Recently i have given my honda activa for service at dwaraka honda showroom at attapur in hyderabad.
I have explain all the issues, what need to be check.
But not all the issues are resovled, service was not good.
Bike was open for service and not closed the screws correctly.

Worst service, no responsible person. No one will take action, if we raise any issue after service.

I request you to take action on dwaraka honda.

Company se koi feedback call nahi aata hai or agr koi feedback call ata bhi h to uspr koi action bhi nhaihota. Maine ek complaint bhi ki thi showroom pr ki iski back door ki rubber bhi kharab ho gayi hai usko bhi change krwado unhone mje bola ki apki m request dala deta hu jo rply rply ayga hum bta dege lkin mujhe abhi tk koi rply nhai ayaa ye complaint maine unko 21 december ko ki thi sir please register my complaint nd take action about this

    I have registered a complaint with Shree Honda vide e-mail and phone call before hand for a service related to my Honda Amaze. But even after reaching service centre and waiting for more than 45 minutes, no body is assigned. This kind of pathetic attitude and service is not expected of Honda group.

      Hi

      I have taken delivery of honda city last month. While delivering step wheel is totally damaged. I found this out when one wheel got punctured, then shocked to realise step wheel also punctured and bad condition. Felt like cheated. I am rising this complaint so that magnum honda should change one tyre and deliver as atleast 4 wheel tyres has to be fine.

      I called the agency on 24th Jan 2020and they asked me to bring the car to them on 27th Jan 2020 because they won't be able to process the request. On 27th Jan 2020 they told me it will take about 5 days and today is 4th Feb 2020 and still I haven't received my car.

      My new amaze 2018 model has a noise on the right side probably the steering rack which the dealer perfect honda claims is an manufacturing defect and cannot be rectified please advise
      Agree with you, they survive by fraudulently selling spares parts even by creating problems in the car. This is how they survive and make money. My engine and Ac are spoiled just to make up extra 50000 Rs at Magnum Honda

      Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh, SR PATIL, are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.

      Same way they looted me in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money. My car is parked from 1 year without any help. they need to refund 20000 Rs fraudulently taken for service.

        Dear team,
        My honda amaze bearing chessis no-makdf55ekk4110572 has an issue that the steering mounted controls provided are not blinking at night.
        There is no provision of blinking light given hy honda to use this steering controls as per local service station.
        But the above issue is quite surprising and there is no meaning of giving steering controls with out blinking light.
        My request is to resolve the same

          My new honda amaze petrol engine car was not started up to 2 hous, i was faced same priblems two times, in thus regard i was tiwed my car to near showroom, thereafter 2hrs car has been started, then i was handedover my car yo showroom where i was purchased my new car, they are examined my car and said that is fuel pump issue and has been orded on 07/02/2020. But part which has been ordered has not supplied timely, and very delay from honda coy, today shiwroom manager said fuel pump will reached on 14th ftom greater noida, new delhi. Hence, this is very neglected to customer from honda coy.

            I observed problem on touchscreen of avian system of my honda city v model of petrol version. I filed a complaint about this issue to customer care and they guided me to contact gopinathji dealer located in vadodara gujarat. I sent my car for routine maintenance and for the maintenance of faulty touchscreen. Gopinathhi identified the problem with avian system and representative of warrenty department decided to change the touchsreen system in my car. This process took 1month time to decide. I filed complaint on 30th november 2019 and decision of channging the system came near 30th december 2019. Painful part starts now. After this approval of changing the syste, no one is responding and sharing the time for changing the system. Gopinathji is blaming manufacturers of system for no supply of the touchscreen system. Warrenty person doesn't know anything and most struggling part is that hond company has no control, no information about this issue and they never try to sort it by company's end. Honda is asking me to check with dealer and they don't tries to push anyone of the concern parties to quickly work on the issues. I have couple of complaints filed with hond but no after complaint tracking or actions. So, today the situation is such that i am not able to see rear camara in the touch screen and if car hit then i am gonna sue honda company

              I hav purchased honda amaze vx in november 2019. After driving more that 3000 km. I found that it's performance is very poor. It just can't climb steep gradients / hills at low speed even in first gear. It has no power. There is no driver comfort very unergonomical design. No proper hand rest for driver. Reach to window controls are under designed. Mielage is also poor on city roads. Only 12 km/l but display shows 15.2 avg. Very poor calliberation. I am totally dissatisfied.

