I have purcahsed new honda amaze s petrol model on april 2019, at the time of test drive i feel some difficulties in pulling test drive, but the representative told its because of this car. I purchased and have same difficulties consulted the service team and they told, this problem is its default on pulling. Very difficult to drive and getting worser now. I am complainting lately because i am unaware about this consumer complaint.
Please help me to resolve this issue and request to take necessary actions

I m from in kollam, kerala, i purchased one car in last year.but i have faced one ptoblem at now.the car is burning in sunsite, even in 2:00 to 3:00 clock time in afternoon time.please solve my problem.please take me a permenant solution.i told muthoot hond(car purchase showroom) but they r avoid my problem.very very poor service showroom

    Looks like even my old 2016 model continuously had power steering similar issue and dealer Ring Road Honda Najaf Garh new Delhi never resolved it . My car still under warranty no DL 10 CT 3967 continuously giving jammed power steering big safety issue . Honda Technical department please resolve this issue contact at

      My amaze / 1.2 sx mt brought in 2016 still under valid guarantee since it's delivery has bee n constantly giving trouble with power steering which stops on middle of highway big security issues, the dealer ring road honda najaf garh new delhi never been able to resolve the issue, service manager not cooperating at all please honda technical department look into this. It's a big safety issue for the customer.

          I had purchased honda wrv petrol variant (Top model) from landmark honda, indore on 27 nov 2019. The authorized center did not do a proper pi of the vehicle. All the mirrors of the car, including the sun roof mirror had paint marks spread uniformly on it. The service center guys agreed that it was their mistake and they took it to the center to clean it. But, despite of 3 time cleaning, the marks did not go. Driving in the night becomes a bit uncomfortable as the visibility is blur due to the marks.
          Also the fast tag they gave was faulty. Inspite of recharging it, when i passed the toll, it said that fast tag is blacklisted.

          I have been following up with the landmark honda people continuously but all in vain. They are not at all responding t the emails and phone calls.

            I have ordered on 27 december and call on them for number change, they have picked up call and noted number. Product not delivered. Untill now 14 jan was promised day. Phone switch off. Site disabled. Server ip addess not found. Pls register my compliant against this site. And refund my money. Mail and numbers received. I jave ordered jumpsuits, i got that link from instagram but now not even insta had this site. I have account as well. 1500 i have paid for it. Confirmation mail sent and message received. How doni get my money refund. This kind of sites should not be allowed on social websites. Fraud ppl of this kind need to be punished for cheating innocent customers.

              16 jan when i buy shine that after 2 days i m facing gear jerking problem then suddenly i called dealer that time he said once i test the bike after get solution I agree with him but then after he didn’t receive my called and i know company gives time to customer for 7 -8 days trail and once create bill he said me sry I can’t do anything why u no said me early that type give answers me I frustrate with franchises plz honda sue this type of dealership.

While book my car dealer promise to give compliment car seat cover and other assessery with in 10 days. But today as on 18.1.20 more than one half month they deny to give seat cover and other assessary. And morever nkt give any response. Please do needful.

                    It seems as if honda wants to prove itself that how worse they can get when it comes to customer service and care.

                    Now i have started wondering as if, in honda, there is no concept of after sale service and customer management. I earlier also raised the issue in below attached mail but it seems as if my cry fell on deaf ears. I have never even been so much harassed in my life the way i am getting now. Experience with honda and its service staff has completely tormented me.

                    It was on 7th dec 2019 my car met with an unfortunate accident and the very next day i submitted it to agency for claim. Firstly, it took almost 40 days to get the repairs done, which earlier the staff promised to get the job done in 20 days. You can imagine how much discomfort and hassle i faced due to this time delay. I couldn't commute to my workplace on time, for all those days. My pain doesn't end here, the time when i was suppose to get my car, i received the call from body shop that unfortunately, during the final test drive, the car met with accident and this time it sustained severe damages due to tyre burst. Entire front bumper, bonnet, and back bumper, fandals, for wrecked in this crash. This was so severe that both the back axels got dead due to heavy blow. I just want to know that how a 5 month old tire can get burst and what kind of test drive it was, where no safety measures were being followed. How driver can be so careless to drive so rashly on high traffic road.

