I have given my accidental honda amaze raj 19 cj 2008 to company for repairing, they have returned my car after 22 days and still my car has so many defects 22 problems still unsolvedi am not satisfied with the services given by the company that they have taken a lot of time and my car is still in a bad condition and i have suffered a lot. I was unable to complete my routine without my car. As i am a heart patient and dr suggested to drive only four wheeler (Not to drive two wheeler) so because o[censored]rgency i have given my car to a private outer service center for repairingas i suffered a lot mentally and physically i want that company will pay both the amounts 1- the amount which i have paid to the company for repairing.2- the amount i have paid to the outer private service center 3- they will repair the objects that they have damaged during the service when my car was in the company[protected] [protected]

    I have booked new car as honda amaze from prime honda/capital car at patparganj, mother dairy, delhi 110092 on 29th september 2019 and done all the payment of new car within 24 hour (Till 30th september 2019) and still not receive my car.

    After my continuously follow up, still i have not received any positive revert.

    I booked this car for my marriage anniversary, which is on 6th october. I want to gift the same to my wife but seems, dealer is not ready to give the same.

    I think honda is brand in market and never think this kind of service from them.

    Can anybody interfere on the same and provide some solution to dealer (Prime honda, patparganj).

    Otherwise kind refund me my money urgently, i have to book another car.

      My honda city car no pb11cb 4188 service from your lally motors pvt ltd on 31.08.2019 agst bill no sr[protected]. My complaint is as under
      1. Tyre changed with out my consent & approval
      2 when i handed over the vehicle their is almost 7 to 10 ltrs petrol but when i received back the vehicle the tank is totally empty i have given rs. 200 to your driver for refilling the petrol
      3 my original registration misplaced by the ageny
      This not only harassed me but also the impact the reputation of your company

        I purchased an honda amaze 1.5 s mt yesterday (01/10/2019) in lucknow from icon cars private limited... Car was deliver around 7 pm.. After deriving 50 km car was stopped and battery was gone their is no spark for start and door locking system is also not working. We r stuck on road with new car which has 7 lac. And a car dealer provide a invoice with wrong father name after taking adhaar card billing person are totaly blind.

        In india all dealer and car production unit crying car sales are low due to gdp is going down but who is responsible for these miss happening

        I want reply from all athorities who will be responsible for that and all attachment are attached

          Manufacturing year december-2018
          I repeatedly complained about pick-up problem of my car to prime honda vaishali but everything is in vain and every time they assured me that car is okay.
          When i had a situation to taking over any vehicle it has most embarrassing moment for me. At that time honda jazz car take too much load to over and to speed up. As compare to my previous car honda brio. Last friday on dated
          27/9/19 i had a small trip to sonipat, haryana with my family. After having dinner and returned to my car it had create starting problem for 3 hours. And 1:30 am i was helpless to solve this starting problem of only six month old car of a reputed company i. E honda. Please look into this matter and check-up my car thoroughly.

            I had bought the honda road side assistance for 4 years while buying the car.

            I had a worst possible experience with your road side assistance service. I was on-route to mahabaleshwar from mumbai with my family on 13th of this month (Sunday). I found that the tyre was punctured midway. I called the honda road side assistance toll free number several times but the call was not even answered! Then i tried the alternate number[protected] and even that call went unanswered. I called my son in mumbai to keep trying your number but even his calls were going unanswered!!

            I had to go to a local garage to remove the punctures and the guy told that my car had 11 punctures and 7 punctures in the two of the tyres! When i asked him to replace the punctured tyre with the stepney, he said the stepney had some red sticker on it and was not balanced. Now, i am not sure whether he was conning me; but i had no option than to believe him as i had a ghat to cover ahead. They charged me rs. 3, 000 for this whole thing.

            Not only this, i came back from mahabaleshwar and called the road side assistance back, again just to check and to my disbelief the calls again went unanswered on both your helpline numbers!

            Right now, i am wondering why did i buy this "24x7 emergency" service in the first place. Your tagline of the service "help when you need the most" is seeming ironical to me.

            Hi, we have purchased Honda Amaze in Dec18. It's almost 9 months and car is not able to start from last week. We have complained on 21st Sep.. till then no body came up.. we have purchased from Peers Garhi Branch..Deepak Tomar.

            It's a worst experience and no body is helping us.

              I had got the servicing of my honda city car ch 04f 3515 done at infinity honda on 28 sep 2019 vide invoice no sr[protected] dated 28 sep 2019 and paid an amount of rs 7144 online.
              The quality of servicing is extremely poor and appalling. The response of the company was also poor.

              1. Driver side door lock was giving problem though opening up at the time of giving the car for service. What i received back was all door latches / locking system jammed and not working. The driver side door was not evening opening with the key manually.

              2. The polishing & cleaning of interiors was poor.

              3. Tuning was inadequate.

              4. The battery terminal cover of one side was missing and terminal not cleaned and treatment by gel/ liquid not done.

              5. Other minor issues also not addressed.

              Extremely disappointed for the first time from an authorised dealer and would like to take up the issue with the highest honda headquarter office.

