During april 2018, i purchased a brand new honda city from pinnacle honda, kolkata (Dealer of honda cars). Upon driving the car, i discovered that there was rusting on a door.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.
While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still i can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
There was also an insurance claim placed before icici lombard via pinnacle honda service station on 16th december, 2019 with a request to pick my car from my residence.
My insurance claim was considered and a message was received from m/s icici lombard. For rusting on door i was advised as my car is on warranty period the complain to be placed before the honda company, the manufacturer of this car.
The person allotted to assist on behalf of pinnacle honda, dealer of car was mr. Santanu ghosh, his cell no. [protected].
He took almost one month and yet nothing has been done. My complaint is still as it is.
During this period of one month i called him several times for early disposal of my case, he took my car 2 times and again he is asking to place my car for inspection now on 5th february, 2019.
When he was asked for the reason in delay, surprisingly he is with new excuse of his health or zo person missed air bus….
He even had no courtesy to call me with good reason for not attending. This is extremely frustrating and unfair as he just ignore my concern and where there is no fault at my end. (As i am not residing close to sea and my car is always parked in covered parking).
Now i am fade with such poor service and the time service station people are taking. Now they are fixing time of after one week, i lost all my patience.
I am very disappointed from what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service i would have expected from a reputed company like yours.
My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.