                I purchased new activa 110 5g scooter from mascot hoda, aligarh on 31 jan 2020. The product which was sold to me was defective with following defects:
                1. Fuel was leaking at floor during starting from drain pipe.
                2. Horn was not working.
                3. Display of meter was not working.
                4. Battery were defective.
                I informed dealer's representative about the defects and they took scooter to workshop on 06 feb and returned vehicle on same day. Again new defect of defective battery was detected on 07 feb 2020 and i handed over the vehicle to agency. Now they are saying that vehicle is perfect now.

                I need refund of my money or replacement of scooter with good qaulaity.
                Kindly do the needful.

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: cars
                  The issue that i have experienced was: i had sent my car for oil change and service, i have noticed my owners manual has been missing since than, this has been for several years, i hae been in contact with tushar engineer at honda service for las t6 months he has not been able to retireve it, also spokke with the manager at emerald honda honda dealership where honda crv was brought name ragnish arora, honda crv brought january 2013. Please assis us in obtaining my car ownership manual
                  It occurred on: 6/03/2018
                  This meant that it has made me fustrated and made it difficulty to maintain the car as per honda guidleines
                  Please mail me the owners manual to my home address, thank you
                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case

                      I have purchased a new honda amaze diesel cvt from a dealer named vision honda at muvattupuzha and took the delivery on 5th september 2018. On 5 th february it’s battery becomes dead and i informed the same to the dealer and it is informed me from dealer that the battery warranty for newly purchased car is only for one year from the date of purchase.
                      Being so i was compelled to purchase a new battery by paying rupees 5600 from my purse. Its quiet shame for a renowned company like honda.

                          I bought honda amaze s manual petrol from dream honda varachha, surat, gujarat on 4th december 2019.
                          At the time of delivery new seat covers were not available so i have been told seat covers will be installed on first service.
                          On first service they denied to no stock of seat covers.
                          Sales person named mr. Vishal from varachha show room even not answering call numerous time. I have been told that bw 45 to 60 days rc and number plates will come its not came till date. Origional receipt also not received. After sales service is really poor. I want action to be taken against these sales people.

                          Today I have done by service in Trisha Honda in palasa in this show room staff was in time not response and customers through arguments, and even one service bill preparation take more then 45 minutes. Like evening time 6pm.

                            After letting service advisor know that my new honda activa 5g having some noice from rear end, first they didn't care and telling me issue is solved without much doing on it and even after i went immediate next day with the same complaint, they did nothing..
                            (When a customer comes back after service they just ignore you)
                            And not appointing a technical personal to address the matter that problem caused damage to my silencer and i have to replace it now..
                            The worse thing is that after letting them know about the incident, they just don't accept their fault and keep telling me that the problem was solved after the service but it wasn't actually..

                                I have purchased wrv vx idtec in january 2020 from rushav honda (Krish autowheels), nashik. The dealer cheated me by providing may 2019 model, which is not upgraded version in which many features are not as per displaying in site. The dealer didn't told me at all about the old stock and during delivery when i asked him about the 9 month old stock he replied that it has all features like latest stock. After that when i came to know that it is the out dated model and asked the dealer he told me that i am extremely sorry i didn't know that it was an outdated model.