                    My only question is, why should i suffer due to agency's negligence. After all this mess, i urged the staff to arrange the substitue conveyance for me, till the time my car gets repaired, so that my work shouldn't suffer. Instead of doing the needful, people are making fool out of me. This is where i am facing the metal torture as this is the most pathetic kind of service i could ever see in my life. Nothing is being done to ease of my sufferings and pain. Rather staff is so unprofessional that no one is even bothering to respond to my calls.

                    I have remained way too more patient in every ugly situation, but now i cannot take it anymore. As all these incidents has completely torn me, not only mentally but also financially, due to loss i suffered from my workplace.

                    Because of all this havoc, that your staff created for me, i will take all this entire issue to consumer court as the value of my car has got completely ruined after this car crash which came out due to shere casual attitude and carelessness of agency. Also the kind of mental sufferings and harassment i have got from the staff, i'll make sure that my legal suit will sensitise the company on service parameters as well.

                      My company purchased car for me from "ring road honda", janpath delhi on 27th november 2019.
                      Very poor support i am getting from "ring road honda". I am residing in indirapuram, ghaziabad. Dealer told me that you have to visit the showroom for number plate there is no alternative for that.

                      And now more than one and half month has already gone but i did not receive rc (Registration certificate) of my car. I am not sure who will be responsible if i get ticket.

                      Everytime we have to follow, it seems that dealer is not having any accountability.

                      I am writing here as i am not able to get the mail id of honda.

                        Its more than servicing SUV's in other brands.
                        The labor cost is around 60% of the amount.

                          I’m proud owner of my Honda W-RV and enjoy it just except its infotainment system. It doesn’t work properly and has very bad feedback. My car from Honda is costlier than Honda Amaze while the Honda Amaze comes with Digipad 2.0 with Android Auto & Apple CarPlay but the Honda W-RV which I own is much costlier than the Honda Amaze still Honda doesn’t provides us the features. Its the hike time to get Digipad 1.0 replacement in our cars. Thankyou

                            On 4th Jan I send my activa for service at Rai Honda Banga Agency. i have amc book. they told me chrges 555 rs. After 1 hr I receive call for manager he told me that some parts of activa would be change with rate. I told amt more than nominal if parts required then do change . He told amt 1600 only parts but after receiving my bill amout is different means Parts rate + Labour chrge means 800 parts 800 service chrge . He misguided me and hide labour amount 800 in parts. When today i talked about chrges he told me i have not enough time to explain details. If i knew the labour chrges too high i never came rai honda for service and go outside for service

                              Yesterday i was stuck alone at the night on the highway again and tyre has again the same issue. It bust and then bubble is popped up in the tyre. Now with one tyre which is not useable and the another tyre got bust it was nightmare for me.

                              The quality of the tyre are so pathetic that it can’t even sustain a small pothole. 3rd tyre damaged in last 8 months and all in same fashion.

                              No solution from honda despite multiple mails.

                                That im a proud owner of honda city march 2017 model with registration no hp 39d 7860.
                                I approached prakash honda kangra branch himachal pradesh in the month aug 2019 for bulging of my two tyres which were company fitted
                                They assured me that it will be replaced as the case was genuine. After many delays they denied me replacement of tyres falsely telling that the damage is external and is verified by tyre company. The justification is false as the tyres had no marks of external damage and it is entirely bulging of tyres

                                The touch panel of info system of my car stopped working in nov 2019
                                I again approached prakash honda kangra branch
                                For replacement of system as the car is under warranty
                                They assured me the same but still the faulty part was not been replaced till now
                                In view of the above i requested your kind indulgence to please replace my faulty tyres and faulty information system immediately else i'll be left with no alternative but to approach the honorable court for provide me justice

                                  I perched above vehicle in year 4/11/2015 . in the year 2017 there is noise in the vehicle this problem was solved by replacing the axle in the vehicle . after passing the some day there another problem in the vehicle i.e block the front left side window . in sep.2019 the same noise problem is raise .for solving this problem cylinder coating was done on the axle.in the month of dec.2019 the same noise problem is raised . I left my car 3 days in workshop that time same new prolem is raised in the car . i.e some part is present in car for removing this problem you left car for one week and appr. cast Rs .17000 to 18000.

