I am akhil from anchal. This is a complaint regarding dealer staff showroom situated at nilamel her name was jomy johnson, when i enquiry about one of the car which i like she response very badly and very rudly is this the way she deals with the customer. As a customer i didnt like her behaviour and respose towards a customer so please i want you to take an action against her. If you really care about the customer.

Previously I gave my car for service on Honda service centre but someone took car's tool kit. I saw it today when one of tyre got punctured that too on the way and had lots of trouble changing the tyre. This is so unprofessional of the service care centre.

    I called aradhya sharma for the job. Because i have applied for the job in online. She asked amount for the registration fees 1880 and after that they called me for an interview and they said i have selected for the job and they will provide laptop and mobile phone. For that priyanka sharma asked me to pay security amount 6200. After that srikant has called me for the training and before that he asked me to open salary account and for that he has asked me to pay 10, 400. After paying no one is receiving my call.. I just want my money... Plz help me out

      I bought honda jazz car no. Gj 5 rb 6612 on december 17, as it was my first car, i couldnt identified my pick up, have complain at honda service center but they have never gave me reason during my 3 free service.

      Now i problem has raised more and when i have visited carted honda service center at naroda ahmedabad, they have told me there was issue of clutch plate, pressure plate, gear oil, bearings and given me quote of 13000/-. I have argued and ask the reason for miss lead of such important spares only in 1.5 years even if i was complaining since 1st warranty, they told me that since 1st day i dont get warranty of such spares that means if such spares are faulty in brand new car, i will have to pay money. They blamed my on my driving pattern.

      I have visited and mailed to them regarding issues, but service manager was not at all bother to revert.. And when i went to servixe center and have waited for 1 hour but manager was not there in their office desk.

      Behavior of even front guy was so rude that he doesnt even care of customer in pain without reason.

      He told me that honda company is targetting customer on spare parts as now a days there is no margin on sales. And this has really shocked me and lost my trust on honda..

      I was also asked for pick up charges of 300 rupees for 5 km distance.in short they are completely harass you because now you are helpless to take service...

      Approach of staff has really made me shocked and helpless..

      Expecting atlist good response and proper reason on my cost.

        I have recently got my honda amaze service done in Ahmedabad, bopal service center. I have already informed the issues that i was facing before servicing the car. The issue was very small that the horn is not working properly and needs to be set.
        They took the car and service is done and the service invoice i got is of approx 6k plus. Now when i drive the car after service there was no check done before delivering the car.
        Issue no 1: car horn is as it is no change done in it.
        New Issue: there is some kind of noise started coming in which was never the problem before
        I called up your team and informed them about the problem... 1st when i called at service desk the lady told me that you please call the service engineer who was in touch with you directly. Which I have done afterwords and after having the discussion with that person he told me that your car will be picked up again to eradicate the problem and till date no one has came to pick the car.
        I have specifically mentioned that my car will be free only on tuesday and this is 2nd tuesday coming tomorrow and till date no call no followup.
        I was not expecting this kind of service.

          Sir,

          This is to inform you that i have bought new honda amaze 3 months back with a 0 debt. Insurance cover for 5 years from ring road honda dwarka vide car regn. No. Dl10cm 5247 which unfortunately met with an accident on[protected] and on[protected] i have visited your service station in karampura for the repair of my car.

          I was attended by mr. Jaskirat urf rinkal (Mob. No.[protected]) who was looking after all the documentation and the repair of vehicle.

          I was first informed that it might take 7-8 days time for the repair if the frame needs to be replaced but the same was repaired (As the car was totally insured the frame must have been replaced.) which shows there is something fishy between your dealer and the insurance company.

          Vehicle was handed over to me on the 11th day i. E on[protected] which was not in good shape.

          The vehicle repairing was done like a road side mechanic which is proven by the pictures attached as there are the following discrepancies which was informed to mr. Rinkal, mr. Rana and mr. Rajesh saraswat on[protected] as i have to re-visit your service center :

          1) damaged head light chrome
          2) difference of nearly 3-4mm in bonet from left to right.
          3) paint was uprooted from bonet and the fanter.
          4) interior polish was sticking to the hands.

          All the above issues were addressed to mr. Rajesh saraswat (Head-bodyshop) which was also not given any special attention which kept me helpless.

          I have asked mr. Rinkal to provide me customer feedback register several times which was also ignored and a small feedback form was given to me for which there was no drop box and the scan of same is also attached.

          Please let me know if honda is providing this type of attention and services to their customers who are having faith in honda and buying such expensive vehicles from there hard earn money.

