Dear sir,
I am sanjeev kumar saini. I bought honda city zx cvt (I-vtech) (Registration number: ch01bn0947, chassis no.- makgm669fh4303957 and engine no.- l15z[protected] on 20th july, 2017 on wife name dr. Poonam saini from courtesy honda, chandigarh. It is to bring to your kind notice that from 2013 onwards, we have 12 honda city cars and 01 honda brio, all top variants of honda, in our family. I appreciate the quality and comfort which is provided in honda cars, however, the following points need utmost attention from an end-user’s perspective:
A) the digipad given in honda city zx i-vetch, stopped working on 25/09/2019 (Though it is under warrant). Further, it was later changed by courtesy honda dealer in the workshop on 14/10/2019. But now the newly installed digipad-1 again started the same problems like hanging, call drops, auto restarts and stop working.
Please note that i had a meeting with mr. Amit kumar jain, area manager-service, hcil on behalf of honda at at courtesy honda chandigarh along with mr. Raman g. M services (Courtesy honda) and mr. Rajnish kaushal s. M services (Courtesy honda). I really appreciate his effort in understanding my problem point by point in digipad-1 as mentioned:
1. Hanging
2. Call drops.
3. Auto restarts
4. Stop workings.
As per the conversation, mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil will discuss the above said problems with honda officials get back to me very soon. Further, i also informed mr. Amit kumar jain of hcil that i am ready to pay rs 5k to 10k to hcil if company wants, so that i can get a permanent solution to it.
I want the digipad-1 be replaced with a new digipad-2 which is going to come in hondacity 2019 bs-vi. Kindly note that, i don’t want to change my digipad-1 again and again being a defective series of digipad, so kindly replace with new digipad-2 otherwise i will be forced to avail the last option i. E legal action against hcil for installation of substandard product. Many customers of hondacity insisted me to take the legal action against hcil, however, i personally believe that proper solution comes only with discussion only.
Sir, i believe that honda is a customer-oriented company and my query would not be closed, however, handle the issues with utmost priority so that i would be associated with the brand always.
