias againt honda.

                    Sir i have purchased honda amaze diesel before 3week ago. The vechicle is not registered..the paperwork are going..but the vechicle is not starting on this morning and the engine warning light was turned on and it doesn't turned off and i called the customer care and by their instructions i tried to start the vechicle and tried a lot by the grace of God the vehicle is started and i reached at the showroom and the same complaint happened by the executive operated to start..and they said after finishing the repair they will call me and i came back to home, by the evening they called me and said the vehicle has sensor complaint and the need to engine into parts ..they said they don't know why it happened ..so myself wait for 2, or more week for repairing because the can not mention the exact date or don't know will it fix the problem. the repair is needes to conduct by the assistance of company and that may be delay...the vehicle is run only 1200 kilometres.then how a car become engine complaint?. anyway i am not ready to take over the vehicle bcz of the engine complaint.. i will surely go to customer court and going the cancel the registration as well as going to publish on social media if you are not replace or repair with the problem..i need to replace the vechicle or need to repair within 2 days.or need to refund the amount otherwise the company will be regret... Bcz i know the rules and regulations ...i bought the honda amze from premier Honda Kottayam.the car temporary number is KL 35TMP[protected].my contact address is . George luka

                      Dear sir
                      I my honda city car dl 4cg 6241 was given for repair in courtesy honda, wazirpur, delhi on 4th december, 2019 and insurance duly approved on 9th december, 2019. The workshop assured in writing that the car repair will be completed within 10-12 days including 2-3 days for insurance approval. When asked after a week they told it will take another 15 days instead of 12 days. But to my surprise, even after 15 days the repair work of my car is yet to start telling that it may take another one week to start! It is very unprofessional and unexpected from reputed company like honda.
                      Request honda company for necessary remedial measures and transparency in workshops so that customers are not aggrieved and retain their faith in honda!

                        I noticed hand brake & abs lights were on in dash board while driving in aug 2018 for about 2 or 3 mins & disappeared. Further during my regular service in nov 2018, i reported the same to the service partner & they could not find any thing on the problem addressed.
                        The same defect appeared while driving in jan 2019 and disappeared. It repeated thrice in between jan & may 2019.in may 2019, when i left the vehicle for service and i insisted the service provider to check the issue & correct the same.
                        They used their their diagnostic tool and reported the problem as wires jamming & reported as corrected. They did not mention anything about the abs modulator defect. The vehicle was kept for three days with them to sort out the issue.
                        Again the problem appeared in july 2019 and in aug 2019. When i was on the way to my house in kanakapura road where we service my vehicle in magnum honda, i approached the service station with live problem & showed the problem to them. Since they told me that it would take more than 4 hours to diagnose the issue, i took the vehicle back.

                        Now when i left the vehicle for service on 21st nov, 2019, i explained about the problem. Service engineer reported that the fault was noticed in abs modulator & recommended to replace the modulator costing approximately rs. 25000/-.

                        My argument is,
                        1. Why, the root cause for this problem was not identified properly since the vehicle has even completed 40, 000kms run.
                        2. Why the modulator defect was not diagnosed properly and reported as corrections done in may 2019.
                        3. Why modulator fails within 40000 kms of run.
                        4. Any vehicle has a life more than 200000 kms run and these are not wornout parts or like electrical or rubber items.

                        Honda is meant for quality products, but in this case it has totally failed.

                          Problem raise due to i'm going to servicing my car in rajamundry and my car having some issue due to car parts but senior service supervisor (Kommana veerabadra rao) said w'r ordering a parts but u have to pay some advance then parts will be coming in a week after 12 days we called him and he gives irregular answer now he said again after 12 days call back to me then he said parts are come or not come. He is not having any responsibility of a customers

                            We are facing the locking problem from day one in our car from 9th july 2019. But its being 6 months and still the lock is unavailable. The front seat (Other than driver one) is just useless for us
                            We have purchased cars from other companies like toyota, maruti, nissan but this kind of prolonged problems are being faced in your company only.
                            Plus very poor servicing.
                            In the second free servicing they only cleaned the car.
                            Plus the employees in your outlet in jaipur - pinkcity honda has the most improfessional behavior.