          Lastly, i am seeking a handsome compensation from your side else i have no option left instead of moving to hon'ble court of law.

          I have submitted my Honda new amaze bearing registration no MN01AK 8848 to honda service station for repairing after an accident. It's almost a month but still not repaired. My car is insured by Bajaj alliance.Kindly do needful action to fasten the process and deliver my vehicle ASAP.

            I have earlier got insurance from Honda. Co. Had call me for renewal I have asked for amount many times. They told the renewal amount Rs.9107/_on 03.09.2019 then I have asked for account no in which I have to transfer the amount but they did not provided.
            On next day Insurances got expired.I have called for several times, they told me about inspection of vehilce. Which is done by making 9 days follow up by me and cost of inspections is also borne by me.
            Now they tell me insurance premiums about 14000/_.

              I am hereby instructed by my client, shri tarakant dwivedi, aged about

              49 years, residing at kalyan (East), district-thane to address you as

              Under:

              1. My client, shri tarakant dwivedi, had on 2nd december 2018,

              Purchased a motorcycle, model honda dream yuga from your

              Vj honda showroom, having its address at shri sainath complex,

              Shanti nagar, ulhasnagar – 3, district – thane, maharashtra, bearing

              Chassis number - me4jc58ecjt015193, engine number –

              Jc58et7015231 & registration number - mh05 - dx - 3605.

              2. My client states that from day one of the said purchase, he

              Observed and found noise emanating from the rear wheel of the

              Said motorcycle. He found the noise to be unusual and hence he

              Reported the same to the showroom’s service centre during the first

              Scheduled service.

              3. My client states that the service advisor who attended him

              Mentioned that this was just a minor problem and that the noise was

              Emanating due to chain cover coming in contact with the chain.

              Further, at the time of delivery of the motorcycle from the said service

              Centre, my client was assured by the same service advisor that the

              Problem has now been rectified and that my client will not

              Experience the same problem of motorcycle making unusual noise

              Again.

              4. My client further states that the same noise started emanating

              From the next day itself and it was very clear that the problem in

              Question was not solved nor satisfactorily looked into. My client

              Bought this to the notice of the service advisor at the time of 2nd

              Service. This time, the service advisor came up with a completely

              Different reason for the noise. My client was told that the noise was

              Emanating because grease was not applied properly on the rear side

              Of the motorcycle and hence it is causing friction which is leading to

              The noise. Once again when the motorcycle was made available to my

              Client during the delivery from the service centre, my client was

              Assured that the problem has now been rectified.

              5. My client further states that once again, on the next day, the

              Same noise started emanating from the same rear side of the

              Motorcycle and he immediately approached the service advisor and

              Complained to him. This time the service advisor checked the problem

              And informed by client that the reason the problem has not been

              Solved because they have accidently applied more grease than needed,

              Leading to over lubrication. My client was further assured that once

              The grease would dry out, the problem would automatically be solved.

              6. My client states that he believed the service advisor and waited

              For a few days. However, the problem was not rectified and the rear

              Side of the motorcycle was emanating a continuous unusual

              Noise. My client states that he once again approached the honda’s

              Service centre, where the service advisor checked the bike. The

              Service advisor this time came with a completely different story. My

              Client was informed that this noise is not a big problem at all. He was

              Told that since the motorcycle was new, this type of noise is normal,

              And once the motorcycle is run for over 500-1000 kms, the problem

              Will automatically be solved and the noise will stop emanating.

              7. My client states that he took the service advisor’s word at face

              Value and rode the motorcycle diligently. However now the

              Motorcycle has been driven for over 3000 kms and yet the issue of

              The noise persists and it is clear that this has not been resolved.

              8. My client further states that he complained about the same last

              Month to the service centre in-charge, being fed up of the noise and

              The lack of resolution from your end. This time service advisor

              Inspected the vehicle and reported that this type of problem has been

              Reported with another vehicle of the same make as well. He also

              Added that the problem of persistent noise has occurred as the axle

              Of the vehicle is damaged. My client states that at the time of taking

              Delivery of the bike from service centre, he was once again assured

              That the problem has been looked into and solved.

              9. My client states that on next day he received a call from honda’s

              Customer care and he was asked if he was happy with the service

              Received. My client honestly informed the caller that the problem

              With the bike still persists and that now he is contemplating legal

              Action against the showroom. The caller requested my client to

              Contact the service centre manager. My client states that some

              Time later, he received a call from a person claiming to be manager

              Of honda’s service centre. My client was persuaded to get his

              Motorcycle to the service centre one more time. The manager

              Assured my client that the problem of noise will be permanently

              Rectified now.

