I am mr ajaykumar gohil husband of mrs hetal ajaykumar gohil, we have purchase honda city zx model car on 24/07/2017 from honda dealer gopinath ji makarpura vadodara gujarat india and car registration number is gj06lb7575. We have raise a complain on 11/10/2019 that music system in our car is not working at all and hang. Complain number is w-0621. We have try calling the dealer several times till now but they say honda company is not sending the music system. We try to call customer care india number several times from my number [protected]. They also couldn't give proper answers for the complaint. Last time i called the the customer care on 12th november 2019 and customer care people send me a message mentioned below:

Till today there is no official information about the delivery .

    Its been almost 1 month now that my digi pad in my 2017 honda city is not working. I have complained about this at deep honda pvt ltd in amritsar, punjab but they have not taken any action.
    My whole driving experience is getting ruined as i am not able to enjoy the music in car.
    Let me explain in detail.
    I got my car serviced on 8/11/2019 after which i had told them i am facing this issue. They said we will mail honda to get the part. After 1 month of regular complaining they are still not responding to my issue diligently.
    I am highly unsatisfied with the service.

    The car number is pb02dg1198 and is purchased under rahul trading co.

    I want honda india to please look int this matter and take strict action against the dealer

      I have purchased honda wrv vechile on 15 jan 2019 this year with huge expectations. I have sold my old car hyundai i10 and purchased honda wrv that i am upgrading myself to a new segment.

      After purcahsing my car after 2 months only stereo in car was not performing well, it use to disconnect several times from mobile it also showed some error. I showed them to the pushp honda at kanpur they acknowledge the same and replaced it after a month. I had to come twice for the same to service centre for doing so.

      Again after 10 to 15 days the same error occurred in new stereo which was replaced i again showed them they acknowledge the same and this time i also raise my concern to mr bose service incharge in up he assured that now it will not happen. After a month again it was replaced and now with so much disatisfaction i again tell you the same error is still coming. The stereo gets off several times automatically shows error, etc.

      It’s almost 10 months i am facing the issue in my new car i am having a daily run of 150 kms and that i am going through without listening any music. Kindly look into the matter which kind of things you are providing in car which is not sustainable for a period of time.

      Kindly replace my car or give me full amount of my car as i have gone through the mental tension and around 6 months which i have not able to use the stereo and still counting on and on.

        I am only bounded due to one time purchase of services for 3 years. This was the first mistake i did and iam paying for it everytime i visit this place. Only focus on increasing bill at any cost. None of the service was on time. Even today it's being day3 none of their landline numbers are working [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Advisor is not picking call at all, with so many try he responded saying that you will get call from office. At least there has to be proper update on status of vehicle and when it's expected. One of the worst customer service i ever seen, what's the point of visiting customer to their doorstep to provide service to own vehicle

          Don’t know how to start this lemme just start by saying that you guys seriously need to work on getting quality as you say you believe in durability quality and so called reliability!

          It’s only a month and not even 1000km that i have to go through all this i spent bloody 15 lac or should i say wasted my money i should have bought something else, i have a honda city zx as you call it top spec suppose to be fitted with all good things i bought it on 23rd oct 2019 (Curse the day). I’ve not even got the 1000km check up done and i got a tyre burst in the smallest of potholes (Maybe you can decide where i can deive this car like on specific road) and your dealor says i made a mistake indeed i did buying this car, i was not born yesterday this is supposedly my 6th car in life so obviously i know how to drive, i told the dealor at the time of delivery also that these tyres bridgestone ecopia are not good i have faced the same problem with these tyres on my ecosport also, but he assured me these are different n la la land stories that nothing would happen.

          N just to lete u know tyre got bursted by side wall obviously the side wall cannot hit the road its a quality thing (Photos attached)
          Even ford was courteous enough to replace these pathetic quality tyres to michelin pilot sport 4 n i never faced a problem again.

          And now here i am all screwed up you saying i don’t know how to drive just let me know what i should do i’m really pissed of feel like just suing you i had my family in the car when all this happend at 1:00 am do you thing i would drive insensibly in the city with family???

          Just let me know what i should do???