                                    This is regarding the tyre size of my honda city idtec zx variant

                                    Tyre is getting damaged even with a small pothole on the road.
                                    This is the second tyre getting damaged..

                                    We have 2 honda city idtec zx varient.. My self and my brother..
                                    2 of his tyres got damaged couple of months back.
                                    I don't understand what is to be done with this tyre.

                                    The company need to do something on this..

                                      I purchased honda city vcvt from ring road honda, connaught place, central delhi, delhi on 6th october 2019. At the time of delivery, the gps chip was not provided to me and they cited the reason o[censored]navailability. (Unexpected to hear this from honda at time of new car delivery).
                                      Finally, it was provided to meet post 1 week but again while trying to insert it in the slot, the chip was not detected at the showroom itself. Immediately they changed to second one and after multiple attempts it was finally detected and they were relieved. But later on, it was not detecting most of the locations i searched in it.
                                      As suggested by the dealer representative (Mr. Ravi kant) i removed the chip at the time of first service. Post service when i again inserted the chip the system is was not able to detect. I visited the showroom yesterday i. E 31st december but instead of trying to resolve the issue they clearly told me they cannot assist me with this in anyway. Once sold they cannot do anything about the chip.
                                      Based on there behaviour i feel that this is a very common complaint they get from customers (Might be this chip thing is not successful) so without even looking into the issue they clearly say no to any support in this regard.
                                      Is this what honda is giving after sales to customers? Also, last but not the least was shocked by the rude behaviour of the sales quality manager sarika malhotra at the ring road honda, connaught place, delhi yesterday. She told me go and complaint wherever i can.

                                      Issue2: i purchased honda city vcvt from ring road honda, connaught place, central delhi, delhi on 6th october 2019. This was purchased with exchanging maruti alto handed over to them on 17th september with the dealer. Car no. Ch03u0998 with the condition that the dealer with get the transfer done.
                                      At the time of delivery, i was told that i might need to visit chandigarh for a few signatures for the transfer. Since getting the car transferred from my name is very important as i am liable for all challans and any other mishappening till the car is in my name, i followed with them for 2 months and finally they told me that i need to visit to which i agreed and visited on 28th december 2019 at the chandigarh sector 17 authority. Mr. Gurpreet who is taking care of resale at ring road honda, cp, delhi told me that i need to visit authority for 5 mins (One signature and physical presence in front of rto officer) as they have the agent who has done everything else. I was told to positively reach by 9 but unfortunately the agent came at 10:30 after at least 10 calls (Can share call log if required). Post that nothing was in place, i had to get the affidavit corrected. Additionally, another affidavit in the name of buyer. All this continued for 3 hours and after moving between multiple windows i got it done post meeting officers. Nothing was planned by the agent. When i told mr. Gurpreet/ mr. Ravi kant, i was told that you know these agents are like this only.
                                      Really surprised by this behaviour of the showroom staff. Also, would like to mention that i was paid 10k less for my car as they initially told me that they will get the transfer done and since the car is chandigarh registered it will involve additional expenses. To safe myself time and effort i agreed to it but unfortunately, i suffered.

                                        The dealer charge me ex showroom price rs. 13300/- extra and not give me my complete billing document and car rc and number plate etc. So it is my little request to you please solve our matter, if dealer not clear the matter i back return the car, this is my first car experience it is very bad experience. Again i little request please solve my matter as soon as possible.
