I have purchased wrv vx idtec in january 2020 from rushav honda (Krish autowheels), nashik. The dealer cheated me by providing may 2019 model, which is not upgraded version in which many features are not as per displaying in site. The dealer didn't told me at all about the old stock and during delivery when i asked him about the 9 month old stock he replied that it has all features like latest stock. After that when i came to know that it is the out dated model and asked the dealer he told me that i am extremely sorry i didn't know that it was an outdated model.

    I have purchased honda wrv vx idtec top model in january 2020 from rushav honda (Krish autowheels), nashik. The sales executive hide me many things till its delivery and during delivery i noticed that the vehicle is 9 month old one and when i asked him regarding this, he explained that this is the latest version. After that when i noticed that may features are missing in this vehicle and came to know that honda has upgraded it just after the vehicle was manufactured. This thing the executive did not tale at all and sold the outdated model without my knowledge. Now the dealer is only saying sorry for that. The authorized dealer has done fraud with me.

    After 2 years search i have selected this model by trusting honda. Now i want justice by upgraded version or modifications.

      During april 2018, i purchased a brand new honda city from pinnacle honda, kolkata (Dealer of honda cars). Upon driving the car, i discovered that there was rusting on a door.
      I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.
      While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still i can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product i would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
      There was also an insurance claim placed before icici lombard via pinnacle honda service station on 16th december, 2019 with a request to pick my car from my residence.
      My insurance claim was considered and a message was received from m/s icici lombard. For rusting on door i was advised as my car is on warranty period the complain to be placed before the honda company, the manufacturer of this car.
      The person allotted to assist on behalf of pinnacle honda, dealer of car was mr. Santanu ghosh, his cell no. [protected].
      He took almost one month and yet nothing has been done. My complaint is still as it is.
      During this period of one month i called him several times for early disposal of my case, he took my car 2 times and again he is asking to place my car for inspection now on 5th february, 2019.
      When he was asked for the reason in delay, surprisingly he is with new excuse of his health or zo person missed air bus….
      He even had no courtesy to call me with good reason for not attending. This is extremely frustrating and unfair as he just ignore my concern and where there is no fault at my end. (As i am not residing close to sea and my car is always parked in covered parking).
      Now i am fade with such poor service and the time service station people are taking. Now they are fixing time of after one week, i lost all my patience.
      I am very disappointed from what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service i would have expected from a reputed company like yours.

      My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again.

        I had given my car wb 02 al 5055 for servicing on 16th jan 20 to shaman cars india ltd (Arya) at the sewree mumbai workshop on 16th jan 2020. However very disappointed with service and rude behaviour of mr anand at their workshop. He kept on insisting for availing the package of four services by paying rs 29900 upfront and when i declined, he spoke in a very rude manner, and threatened to claim damages and parking charges from me. Initially he agree to deliver the car on the same day at my office, however later on flatly denied when i did not avail the facility and package of rs 29900
        The service quality not up to the mark i had no option but to go and personally collect the car i have written to your dealer, but they have not responded.
        Not expected from company like yours who believe in top quality and service

          This is dr sonia hasija, an unfortunate owner of honda jazz 2018 vx model (Hr 26dv 6744) purchased in december 2019. On first service i had complained about issues in starting the car and difficulty in changing gears at infinity honda workshop. I was told that the gears are a bit rough and there is no problem in starting as per diagnostics. Now on 27 th june that is within 6 months of purchase, on my way to cousins marriage we stopped for a break near aligarh after which it failed to start. I asked costumercare no. They asked if i have road side assistance, all of their advices failed to start the car, now i was asked to reach nearest workshop on my own which was around 30 km in aligarh. The ordeal lasted for about 1 hour with a faulty piece sold to me and your team gave all kind of excuses. Finally i took car out of the way to aligarh where they diagnosed a problem and asked me to submit the car there since fault was major, they warned me about possibility of similar incidence if i continue and they were right it stopped two times again, needless to say i missed the wedding. I submitted the car to infinity honda workshop, now they said there is a problem with my fuel pump and they replaced it free of cost and said it wount happen again. Now after that miraculous replacemeent of pump the car again stopped on highway for 15 minutes, needless to say i caused a traffic jam on national highway. This all happened 15 days after the service, the problem now is they checked it again and bingo no problems detected. While selling honda jazz to a customer add a warning to drive at owners risk, not to take it for long distance, not to go through isolated stretches and not to be driven by females alone in your car as it might stop anytime and any mishap may occur which obviously your irresponsible company does not want.

            I have purcahsed new honda amaze s petrol model on april 2019, at the time of test drive i feel some difficulties in pulling test drive, but the representative told its because of this car. I purchased and have same difficulties consulted the service team and they told, this problem is its default on pulling. Very difficult to drive and getting worser now. I am complainting lately because i am unaware about this consumer complaint.

                My amaze / 1.2 sx mt brought in 2016 still under valid guarantee since it's delivery has bee n constantly giving trouble with power steering which stops on middle of highway big security issues, the dealer ring road honda najaf garh new delhi never been able to resolve the issue, service manager not cooperating at all please honda technical department look into this. It's a big safety issue for the customer.

                    I had purchased honda wrv petrol variant (Top model) from landmark honda, indore on 27 nov 2019. The authorized center did not do a proper pi of the vehicle. All the mirrors of the car, including the sun roof mirror had paint marks spread uniformly on it. The service center guys agreed that it was their mistake and they took it to the center to clean it. But, despite of 3 time cleaning, the marks did not go. Driving in the night becomes a bit uncomfortable as the visibility is blur due to the marks.
                    Also the fast tag they gave was faulty. Inspite of recharging it, when i passed the toll, it said that fast tag is blacklisted.