              Dear sir,
              Sir i sri srutidhar beuray purchased a wrv limited edition car vide registration no od02bd0020 from highway honda bhubaneswar. All the services, ie 1st, 2nd and 3rd has been done in proper time and within the permissible kilometer at highway honda bhubaneswar. Suddenly i heard some unusual sound and burning smell from the engine after 15500 km. Then i came to honda service center and told the problem. They have inspected the car and checked the engine oil. Only 200ml engine oil drained from the engine. I have a doubt, whether the highway honda service made the 3rd service and poured engine oil in the car or not??? Then the service people poured old engine oil in the engine and told that you drive the car and check whether the engine consume the oil or not.. Then i drove the car 1000 km, and found that the engine oil has burnt and the gaze was much more below the minimum level. By this time i found that engine was much more smoky, similir sound was found and run heavy. Then i come to the service center, they told that we change the engine oil and see. They change new engine oil and take money from me and told that we had referred this case to the company. Again after 1500 km i found the same problem same smoky engine and contacted to the service center. They told that we are help less. If you wish we can repair the engine at your own cost. Since last three months i am facing the same problem and harassed by your local dealer. I am not getting any satisfactory answer from your dealer. Without my any fault why should i drive a faulty engine and make it repaired again and again.
              Therefore i request your good self to take necessary steps to replace my engine at your level to make a smooth relationship between honda and my self.
              An early response in this regards will be highly appreciated.

              Yesterday, I had given my car (Honda WRV VX I-Dtec MT) for service in Standard Honda Lucknow, that time those workshop guys stolen the sd card of digipad.
              Now navigation system is dead. I had made communication with these duffers but no solution.

                I have purchases honda amaze smt 2018 from vaishali honda patna on 24/07/2018. After few days i feel some rattling noise coming from front suspension & from doors as well but since then its not resolved yet. I went for 6-7 times there & after that i switched to other dealership asstha honda but after visiting 6-7 too there still my issue not resolved. No rattling noise started coming from different parts of car & now its mileage also degraded. But i dealership used to call me to there service center & at last it end with only wasting my time. My car is only 7k km done & its in warranty but i am not getting any solution from honda cars india too.
                Pl help me!!!

                  With the issue now over 5 months old, there hasn't been any resolution to my problem. To add to the pain, the servicing team lost my map chip as well. For weeks I had to struggle to get the chip fixed today when the chip was replaced, my dashboard panel was completely ruined. I am attaching 2 screenshot of the panel. One that I fortunately clicked before and one after receiving the car. Clearly the hazard light button is different and there are plenty of scratches evident on the surface.

                  I am sick and tired of dealing with Ram and Azeem from the Gachibolwi service center who have kept my car on multiple occasions but haven't been able to resolve the issue rather added more to the existing challenges. Please don't create a new ticket for this and let me know how are you going to rectify this problem. I am also putting this thread on your facebook and various social media feedback pages

                    Your service station pink city honda, jaipur (Vki) caused big problem... Till 1 week... And they harrassed me in giving my car... They have fixed with insurance agent and taken claim for the parts which were not faulted.

                    My car is only 5 months old and 2600 kms it has been driven till date.

                    There service is very poor.

                      I am jaydeep koshti from ahmedabad, gujarat, i had beed worked honda landmark last year, i was sold 35 + cars but still no any incentive will be given to me, when i left it at that time the landmark honda hr was told me that it will be credited to your account within 6 month to 8 month but it's was a 1year passed, no any incentive will be credited in my account, i talk with manan ghandi sir, who has a area in-charge of ahmedabad but he was no given any responce so what should i do please guide me sir, please do some need full things related to these type of cheating occurs in ahmedabad.

                        Firstly when i called the person said he is an indian army officer posted at ballari than setteld the deal at 24000 and asked token amount for rs 3100 which i transfered imidiately than the next day when i went to take the delivery, he asked to pay the final payment as this is the policy of ballari security which i paid, agian he asked me to pay 10500 as insurance fees which will be returned incash at the time of delivery and also send me his adhar card and alll so i belived and send 10500, than he said that due to late transfer rs 7100. And in this way the fraud happend against me in the name of indian army

                          I have bought a honda city car on oct 2018 through csd from vision honda, calicut-kerala.

                          After 20 days i have found a bulge on one of the tyres of car and i informed the dealer about this. They assured me that we will have a check up before 1000 km and we will replace the tyre. Diring first check up i informed the same to service manager and he told me that this is not a serious problem it will run for next one year and we can claim this on first service at 5000 km. When i asked about the same to service manager on my first service and he said we will process the claim from mrf and will inform you over phone. Now they are denying the claim saying that its not manufacturing defect and its occured due to usage. While i informed the same after 20 days from purchase and at that time the odo runnning was just about 250 km.

                            I had dropped my honda city to crystal honda, wagholi pune branch. Running repairs can be completed within 3 or 4 days whereas they had taken 15 days to get it complete. Their service manager mr. Sanket berad is very worst of worst kind. He is very arrogant guy and he don't have manners that how to treat their corporate customer (We are self drive customer/well known as revv self drive cars).

                                I m not satisfied with the service today whole car is dirty and also dust I am very disappointed my seat cover is also damaged and they charged too much amount but not done fake commitments done and force me to sign on papers pls and delivered my car at about 7 to 8 PM. Pls refund my amount and take strict action against this service centre . I[censored] want to contact than pls call on this no [protected]. Too much money charged but not satisfied with there services very bad service. engine water cap is also damage.