                              I purchased honda car from southern honda tuticorin. Head office is tirunelveli. For all service related issues i contact tirunelveli.

                              While purchasing car, fastag account was made by the company but i haven't received any password and i'd details. I am also not aware of that purpose and use.
                              Now fastag made mandatory. So i contacted my tuticorin honda showroom to get my password and i'd details. They told to contact tirunelveli. I am contacting him and his response is very poor. He told that he will give the details but not responded. Then after my interaction he asked my fastag card photo. I send it. After also no response. Then again i called the service dept they helped to contact the person. Mr. Sankar who is not responding to me. Again he told he will send demo video and i'd details. I waited after that also no response. Then i contacted through phone and whatsapp. Then he told he will send today. Finally he told your fastag account expired, you buy new fastag account.
                              He haven't sent the pass word i'd details. Not talked to me. Simply sent message thru what's up. The response is really irritating and annoying.

                              Even after this complaint no actio taken let me approach consumer court.

                                The digipad system avn provided by the company is not functioning as per the controls provided on the steering wheel this complaint is open since 1 year and the dealer is putting all onus on the company and honda company is not paying attention on this complaint several emails and communications are available online and on emails and toll free number (Complaint no - 1 -[protected])

                                Honda and their service managers have also tried the same on my car system but were unable to resolve or give any feedback on this faulty systems.. It is quite evident that the digipad systems are faulty and are sold in the market by honda india.in view of regular complaints honda has upgraded the same system in their bs6 models with digipad version 2 and have left the previous faulty cars with version 1 only keeping this complaints open.in presence of such negligence from hona i have even shared this complaint on their fb page on which similar complaints were also noted from other customers and they are also not receiving any repl from this company. Kindly help

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I had brought honda amaze 1.5 vx i-dtec from solitaire honda borivali east, my car’s registration number is mh48bh1831. I had given my car for insurance claim due to accident and also for servicing on 6th nov, 2019. I got the car on the day that was committed, but not on time, i was told that i would get the car by 3pm instead i got the car at 4.45pm. This was not at all acceptable i[censored] can’t deliver on the said time than please don’t make such commitments.

                                  Also i noticed that there were minor scratches on the front bumper of the car which they later did a touch up and gave the car to me, if you would give the customers their cars with scratches then what’s the point of giving the car for servicing at your service station, this is the second time i faced such situation. Just because the customer doesn’t complain doesn’t mean you should damage their new cars.

                                  Also i was charged the service cost of 9200₹ for wheel balancing, some electronics scanning and to change the cars brake pads and brake disc which i told them should not wear at 20000 kms running. On getting those brake discs checked from my brother’s garage i found out that they were fine and didn’t need replacing.
                                  If such kind of things are going to happen than i won’t be giving my car at your service station.

                                  If you are going to loot the customers like this, than it is simply not done.

                                  I would request that this should br reported to the upper management as well.

Car got accident and submit at joy honda hisar on 25th nov but till date there is no sign of delivery. Its been 15days but agency said they will delivery on 12th dec. My question is why we need 17 days to repair second i ask for alternate vehicle but there is no revert. I need alternate vehicle if agency want more time to repair so that i can manage my business as well as life easily

                                      Every time i give my city for service, i am told to pay more than 16k and what i realised is they do not do what they say but keep charging the customers. Staff behave like they are offering help.. Lost all trust with the sundaram honda chennai. I don’t trust them anymore.in the last service, they cleaned ac after which the ac switches were not working. They promised to fix it in next service but now asking for thousands. They they threaten you about breaks and clutch failing but that’s only to charge extra and they do nothing. Can anyone advise any better service provider for honda city in chennai?