                                  I have purchased honda wrv vx idtec top model in january 2020 from rushav honda (Krish autowheels), nashik. The dealer cheated me by providing may 2019 model, which is not upgraded version in which many features are not as per displaying in site. The sales executive hide me many things till its delivery and during delivery i noticed that the vehicle is 9 month old one and when i asked him regarding this, he explained that this is the latest version. After that when i noticed that may features are missing in this vehicle and came to know that honda has upgraded it just after the vehicle was manufactured. This thing the executive did not tale at all and sold the outdated model without my knowledge. Now the dealer is only saying sorry for that. The authorized dealer has done fraud with me.

                                  After 2 years search i have selected this model by trusting honda. Now i want justice by upgraded version or modifications.

                                    During april 2018, i purchased a brand new honda city from pinnacle honda, kolkata (Dealer of honda cars). Upon driving the car, i discovered that there was rusting on a door.
                                    I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.
                                    While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still i can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
                                    There was also an insurance claim placed before icici lombard via pinnacle honda service station on 16th december, 2019 with a request to pick my car from my residence.
                                    My insurance claim was considered and a message was received from m/s icici lombard. For rusting on door i was advised as my car is on warranty period the complain to be placed before the honda company, the manufacturer of this car.
                                    The person allotted to assist on behalf of pinnacle honda, dealer of car was mr. Santanu ghosh, his cell no. [protected].
                                    He took almost one month and yet nothing has been done. My complaint is still as it is.
                                    During this period of one month i called him several times for early disposal of my case, he took my car 2 times and again he is asking to place my car for inspection now on 5th february, 2019.
                                    When he was asked for the reason in delay, surprisingly he is with new excuse of his health or zo person missed air bus….
                                    He even had no courtesy to call me with good reason for not attending. This is extremely frustrating and unfair as he just ignore my concern and where there is no fault at my end. (As i am not residing close to sea and my car is always parked in covered parking).
                                    Now i am fade with such poor service and the time service station people are taking. Now they are fixing time of after one week, i lost all my patience.
                                    I am very disappointed from what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service i would have expected from a reputed company like yours.

                                    My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.

                                      I had given my car wb 02 al 5055 for servicing on 16th jan 20 to shaman cars india ltd (Arya) at the sewree mumbai workshop on 16th jan 2020. However very disappointed with service and rude behaviour of mr anand at their workshop. He kept on insisting for availing the package of four services by paying rs 29900 upfront and when i declined, he spoke in a very rude manner, and threatened to claim damages and parking charges from me. Initially he agree to deliver the car on the same day at my office, however later on flatly denied when i did not avail the facility and package of rs 29900
                                      The service quality not up to the mark i had no option but to go and personally collect the car i have written to your dealer, but they have not responded.

                                        This is dr sonia hasija, an unfortunate owner of honda jazz 2018 vx model (Hr 26dv 6744) purchased in december 2019. On first service i had complained about issues in starting the car and difficulty in changing gears at infinity honda workshop. I was told that the gears are a bit rough and there is no problem in starting as per diagnostics. Now on 27 th june that is within 6 months of purchase, on my way to cousins marriage we stopped for a break near aligarh after which it failed to start. I asked costumercare no. They asked if i have road side assistance, all of their advices failed to start the car, now i was asked to reach nearest workshop on my own which was around 30 km in aligarh. The ordeal lasted for about 1 hour with a faulty piece sold to me and your team gave all kind of excuses. Finally i took car out of the way to aligarh where they diagnosed a problem and asked me to submit the car there since fault was major, they warned me about possibility of similar incidence if i continue and they were right it stopped two times again, needless to say i missed the wedding. I submitted the car to infinity honda workshop, now they said there is a problem with my fuel pump and they replaced it free of cost and said it wount happen again. Now after that miraculous replacemeent of pump the car again stopped on highway for 15 minutes, needless to say i caused a traffic jam on national highway. This all happened 15 days after the service, the problem now is they checked it again and bingo no problems detected. While selling honda jazz to a customer add a warning to drive at owners risk, not to take it for long distance, not to go through isolated stretches and not to be driven by females alone in your car as it might stop anytime and any mishap may occur which obviously your irresponsible company does not want.