                                  I bought my honda amaze car from csd through arouse network pvt ltd on 30 sep 19. I got first service done vide invoice no. Sr[protected] dated 16 nov 19 through sugoi motors pvt ltd. On the same date, during driving on small speed braker, my honda amaze car got crack in front windshield from the bottom and in the middle. Subject car was again deposited to workshop of moti nagar on 16 nov 19 through the above mentioned service centre for defect investigatiion. Customer dissatisfaction to be monitored, clarified and justified with good reason from top management, same will be awaited at customer end. Also question arise on quality check / quality procedure followed during manufacturing at honda. My elaborated details are given below:-

                                    I am nlvv satyanarayana from andhrapradesh. I purchsed hondacity 1.5 zx cvt model in rajhmundry (Sri dhanalakshmi automobiles) 2017. My car no is ap 37 cq 9293.

                                    My minda i connect is expired in september5. Then i reachrged in september 24th. My amount is cut by net banking 2500. At that time also not working my i connect. Contact my dealer in rajhmundry at octber 5th qc manager, after 15 days not respond, and i contact ceo. After 15 days that ceo also not responding, and then go to contact sales manager. That person give assurene 1 week. That sales manager also not responding. I conatct 3 persons in last 1 month 10 days no body respond me... Devise courier to delhi saying... Last 1 month. But you have collect 2500 rupees last 1 month 20 days. But not provide service. So many times visit branch and contatct employes and ceo. But any one not responding. Coming 2 or 3 days my devise not submit me then go to consmer court. Very worst service in honda compnay. Very very worst services given to custmers. You not provide the service close the compnay. But dont misslead the custmers and dnt theft the custmer money. Very worst comany in india. Your compnay cheats the custmers.
                                    How many times contact branch...? Return my money 2500. Other wise i will go to consumer court...2 or 3 days... Very worst experince to me. Your compny is cheater. Howmany days i will wait...? You dnt provide service why you collect 2500 rupees...? Where is my devise? Delhi? Dealer? Or courier??? Very worst ser vice in andhrapradesh.

Poonam saini from courtesy honda, chandigarh. It is to bring to your kind notice that from 2013 onwards, we have 12 honda city cars and 01 honda brio, all top variants of honda, in our family. I appreciate the quality and comfort which is provided in honda cars, however, the following points need utmost attention from an end-user’s perspective:

                                      A) the digipad given in honda city zx i-vetch, stopped working on 25/09/2019 (Though it is under warrant). Further, it was later changed by courtesy honda dealer in the workshop on 14/10/2019. But now the newly installed digipad-1 again started the same problems like hanging, call drops, auto restarts and stop working.

                                      Please note that i had a meeting with mr. Amit kumar jain, area manager-service, hcil on behalf of honda at at courtesy honda chandigarh along with mr. Raman g. M services (Courtesy honda) and mr. Rajnish kaushal s. M services (Courtesy honda). I really appreciate his effort in understanding my problem point by point in digipad-1 as mentioned:

                                      1. Hanging
                                      2. Call drops.
                                      3. Auto restarts
                                      4. Stop workings.

                                      As per the conversation, mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil will discuss the above said problems with honda officials get back to me very soon. Further, i also informed mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil that i am ready to pay rs 5k to 10k to hcil if company wants, so that i can get a permanent solution to it.

                                      I want the digipad-1 be replaced with a new digipad-2 which is going to come in hondacity 2019 bs-vi. Kindly note that, i don’t want to change my digipad-1 again and again being a defective series of digipad, so kindly replace with new digipad-2 otherwise i will be forced to avail the last option i. E legal action against hcil for installation of substandard product. Many customers of hondacity insisted me to take the legal action against hcil, however, i personally believe that proper solution comes only with discussion only.

                                      Sir, i believe that honda is a customer-oriented company and my query would not be closed, however, handle the issues with utmost priority so that i would be associated with the brand always.

                                      I was given my car in to honda cartec naroda ahmedabad. showroom for rear bumper work and they will dameged m car in the showroom driver said door due reversing my car and the door is full open then they will repise it but out said noise coming to insaid and i disturbe so ple... help me out of this problems

                                        Bought honda unicorn 150 on 21st january 2019, from first day itself it giving trouble (Handle bar issue, gear issues, engine sound issue. Each and every from service centre they doing something but till issue not solved, within 3 months clutch pad issues too. Then oil leaking like old bike. Every time the fixing but still oil leaking. I bought bike for cash not they free. From customer care service simply they telling service centre but service centre not solved my problem till. Really very very worst from honda if you not solving problem means why you selling bikes.