              10. My client says that on assurance of the service centre manager,

              He took his motorcycle to the service centre and once again the

              Motorcycle was handed over to top mechanic mr. Ajay

              Vishwakarma. My client says that this time mr. Vishwakarma was

              Evasive in his replies. When my client asked him what the problem

              Was, he was given a different reason once again. My client was told

              By mr. Vishwakarma that the chain of the motorcycle is touching

              The cover and that they would rectify it. My client states that he was

              Handed over the vehicle after 30 minutes. He was asked to check if

              The problem was rectified. My client took a round of the vicinity and

              Then once again told the manager of the service centre that the

              Problem was not rectified and that the problem was still persistent.

              Despite that, the manager said that the problem would disappear and

              That my client should drive the bike for a few days.

              11. My client further states that on 22nd august 2019, he once

              Again approached the service centre and complained about the noise.

              This time, mr. Pradeep, the service advisor said that this problem of

              Persistent noise is a common problem, and that there is no solution to

              The noise.

              12. My client states that it is pertinent to note that the problem with

              The motorcycle has not been resolved till date. Every time the

              Service centre advisors have come up with inconsistent and different

              Diagnosis and none of them have been able to solve the problem of

              Noise which my client has been experiencing.

              13. My client is now apprehensive that there is a major problem

              With the motorcycle, either mechanical or structural which your service

              Centre is either deliberately hiding, or are incompetent to identify and

              Solve.

              14. My client further apprehends that he has been sold a defective

              Product, and that the vehicle was defective right at the time of

              Purchase, and that the service centre guys are lying to my client to

              Hide the defects and are unable to take care of the problem at hands.

              My client further feels that if the vehicle is defective and the noise is

              Persistent, it causes immense distraction to him while he is riding the

              Motorcycle and this may lead to accidents which might be fatal or

              Injurious to my client as well as others. Further, if the vehicle is

              Defective and faulty, my client would be blamed for the accident for

              No fault of his.

              15. My client states that your showroom has either deliberately sold a

              Substandard and defective product to my client or are unable to

              Rectify the problem of persistent noise from the vehicle. One of the

              Service centres accidently mentioned that the axle of the bike is

              Broken and since that is an expensive part to replace, your showroom

              And the service centre are in cahoots and are not performing the

              Necessary repairs to the vehicle in order to save money, thereby

              Putting my client at a risk of accident and injury. My client has now

              Lost faith in the ability of your service centre to rectify the problem.

              16. On behalf of my client, you are hereby called on to either replace

              The vehicle at no cost to my client. You are hereby informed that in case you do not do the needful, my client reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against you and your company, along with all the employees, for engaging in business malpractice, sale of a defective product and breach of trust. You are therefore requested to take note of the same, and acknowledge this notice and replace my client’s motorcycle within 15 business days from the receipt of this notice, failing which my client will be forced to explore all available legal options and pursue the same.

                Sir, i have bought honda city cvt at madurai on 7th july 2019. When i started using the car, i found that the car audio system and blue tooth was not working properly and the people calling me or the people i called over blue tooth conductivity were not able to here my voice and it was really irritating. When i gave the car for 1st free service (1000 km) i lodged a complaint about the audio system problem. But after the service, i was assured by the service people that they have attended to the audio blue tooth problem and has been reset. But in fact, the malfunctioning of the audio and blue tooth continued. I again complained to the madurai dealer,. They told me, that since the car is in warranty period, they will replace the defective audio set with a new one. Now i have left the car with the madurai dealer, for the above complaint. Sir please look into the matter and kindly arrange to replace the audio set with a new audio set.

                  I've purchased a city zx model in may2017. With in 2 years of purchase manufacturing defect has been observed in 3 out of 5 car tyres (Including stepney tyre). When i've complained about it to the showroom they have raised their hand that they can't don anything on this.
                  Is there some one who can look into this, ideally the tyre manufacturing defect is the responsibility should be with oem at least for 4 years or 80, 000kms which ever is earlier but in my case nothing is met yet even though no body is taking responsibility neither the tyre manufacture 'bridgestone' nor the oem 'honda'

                    I have a honda brio tn38cd 6427, with extended warranty. (Still under extended warranty). The car has been regularly serviced as per manual by sundaram honda, coimbatore.