On my reminders they wokeup n informed me to pay 1084 just 15days back to an account. I paid in after a week n WAITING for over 10days. Without parking cameras finding hard during late notes at remote places

                I have purchase honda amaze diesal from vidhata honda and i have complaint about rates comes inside the car and now i feel i have taken wrong decision by purchasing honda car. As i have hyundai creata also and both cars are at same place but every night there is visit of rats inside the amaze and daily cleaning i am frustrated and cars has been rubbish for me.

                Please check if you have any solution??

                I will not purchase any honda product in future and request you to other also please review before procuring.

                  This may stand before whom so ever it may concern, this is to state you that myself r sahaya micheal rajan had purchased a brand new honda amaze from southern honda nagercoil on 31st august 2019, the vehicle is just 25 days old since delivery, now i have faced a complaint in the overall body paint, all the edges in my vehicle had faded to a pale yelloish color, and i registered a complaint to the showroom authorities stating the above said complaint and i got a reply from the company authorities that right now honda motors india had implemented a new technique in their paint named as water painting and this complaint is common for new honda vehicles, as per their response honda vehicle paint have a guarantee upto the delivery of the vehicle. So please respond to my mail and take the necessary action to recover my vehicle paint and honda's brand name...

                    I have purchased honda amaze petrol version from pride honda, madhapur last year november 2018. This car has lots of problem related to noise, pickup, performance, reliability. The suspension make a strange noise. I have complaint multiple times to the service center and they says that it is a manufacturing defect and we can't do anything. Build quality is so bad that after 2 3 months only the rubber of back gate came out twice. The. Car stopped starting multiple time for hrs and one was in mid night when i was with my family. Some how we managed to reach home. Then i again had to go to the service center to get it repaired. After this incident few weeks later the clutch started making noise and again i had to go to service center to get it fixed. Other issues like pickup, poor milage, noise still remains same.
                    Since i have not brought a second hand car and the money i have spent was all my saving of years i deserve to know why honda does not respond in this. Why they are recalling and get this fixed. It is a complete harrasment. Please help me to get rid of this.

                            I had given my honda city car for routine service to viva honda chandivali mumbai on 20 sep 19 through sapna advisor and she picked up my car by driver from goregoan west. On 20 sep 19 she said it will be ready by evening but afternoon onwards kept on pushing for unrequired service like antintechside, cleaning. Then she informed that there is hit on the vehicle and it needs workshop repair. I asked for photo or video but she said she will. Send but then no phone of mine is picked up. I am running from pillar to post but no one is responding. Always the phone are cut or when i call reception they say she is busy and will call you. Why loyal customer of honda for last 10 years should run behind a routine service for 4 days now. Is this a service we expect from branded workshop of honda. I am very frustrated from such discrpancies of service. And if i donot get immediate reponse then i will take on this to legal recourse and escalate to mass media with my reviews immediatley.                                 I purchased honda jazz car in nizamabad pride honda showroom. I asked for discount then they doscounted some amount. But they cheated me another way. They paid 13000 less amount of road tax. They didn't told me about it who should pay the road tax. If they didn't give my 13000 definitely i will complaint in consumer court. Iam taking it very seriously. I will go anywhere about it

                                    Sir i hv purhased honda wrv from ur dealer at jind haryana. My car has run only 22000 but one tyre swelled. I hv made complaint but after many days i hv received a message that ur tyre claim is rejected. I m failed to understand when no technical person has checked my tyre how tyre claim can be rejected. The stereo of car is also not working i hv also made complaint but nothing stands heard from ur end till now.
                                    Sir now i m thinking that i hv made a blunder mistake by purchasing honda car. Sir no one in agency can answer when my stereo problem shall be resolved. They only answer that we will let u know when we receive an e mail from company.
                                    This type of act is not expected from honda cars that tyre claim is rejected on the basis of picture of swelled tyre and stereo is out of order when car has just run 22000 km.                                       2. Change the wiper
                                      Now i am very fade up and taking legal action against the company. Hence kindly look into the matter and change the windshield glass immediately.

                                        I own car honda amaze with registration number mh 12 rr 1253, i gave this car for service and some repair work to deccan honda narhe pune branch on 7th september. They claimed a very big amount using my 0 depriciation insurance policy from royal sunderam for body denting and penting. Now when they returned the car on 17th sep the repair still not completed. Front left side headlight bumber is loose and shaking. There is 2 cm gap between headlight and bumper. Now when i enquire with assigned advisor, he is giving me unacceptable reasons. When i told him i am going to write honda about it. He इस saying bring the car, will be done.
                                        Now the issue is, why it has not been taken care in first time. Secondly when service centre did not do their work properly why i should suffer to take break from my busy schedule and revisit there. They should pick and drop the car after resolving the issue proactively.
                                        Please help.