                    I have been following up with the landmark honda people continuously but all in vain. They are not at all responding t the emails and phone calls.

                      I have ordered on 27 december and call on them for number change, they have picked up call and noted number. Product not delivered. Untill now 14 jan was promised day. Phone switch off. Site disabled. Server ip addess not found. Pls register my compliant against this site. And refund my money. Mail and numbers received. I jave ordered jumpsuits, i got that link from instagram but now not even insta had this site. I have account as well. 1500 i have paid for it. Confirmation mail sent and message received. How doni get my money refund. This kind of sites should not be allowed on social websites. Fraud ppl of this kind need to be punished for cheating innocent customers.

                        16 jan when i buy shine that after 2 days i m facing gear jerking problem then suddenly i called dealer that time he said once i test the bike after get solution I agree with him but then after he didn’t receive my called and i know company gives time to customer for 7 -8 days trail and once create bill he said me sry I can’t do anything why u no said me early that type give answers me I frustrate with franchises plz honda sue this type of dealership.

                              It seems as if honda wants to prove itself that how worse they can get when it comes to customer service and care.

                              Now i have started wondering as if, in honda, there is no concept of after sale service and customer management. I earlier also raised the issue in below attached mail but it seems as if my cry fell on deaf ears. I have never even been so much harassed in my life the way i am getting now. Experience with honda and its service staff has completely tormented me.

                              It was on 7th dec 2019 my car met with an unfortunate accident and the very next day i submitted it to agency for claim. Firstly, it took almost 40 days to get the repairs done, which earlier the staff promised to get the job done in 20 days. You can imagine how much discomfort and hassle i faced due to this time delay. I couldn't commute to my workplace on time, for all those days. My pain doesn't end here, the time when i was suppose to get my car, i received the call from body shop that unfortunately, during the final test drive, the car met with accident and this time it sustained severe damages due to tyre burst. Entire front bumper, bonnet, and back bumper, fandals, for wrecked in this crash. This was so severe that both the back axels got dead due to heavy blow. I just want to know that how a 5 month old tire can get burst and what kind of test drive it was, where no safety measures were being followed. How driver can be so careless to drive so rashly on high traffic road.

                              My only question is, why should i suffer due to agency's negligence. After all this mess, i urged the staff to arrange the substitue conveyance for me, till the time my car gets repaired, so that my work shouldn't suffer. Instead of doing the needful, people are making fool out of me. This is where i am facing the metal torture as this is the most pathetic kind of service i could ever see in my life. Nothing is being done to ease of my sufferings and pain. Rather staff is so unprofessional that no one is even bothering to respond to my calls.

                              I have remained way too more patient in every ugly situation, but now i cannot take it anymore. As all these incidents has completely torn me, not only mentally but also financially, due to loss i suffered from my workplace.

                              Because of all this havoc, that your staff created for me, i will take all this entire issue to consumer court as the value of my car has got completely ruined after this car crash which came out due to shere casual attitude and carelessness of agency. Also the kind of mental sufferings and harassment i have got from the staff, i'll make sure that my legal suit will sensitise the company on service parameters as well.

                                My company purchased car for me from "ring road honda", janpath delhi on 27th november 2019.
                                Very poor support i am getting from "ring road honda". I am residing in indirapuram, ghaziabad. Dealer told me that you have to visit the showroom for number plate there is no alternative for that.

                                And now more than one and half month has already gone but i did not receive rc (Registration certificate) of my car. I am not sure who will be responsible if i get ticket.

                                Everytime we have to follow, it seems that dealer is not having any accountability.

                                I am writing here as i am not able to get the mail id of honda.

                                  Its more than servicing SUV's in other brands.
                                  The labor cost is around 60% of the amount.
                                  Why is it so. For a hatchback you cost so much for servicing. Really dont think its worth spending so much

                                    I’m proud owner of my Honda W-RV and enjoy it just except its infotainment system. It doesn’t work properly and has very bad feedback. My car from Honda is costlier than Honda Amaze while the Honda Amaze comes with Digipad 2.0 with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay but the Honda W-RV which I own is much costlier than the Honda Amaze still Honda doesn’t provides us the features. Its the hike time to get Digipad 1.0 replacement in our cars. Thankyou

                                      On 4th Jan I send my activa for service at Rai Honda Banga Agency. i have amc book. they told me chrges 555 rs. After 1 hr I receive call for manager he told me that some parts of activa would be change with rate. I told amt more than nominal if parts required then do change . He told amt 1600 only parts but after receiving my bill amout is different means Parts rate + Labour chrge means 800 parts 800 service chrge . He misguided me and hide labour amount 800 in parts. When today i talked about chrges he told me i have not enough time to explain details. If i knew the labour chrges too high i never came rai honda for service and go outside for service

                                      I had a very bad experience from honda dealer name erai honda showroom chandrapur..pathetic service.rude behave to the customers.managers are arrogant and not behave properly to the customers...they are dealer of the honda company not an owner.they should remember this..

                                        Yesterday i was stuck alone at the night on the highway again and tyre has again the same issue. It bust and then bubble is popped up in the tyre. Now with one tyre which is not useable and the another tyre got bust it was nightmare for me.

                                        The quality of the tyre are so pathetic that it can’t even sustain a small pothole. 3rd tyre damaged in last 8 months and all in same fashion.

                                        No solution from honda despite multiple mails.