                    Last month the car had following complaints
                    1) key assembly not working smoothly
                    2) rear springs leaking oil
                    3) noisy fan motor. (My complaint is whining noise, sundaram honda says it is fan motor)
                    Sundaram honda gave me an estimate of approx 35000/ including routine oil change ang claimed all above is not covered under extended warranty.
                    After several discussions (They claim to have discussed with honda), finally they reluctantly agreed to cover the key assembly under extended warranty.
                    As to noisy fan motors, they say fan is not defective. The oil leak also they refused to cover under warranty.
                    4) i have escalated this complaint to honda toll free [protected], on 12 sep 2019. Their reference no is 1-[protected].
                    5) i have received a poorly drafted letter from sundaram honda,

                    ‘on fri 13 sep, 2019, 6:36 pm crm service cbe, wrote:
                    Dear sir,

                    With reference to your h121 we regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                    For the concern fan motor noise which need to replace the fan motor which not covers under extended warranty. Kindly check the terms and conditions which clearly mention that the extended warranty will not apply for inconsequential aspects such as noises, vibrations and sensations that do not affect product quality, function or performance.

                    We seek your kind understanding and cooperation on the same.

                    6) am i to understand that honda does not take responsibility for “ noise, vibrations” in their cars under warranty.
                    7) i have escalated the case once again though [protected].
                    8) as a honda customer who has reasonable expectations of reasonably trouble free operation during warranty and extended warranty, i feel honda should replace defective parts without creating obstacles.
                    9) through this forum i am once again requesting honda to respond and replace defective noisy parts.
                    10) needless to say i am thouroughly dis appointed with both honda cars and sundaram honda.
                    11) lastly neither sundaram honda nor honda cars have contacted me to offer any support or explanation (Except for the mail in point 5)

                      I have purchased a honda city from paras honda, jjodhpur, rrajasthan.in the year march 2018.in august i approached the company with cooling problem. After repeated follow up and number of trial they come up to me that your compressor is not proper and they have changed the same. This year in the month of august 19 i visited with same complaint, they tole me the filter is choked and thereafter they cleaned the filter. Fromm[protected] till writing the complaint the vehicle is lying at service station and they are saying that there is leakage in pipe and 250 gms of gas has been reduce from[protected] to[protected], obviously the vehicle is with company. I can't understand have i purchase a second car or what. Still the manage is saying he will try to give today or it will take one more day. When i told him that what a joke is going on than he said i will try to give today. Still i am waiting for update. I have not received any update from them. When i called they.
                      This is the worst service system and cheating.
                      No body is ready to give senior authority number.

                        Dear team,

                        I am not very happy to write this complaint because i consider myself brand ambassador of honda after few german cars.

                        With this fidelity, i would like to share that i have bought honda jazz on 6th of april. I have been observing few deficiency as listed below.

                        1. Power steering is deficient. It seems to be without power. It feels always very hard to maneuver. 20% of the time it doest not come back to original position without additional power from driver.
                        2. Worst is - driver seat has developed some malfunction where there is some thing perturbed for past 3 months and now i can see and feel kind of l shape hard substance has come out making hole in seat cover. See attached photo.
                        3. Engine sound: i have been using various cars in india and europe. But sound for petrol engine in my jazz is noticeably little high.

                        With these observations, i am not sure if it is specific to my unit or all honda jazz is being observed with such deficiency.

                        Therefore, i need these to be rectified. I think it will be good to get it checked with your direct quality team as dealer's could possibly be biased as these issues were raised in last two services except 2nd one. There was no effective measures taken by them.

                          The digipad in my wrv is of 1.0 version. Please make necessary arrangements to update the same to 2.0 version. Iam using motorola mobile phone. So i couldn't mirror my mobile to digipad. Honda already upgraded the digi pad in amaze and jazz. Then why the upgradation is not doing in wrv. So please make necessary arrangements to upgrade the digipad of my honda wrv

                            It is submitted that i have booked pick up car from home for service on 09. Sep. 2019. After that the service provider from harmony honda, industrial phase 1 chandigarh picked my car from home. I mentioned the main problem regarding indication of yellow light on engine type digital indicator telephonically to service agent of harmony honda. They then told me that there is scanning issue and the company will resolve it but it has not been resolved. When they dropped my car after service to my address, i was not at my home place. They handed over a car to my father who cannot drive car. After that i reached my home and then checked my car i found that indicator sign is still yellow i. E the problem has not been resolved. Thereafter i called service agent, he then called me that he refused to tell me that there is a sensor problem which cannot be rectified but still they charged me with rs. 6500/-. This kind of similar things happens every time during service. The service agents are fooling customers and looting the customers by charging with hefty amount with zero satisfaction. Hence, kindly do needful otherwise i will have to knock legal doors for getting justice by providing audio clips that is showing wrong attitude or how service agents falsify things

                              I purchased honda city car no. Up25cc 4258 chesis no. Makgm662lh4302980 and engine no. Li5z15329721 on 22.12.2017 from eternal honda c. B. Ganj bareilly. I got my service done on 01.09.2019 with mileage of 11971 only. Service manager told me to change the rubber of brake as it is wearing out soon and will hardly last for only 5000 kms more. The charges demanded were rs. 3800/-. Please inform if life of brake rubber is only about 17000 kms? If not please get it changed at the earliest.

                                Hello.. I am very harrsed.. Seriously quikr.com is totally fake... Here people used to take benifit of those people who need job... Yesterday i paid 1550 rupee's for hiring in honda company.. They demand that money for training period.. But still today they do not provided me any job letter and training..
                                Sir plz help me... Otherwise i will go to the police station...

                                  I have been repeatedly asking the dealer to check the breaks of my honda city for the past 2 services. He kept on convincing me it's okay. Now the breaks have failed to function. And i recently sent the car for this particular issue. Still the issue has not been resolved. With such a break system i cannot run the vehicle. I need them to replace the break system without any charge. If it's not possible i need the proper actions to be taken.

                                  I purchased Honda Amaze 8 months back and three times I had to send to check the sound of arms. Those had to be replaced within 4 months and again getting the sound. Upon asking the dealer M/s Ghosh Brothers Autosales, Dibrugarh, they said it is a regular problem of Honda Amaze. Really regretting why purchased Honda Car..

                                    My name is dhaval lala i m from surat. I purchased honda amaze petrol a couple of months back, sorry to say but really disappointed by the overall performance of the car. A strange rattling sound keeps coming from the suspension of my new car whenever it hit a pot hole, the pick is very poor, the milage don't go beyond 12.5 in city driving, the cabin noise is the worst. Overall honda made this car to fight the stiff competition created by other cars specially maruti desire but failed miserably. Must say very poor product made by honda never expected this from a reputed car company. Sorry but will never recommend your car to any one.

                                      My name is Prasanth Last year during Sept 29 of 2018 I bought Honda Jazz I DTech with Engine No.N15A14500220 from Kozhikode APCO Honda showroom (Reg. No. KL65M1201. The Car so far has ran only 14, 000 kilometers and not completed one year. Today I gave the car for service at APCO Honda, Kozhikode and they after completing the service (the vehicle was handed over without any complaint and just for service) they gave me a bill for Rs.15, 617/- Rupees fifteen thousand six hundred and seventeen. I was shocked to see the bill because the vehicle has covered only 14000 km and not yet completed one year
                                      How can a reputed and prestigious company of HONDA made vehicle have occurred such a huge amount of maintenance on parts even within the period of one year and covering only thousands of kms. If it is so, the customer will be compelled to assume that the Honda has mad the car with such cheap and poor quality spare parts. The will certainly think that the Honda is making vehicle with low quality parts for getting service benefits.
                                      I bought the car by spending an amount of Rs.10, 4100/- more than ten lakh.. Since the vehicle has not completed one year purchase and have covered only 14000km, Iam afraid what would be the expenses for servicing and maintaining the car in the coming years.
                                      So I need a clarification in t his regard why such an amount I was compelled to spend within one year of purchase and only covered 14000 kms. Whether the product and parts used in the vehicle are original Honda or whether I will be compelled to spend more and more such huge amounts in coming years for mere servicing the vehicle. I am losing my confidence and faith in HONDA and if the things goes like this I will be compelled to resort to some other company vehicle. I switched over to Honda after using Maruti and Hyundai. But now I feel i made a mistake. If the detail of the bill is necessary I will upload it.

                                        I have Purchased Honda City Car, Model No V, on[protected] from Ahmedabad Gujarat Landmark Honda Showroom, Registration No of Car.GJ01HU8071. Recently I have Observed rat has entered in my car Dash board and damaged the Ac units, cables, dash board inside drawer and etc...I am surprised to notice that how rat can enter in my car when my doors & windows are completely locked, I have approached to Magnam Honda Showroom bangalore and they have taken my car to showroom and after completing the investigation they have started that rat has entered from AC filter .I have checked with my friends who has Renaults Duster, He told me that Renaults has provided the rat mesh by defaults to prevents the entry of rats in the car.when i asked the same thing to Honda Team they are telling that they will not providing by defaults and its is at additional cost but none of them told me before the time of purchasing of car, if they have told me earlier about this feature i would have added the same. For this damage I have Pay Rs.16983.00 and My car in Magnum honda showroom 08 day for rectification, I have not using this car 08 days.Due to not available of rat Mash in Honda City car this damage is happen that Honda is entirely responsible for it. I want refund my money and composition.Honda manufacturing defect for this damage in Honda city car .
